This is a great example of a game that knows its gameplay loop and just nails it in every aspect. From the art to the sounds and level design it was excellent. Expanding this with more levels, enemies that can shoot back and more guns i could see this being a fully released game on steam.
love the steampunk aesthetic and your water shader was really nice. Gameplay however was a bit janky and punishing. not really knowing where your shots would land and controlling the ship was quite though. Still really cool though.
This is some amazing art and the gameplay was smooth and pretty well thought out for a jam game. Would have liked to see a bit more impact when using cards and like some have said above the candies hitting in the face was a bit annoying after a while. great entry!
A simple yet addictive game. trying to get higher scores each time is really fun. Liked the background and the music was a pleasant surprise. One cool addition could be to increase the amount of meteors that fall from the sky as the time goes on. but good entry for your first game!

I really enjoyed the graphics and the intense music in the background. and it was a very original take on the theme. but it was a bit slow and took me a bit to actually understand how everything worked.
Cool little game! The stand out features for me are the music and sound effects and the amazing pixel explosion that happens when you destroy an enemy. the death ray kept me on my toes and made it a bit of a challenge. Controls worked pretty well although sometimes the character can get stuck on the sides of platforms. Great entry overall!

Cool game that gets though pretty quickly But in the end I beat a couple of levels. Really like the art style and the grunts of the monsters once they are caught were funny to me not sure why but every time I chuckled. fun little game with a good implementation of the theme
The game looks really cool I like the ships flying around and shooting and the sprite work was really well done! But I had no idea what I was doing. I think this game would have benefited if there was a small little tutorial in it that explains the basics because now I was just dragging and dropping stuff from the conveyor belt into the assembly area and then they disappeared.
Awesome visuals And I like that you implemented a tutorial into the game not a lot of Ludum Dare games do that. It was fun to play however after a while the q & e stopped working.
Cute little game, I did not really understand the rules of the game because I always get reset and most of the times there was not a path to the exit of the level. making me just sit and wait in the hope that next time there would be... Music was off on startup but when i pressed esc it started playing and was pretty fitting for the environment. Pretty good job!
Wow This felt like a very nicely made and nicely polished game. And I played it for quite a lot investing in my army and technology to outgrow the others. The graphics are simple but work really well and the implementation of the theme was great. One of the better ones I played so far!
Cute little farming game with a good implementation of the theme. Something that would make it even better is if there was some sort of audio or music in the game.
Wow the things you can now do with AI is Insane. A lovely weird but hauntingly beautiful setting with a nice implementation of the theme. Jumping around the levels was a lot of fun although the character felt a bit floaty and unresponsive at times. But very well done!
Cool little game you made here, chased by a monster that moves every 10 seconds is a good implementation of the theme. And the graphics look really nice once you stand still and the light is on and you can actually see something. I think the completely removing the light once you are moving was quite the annoyance, i bumped into walls i did not see and it hides all the work you did for the level and art. I would have dimmed the light by 75 percent instead still giving the player some light to see and move around but making it darker overall to make it more tense. But besides that small gripe it was a good game and very smooth!
Nice little game, trying to find the correct places for stuff to add to the cup was chaotically fun resulting in some unhappy guests but they just kept coming man. Great implementation of the theme and the pixel art was really nice. Good job!
That intro cinematic was really well done and I loved it I even watched it twice just to see the amazing art pieces again. The game has not the best theme implementation but it was a pretty tough theme to be creative with besides things changing every 10 seconds. The turn based combat worked well and the gameplay was smooth. Awesome job!
A nice and atmospheric point and click game! I really liked the art and the implementation of the theme only giving the player ten moves before resetting was pretty neat.
Wow cool little game. And a really nice implementation of the theme. It reminded me a bit of the stanley Parable with the narration and the pressing of the button. but the randomness of where the button goes really urged me to keep pressing it at the right time. Good job!
Cool little game, Really like the upgrade system that you implemented into the game, the sprites are simple but work like a charm. the gun sound effects were nice and punchy. Really well done! One thing I noticed though is that the police sometimes just stand at the edges of the screen giving me loads of time to grab me some of that sweet sweet cash. so it was not really that hard in my playthrough.
Wow, this is probably the best game I have played so far it is just a complete package, from the amazing art and graphics to the great use of music and sound effects. And the story is cool and unsettling. this game gave me PT vibes. Amazing experience!
Great entry! I really like the art style and the pixelated fire looks so good. Gameplay works well however there are some buildings with open doors which you cannot enter due to an invisible wall. this got me killed several times which was a bit annoying, Still for only three days this is really impressive!

But, for some reason I cannot get past the opening splash screen... it's just stuck there, first I thought it was loading something but 3 minutes later is was still only on the splash screen. Not sure why that happened but yeah I could not play the game which was a real bummer because it looks great!

Nice little game, liked the art a lot. However the hitboxes of the enemies felt a bit broken. multiple times I got hit without actually hitting enemies. I think this game implemented the theme very nicely.
I really enjoyed the graphics and art in this game, it makes it stand out. Like the story pieces you can find as well scattered in the map. Multiple times I had too little ammo and just had to die because I could not find more which was a bit annoying. But gameplaywise it is a very solid entry!

Cool little game, Like the artstyle and the atmosphere whithin the game. Controls however are a bit buggy jump works but not always sometimes spacebar does nothing, and sometimes it is easy to get stuck on hitboxes of platforms etc. Good effort!

First time i flew directly into the acid but after the controls set in the game was fun to play. I liked the graphics, art style of the game and the sound effects.
one thing that felt a bit weird to me is that the food obstacles move way faster then the ship, resulting in the feeling that the player sometimes does not have enough time and enough speed to avoid obstacles.
But other then that a fun little game!

What a charming little experience this was!
Going through and organizing where everyone needs to sit in order for the wedding to be held was fun. First I did try to match them as best I could. Resulting in a decent wedding. After that run all gloves were off and I ruined at least 3-4 weddings π

Awesome little tower defense game! I really loved the pixel art. It was clear what was happening at all times and loved the simple but effective sound effects. Sometimes the enemies did predict where I was going which sometimes resulted in a death that felt a bit cheated. Some background music would also add a lot to this experience.
One thing I saw that I do not think was intended was that the towers were able to shoot through walls.
All in all it was a great time! Great entry π

Wow what an amazing art style! This game really reminded me of Animal crossing. Loved to walk/boat around the world and find new things to do. The writing was really good and cute!
Not being able to move the camera did do my head in. I got a bit motion sick of the moving camera. I would have loved to be able to look around myself to see all the lovely details up close.
But besides this it was a great time.

Hey, cool art! The level design is as said very Celeste like, which is awesome. It gets challenging pretty fast, but those frequent checkpoints were a lifesaver!
The wall jumping was a bit wonky for me, it just didn't work sometimes. which hindered some of the enjoyment. But overall it was great Had a blast playing your game!

Simple, polished, smooth, and a big challenge. This got me hooked for a while. Really like the simple look of the game. The gameplay was smooth although it is quite strange that the horizontal movement is way faster than the vertical movement. That caught me off guard a couple of times.

What a great little puzzle game! Love the implementation of the theme. The art was great and very unique. I did come across an issue where placing down some dishes was quite janky and not responsive. But it was great fun to try and get as many dishes on the board as possible.
The jazz music was very chill and the sound effects were cool as well.

Fantastic graphics and art. The writing was really good and I liked the mini games. Only minor thing I found was that it did feel a bit repetitive to move from exclamation point to exclamation point in a level that felt a bit to big. But the writing more than made up for that.

What a nice looking game. Really impressive lighting and modeling work here! Best feature by far is breaking the boxes and boulders. That was really satisfying!
The them was implemented well with only having a small level to survive in. Although after a while the level became a bit boring and repetitive. Maybe if the game is developed further you can add in a wave system where after completing for example 5 waves you can move to another small arena. This will give a bit more variety I think.
The music was fitting but the standout for the audio was the enemy sounds. They are chilling which added to quite the tense vibe.
All in all fantastic job!

I Like the game a lot. Controls and movement are really smooth for the most part. Did see a couple of times the double jump seemed to be not that responsive and a bit delayed. Other than that the game felt smooth. It played well, it looked good and it was challenging.

A great polished treasure hunter/indiana jones game. Love the dynamic shifts in the pyramid and the graphics were really nice and polished.
I did sometimes get stuck in one room as a result of the dynamic changes. But when all works it was really fun and addictive π

What a pleasant little game!
Love the dynamic beaches that come and go revealing more of the map and give more resources/hints to figure out what to do.
The **Thump** sound effect were great but the screen shake was maybe a bit much. was fun to try and be more efficient and trying new things.
The graphics were simple but looked really clean and fit the vibe of the game pretty well.

This game is incredibly enjoyable and addictive. I have a great time playing it because of the fantastic music, art, and gameplay. The controls are incredibly smooth, and the user interface is easy to understand. Amazing effort!
I did come across a bug that did not let me move the first time playing the game. dying and pressing retry fixed it. But after dying and resetting via the main menu did not π

Great little horror/thriller game. Felt a bit like a combination of Slender and Monstrum. Loved the low poly crunchy textures. together with the eerie background sounds and sound effect it created a tense atmosphere that got me a couple of times.
Some small things that I noticed: - some small doors/ items were floating in a corridor - some doors that can be opened blocked the path
Overall great entry. Well done!

Upgrading the mother ship, upgrading the range you can go felt great and was fun to do. Good challenge by the increasing amount of enemy ships that swarm the mother ship.

The art blew me away! Seriously, kudos to Demi! it was jaw-dropping. But I had a bit of trouble distinguishing the platforms from the background. Maybe adding some subtle shadows could help players like me out.
The controls were a bit to fast for me. in most levels I tried to jump to another platform fell down and was locked out of the level.
On a brighter note, I had an absolute blast making my own abominations! That part of the game was fantastic!
In a nutshell, fantastic art, a bit of control fine-tuning, and a big thumbs up for the abomination-making fun.

The art in this game is really amazing. Loved that! The music also fit really well.
The game is a bit vague about how it works. You can pick crew members and the goal is to have a successful expedition? After a couple of tries I noticed that there is a limit of 4 for the amount of crew members. But besides a bit of flavor text and art there is not much to the choices you make?
I did see in the result screen that there are scores about Wealth sum: 150 Edu sum: 175 Exp sum: 175
But I have no idea what this means or how this is calculated or is actually used or not.
Great little demo I would suggest to add some more explanation and guidance so the player knows what is going on.

Impressed by how much game here is in this short amount of time. Loved the overall simple glow/neon vibe! (we did something similar this jam)
The voice acting was great! Although it could sometimes be a bit annoying especially when dying/resetting multiple times. The controls worked great for most of the levels, however in the maze section it was a real pain and really janky.
Fantastic little game with a lot of soul and thought put into it!

There was one small thing I noticed. The landing sound sometimes was played multiple times (going up a slope by using the dash ability was the cause of this) π

Awesome little game you have made here! I really liked the pixel art especially the sprites animations. The music was simple but fit the game really well.
Movement and the shooting felt responsive and worked really great but there were some things that were a bit janky. The scaling in the amount of enemies was a bit insane making the game really difficult. This was not helped with some corridors being one way entries. Resulting in a static shootout with 10+ enemies.
The enemies also did quite often walk into walls and got stuck.
Some small things that once fixed could make this game a real gem! Great entry π
