I love the art, it's so cuuute <3
I found the bug where you can place dishes in wrong positions, but I had a blast trying to fit as many dishes as possible with it hahaha

@edearth Thanks for your feedback!!
Yeah, we know that there some bugs regarding the placing of dishes in the tray that we tried to fix but we had no success until after the jam! But I'm glad you enjoyed the idea of the game, really. ☺️☺️☺️
I love the art and the relaxing music! Great vibes! Also, your description mentions doing things fast, but I didn't see any indicator of time being of the essence in--game? Honestly tho, the (apparent?) lack of a time limit was something I liked in this one - it was a pure tetris logic puzzle rather than a frantic organizing game, which to me felt like it fit the visuals and sound great.
What a great little puzzle game! Love the implementation of the theme. The art was great and very unique. I did come across an issue where placing down some dishes was quite janky and not responsive. But it was great fun to try and get as many dishes on the board as possible.
The jazz music was very chill and the sound effects were cool as well.
Great entry!
Took me a while to figure out how to play but once I did I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is amazing and I love the sound effects and music! The music stopped playing after a bit so I think it needs to be looped or something.
The art is so cool :0 Well done!
Art and music were amazing. Trying to fit as many pieces on the tray was really fun as well. Took a little bit to figure out the controls.
1-bit Pixel Punk style is sooooo cool!!!!!!!!!!
@jahwffrey thanks for the feedback uwu
The art is really cool indeed! @chispalbc did an amazing job. Glad you liked the music too!
@braiizen glad you liked it!
Wow, that’s so good, great art, love it!
Really cool and unique pixelart!
First thing, I agree with everyone here that the art and music is very good (just to be that picky guy, the paw went under the plate during the placement game) ! :) Overall a great game, I hope you continue working on it, that's a cool concept !
@ryn yeah, it is actually on purpose haha. In our tests, if we made the paw go on top of the grid, it is too big and couldn't really see what you where doing ^^''
super cute! I found the most challenging part only being able to adjust one dish at a time and not being able to remove a dish once placed (I couldn't place all the bread D:) but it was a fine kind of frustration XD :cat:
@addaellis Yeah, bread can be such a pain sometimes! Quite hard to fit in the tray, especially when you have almost no space left!Thank you for playing our little game 🦝
The art and music were fantastic, obviously. Game is simple, but polished and fun, and implements the stunning aesthetics of the game smoothly and seamlessly. Fantastic!
P.s. Please post a link to the music!
My restaurant is doing well! After familiarizing yourself with all the types of cubes, the game's strategy begins to show. It's fun, expect more, like super weird occupied grid meals, or having specific delivery needs. All in all, I enjoyed it, good job!
Really enjoyed the mood of the game. I think it was really nice that placing you dihes with thought can make it possible/impossible to add another dish since they would snap back to their placed position when moved. Well done!
Game looks very stylish, starting from minimalistic, but cool-looking and animated main menu. Music is fabulous, the vibe and the concept of this place is so cool! I like the retro-vibe in graphics, animations are pleasing, and a rare "meow" makes me happy.
The paw for a cursor looks impressive at first, but didn't feel comfortable to use during the puzzle part.
I didn't figure out right away I should walk towards the kitchen and was just clicking at the screen like an idiot. I think a hint could be added to the game itself ^^
I didn't do well at the very first puzzle at all, and my cat didn't want to put blocks outside of the tray anymore. fail.jpg
Then I looked back at your page here and slowly realized that I am not supposed to fill 100% of it necessarily. Went right and earned some money and thought whew, I didn't completely fail this game xD
Finished! finishedPaw.jpg
+ It was a great experience, I enjoyed the game and it wasn't too hard/long. Maybe should've read through the instructions more carefully before playing, but oh well, I got it in the process, I guess :0 Thank you for the game, a really impressive entry, especially the atmosphere you created! <3
What a lovely thing. Graphics and music create an addictive atmosphere. I was expecting a menu with cafe improvements at the end. I would love to play this game if it develops.
One of my favorite entries so far, I don't really love puzzle games but it had such a fantastic visual style and mood!
I agree with some of the comments above about the cursor/controls and confusion about what to do - perhaps having the cat paw cursor to click between the kitchen and the payout on the "restaurant segments" rather than walking would be enough to ease that confusion and let you keep the cat paw there while removing it in the puzzle parts.
Great work to the whole team!
I liked the game interesting gameplay
