Elevator operator ( ˘˘з)♬♪
@Usenrame now that you've posted this, I realise I should have added a whistling part to the song!
Really really charming game! I loveee the mood and the concept! Personally feel that if would be great to have more control when stopping at floors! Overall still good work!
Very cool idea, good execution! Loved the music too.
why havent more people played this
I loved the music! I could play a lot listening this music
I feel that more guest kinds that bring challenge to the game were missing..
Anyway, nice concept. It's fun operate a elevator. Good job
The song for this was absolutely amazing well done. Also really enjoyed the characters changing animations based on how long they were waiting. The help info graphic was very detailed and helpful. Only thought is to have the info graphic in a help menu so that it cannot be missed. Very well done and great jam!
The music is great, gameplay is nice and simple, great for a jam. Art is consistent but perhaps could use just a bit more detail around the elevator itself, looks pretty odd floating like that and could use some sort of door/gate idk
I liked the idea for this game, but I think the execution could have some more polish. The elevator acceleration and deceleration made it too hard to stop on the right floor. It makes it difficult to stop in the right floor position especially when you have to look up at the top to see which floors you need to stop at.
The art was really nice and the sound was fitting. Just needed a little more polish on the gameplay mechanics.
Fun idea and excellent mood. I had some weird scaling issues on my monitor, but overall an enjoyable experience.
Cool game, the elevator was a bit hard to control, but I still had fun! Also the music was great, don't usually see (or rather hear) so much work put into music far a jam game!
Fun concept! Love the music. The UI is a little weird because you can/should just look at the two 2d indicators, and totally ignore the actual 3d world, even though it looks nice.
One issue is that the queue indicator goes off the bottom of the screen when in fullscreen on my ultrawide monitor. Also, when I restarted, it reset the complaints to 0, but not my score or the people waiting.
For controls, it might feel more like an old school elevator or interesting if you had to use a brake instead of pressing the opposite direction to slow down. Is that how they used to work? IDK.
I would try ramping up the difficulty over time. Probably by slowly increasing the rate of customers. I got to $1000 without any complaints.
So I think you have room for improvement, but you made a fun game and the mood is great. You should be proud of your game :)
Made it to 1200 before I had to call it, lol. Would like difficulty to ramp up over time. Otherwise, very simple and fun!
Interesting concept, nice art design, and a very good looking tutorial image.
I love the song, and the gameplay is fun.
I got to 2500 score but the difficulty was the same, maybe make it scale a bit, nevertheless, I played more than I wanted cuz of the music :)
Good job.
Cool idea, love the original music. I agree with the criticims about the controls - they add to the challenge, but it doesn't feel as smooth or as satistfying to play as it could do. Overall, a very nice game.
Quite challenging game to be honest. I like how you can't really stop at the ends directly. Makes you more careful with driving. More tolerance with floors would be nice but overall i like this game. Graphics look good and sounds fit just fine.
Good music and fun gameplay.
If you haven't seen it yet, here is a game where they figured out how to show all the stuff you need to know in the game world, so you can look at the cool art instead of extra HUD/indicators. I doubt their music is as good though
