Got to 157 this is a really cool concept!!
Wow, this game concept is really intriguing! However, one major issue is the lack of a clear goal for the player. Without a sense of direction or objectives, the experience can feel aimless. If the game were to be expanded further, I believe introducing a more defined structure—such as a meaningful return for players who stick with it—would enhance the overall experience. The ‘risk and reward’ mechanic is well executed, allowing players to take chances, but it also means they can lose everything if they’re not careful. Even though it’s still in concept phase, there's a solid foundation here that shows a lot of promise and potential for a truly engaging game.
59. i like the simplicity! very addictive
I got 41. Loved the all or nothing approach where plus nodes “heal” you to full so you can tap for 41 times more and minuses almost always end your run.
Simple games can be very addictive and this mechanic is very efficient. Good job.
Got 57. It's simple but makes you want to keep challenging yourself. Reminds me of osu!. Maybe adding music and some dynamic effects would make it even more interesting.
Cool and surprisingly addictive concept! However, around level 30, it felt like some nodes stopped working and I kept losing — or maybe I was missing something. Either way, I really enjoyed it up to that point!
@captandrey the plus cells have a decreasing lifetime
I could see this being really fun on mobile
I feel like its missing something, but I can't really place my finger on what it need.
Cool concept and great use of the theme! Since it's simple it works well and there isn't really anything about the core game that i can think of that could be directly improved on; feels like there a lots of ways to take this further such as more types of nodes or making the relative position of them matter in some way. Great work and thanks for the game!
Very interesting interpretation of the depth theme. As a programmer, I found trees very exciting :) A simple concept, yet captivating — it makes you want to see how deep a tree you can build.
Made it till 74. Simple but working reaction game
great scope for a jam, addicting, awesome job.
Super cool game! I loved the simplicity, and it was a very fun interpretation of the theme. Well done!
This feels like the start of a good game, but there doesn't seem to be much to it. The core gameplay feels like a basic test of your reaction time to the point where there isn't much strategy and I don't see my score increasing with each run. I can consistently reach a score of around 30-40 by targeting the pluses, but I can get the same score by just spam clicking randomly and hoping I luck out.
I also think some sound, music, and animation would help a lot.
I really vibed with this. Nice entry and well put together. Has that "Hundreds" feel to it which is a great thing.
This is unique concept. I agree with @artemco that a reward system would improve the experience. Granted, I did play on my PC so maybe the experience is better on mobile as recommended.
PS. It would be helpful to briefly explain how to play the game and the green, blue, and red circles. It didn't take me too long to figure it out, but still would be nice.
What a simple but addictive game! Good job making this! Maybe some smooth animation when clicking on a circle could be great improvement, as well as a little "pop" sound when clicking. Just to for the satisfaction to click
Like this concept, feels gud.
I'm surprised, that blindly hammering on my mouse got me farther (151) that actually trying to hit the right buttons (62) :D
Like it!
@le-knallfrosch need to make the angle bigger the further it deepens to avoid the spam
Interesting and somewhat addictive concept but there is a lack of clarity about what to do initially. There is fun to it.
