Took me a while to figure out how to beat level/room 3 but once I found out you could put more than one life into the thingies it went smooth.
The graphics are nice!

The graphics are nice!
I like it a lot. It's like a speed run game
Just frustrating enough to keep me playing lol
My guy got stuck walking to the left so I had to refresh the page and after that it worked fine
Clean game well done!
I ran over my friends cat lol.
I was juggling so many friends that it was hard to stop and read some of the funny messages in the phone
@spice-cabinet seems that you can click and drag instead of using the scroll wheel, helped me scroll a lot faster
The intro was nice but I found two spots where you could keep fixing two holes simultaneously [Screenshot On Gyazo](https://i.gyazo.com/49002350645d0017fc2c3a8283cb5f92.jpg)
and it seems you can go on forever by just holding down the R key, eventually I decided just to let go to see what would happen [You Survived 401 Sec](https://i.gyazo.com/8caac5e1ec861585c30b5614a27e7cca.png)
I got distracted from working on my game because I was watching him turn smudges into amazing graphics on the stream xD
Nobody seems to mention that the fish are swimming sideways xD
So weird but cool or perhaps its just me xD I think I found a bug or "problem"
I was writing the emails and one of them had a question mark at the end which I didn't seem to be able to apply (possibly because of my keyboard layout? idk)
This got me stuck
Highest I could go was 128 xD [Screenshot on Gyazo](https://i.gyazo.com/ca7d24af5032752bcdd3ae058a94b423.png)
First couple of rounds I thought I was supposed to pick up the wood logs instead of letting them hit the fire
Beat it in just under 10 minutes, wish there were more light puzzles those were cool
My butt cheeks lol.
The game link seems to be broken? Says "We couldn't find your page"
Haha I see the Limbo inspiration this is great
Not sure how but managed to place some tiles inside other tiles.
It's a little addictive somehow
Good art
Thank you for including a mouse sensitivity slider, a lot more games need them - including mine
Got very laggy after a while and ultimately froze completely but it was fun up until that point xD
I really like these types of games
The music is great, gameplay is nice and simple, great for a jam. Art is consistent but perhaps could use just a bit more detail around the elevator itself, looks pretty odd floating like that and could use some sort of door/gate idk
I love the art its so good. Felt guilty when I was unable to save some of the creatures lol
Simple but well made
One of the best games I've tried so far, the digging (because of the sand) makes me think before deciding how to go about it. The upgrades and the way you get them are great, they feel rewarding and have a lot of variety and I like the little messages in them
I think having the right click being able to turn sand into stone made it a bit too easy though
Smooth animations
Great all around I only had one issue with it being that the text went away just a little too fast, could just be me
Satisfying when you get it right but very short game
The mood is great and the models are nice. Fits the theme.
I found an invisible wall near the cliff to the right that I got stuck in and had to restart the game.
Like alpharock6 mentioned I was also able to swim through the ocean floor somehow
I'm stuck in corner pls send help :c

Finished it!
Solid jam game - I'm not sure what the heat shield upgrade is for? Had some close moments on low fuel. I didn't see any bugs
c999d56c35868d1dc0ea8bb4e6c41492.png
@alpharock6 Oh I see, yeah I built it but never understood what it was for
Took me a while to figure out that the bubbles in the water were actually not bubbles they were bags xD
The art is good though - probably just me being dumb
The controls were super awkward and I got stuck in rooms when enemy corpses blocked the doorway
Really spooky when you get down deep, love the mood change
Paws down the best victory screen
Got rank two on the final level  (for now)
The levels were well put together and the last one was really tricky
This feels really polished, fits the theme and is definitely one of the best games I've played so far
First thing I did was shut down the computer. Not sure what I was expecting would happen - but the computer was shut down.
Like eharp said - I was looking at the speech bubble picture of the burger at first and trying to replicate it before paying attention to the order list on the right
@osh-studio and @mrarc Hey, I had the same issue but found that if I restarted the game and hit ESC to skip the intro instead of going through the dialog with space the game loaded - perhaps this works for you guys
Feels very polished, controls well and I really like the effects - gets a little repetitive after a while so I think more variety in encounters could really hook me
 one of the best games I played so far
image_2021-10-05_220316.png
I actually got motion sick after playing 3 levels but I like the way it plays and how the audio changes when you push the buttons
While its all good my favorite part was the writing
I think the lava is good but it couldn't keep up with how fast the player is so I never saw it after the first few seconds in the game.
Perhaps making it rise faster when you are far enough ahead would keep it closer and making you feel a bit more pressure from it
Everything is very well put together and the quality feels consistent
I don't think the grass fits with the rest of the art
I like the whole concept but I think there are lots of things you could add or improve, some of which are: - damage / experience floating numbers - healthbars - tooltips for the mages before you recruit them - tooltips for mage upgrades so you know what it does
It's good all around though it eventually got to a point where the game started getting laggy and it would cause me to take damage when I probably could have dodged it
I also learned not to try to do corrected shots by clicking repeatedly instead of holding LMB because I would accidentally buy an upgrade when leveling up
I love the way you display health and coins with actual objects it looks so much better than just a progress bar
I eventually started using the shotgun knockback as a bit of a dash which was a fun perhaps unintended use.
I see a lot of comments on the difficulty - in my opinion it was just fine. My jam games usually turn out too difficult or too easy and this one was neither to me.
My playthrough for if you find it interesting to see someone play your game (no commentary): https://youtu.be/HY6woN0PBeQ
I have mastered hovering :eyes:
7d120900016180118202b98206720550.gif
The way the reaper idk wobbles a bit when you hit a wall or enemy make the game feel nice, good detail
The scrolling background pattern had a noticeable seam at some point
This was a great idea  I was one second from being fired because I got greedy bringing a shirt to the washing machine

@probe2 The home office hero speedrun scene is developing. I got you back!
image_2022-10-04_112215113.png
My best time so far is 18.41 seconds!

Here is a video of the strategy I used, think I can do my plates better:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1kc8S3EfnM
Reminds me of my first ludum dare game, which was also about store management although different
I like how (seemingly at least) new tasks were introduced one at a time
There is always a potion brewing game! Every LD! Not a bad thing and this ones great but the theme this LD make the games really stressful to play :timer:
This is far better than a lot of crap people charge money for!
The only problem I had was when fighting some enemy at the edge of the current area and the camera started shaking so much I could not aim my melee attacks at them so I had to step away and use ranged attacks instead
I love space games and this one reminds me of homeworld a bit with how the miners / fighters dock in the parent ship.
Feels polished and while the gameplay is simple it kept me engaged until the end.
image_2022-10-04_114034265.png
These puzzles are great but like others have said the 10 second mechanic just made it so you have to wait all the time
It wasn't immediately obvious to me that the speed bonus indicator meant increased speed in all directions because the image is pointing to the right
I got fired :frowning2: The driving feels nice maybe just a bit too sticky when the side touches a wall idk.
Your art is great and consistent
One thing that bothered me was - I know there is a "How to play" button with instructions but I was struggling to read all of it and not forget part of it after hopping into the game. I would have liked being able to read what the upgrades do when I'm in the game and looking to upgrade
I managed to lose track of a package on my first run lol. Dwarves came out of nowhere and were mad about it so I think the package had something dwarf related inside.
About half way through the jam I remember thinking of a drone delivery game and thinking I should have made one  I was already committed to something else
I am a 45 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game for Christmas in 2021 from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. I loaded into the game, picked my character and world and started playing but I was stuck on what you where supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he hosted a game for me to join. I loved it as it was the best time I had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories.
I love how you just slam into a wall in the end haha. The music is great. Just the right game length for ludum dare and lots of action and enemy variety, with a sweet boss fight in the end. The art style is consistent and with good detail.
The only negative I found is if I already bought a gun and forgot to repair I couldn't get back into the shop to do so
I didn't have any trouble on normal mode but I really like how you give the option to not have to rush through the game with the easy setting.
The font is nice and readable
This is so clever
The levels felt very deliberate which I think helps making it feel good. My favorites were the ones where you start in the middle and get to do one big swing all around you :boxing_glove:
I really like the look of the cockpit and wish there was some gameplay around it :p
Unless I'm blind (idk maybe I am) there is no timer or indication on when the airlock is going to shut itself? I would make a timer or warning beep or something to give a chance for the player to move out in time
I really like your (player)ship model, also the backdrop and how the camera pans around while you play
I didn't see the point in having the maneuverability upgrade because I could easily dodge everything by going in a circle around the screen at all times so I opted for other upgrades, the upgrades add to the game nicely though
Sometimes if your city sinks and you click retry, you start without any gold. I didn't understand the game at first, so my city sank and then I had no gold, further confusing me.
I like that there is no timer so I can take my time and think ahead, also the game fits the theme very well
This is well designed and looks/sounds/plays great. I wish it was longer somehow although pretty good game length for a jam.
I wish the units would spread out a little more when fighting so I could see whats happening, they all merge together

My body abandoned me :cartwheel:
Horse go fast.:horse: Good physics to stack items like this
I almost gave up but eventually managed the final level
