Wow this game is incredibly impressive! I'm not sure how you made so many games in 72 hours. I was sadly not good at most of them, although in my defense played using a trackpad instead of a mouse. I'm definitely going to play again on desktop. Really fun, really addicting game. I appreciated the Japanese too :)

Fission Horse in The Escape From the Condemned Stables by nanolotl 2021-10-10T21:05:46Z

Wow super addicting game! The physics were hard to get used to, but that's what made it fun and challenging. I loved the sound effects and the pixel art, particularly the sweating animation was cute :D

Instability by R3L0ad1 2021-10-15T01:25:51Z

I'm addicted to this game! The graphics are sleek and the sound design is perfect! Some of the rope physics felt weird, but overall this game was fantastic. Super well done!!! :D

Outer Space Transport Service by Turncoda 2021-10-08T16:47:06Z

Wow I am not good at this game lol. Despite being bad at it, it was super fun and addicting. The physics felt good, but I still need to get better at slowing my momentum. Slinging around meteors and using the rope as a grappling hook was really fun too. The Asteroids art style and sound effects were perfect! Awesome game :D

Monster Burger by Glen Chang 2021-10-16T02:55:41Z

Really impressive game! As a lover of overcooked I got really excited when I saw it. The game feels really good to play and the mechanics are easy to get used to. The music is also really funky and fun. The only weird thing I noticed was some overlapping text on the scoreboard UI and the red text on the scoreboard is a little too bright and hard to read, but that's about it. So awesome! Bright Burning Beelzebob by AwesomeAlliterationAlliance 2021-10-20T00:33:16Z

One of my favorite games! They character art and level design was fantastic. I agree with some of the other comments that the collisions were a bit wonky sometimes and I got stuck on ledges every now and then. Other than that, really awesome game!

Ludumium by blaster391 2021-10-06T04:11:39Z

Very frustrating, but in a good way. I'm not very good at it, but it was really fun to play! Maybe it's because I'm bad, but the level difficulty seems to jump up quite a bit from level 1 to level 2, but it was addicting so I kept trying. Very cool game overall!

Slime-a-pult by Swen 2021-10-06T03:43:58Z

Wow! Well that was incredibly addicting... Super fun mechanics, the pixel art was great, and the sound effects were nice too. The physics felt good and I loved the level design. Thank you for respawning right where you left off instead of making you start at the beginning of the checkpoint or something. I was super worried that would happen the first time I hit spikes. Really well done, I played the whole game and enjoyed every second of it :D

Atomic Pool by Oune 2021-10-09T02:28:06Z

Nice game! I couldn't last for longer than a couple minutes or so, but I loved the concept. I'm on my laptop so the first few times I tried playing with just the trackpad and I failed epically. It was definitely worth using the mouse for this one. Very fun game! :D

Unstable Patrol by Jin9310 2021-10-09T02:01:35Z

The art is fantastic! I didn't realize you could run until I read the comments. That definitely made it a lot easier to play. Really fun game!

There'll Be Hell To Play by Enya454 2021-10-08T01:46:51Z

Whoa that was fun! The boss battle is a great payoff for collecting all the items. It took me a couple tries to realize that I can catch them by bouncing them off his head and fists. Really cool game! I'm super impressed :D

AtomBurst by Tigeryue 2021-10-15T01:51:56Z

I really like this game! The controls, graphics, and sound effects all made it feel really good to play. The one thing that I think could be added are more challenges as you get farther in. Maybe introducing new shapes with new effects. Great job! :D

Jump Jumper Jump! by ErenC 2021-10-10T19:59:42Z

Pretty fun platformer. I also didn't expect the player to not move with the platform, but I assume that was intentional. The pixel art was pretty good, and I think some sound effects and music would be a good addition too. Nice job :)

Unstabled by Rein 2021-10-07T21:14:40Z

What a delightfully fun puzzler! I loved it!! Level 8 took me a while to get past, but I'm supper impressed my all the new mechanics you introduced throughout the level. The sound effects was fun, and the horse exploding animation was a bit gross, but also fun. I think the only thing missing for me was some silly background music, but otherwise and top notch game! Great job :D

Maritime for a Latte by VeniTheRich 2021-10-15T16:09:59Z

I liked this game a lot! It was very engaging with a simple, but unique directive -- a perfect minigame! The sound design was great and I really liked the tipping/reward structure. I think one thing that could be nice is a restart ability for when you accidentally mess up right away, but considering that you don't seem to lose money, even for really bad ones, it's probably better to just send it off and go to the next one. Really fun game though overall! :D

STAR STRUGGLE by 730 2021-10-16T02:23:21Z

Super cool game! It's supper hard, but fun to play and I love the classic arcade aesthetic. Great job!

P.S. We also made our game in Godot! I haven't come across any other games yet that used it too :)

Alchemeow by Robert Li 2021-10-10T21:25:43Z

I love all the art and the cat puns. Finding the right combo was hard and it took me a few tries to figure out the goal and how to achieve it. Maybe my screen size is a little small, but I found that the UI was kinda tiny. I kept wanting to be able to expand on the "Pawsport" to see the picture better, but couldn't so I had to guess what certain features were. The buttons in the corner were also really small for me. A really fun and beautifully-styled game overall though!

Manicat by RexTGun 2021-10-07T19:54:52Z

Very fun! The stats were a bit hard to read, but the music, sound design, and overall vibe were all excellent!

How (Not) To Defuse Bombs by Reiqy 2021-10-09T01:25:01Z

Fun puzzle design! I hope you continue building on it cause more levels would be super fun! It took me a bit to figure it out. Since the line color on the circle is lighter than the lines outside of it I wasn't sure if they were actually completing/connecting the circuit. Very cool game though! It definitely left me wanting more :)

Space-Fix-Attack by John llyod Apolo 2021-10-16T03:20:22Z

Pretty fun game! I love the art and mood of the game! I agree with some other players that the mouse sensitivity was a bit high, especially moving right to left. I liked the use of mini games to fix the ship, but the one to fix the light I didn't quite understand. I put them in order and when that didn't work I tried a bunch of different orderings. I'm still not sure how to solve that one. Also sometimes the mini game randomly switched to another one while I was still doing it. I think it's because I got hit while fixing, but I'm not sure. I also agree with others that a scoring system would be awesome just to gauge whether or not you're doing well. Very cool game overall though!!!

Perfectly Balanced by mhorth 2021-10-10T23:26:16Z

Wow, this game was hella addicting! The upgrade system and leaderboard were genius. I loved the relaxing background music and simple 3D art style. The UI design was really sharp and instructions were easy to follow. I'm super impressed by how much your were able to build in such a short time. This was my partner and I's first game jam ever and we hope to eventually submit more polished games like this. I agree with a comment that someone else made that different shapes would eventually be a really fun twist to add in. This was definitely one of my favorite games so far. Well done!

Rocking Glacier by SephoWepho 2021-10-09T00:52:37Z

What a delightful little platformer! The level progression felt really good and the pixel art was fantastic! Do you use Aesprite? Having checkpoints in the longer levels might be good since having to start from the beginning after getting so far into the level was a little frustrating (but maybe that was the point lol). It was a ton of fun though, definitely one of my favorites :D

Unstable Isotope by Nafe 2021-10-08T00:29:23Z

Awesome! It took me a while to get the hang of the diagonal jumps on the last level, but I love the simple, fun puzzle design! Very cool :D

Angry Ape by orangutanrider 2021-10-06T02:13:20Z

Controls were a bit hard to get used to. No matter how much I told my hand to release shift to jump they wouldn't do it. Once I got the hang of it thought it was really fun. The art and sound design is great!

Unstable Cat by wvbz 2021-10-06T04:00:02Z

Very simple, but well executed concept. I loved the art and the game itself was really fun and addicting. I think my highest score was 170-something. The music and sound was good. My only suggestion would be to change the font of the score so that it matches the rest of the style of the game. Awesome job!!! :D

Unstable Adventures of the Space Engineer by Sceef 2021-10-08T00:58:32Z

Congrats! It was our first game jam too so I know how you feel when it comes to not getting in everything that you envisioned. The art is fantastic and I actually found the background music kind of relaxing until the countdown siren overtakes it lol. Trying to navigate throughout the ship was a fun little puzzle in of itself too. I agree that building on the mechanics would be really cool, but you've definitely got a great game on your hands and I'm excited to see what you make of it. Congrats again!

Connection Unstable by hotaloca 2021-10-06T01:54:02Z

Fascinating! The scrolling was super awkward and it took a while to figure it out, but once I did it was really cool. The sound design made me really unconformable (although in a good way) and the disjointedness of it felt very dreamlike. Nice job :)

The Unstable Comet by Juanlu 2021-10-19T23:34:33Z

Fun little game! It did get a little repetitive after a while, but it is addicting and easy to get into. I know you wish you could've added more to it if you had the time. The sound design was great and the sprite art was nice too. My only suggestion would be to make the UI a bit bigger. It's really hard to read or even notice when it's so small and tucked away. Really fun game though overall! :D

Lovecrafting by Concker_88 2021-10-16T02:12:51Z

This game was incredible!!! The art is fantastic, it was interesting, and super fun to play. I also love that the monster is still there when you go back to the menu. So awesome! :D :D :D

Server Hell by ChristianB 2021-10-06T01:24:05Z

Not gonna lie, the fire alarm beeping confused the hell out of me. I thought it was coming from somewhere in my house lol. I definitely should've grabbed a mouse for this one cause using a trackpad was a bit awkward. Very cool vibes and sound design. I couldn't figure out how to put out the fire, but it was really fun and super stressful! Awesome job :D

Shaky Shapes by joaosilva22 2021-10-08T01:20:25Z

07:46.35 - I definitely did not think I was going to get that third one, but I finally got it! Very fun and simple game. I like the aliased pixel aesthetic and I loved the timer bar at the bottom! It provides the perfect amount of tension when you get close and satisfaction when you beat it. Very cool game! :D

GR/ID by Spotted_Leaf 2021-10-07T23:50:20Z

I loved the graphics and whole aesthetic. The rules were a bit difficult to remember and I agree that not being able to unselect the cable was a bit annoying. I really like the idea though. The sound effects and animations were spot on, but some subtle background music could be a nice addition. Great job! :D

Alpha Decay by dsoberdan 2021-10-06T01:17:43Z

Thanks everyone for playing/commenting on our game! :D We appreciate the feedback and we're having a great time playing all of your games too!!!

Alpha Decay by dsoberdan 2021-10-07T21:30:00Z

@rein Thanks for the kind words. We started late afternoon on Saturday and thought that there was no way we were gonna be able to finish in time, but I'm so happy we went for it anyway. We've been wanting to do a game jam for so long now, and now that we have one under our belt the idea of doing another one doesn't seem as daunting anymore. BTW I also played your game and I loved it!!! One of our early ideas was a horse/farm animal escape idea, but your version of it was much more clever and funny. The level design was really great and the game was super addicting. Great job!

Alpha Decay by dsoberdan 2021-10-08T01:25:15Z

Thanks @joaosilva22! We had at least 4 or so more levels designed on paper, but ran out of time. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Well done on your game too! I'm not sure how, but you managed to pack in a really compelling and challenging game in just three levels. Super impressive! :D
