A little slow for me, would be nice if the mining could be sped up. I like the concept though, especially the crystal management aspect, it adds an interesting dynamic.

Smooth animations
Graphics in nice but very simple.
Nice VFX on the staff projectile. Great concept. No audio though. A little goes a long way. Overall, well done!
Interesting resource management concept where health can be sacrificed for upgrades/depth in the game 11/10
Nice animations. Slow game play. Interesting idea.
It would be cool to run and be able to jump simply to feel a little varied in pace. Otherwise the shop upgrade or sell mechanic was sweet, it fit the theme perfectly, and the staff having almost a magic missile feel was super fun! :)
It has some interesting game design ideas. I don't know exactly why, but I think that it could be an outstanding game when it's extended and refined, so great work on it!
Very nice UI, and the overall gameplay is really smooth too! Nice works!
A nice little game with clear progression. I wish going deeper wouldn't have costed anything, as my first playthrough was stopped quite abruptly by realizing that I don't afford going deeper. Some verticality and platforming could have also been nice to make the maps more varied, but this would have required quite a bit of tweaking with the enemies. The game would have benefitted a lot from audio. UI for the game was really well done and the graphics were well done.
The concept of the game goes surprisingly well with the theme. At first I was quite surprised with the inability to jump, but I actually didn't miss it in the long run. Pretty good game overall.
Lacks some UI display for your current health and crystals, but overall it's a nice little game.
The graphics worked super well, I loved the simple style. The projectile looked super good.
The lack of sound hurt the mining sections a bit. Some screen shake, particle effects or some other juicy could've made the mining more fun. The scarcity of ammo made me wish the staff just shooted straight since now I ended up wasting some ammo to the twirly aiming. I also missed if there was a price for going down initially, my first run I just bought upgrades and didn't realize going down cost crystals.
Nice looking good little game, that mainly lacked in the gamefeel department.
Looks really nice overall. A couple of things I think would make it feel more polished are adding some sound effects and displaying the amount of crystals, health, and ammo the player has.
Very nice graphics. Rather slow gameplay. Interesting concept.
A nice little mining game, with some good combat in it - great job! I liked the sense of progression in the game, going deeper and deeper into the mines whilst upgrading my tools. That being said, it would've been much nicer if more was shown to the player. Stuff like how many crystals you had, what buttons did, how much going deeper costed, all of that would've made the game feel much more enjoyable. The enemies did feel too powerful at first - though maybe I wasn't supposed to be going where they were. I also spent a lot of my time running back and forth, so maybe some way to get back to base faster would be nice.
The art and animations were very smooth and polished, especially the attack projectiles - it looked great. All of the effects helped the game feel more responsive too, which is always cool to see in a game. I do think that it felt a bit empty though, with nothing really standing out in the background, and no variation in the tiles - even a little bit of variance could've helped it there, I think. The lack of sound was kind of jarring as well, and the game felt kind of unfinished without it - though it is a jam game, and running out of time to add that there is understandable.
All in all, it was a fun time playing the game, so good job making it!
Well it is simple, but it works! But the "?" in the Upgradeshop does not do anything.
Really smooth gameplay, it has the RPG element in it. love the weapon idea!
@mk-awesome oh oops, must have forgotten to link the tutorial page to the "?"
