I had a great time playing the game! So well polished, a ton of jokes, music was fantastic, graphics beautiful, story rich and the mechanics were very very interesting!

Very creative rendition of Tetris. I'm sadly terrible! Spot on the theme and very fluid to play. Congratulations!
I saw the trailer and immediately wanted to play. I found out that I am terrible but I'm laughing so much of all the chaos! 😂 Really an amazing game! Congratulations team!
@pete-valeo @phillip-scott @ijzm Ty guys for playing it! Your feedback is very apprecited.
@ijzm I'm happy you got the reference of the shopkeeper! 😁
First of all, thanks to everyone that took the time to play our game and also leave a feedback here. This is my first game here and also the first game of this group together. It's been a joy and I'll be checking each of your submitions as well.
@brandsma Yeah, you're right. It could count on a long term objective, a scoreboard maybe...
@mealky ~~Almost~~ like real world!🥲 Your comment makes my day too.
@profhatchet I'm glad you like the mechanics. We had a lot of fun working on them.
@plutonium-powered That second belt was intended to be helpful (oops...). Maybe 0 money could mean game over? We should do more testing eventually. I'm glad you had fun tho!
@cptdrusha This is how you touch my heart! Thank you so much!
@mduo13 There's definetly a lot of room for testing, balancing and improving. With the jam's deadline it proved a real challenge to be able to test it enough. Thank you for your feedback, it helps us grow.
Quite relaxing to play! The graphics are really polished and minimalistic. I like it! Would just edit the background music's end so that the loop is not perceived but it's just a detail. I had a small glitch once where one of the tiles would not allow a solar panel but after trying again it accepted. Congratulations and thanks for checking my team's game!
Great job on the controls! They were pretty smooth and it was really fun to play the game. It made me want more. Congratulations!
Checking back on your Space Ltd game too. Thanks for passing by ours and leaving such a sweet feedback! Oh man, the Papers, Please! vibes of your game got me. Nice work with the pixel art and the writing/narrative is very very fun! This has a lot of potential to expand. Good work!
Ps.: For some reason in the itch.io version I got stuck with the first candidate and no text. The downloaded version worked just fine.
Graphics are looking very good and the creepy idea is awesome! Unfortunately I wasn't able to play much tho. My controller is not an xbox original and things got messed up. I got stuck with the casket, couldn't start the burial without losing 50 points and could not retrieve the leg from it. On keyboard I wasn't able to start the game. Maybe I'm missing something. Anyway, congratulations for the work in any case!
We thought about making a game with moving walls too and discarded because we thought it would complicate things too much. Didn't think about this approach tho! Nice idea! Congrats!
I'm trying to load it too. :( We had similar ideas! I want to see your game. Will pass by later to see if you managed to update the file.
Absolutely fantastic! I love it! I'm going to play the finished version because really sound should make it much better but congrats! It's so much fun and pretty!
This is hard and I am terrible! I love it! Great idea and great first LD! Very funny and creative idea.
When I got the date wrong and it said I was from the future I cracked a good laugh! I loved it. Hope you get the ratings in time! I'll try to **summon** a few friends to help!
Oh, just something I forgot to add: Fullscreen would have prevented a few wrong clicks when near the edges. I did some wrong stuff while playing. In any case great work!
Really clever game! I'm not as clever however. Couldn't pass level 7. Hahahah
Hi! Visiting you back! What a beautiful game and a solid entry you guys made! Lovely art, music and humor! Congratulations! I'm wishing a great score to you guys!
ApplicationFrameHost_bkDNH4h696.png This dude popped out of nowhere and scared me more than most summon horror games I played so far. Well done!
Nice little game, cool mechanics and the tips are quite handy. I'm terrible at it but I quite enjoyed it!
@timidger @enver-arco Thank you very much for taking the time to drop these feedbacks. You're absolutely right and we really wish we were able to polish these things in time!
You guys are amazing. Thank you for the sweet comments and the truly accurate critiques as well!
@ildfuglen TY for playing and droping a comment. I'm curious about the music loop thing. Was it on the game song or the ending song? The gameplay one was playing ok here but the ending one probably shouldn't even replay. II was a last minute addition.
Hi! Visiting you back! I like your game and I think that maybe you should embrace the wall collision glitch into a more controllable mechanic if you make sure the player knows what to do. The game is hard without it but it also can add to the fun. A solid entry doing it alone!
Hi! Visiting you back! Creative idea for the theme and cool art. A nice game overall! I think the demon lord speaking would be rather more interesting in a post jam version. I wasn't able to read anything he said cause I'm a typing boomer sometimes. My game had a similar issue.
Adorei a atmosfera! Maravilhoso
I couldn't figure out what to do for some time and eventually I found out that I really needed to be at fullscreen to see the UI. I think the game could benefit from clearer instructions and some kind of centralized score or info panel. In any case congrats on a solo submission that I'm sure took a lot of effort to achieve.
Quite beautiful visuals and a nice concept! With enough time invested this could become a very good mobile game. I was a little lost at the beginning and did not get that I had to click on the summoned powers to use them. The music is tense and it is quite good, but the short loop makes it annoying after a while. Of course it's a 72h jam and this is fine for it! Well done!
Game is really fun! More blocking assets would be a nice improvement if you plan on making a post jam version. Unfortunately the game froze shortly after the second ghost as commented above. Best wishes!
I really like the concept. I think you can make a very good game with it and you probably should! P.S.: I forgot to say: I absolutelly love the name!
What a cool game! I got truly sad for finishing it, 'cause I wanted more. Incredible submission for a compo!
msedge_vWIVGkYpSW.png
Nice little game! It took me a while to understand how no to get overwhelmed but once you get to the last upgrade it gets much easier.
I noticed the blessings can still be purchased after the 10th, tho the number doesn't increase so I'm not sure I realy purchased them.
I also wish the game maybe paused when I was hovering the blessings so that I could read the tooltips calmly.
Cheers!
Fun game and very cool art! Great work on your submission.
Quite creative the amount of situations! I like it and it starts to get hard from hunters on! Not that I myself find it an issue, but maybe you could have shared the source code without the assets if you wanted to.
Very creative mechanics! I really like the graphics and I'm impressed with how polished you got this done in 48h.
I came here because of your post, btw.
Cute little game!
I had some trouble finding a window to heal because the enemies were too fast for me to stop. I ended up giving it up and going full berserk on them. You might give a slow effect to them if hit by the spell if you decide to work further on it. A little tweak to the steps sound could be good too.
In any case a solid entry for a jam! I had fun playing it.
You all are awesome for taking the time to play as well as dropping a comment!
The game sure could benefit from some tweaks, so thx for the feedback.
@blazejmg917 you were spot on the greatest obstacles we had. We don't know how the hells that music loop wasn't working as intended and couldn't make it flawless in time. And yeah, the leaves... That's why we chose to call it "ricochet". It is crazier than we were aiming for (a little jump thing). I'm glad you had fun tho!
Thanks for that feedback @odronin . This is something we were debating during the process, so it's nice to know what you guys think.
Getting very close to the end of the jam I'd like to thank you all once again for taking the time to play, rate and leave a comment. It's always a rush followed by a lot of learning especially from what you guys have to say. A BIG THANKS! I hope each of your games get great ratings. Cheers!
What a cool looking game! Nice atmosphere in harmony with the music. Unfortunately I'm terrible at controlling vehicles like this (since Rock n' Roll Racing or GTA II). Great entry! Good job, guys!
When I noticed I had already spent 4 minutes chomping bugs. You got me hooked! Congratulations on your compo submission!
Great atmosphere! Just like The Corridor. You almost burst my eardrums when I fell through the door on the ground but I'm alive and happy. I like the narration and music very much, although the loop was kinda glitchy at the end. No sweat in any case. Deadline!
Congratulations on such an interesting submission!
What a cool game! I love the graphics and mood! The talkie mechanics got me by surprise. I got some freezing playing on browser (Edge/Windows). Not sure if it's the browser or mem leak or something but thought you should know.
#complexout
Quite beautiful and polished graphics and an intuitive gameplay. I really like it! It would immensely value the experience an electronic soundtrack if you decide to develop it further. Cheers!
You always deliver something great! Congrats! It was as chill as a breeze to play this. Loved the MTG cards!
Congrats for taking any time you had to make a submission. I truly relate to that!
Man, a game of reaching into a purse did cross my mind while I was going through ideas! I'm in fact truly glad someone did one and much better than whatever I could achieve myself. Congratulations to the team!
Cute graphics! At first I thought it would be easier, but I was gladly surprised how tricky it started to get! Congratulations to you both! Solid submission.
What a fluid and fun game! Very beautiful graphics too! I love it!
I love the graphics and music! I'm terrible at playing it tho. Once I thought I got an extra cheese pizza cause I wouldn't lose anymore, but it just lets you go to the end and lose: NVIDIA_Overlay_CUEUrUEgM7.png
I missed being able to fullscreen. It's a great entry in any case!
Btw @oxnh, I played it thinking it's the same universe as the game my team made for LD55 and the demon boss who ordered the pizza is this guy:
ILqiZi.png
I was studying React a while ago and I'm amazed that you did it with it. Very cool game! Congratulations on your submission.
Thx guys for playing and giving feedback.
@oxnh tru thing. Missed that.
@busisen nice catch! I guess I should've trigger shots on button release. I don't know what's going on with the spawning stop tho (or bottom right spawning preference for that matter). Consider yourself winning the game. 😂
@holysparks @lindote :heart:
Not bad at all! Thx for playing, @yvanor !
TY @sevatoxin @liquid and @oddballdave for playing. Very kind words on the graphics ans music. I'm mainly an artist, so that makes my day!
Yeah, I know it got kinda buggy but I almost lost the deadline. I'm glad you could have some fun with it tho. Cheers!
@cammin very good feeback there! I noticed I forgot to add the spawn points back and shrink the sprites when the enemy hits you. That kinda sorted most of the bugs other people mentioned before.
I won't update the submission 'cause it would be unfair but will do it to the icth version by the end of the jam.
TYVM!
Thx for playing @oscar-boix ! Yeah, me too. It was the best I got within the deadline.
@henk I actually wasn't sure how much I could change, but I'll take on that suggestion. TYVM for bringing it up!
@jovialknoll TY! These are some very good ideas. I'll certainly try them if I decide to improve it later.
@scoobysnacks A friend told me the same yesterday. I'm gonna fix that ASAP. So sorry! Didn't think about it. Thx for playing and rating.
@thomas-bringer Oh, I remember that cute snail! Loved that game, man! Thx for playing mine and for the nice words.
@texugo First compo! Can't mess with the scope. Almost got doomed as it is. hahaha Thx for playing and leaving a comment.
@roroto-sic Amazing work of art you made there! Hahaha Thx for playing! I have to go back to this game and try to fix this.
Loved the mood of your game! Right on theme and nice graphics too! I didn't find it difficult at all though, so if you plan on tweaking or developing further, that would be my suggestion.|
Just a heads up, there's a "left stick" to the move right instruction:
"Move Right: D or → or left stick"
Congrats on your submission!
Very cool idea and it's surprisingly fun for how simple it is! I guess with enough time it could become a nice game! You could add upgrades, powers, cooldowns, other enemies... Congrats on your compo submition!
Visiting you back! The concept is great and man, I'm absolutely in love with the art style, from the pallette to the drawings themselves. Incredible, really! The gameplay is fluid, the music is very interesting and sets the mood quite well, as does the shadow/light effect. I'm yet to finish the game but I wanted to leave you a feedback and ratings sooner. Wishing you great reviews! I'm following you.
Thank you all! I'm so glad you liked it and felt the mood we aimed for.
@maakole you're right and I'm itching for polishing the graphics. It's such a rush!
@ranarh @bobap We very much appreciate your feedback on these things.
TY all for playing!
@langotriel Man, nice to see a fellow GDeveloper! Thank you for your sweet compliments! We always plan to try a jam on Godot but in the last minute change to GDevelop just because we're used to it.
I see you have quite a long streak of participation in Jams here. Wow! I'm going to check out your current and previous games soon. If you feel like doing so, be welcome to check our previous ones too on our itch: https://games-ever-made.itch.io/
@fan We gotta make more content, but thank you for playing what we got so far!
Cool little game! I was a bit confused in the beginning because somehow the fish at the start stopped being collected. They seem to have bugged. Eventually I decided to go further and the other fish were collectable. Two small suggestions if I may: 1) Mouse pointer control + mouse press to swim might be more comfortable to play, but that should need testing. 2) UI element other than text to tell you that you have max fish. Text seems like a warning and takes a little bit of the relaxing mood from you. These suggestions in any case are only for improvement. Your game is a nice jam entry, so congrats to the team!
Such a chilling experience! I like the paddings mechanics. It gets a little practice to get used to, especially when you turn down but it's different and interesting. The music is soft and contributes to the mood. The graphics are simple but polished. Congratulations on your submission!
What a creative game! This has so much potential and I hope you do more with it after the jam.
I've been pretty addicted to card games recently and to find a submission like yours is great! I've played it once so I can rate you but I'm sure to play more also to learn a bit more about mechanics. Cool art and a very fun idea! Congratulations!
Nice mood! I really like the graphics tho I wish there was an option for it not to round the corners. I know it's to emulate and it's a CRT screen but it got me dizzy pretty quick. I know it's a rush to get it all done in time, so congratulations on such a solid entry!
Cool mini game! Nice entry, specially doing it alone. I had just a little difficulty seeing some things and particularly reading as my eyesight is not great. If you plan on developing it further, an option for higher contrast would be nice. Congratulations!
Man, things get pretty intense there! At some point I thought I was not gonna make it to the end. Finished with 4 hull (I guess less for what I saw in the ending). Graphics are great, the styles contributed a lot to the immersion and pass some cold war vibes. Audio is pretty neat too and the theme grows in intensity as the pressure from the amount of missiles builds up. Gameplay sometimes got a little confused for me as the AI mentioned faulty missiles. I am still not sure I ever got one of those or if it was just part of the narrative. As I had to go back and forth I didn't feel I could stop to check about this without losing. Overall great game!
