A funny and pretty well made game. I love the voice over. Well done.

When I saw doors in the final voting round, which is clearly the theme that won, The Stanley Parable is exactly what came to my mind. That game's incredible. You do a great job of making a similar game.

It's really cute. The tone's just right. Love the voice acting and jokes, changing rooms in surprising ways.

Very cool game, liked it a lot! I love how you where in denial with the theme and whent "nah, let me just make a game about doors". Also game was lagging a bit on my pc. Good job overall!

Very happy to see a Stanley Parable-like, some moment were impressive and the narrator is funny, well done!

(makes me also think at Rick and Morty Fake Doors commercial)

Fun concept !

pretty nice, just a bit disappointed that the narrator didn't react much when I decided to do something else

I failed to get out of one of the rooms so could not check out the whole game, but it's a nice idea!

**this contains spoilers do not read before playing**

had trouble finding the exit where you had to go through the brick door. I restarted the game once because I thought I broke it. felt a bit bad because I was taught before that brick doors don't open multiple times. otherwise very nice entry I think it captures very well what you tried to achieve. cool game.

What a very well narrated game! I loved the part where you open the door. The whole experience hinged upon it.

WHAT A NICE GAME I literally broke it haha Screenshot 2025-04-10 131829.png

Great atmosphere! Just like The Corridor. You almost burst my eardrums when I fell through the door on the ground but I'm alive and happy. I like the narration and music very much, although the loop was kinda glitchy at the end. No sweat in any case. Deadline!

Congratulations on such an interesting submission!

came to check this out as I remember your great work on Microwars. Lovely little "stanley parable light" here :) nice work

I always love myself a bit of an unreliable narrator! Simple and nice game. I think if there's something I'd critique it be that the triggers for the narration / progress were sometimes a little narrow, which together with the relatively slow walking could have been a bit more allowing. I hope I got to the actual end, but with these sort of games it's really hard to know and it would have been nice with a simple credits scene to indicate that I was done. Or was I?

Good game, I enjoyed playing it!

I recorded myself playing it too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw0ZFFxcn2I

This was good! I hope I didn't miss anything. I think I tried every single door in the "broken game" room, and judging by the video above it really was the end of the game, but do tell if not! :)

Guess I don't need to bring up The Stanley Parable since you lampshaded it yourself, but yeah. Fun to see another take on that sort of thing. I'm left wondering about any themes I might've missed. Maybe the purgatory is the lack of a clear resolution in that final (or not?) room... :')

Nice graphics and voice acting. Enjoyed the various ways you were able to play around with the door mechanic. I did have the occasional flicker that seemed to be different from the flickering of the lights, felt like the whole screen went bright sometimes for a frame or two, but maybe that's related to the lights in some way too.

Pretty cool!
