LD48 — Deeper and deeper

shaftception by testudor 2021-04-28T16:26:44Z

This was neat, the obstacles and "quick time" of having to hit buttons was reminiscent of mavis beacon (this is a compliment I promise!! ) I think a little variance or control over speed would have made me faster. I was over a minute and a half and seeing some of these other speeds is crazy haha! :)

Altius by Random Thoughts 2021-04-28T16:05:25Z

It would be cool to run and be able to jump simply to feel a little varied in pace. Otherwise the shop upgrade or sell mechanic was sweet, it fit the theme perfectly, and the staff having almost a magic missile feel was super fun! :)

It was interesting creating my own story, I wonder how absurd some people got, or if most end up being the same :P

INNER DEMONS by Wanooknox 2021-04-28T02:39:47Z

I thought the difference in mechanics was fun, I found myself "aiming" the mouse more directly than trying to figure out the reflection angles, but the pacing felt good and the game was fun!

Gaze into the Deeper by TureGrappa 2021-04-28T01:29:10Z

This was some quick and enjoyable fun. I tried to leave the boss room to get more collectibles to make sure I got everything before beating the game, but it was still enjoyable, I'm not sure if I was just clicking faster on the boss of if my fire rate went up, but I melted him haha.

Sunken Dungeon by Pascone 2021-04-28T16:22:33Z

The gameplay was super fun, I'm still trying to figure out the timing on being attacked once I realized I could block (that's what I get for not reading controls) I made it pretty far and felt really stacked with gear, but still ended up getting challenged and destroyed haha.

I'm not entirely sure what was going on, everything was so fast that I had to try to understand new mechanics as they came up. That all being said, this was incredibly fun and different. The pacing was actually somewhat exciting and the way that you moved/attacked was a lot of fun. I wish I knew what hurt me and what didn't I'll just have to calm down a bit and try again. :)

I only got to planet 16! Still it was fun trying to find the best planets to manage my resources.

Subterplane by Bigbadbison 2021-04-29T16:01:08Z

I had a lot of fun with this simply because I found myself trying to go deeper and deeper. It's neat that you added in some cave variance if you got too frustrated with one cave. The controls were even pretty neat once you learned that slight taps changed the entire course of the plane. I was able to find one bug that I deem hard mode: when you crash if you click play again twice quick in a row it will reload with TWO planes! but if even one crashes it's game over. Good luck friends! ;)

My name ? by nyanpierre 2021-04-28T01:21:04Z

This was definitely fun, felt like a solo escape room through time. I like that the puzzles crossed through, but honestly I couldn't figure some of them out. xD I will likely try this again later and be stubborn about it.

Darkness Muse by Evil Villain Games 2021-04-28T01:50:38Z

This didn't run very well in my browser for some reason so I'll likely try to play it again. What I did get to play was pretty sweet though! The movement and the graphics were good, the idea behind using music as a weapon is always super fun for me. I think it gets a little dark, but hard to say if that would have been an issue if my performance was a little better. Overall GREAT JOB! :)
