Fun interaction concept. It took me a second to figure out the recipe mechanic, I initially thought the customer picture was the clue for what I should make and it just looks like an everything burger.

Like eharp said - I was looking at the speech bubble picture of the burger at first and trying to replicate it before paying attention to the order list on the right
Ah, hadn't thought that the bubbles would cause that misunderstanding. Good point.
Very creative. Someone just ordered double lettuce with double tomato, jajajaja. Well done
Impressive entry! Love the concept of game and how you played with the theme. Everything in it reminds me of that coop game which I don't succeed reminding the name (lol) but with a complete different gameplay idea. Had much fun playing, good job!
I like the idea! Depth perception was initially hard for getting it to land but then I got the hang of it xD. I also didn't notice the ingredients required UI on the side until a bit later.
@eharp @ayced - Will definitely change that icon after jam. In hindsight I realize how confusing that icon is.
@ache-games - If you name it, I'll change it.
@kassout - glad you liked it
@whimsicalwang - Yes, should have made time for a simple in game tutorial. I'll do so post jam playtest period.
Took a while to get the hang of catching the ingredients :) I really liked the idea, the controls are very smooth. The burger wagging while walking deserves a special mention.
@alexandersantiago Thanks. Yea, it took a while but we tuned the burger stack till it felt just right.
Cool game! The graphics and audio are really great. :smile:
@jka Thanks for playing. I really enjoyed your game as well.
Few bugs but it was great.
I really like to idea! It took me few tries to get hang of the controls but feel of the game is pretty good and fun! Good choice of the music. Great job!
The controls take a bit to get used to, but once I started to figure the out I had a blast.
@gamermomentum - do you remember which bugs you ran into?
@kingslee142 @rumiaobsessed - Thanks for playing. Norris our talented engineer did the music.
Holy cow! This was gooooood! I like the graphics, the sound, the idea... this is a really good game! And I like burgers... even if the burgers i served here didn't make people happy. xD
interesting concept
A clever game! There's an ingredient management component that's combined with a challenge to catch the ingredients and keep the burger balanced. It all works well together. Got hooked for a while trying to improve my score. It's interesting to see that the difficulty increases not only from the number of ingredients but also the way the chef throws. As time goes on, my ability to predict trajectories becomes more and more embarrassing. Beautiful graphics! (On rare occasions, I had a complete burger and it didn't trigger the payment - I had to run away from the customer and run back.)
That's pretty cool! It's not the usual "restaurant game" but some different mix up. Although the controls are quite difficult to learn and there's no undo/cancel/drop ingredient so you have to finish the burger messed up nevertheless.
This is an impressively full game! Throw some retention mechanics in there, and you got yourself a stew, baby!
@chillertyp, @redsti, @reheated, @furfel, @maxathon - Thanks for playing. Really glad you enjoyed it.
@reheated - Thanks for pointing that bug out. It's a known bug we have to fix. I know where it is too just need time to go in and fix it.
This was really well done, you managed to make a full game, good job. The sound and graphics fit very well. I had a little bit of trouble in the beginning as there was no top bun on the recipe causing me to try to turn burgers in without the top bun, which obviously didn't work. When I figured this out I did quite well for a couple of runs until I got an order with 10 layers. I managed 8 but after that I couldn't move without anything falling of so the last 30 seconds I just stood still spamming ingredients hoping they would land on the burger :P
PRETTY GOOD GAME,NICE WORK!
Cool game, I like that you can use the numbers to request ingredients. Could maybe use a punishment system for spam requesting an ingredient.
@bjornstahl @ttu-hasan @thetotemguy - Thanks for playing. Great feedback. We might tune the game more post jam and maybe add punishment for spamming. Maybe making the ingredients cost which would take away from your score.
NOICE, i really liked overcooked 3 :)
Wooow, I loved it so much! Gameplay flow is so clean. It looks way better than most of the current supercasual games on the market, so it already worth publishing on the playstore (if you make mobile controls and a monetization)! :D
Some improvements I could suggest: 1. Make ingridients more sticky, now it is a little too hard to catch them 2. Add more ingridients and a shop for them, so player can use that money not only for the leaderboard, but as a currency in the shop (check the game "Good Pizza", it's a great example). Also take away some money for every ingredient player uses, so they cannot just spam them 3. Make the color pallete more bright (now it looks a little colorless), and take a little work on the lighting and effects for more cleaner output
Good luck!
@enderswype - Thanks, overcooked was an inspiration for the Art direction. @handserge - Great suggestions. I'll have to discuss with my team if this is a candidate we want to push to mobile.
Sooooo difficult game ! Good job anyway :)
@margotlsdgt Thanks for playing
Really impressive game! As a lover of overcooked I got really excited when I saw it. The game feels really good to play and the mechanics are easy to get used to. The music is also really funky and fun. The only weird thing I noticed was some overlapping text on the scoreboard UI and the red text on the scoreboard is a little too bright and hard to read, but that's about it. So awesome! Really cool game. Reminds me of overcooked.
