Love the graphic and gameplay. took me a bit to get the concept of the game (maybe because i skipped the tutorial) but once i got it in the end - it was very fun, well done :)

Best game I've played so far! Really sad I died on the last wave. Just really nice vibe, cosy but stressful, great pixel art. Some elements took me a while to get my head around, I think I wanted explainer text on all my elements (eg. what "more sight" meant, how to toggle the market etc.) But really great game, and well-balanced!
Wow Incredible work ! The idea is very original, I like the gameplay and the art direction ! I loose on the 9 waves at the third try ! All is very good thought, the system of tile fonction is cool and we find the limited space everywhere on your game ! (especially on my reserve  ) You deserve more referencement ! I love this game !
Wow, such a great game and implementation of the theme. For me, it looks like a complete game now! Congratulations
This is awesome!! The graphics, sound, the idea and everithing its perfects, congrats!!
The best entry I played so far. Management games are usually hard to pull off during a game, because there are complex, hard to balance and GUI intensive. But this game is balanced and the mecanics are intuitive.
Very good job!
Very well polished game! Fun take on the tower defense genre and definitely suits the theme. Music got a bit repetitive by the end, but other than that it was good experience. Well done!
Solid game! Nice balance of costs and production. Graphics level is also very high. Game flow is very complex and requires some time to understand (I was not able to kill last wave in two tries). - Only from second time I understood, that unit limit can be increased forever (not for time), because time buff and unit increase were in same spot. - Markets have a bug when they sell unmarked resource (switching toggle couple times fixes it) - I would've liked some audio signal not at start of wave, but when it's approaching (e.g. 3 weeks before)
I enjoyed it very much! Good work ❤️
Wow! You guys should get into rating other games HARD, for me this is the best game of the jam so far, would be a shame if you did not get required votes due to lack of visiblility
Very cute little graphics, full of clear animations and little details. Reminds me of the game Lueur (in development by an ex-ubisoft dev) but with some TD-ish gameplay thrown into the mix. All mechanics make sense and are easy to learn. The UI is clean and the icons make sense. Just a very nice and polished entry, good job.
Nice core mechanic. Love the original way you assign people to work.
And you really nailed the graphics. I can't see any flaws, it's very effective.
Love this game, so well done and thought out, great work
Wow, absolutely loving this game. Great take on the theme, neat graphics, nice gameplay, just great overall! Made it to the final wave but the boss was crushing my defence haha. Didn't expect such a rise in difficulty in the final wave.
Very good game, wrell polished ! Maybe you could rework order in the building bar so it corresponds to a "normal" progression Well done !
A very good Game, GG
Incredible game ! I love it, the graphics and the gameplay is very interesting.
This is well designed and looks/sounds/plays great. I wish it was longer somehow although pretty good game length for a jam.
I wish the units would spread out a little more when fighting so I could see whats happening, they all merge together
Love that game. Feels a bit easy, but I liked the fact that even if you do errors you can learn while playing, fix them and continue the game, as it's not very punishing. Graphics, Mood, all is very good and fine tuned.
It's a bit hard to understand what it needs to produce things. We have to look back at the building tooltip, I think it could be better to have a small hover to tell why it's not active.

What a wonderful little game, so far I've spent the most time in this game out of the jam games here, got quite hooked. Game-play just kept me going, died on the one wave to go on the first run and that got me going again haha.
I love the graphics, the animations of it all, everything fits together well and nothing seems out of place. The UI is surprisingly neat and simple to understand, thus making it super accessible without any tutorials. The audio fit in really well too. An all-together well-done package
Again, really good job on it!
Loved it! It's a very good design that is very easy to play but still has depth in decision making. There are a few small things that could be improved. For example, i'd like to define myself how my sight should expand, so i can do a proper build. Once unlocked sight bits should not be removed, as otherwise my "build intention" is killed. Enemies tend to clump up together and then it gets very hard to compete. But these are all small things in a really really excellent entry. The game also very well explains itself, i figured it out without the tutorial. Great job!
I love these types of games! I like strategy and this is exactly the kind of game I enjoy and it suits me. I can imagine everything that could be created with this concept and it's really cool. Good luck!
So nice game!
Really liked the art, and I loved the gameplay too, but it made me feel bad to limit the buildings' work-statement with such an outrageous way
Best game in this jam for me so far, everything is super polished, the mechanics are great, pretty balanced and fun to play. Only thing is my dragon got almost one shotted by the final boss, kinda disapointed since I used a lot of resources to craft it haha
Awesome take on the theme. Pixel art and sounds were both top notch. Had a lot of fun playing, but died on last wave.
Wow! What an amazingly fun little game. I loved the tabletop game puzzley feel mixed with the tower defence. The placing of the structures on the grid was really satisfying. My wall wasn't touched until the big baddy at the end who proved too tough for my defences. I would love to see this game fleshed out into a full on game. Great stuff!
The graphics are absolutely perfect and so is the gameplay. It was an absolute joy to play through! Towards late game the enemy spawn started to be a bit too much to handle for me, but I guess thats just me ^^ Thank you for making this game ^^
This game is amazing! That's an example of great teamwork! Also, graphics, sound and idea of the game are really good.
Excellent game, so much fun. I wish there were more sounds to tell you when you can/can't afford things so you didn't have to study the resource levels so closely all the time. Beautiful graphics, chill music, really fun, rewarding gameplay. Great work. :)
Amazing game! The art, the audio and overall mood are impressive. I like the take on the theme, and gameplay woks great. It's not the most innovative game out there, but thanks to the theme it has a little twist in gameplay that does change how to play. Congrats!
Good game but was hard to understand game from start. I enjoied your art and sound. This was fun to play thank you!
I loved this game! So much creative and well made! GZ, GG! You need to make a post sharing your game! This NEED to be upvoted!
Really amazing game, very polished and easy to play! I can definitely see myself playing this for hours if you added more levels/endless mode.
A couple of minor improvements I noticed. For example, the enemies didn't seem super threatening, I didn't take any damage until the final wave when the big boss almost destroyed me. Luckily using the boost to get a second dragon really helped. Also when you have an odd number of available squares you are unable to use some of your buildings in the bottom right corner. This caught me out and I had to rebuild. None of this detracts from the incredible game however, great job!
Excellent game, one of my favorites so far. Wonderful job.
@spicymarcus you can rotate sight area by right mouse click, but Thank you!
This was excellent! Super cool graphics, ok music and sounds, great use of the theme. Very innovative. Much enjoyed A++
Wow this is awesome, took me a few tries, got better each time. Run into a small bug I think: one time markets were still selling iron ore even though it was toggled off (toggling on/off fixed it). Very cool game! Edit: Also crazy good job on getting the balancing/numbers/pacing so tight in such limited time.
Game is wow. Managed to complete it in 4 tries:) Looks like flour dragons are undertuned, they require a lot of resources and time, but die in nanoseconds. So there is no sence at all to develop flour economics.
This is a great game! The graphics are great, the base mechanic of the worker selection is interesting and unique, and the overall progression felt pretty good except maybe the very last enemy. I want to give feedback, but really the only suggestions I could give is a slight rebalance on certain resources and a late game use for clay. This game is just really well put together and a well-rounded game overall, great job!
Wow. Great graphics. Great gameplay concept. Great entry!
Really *really* good game, great job! The only game I've wanted to play multiple times so far! Very enjoyable gameplay and lovely graphics.
This was really great! It took me a few tries to get a solid enough set up to beat the final wave. I think what worked for me in the end was putting the initial sawmills right in the centre rather than in the corner. Loved how all the buildings interacted and how you had to balance between production and combat. Great use of the theme and looks great too.
chrome_gnGj8Ur3jD.png
My only complaint would be that sometimes the upgrade buttons would be greyed out when they were actually available.
Really good game. Took me a few restarts before I fully understood it but that was fine. Only thing I missed was a list of my units and their health so I would know if I needed to activate the hospital or not and if they were swordsmen or not.
Suprisingly complex for such a small game in such limited space! The pixel artstyle is also lovely! I also really like that unqiue mechanic with the sight area
The art looks amazing!
Great Game! Overall game system as well as graphic is my style, I really like this game
Amazing idea, graphics are perfect, the game has potential. Good job
wonderful, can wait to see this complete. and... it's maybe the design, but i still think a pause button is somehow needed, it's really overload my brain probably gonna overload even more in the complete version. still, i really enjoyed it so much, thanks for bring us such a great game.
What a great game with such a simple and yet interesting hook! Really enjoyed the positioning of tiles and planning combinations for optimal efficiency. As someone who also made an RTS for this game - I respect your choice of genre) Great job!
14.png
Like others I found it a bit tricky at first but once I understood I really enjoyed it!
That's pretty simple : I'm addicted to your game and I find it perfect even if it is a bit hard :' D When's the release? :)
This is the reason why there is game jams. It's so beautiful, so emotional. I am simply left speechless
Wow! It looks like a completely finished game. Everything is here. Excellent pixel art, unusual gameplay and music make it fun to replay 🪄 🎮
Holy - this is such an amazing game. I think of all the games I've played so far, this is the one I spent the longest trying to master. I restarted the game several times to try and more efficiently chain effects - the 3 linked tile constraint on what you could harness was a bit of brilliance and it kept me constantly guessing my choices. Really, really great work here!
Really cool and fun concept. It would be nice to see the time speed buttons, but it's okay. You do a great job, congratulations!
Fantastic game with smart mechanics and a beautiful art style! I was hooked on this one immediately and couldn't put it down. The block placement/rotation and limited map space is an excellent concept and fits the theme perfectly while also being a great sample of what the full game could be. I'd love to see you expand this after the jam and add a campaign where maps had more strategy and variation to them (maybe Mountain tiles that you can build more efficient mines on but farms can't be placed there, or water tiles that you can fish from but can't place buildings on, etc).
I like how your take on the theme. I had fun trying to optimise the placement of my building. Really enjoyed the art too.
The best game I've seen here! Very interesting mechanics, beautiful graphics, calm music, amount of polish. This is a piece of art!
Amazing artwork and game overall!
Literally the only issue I have is The menu's pixelated "The king must see that the work goes on" being a bit difficult to read, accessibility-wise, but it shouldn't be a huge issue since it's only in the menu screen lol.
Otherwise, the game is actually so fun to play! I was playing and strategizing with a group of friends and it was very interesting learning how to play without actually the trying the tutorial. The game is so impressive and well built! I am a bit frustrated I got to the final wave only for my army to die and my dragon to take sooo long to spawn, my troops D::
Truly seems like such a complete game which is so impressive given that it was made in under 72 hours!!
Oh wow! Thats a amazingly polished game! I played it several times. It has a really good and unique mechanic, it has everything! I liked it a lot!
I really like the colour scheme and the art, it's all very cool)
Favourite game of the jam so far. This MUST become a full game and I can't wait until it does. Congratulations on a wonderful creation
Excellent game. The view mechanic is very interesting and added a lot to a typical strategy game. Well done.
What a great game, It was also really really polished. I unfortunately I lost at the final battle but it was a great pleasure to play.
Nice take and very well polished, cool little game!
Got me hooked really quick, awesome game! When I saw the boss approaching I really hoped for an epic attack sound when swinging its weapon, but didn't hear any, so that could be an improvement! Lovely art and style
Stunning art an amazing original idea for the theme! I don't usually like passive games like this, but the sight mechanic really added to this genre!
This game is seriously top-notch! It's the best I've seen so far. They've really polished it and the design is absolutely amazing.
Great game, not 100% sure if some things are part of the mechanics or that they buged out, but seriously you should work to make this a normal thing to get on Steam or wherever :)
Wow, this one was really great! I made it to week ~130 before losing with only 1 wave left... :frowning2:
The art style and execution was phenomenal, I really enjoyed the unique take on the theme - I did feel extremely constrained on space and like I had to consider every building placement. My only nitpick is that I would have like to see more audio. Great job!
Fantastic game! I just barely won on my first try
Really a great idea, i haven't the time to play to mich and i had some difficulty to see what i was producing, but most game i've played this ludumdare so far
Oh my god, this game is awesome!! What a great evolution of mechanics that exist in other games to make something special! I would have loved to see some logic or evolution behind the "active" production boxes. I really, really liked it.
I love tower defense games and this has such a unique twist on the genre and fits the theme perfectly in my opinion. Unfortunately I lost at the last wave, but I will certainly give it another try to find a more efficient way. Also the pixel art is very pleasing to look at. Good Job!
Amazing game - the start is slow, but very soon it's super fun to make the compromises with limited space for activating buildings. The graphics, the music, the whole vibe is amazing and polished, and it fits the theme 10/10 .
Really nice game. The strategic placement of the buildings is really challenging and needs a good amount of clever thinking. I could imagine this having more levels with wider spaces or something like obstacles, because the idea with the buildings only working if the active field is over them is really awesome. Even that 4 x 4 field was already a challenge. Also really nice job on the mood, the song/audio in general and the beautiful graphics :)
A little node: Maybe tweek the difficulty of the waves a little more and espacially the boss at the end. While not having a problem whatsoever during almost all the waves, the difficulty of the last wave was exponentially so much higher, that it felt unfair. For context: I had the arena, a dragon and upgraded units, but only 6 of them and that was more than enought up until the boss at the end
Amazing game.
Nahhhh this is crazy for a gamejam, the premise, gameplay and especially textures are top-notch stuff! Loved every second of it!
Really a great game, extremely polished, It could have worked well enough with less options but you went all in and I loved it. I loved the main mechanic, the only thing I think could make it better (and I'm really nitpicking here) would be if you gave more emphasis to the fact that you only have enough workers for three squares and somehow justify why they need to stick together. I think it would add some nice flavour to the main mechanic, but again, I'm saying this only because everything else is flawless. Great job.
Great game. Bit of a steamroll until the final boss who is disproportionately powerful. But great UI and polish.
Favourite game so far. Good concept with quite alot of depth, I'm sure there are tactics to make this game super easy but I managed to win with <5 hp remaining after the big guy came out. Super polished, everything about this game was fantastic.
This was so much fun! I finally beat it after trying a few times. It took a while to figure out a good pattern of how to place the buildings, and it was rewarding managing to max out your army :) It was well balanced too, not too easy and not impossible. Makes use of the theme really nicely too. Great work!!
Absolutely fantastic. My only wish is that there was more elaborate in-game tutorial, tooltips, etc. But the lack of those is acceptable considering this was made in 3 days! I'll definitely be playing more of this. Congratulations!
I'm stunned at how good this game is. The gameplay loop is perfect, the graphics are awesome, everythings work fine... It's to good to be true, congrats !
I don't know if i can say anything that wasn't aleady said by others. Wonderful game, loved it all. Amount o diffrent buildings made for fun and variative gameplay, the sight mechanic made prioritazing interesting and fun challenge, and graphics are great! With a way to build your "deck" of buildings to start and some variaty in enemyes i can see it being a full steam release in no time. Very good job with pulling that of with only three days, very solid!!!
**me, watching for any postjam news**
The_king_is_watching_Sj761Dw77G.png
So polished, so perfect to the theme, you deserve rank 1 overall. Congrats and let us know when the single player campaign is ready for 10 bucks on steam.
Other people already said what I want to say, very polished and well-laid elements. I didn't expect the final boss to be so strong that can kill my dragons in about 5 seconds, maybe consider to balance out the strength of each enemies a little bit. But regardless, this is a very impressive game and I enjoyed every second of it.
One of the best games I've seen this jam, it is no small feat to produce such a polished game that is so engaging in the time given. Your team should be proud.
Aaargh died on the very last enemy, so close! Really fun game, I enjoyed it a lot! Art is good, really clever use of the theme. Visually it's a bit unclear what buildings do or what certain images represent - it takes some time to get used to visual design (it looks good but isn't as functional). It would be nice to have the ability to remove or move buildings around (although I guess it could be a deliberate limitation).
@kasmilus Thank you! Buildings can be built on top of existing ones
Graphic is fabulous! Make plyer to manage the running area this idea is so clever! But I think you should make progress in level design, Looking forward to a better version!
Honestly I didn't expect it to be that good, the gameplay is very satisfying and calming! It's also very addictive, if it weren't for my job, I would spend a few hours there for sure! :D
I really love the art for this game. Nice colour palette and very consistent. The UI is also spot on!
Wow ! I love this game ! my best game <3 i love this gameplay / artstyle, music, UI, gamefeel ! GG Team !
I want to see this full game released please ! <3
Very polished and complete game, It's the best game I've ever seen for LD 54! I spend half an hour on it, will definitely give it a 5/5. Great job and hope you guys can get 1st rank!
My favourite game of the jam so far, I spent so much time just looking at the pixelart and all the details. But I feel like the dragon is too weak for the last waves, he died very quickly after all that effort I went through to get the resources to build him.
Very cool game, loved the art, soundtrack is so good also. At first was a little bit confused how the market works but later I realized how exactly. The balance might be a bit off or I was lucky, didn't have any trouble almost from the start and secured the advantage to the end game.
Guys, good job! This game feels very polished! Love the art style, the game feel, the gameplay loop! Super smart idea. I think for me personally the music was a little bit too sad to play comfortably for a while, but everything else is awesome! So many ways it could be improved, it's insane. Great entry!!! ♥
This is excellent! i could definitely see this being expanded and becoming a commercial game! Graphics are top notch, the gameplay loop is very satisfying (altough i see a little flaw with the markets, that gold mines render absolutely useless in comparison) got it till the end, congrats guys!
That's a very well executed game indeed - you've got the theme alright and "can only enable X effects out of Y at a time" forced to make certain hard choices. Great job!
True masterpiece, can't believe how you managed to finish so much work in just 72 hours. Hats off to you guys!
That was awesome! I finally managed to finish the game and it felt like a full game experience - great idea and execution and it's also very well ballanced which is not easy for a game jam!
I wonder if anyone can actually outclass this game in this jam. I bet it will enter to top-100 at the very minimum. :)
A very polished entry. There is not even much to say here. I usually list some issues with the game or how it could be improved, but I have nothing to say here. Well, maybe tweak a game balance a bit, because it's somewhat hard to beat the last wave. It took me 3 runs to do it, but maybe that's an intended difficulty for it?
One of my favorite things about the graphics of this game is its color palette. This is one of my weaknesses: adding the right colors to the sprite. Your artists made a good job.
I encountered no bugs and the game maintains good FPS. :)
Also, have my **epic Indikator greeting of Destruction with sockets (2)**.
Wow, really great game! I love it! The diferent strategies you can go for are nice, love the suply chain. And I really like the concept of a flour dragon. Well done, one of the best games.
Awesome color palette and style. I loved it !! Congratulation to the artist !
I had a lot of fun playing your game ! I felt like the game ended right at the appropriate time : neither too long nor too short. I'm also impressed by the amount of feature and varied animated buildings you managed to pack in 72h !
Probably my favorite entry so far. Really polished for a jam game. Amazing work.
As others have mentioned, the color palette, sounds and music were all top notch.
A great concept! Perfectly fits the theme. Looks really nice and works great. Took me a few runs before I was able to defeat the last boss, but I had fun all along the way. Good job!
Wonderful game! Really enjoyed it!
WOW! Such an amazing game. Surprised you guys could pull such a complex game in just 72 hours! Really nice art and such a great take on the theme. Great job!!
It's the most polished and complete game i've played in this LD edition.
I have not much to say, just i wanna be like you when i grow up.
I really enjoyed. Overall 5/5 for me.
I'm living for this game, I spent maybe the last half an hour playing it, I'll play it again for sure ☺
I was constantly waiting to upgrade my sight to MAX so I could use all 16 squares at the same time, but it never came. I believed there was no end after the last wave. I actually was looking forward to some kind of rest time so I could prepare for new and stronger enemies. Overall, a great strategy game, I would like to play more waves.
Congratulations on this game I have nothing to say it's great!
really love this game
Not the game for me, but I can see how much work went into this one! Impressive!! I hope that you guys find success with this, or whatever you'd like! This is stunning work!
I like the game, its going to keep me playing for ages. Simple yet very engaging
Just barely beat it! Very cool- an excellent game!
Great game and really nicely balanced. I was engaged throughout my entire run! The economy felt quite robust for a jam game and choosing which buildings to pair up for the most efficiency was fun. Really attractive art style, too.
awesome ! lke this game so much, nice art and audio,ps: game idea is so great and suit for this game jam theme, while it is little confused to learn which building to build first
Great, innovative game! One of the favorites this jam, for sure. I almost beat it, maybe I don't know how to cycle tiles enough or something. Might come back to it and give it another shot.
One of the best games I played. You nailed the theme and everything just fits perfectly together. One thing I missed is the explanations of what a building is actually doing when hovering over them in the town itself (not only the bottim). I sometimes forgot the exact wording so I needed to find the building at the bottom by visually matching it to better continue with keeping my kingdom running.
I loved this game! So much creative and well made!
This is incredibly addictive. Fantastic work!
Super cool mechanic with the field activation! I really love the mood the color palette and music paints! Well done!
Really clever design, and lovely art!
not easy at all but super innovative! great game with awesome art and music
A masterpiece!
This game is phenomenal! By far my favorite game I've seen so far. The management system with having onyl a limited viewing window is so unique and interesting for the gameplay. It was made harder since I didn't know which direction the box was going to expand when I upgraded, so planning out structures was kind of difficult at times. This game is absolutely a masterpiece, and is the only thing I've given straight 5s this year! You knocked it out of the park!
This was a really cool game! Loved how you used the theme, and I found the gameplay loop to be really engaging. Some critiques I had while playing it were that I wished I could destroy tiles after I had placed something there, and I found it weird that the last sight upgrade changed the layout of what I could view.
10 out of 5 here, a masterpiece. This is a super rare well-balanced strategy game in jams, and it's well polished. As a fan of strategy game, I enjoy and love this game sooo much! It's amazing! My favorite game in this jam!
Amazing game! Probably the most fun I had with a game this jam. I finished it twice. I wasn't sure how to get out of full screen though, as ESC wouldn't work, but all in all, this is the best entry in terms of fun for sure.
Impressive entry, the art quality is amazing and the look at your workers mechanic is super innovative, great job!
Nice and polished game. It took me a while to recall I actually have a working day today and stop playing :)
Well done guys, this is a master piece of work!
Great game, fun idea with nobody working until you look at them, just like in real life! There's room for developing tactics. Pleasant graphics and sound. There's a tutorial, that's very good, although some letters are difficult to read there, for example, in the word "SAWMILLS," but the font is beautiful. The game offers a nice challenge. Enjoyed playing it!
I think it is a really wonderful game for both its art or game.It make me feel amazing!
Interesting game, good theme used, funny and the most important think, if you will make a full game from this... I want to play it!
Well done! Take a candy! :candy:
After 3 tries, I won! Very clever game, challenging, I love the peaceful and melancholic soundtrack
I think having resources icons in the consumption description would have help, especially for not english people
king.png
Absolutely epic! Amazing concept, I could see this idea taken in several different ways too! I wasn't expecting the final wave to be quite so hard. I'd love to see a sandbox/infinite mode of this too. The music got a little much after a while but was suitably chill! The pixel art is incredible and this is just, so, good! (Also flour dragons?! Haha!)
Great game! I dont have anything to add, you have already plenty of reviews. :D Keep up the good work!
This is fantastic! The use of the theme was very well done, I love the idea of building up the city in a way to work best with the shape that you move around. The music was really well done, and the art was just right. Great job making something that looks and plays so well in such a limited time!
I tried twice without success but this game is really cool !! I love the art and the animation on the litte squares are really well done ! The sound is simple but it works great. It's a crush for me !
It's remind me a great boardgame called Goblivion :)
Wow, that was so incredible. For me the best of the jam so far. This could hardly be overcome. Full marks on everything, it's so addictive that I spent a lot of time here and I want to play it again...
finally! Sem título.jpg
Hey, I’m the host of the Ludum Dare score chasers tournament for this jam
Wanted to ask for score chasers if you were fine with me playing some gameplay of your game in the background in the waiting period. In the waiting period while a music track is playing itll cycle through gameplay from a bunch of different games in the background
@ategon Sure
Wow, there's already a lot of comments on this game. It's a really solid game with good graphics and interesting gameplay. I managed to get to the last wave on my second playthrough and one key factor was that I went for all the upgrades and replaced tiles as necessary. It was challenging but not too much so. Rotating the area of sight was interesting and makes sense as restricting player's spread of buildings, as well as the limited available area in general.
Personally I'd have liked it more if the end state would allow for expanding the gaze to cover the entire area, it would feel complete and satisfying, but also defeat the limitations you set for the gameplay.
A very nice and entertaining game, great job!
Very very absorbing and fun! Like it very much!
I've played this for way more time than I should! Awesome job! I have to say this one is on a different level. My only gripe with this game is I was a bit taken aback when the last shape felt like did not follow the pattern of the shapes before, so that bothered me a bit. But oh well, that meant I had to play again, since now I knew. And then again and one more time, since it was so fun. Great game
I'm so bad at these games but I love the look, feel, audio - it's clearly super well made! Nice:)
Great entry. Very addictive, superb art, easy to understand and fits the theme perfectly. Well done!
Loved the art style and how much depth there was to the game. I did find the active zone to be a bit limiting. There is already a finite amount of space to build stuff in so this was quite frustrating. The music and sound effects did fit the game really well!
Amazing job!
oh no the last wave overcame me
nice game.. at first I had no idea what to do even though I read the instructions but then I figured it out. great attack.. nice game
thanks for that
Great concept and an incredibly well-polished game given the time constraints. Very excited to see how it develops from here.
This was one of, if not my absolute favorite submission that I've played this LD. I love the central mechanic, the pixel art is delightful, and the pacing and gameplay choices are excellent. It even has great little animations!
Thanks so much for making this, it's a blast to play.
This is incredibly polished for a jam game. The art, animations, mechanics, pacing, difficulty - it's all superb. The use of limited space was perfect, and I really love that the max level doesn't just cover the whole grid.
Was playing this at work with muted audio, so did not leave a reating for that and mood, will probably come back to try with audio at home though.
I enjoyed this verz much! I think this is my fovorite game this jam so far. A lot of strategizing. From my experience such games require a lot of coding so often polish falls to the side. Not with this entry. Really well done! Good job!
Wow, this was such a fun game - hats off to your team. It was so simple, yet there was so much depth with the different options and constant management of resource production. The buildings all seemed pretty well balanced, and the waves felt tough but not impossible. The music was great and the art was immaculate - even down to the small animations that played when a tile was active. This was really impressive, and I hope you make more of it!
Here to point out I felt like playing this game again out of nowhere. So, don't mind if I do..
It's funny because your steam page is at least 2 years old xD

@xdddd This is the page of another game that we have been creating for a long time and are not ready to share the progress yet. Therefore, we decided to redo the page for this game, since it takes longer to create a new page
@leparlon I think.. you wanted to create 12 flour dragons before the end of the game..
Really nice one, guys, played for a while, but it definitely has vibes and nice pixel art behind, huge likes for that entry
Wow! Best game i played so far! Congrats!
SOOO GOOOD! The art style is absolutely awesome, it reminds me of an amazing pixelartist i know
Very interesting and novel interpretation of the theme and very polished game. Kept me playing several times until I finally survived all waves. I did not see in the first try that you could extend the area with resources. Maybe make this more prominent or mentioned it in the tutorial. As others mentioned, a pause button would be cool, just to stop, when something interrupts you. But overall, very polished and complete game. And really take on the theme.
Best game so far. Literally nothing is bad here. I think if I say I want this game available to buy right now - it tells everything about this game from my perspective. Well done!
Great use of the theme! This is just one of the games you can't stop playing. Hoping it gets expanded into a commercial game
Absolutely adore the art style and humor here. Looking forward to seeing where this goes on Steam if you guys continue working on it!
I have no resistance to placement games. This game is really well done. The resource requirements are well balanced and the combination with combat is great. The fact that only buildings in a limited space produce is very creative. This adds a lot of strategy to the placement of buildings!
It took me 4 tries, but it's really fun. It's the combination of building and deciding which buildings are active that makes you think twice about every placement.
Really liked the game. A way to move building would have been nice so the early placement when you didn't know what would happen don't punish you to much
Really great game :) I love the graphics, it was a bit difficult for me to understand the concept at first but I managed gradually. Great Job!
This is probably the best looking game I've seen this Jam. The gameplay is not really my kind of thing, but you've seriously done an incredible job guys. Also congratz on the Steam page, that was fast haha!
Nice game! Managed to survive until the last wave. I like that overall it becomes very intuitive, though I wish the instructions were a little more clear at the beginning of the game
So good, I didn't know how to play in the beginning and my wall got down to 4 hp but I survived until last wave lol
Really great idea and fun too, well done, really enjoyed it.
Man this game is amazing!! Fits the theme quite well, Also I love resource management style games!
Alright youre ana epirc gamer!!!1!
@understudy thank you
The game is perfect. Nothing more to say.
This was phenomenal! The art style was cute, the gameplay really smart, the difficulty curve just right. Yea. Congrats to the team!!
Super polished and interesting art style, congratulations!!!
this is quite an achievement! thanks for making this guys. I hope to see more work from this group in the future!
<3
The game page looks impressive, unfortunately the `gx.games` page never finished the _downloading data_ stage for my Chrome browser.
Amazing game, I do want more! Alas, looks like repurposing your existing steam page backfired, because the page doesn't seem to exist anymore.
@gelisam yep :(
