I'm way too sleepy to finish it but did managed to get to the level with 4 walls at start, very clever idea with the moving into the snowglobes I liked it a lot.

@zondarg
Thank you for the review and the kind words! :)
Yes at the end of the second day, when I had to write a whole blog post about how to use skills/what they do and so on I realized that the interface turned out not that informative :( sadly I did run out of time to deal with that in the game.
For the time being you can read the mentioned forum post and eventually I'll get around making a post jam version of this for sure :)
@piscythe First let me thank you for taking the time to give feedback! (Even if I do it a week late) It definietly made my day :) Also I would like to congratulate to you as far as I'm aware you are the only player who managed to get him below 0% so far! It is sadly a game where you are not suposed to win, by "killing" the monster you turn on a permament high damage dot until you die, sorry about that :P
The music was really tense and the graphics was adorable. Had quite a bit of fun but I got tired of having to swim back up to buy X more depth stack so I can keep going down, I would of prefered to just stay up at the shop and grind until I get enough but there was no clear indicator if I'm done. Lovely game otherwise
Edit: Forgot to mention but I NEED that whale in a plushie now
Very nice idle game, I have yet to make my stack vampirism and attack speed till the bitter end build work, but I'll get to there! Very well done!
As it turns out having 60% dodge is broken, who would of guessed? Loved this game! More maps and bosses please?
done.png
Some other things: - The enemy sometimes hide behind the walls, I would like to see what im killing  - Wish the items that had like 3-4 stats on them had a different color either on the sprite or in the name, so I can feel even better about it being epic
Now that I saw the boss myself I'm amazed how well it looks, extremly jealous of your artistic skills.
The gravity swap mechanic suprised the heck out of me. Very well done and fun platformer, hope the little guy got all the riches after the end!
Only played the first few levels yet because my brain is dead but this looks pretty fun and I'm allready in love with the two character.
Very enjoyable game with lovely art style, starting to hit 9k on the depth-o-meter after a couple of tries and tipps. Did not know fishes can be so mean
Posted some helpfull tipps on the top, thank you for your feedback
@william-corrin 26 is a pretty good number! Next time I'll try and makes things more clear! Thank you for trying it out.
@karpinsky-andrew Hi! Thanks for playing! If you turn the shield processors blue (fix them, by shooting them) the turrets will fire at the cats for you to help out a bit. Makes the game a fair bit easier if you can activate all 4 before the cats starts to spawn.
@cubex I updated for the 3rd day and put a tutorial room into it, hope it explains things a bit more
@zalos you have infinite ammo. Just need to press R and it reloads the gun in a few seconds. Ill implement an auto reload since this was problem for more players. Thank you for your feedback
@borderdestroyer you did much better on max difficulty then me, thank you for playing!
@sodaro Excellent point about the UI, I will deffinetly try to do better next jam! Thank you for taking the time to play it! (Why doesn't this game have ammo drops just gave me a very mean expert+ difficulty idea :imp:)
@holy You can reload with R
Glad you had a good time
@the-enigma Thank you for the feedback, there is a reload shower kind of on the left side of the screen, but I was told it's not really visible when in the middle of the action :)
@fl Thank you for playing and the feedback, the difficulty actually applies to all 2 game modes. I agree with the VFXs but I was running out of time at the last day, maybe I'll get around fixing up some issues one day :)
I couldn't stop laughing for a few min when I dashed the cat headface into a rock. Gotta tell you I didn't make it down a lot but it was so statisfying to spam dash I just kept doing that for like 10 minutes. 10/10
This is one difficult but well done game!
Lovely little game the art really sells the whole thing. Had a little problem with navigating, I think I was trying to go in too large bursts. Deffinetly didn't spent 5 minutes trying to catch the Tardis just to realize it does nothing :frowning2:
Very well done game, the planets are gorgeous and I want to land on them to look around. Most of them are such great ideas too. The only water planet and the hollow one especially was instresting! Hope one day I'll manage to reach eden deffinetly will keep trying!
Can't find the continue button to get into act 2 :slight_frown:
Fun characters and very nice art, looking forward for the next episode!
God the voice lines are cracking me up! Not sure whats the end game though, but I did built a giant ship and shoot down some things and had a generally good time!
Jealous of every single pixel in this game. Jumping was a bit difficult to get the hang off, otherwise it was a great experience to play it.
I didn't figure out how to get a gun and pretty sure some of the zombies was faster then me :( Failed to pass floor 2 (hell failed to explore the right side of the tutorial room).
@squeg-inc figured out the problem. I'm playing from my work laptop and if I don't maximize the game I can't see the inventory/ammo so I had no idea you can press 1-5 to equip the gun and other things, and without those boy it was difficult to do anything :)
Managed to get trough the maze the second try, controls was a bit confusing, was running away from the boss for like 2 minutes by the time I realized I can swap to crossbow with the mousewheel, after that it was piece of cake, he never stood a chance
Was a big fan how the boss fight had two phases, I'm a sucker for multi phase bosses
The leaderboard alone made me play it a few more time then I originally would have, its a very cool idea. I like the minigames as well but my best run got ruined by the word deeperanddeeper seemed like an overkill compared to "go"
Adorable game, need a dlc where I can be one of the bugs and annoy the guy by flying around him
Really cool idea, played it a few times but didn't manage to find a single stone, maybe I'm doing something wrong . Wish the game would show how much of the resources I need like 5/10 or something.
This was some nice fun experience, I may have locked myself out of the exit once or twice by destroying all the blocks around it. The graphics are impressive and I'm very suprised you had time to even make a tutorial map
Absolutly loving the light effect and the little guy is just smypahtic from the first second  Not really my prefered genre of games but had quite some fun with it, until I got murdered a few times.
The music changeing with car speed was pretty funny.
Those cannons are not punny! Is pretty fun, took a couple of runs to get all the specimens, since there is no cooldown on going back and recharging shields the bonus capacity seemed like a bad upgrade compared to just getting all the shields.
Thank you for the kind words! :)
@peterfiftyfour Thank you glad you enjoyed it, you can leave the youtube video in the background for the music :)
@tul-games Thank you, the boat is a bit slippery yes, most headaches I had during the weekend to even make the damn thing move :)
@haydads Happy you enjoyed playing :)
@john-gabriel thank you! learned a lot about shaders and 3D modelling this weekend :)
@niclee happy you had a good time!
@floke Thank you for playing and the tipps, I'll look into the sprite issue in a possible post compo version. Not sure why the loading takes this long, was fine on monday, but today I also noticed it loading significantly slower. The default volume is 0 in the game you can change it in the settings menu, another thing to eventually fix! :)
@rasblo Thank you! Best to just call the motorboat sound a hidden feature and not think about it! :eyes:
@cheesepencil @crow-seeds @harmadillo Thank you all, happy you all found it peacefull and chilling was a major point while making it to bring some peace and relaxation to people :)
@alec-cunningham Thank you for the kind words, happy you enjoyed it!
@hakro Happy you enjoyed the joke, thank you for playing!
@apiffer Thank you for playing, and for the bug report it probably happens if the item timer runs out when you are in the trade menu. Drop item sells them at a very low price, its basically just enough to pay for some fuel.Th
@maximeg Thank you, happy you enjoyed it :)
@gamescodedogs Thank you, happy you liked the graphics, that ship model has the most polygons I ever modeled :D
Cute and relaxing experience with a very chill (ha-ha) music. The proverbs was a nice addition! I loved how peacefull and happy the entire game was.
Not my type of game but the graphics and the funny/intresting letters kept my attention for a good while, very nice entry!
It seems like the drag and drop is working as long as the mouse is inside the item. If I move the cursor too fast, it gets outside of the item and that's when the dragging stops. You could change it to follow the mouse when the left mouse button is pressed instead. :)
Nice job on the game! :)
Super fun and reminds me of a very old card game I played a lot as a child, loving to press the booster button and flying away! Great entry!
I spent a supprisingly large amount of time packing trucks and sending them on their way, very relaxing and statisyfing to try and pack them to the brim. Great entry!
This is fun, lmao! I got stuck in a house, it would be good to add backpedaling. The graphics are really good! :)
I'm not a rocket scientist but it was pretty fun, after multiple tries I only got 27% :( I enjoyed the simple but chill music as well!
I enjoyed the look of the game, but kept loosing my own circle during swaps, also it's not really clear when the swap happens and where I will swap, so it felt very chaotic.
Took me a moment to figure out how things interact with eachother (naturally didn't read the help page) but once I got into it it was quite fun!
Professional graphics and pretty fun gameplay, until I yeeted myself of the side. Great entry!
Really enjoyed the graphics and the music, took a few times to get the hang of hitting the rope at the right time, but then I really enjoyed slashing people while swinging around :)
Very nice entry, had some casual fun until you made me color mix and I created half a dozen purple shirts instead of orange :D
I love the sound effects, they are hilarious, I enjoyed playing with this!
It would be fun to print the next Morse character that you need to catch and you'd have to avoid the other one. :)
Nice game, I enjoyed playing with it! :D I would like winning to be more cathartic. :)
The art is impeccable. :)
Very nice game! :)
I would like to travel to some of these universes! Also the text reading totally threw me off, pretty fun entry!
Really nice game! :)
I enjoyed the graphics, and maybe understood that placing some things next to some other means getting score most of the time.
Very nice entry, really liked how easy it is to imagine how evil the enemy is just based on the sharp designs of their ships compared to the player one. Pretty difficult as well, only managed wave 4 after multiple tries! Then I noticed you can scroll in the shop and gatling gun goes brrr! Had a lot of fun playing!
I can only agree with the rest of the comments, had a blast shooting down enemies, they for sure did less damage to me then myself, and I muted the sounds about 8 seconds after the tutorial  Great entry!
Very fun entry, and great implementation of the theme. I got to the "you win" sign but the game didn't end. Maybe I got tricked into beliving I did well
Very fun game, took a moment to figure out you can upgrade ships to have more passengers, but the rest of the UI was very self explenatory. Good job!
This is an adorable entry and very relateable, great job
Intresting concept, I wish the game told me the score I lost as well because now I need to go back to the start and pick different items, also the animations was a bit slow for me.
@thenerdster thank you! There is an equal chance you broke the UI or you got hit by a meteor that breaks the slots makeing them unuseable, really should of made that more clear
@alexey-akulovich at the moment I couldn't find why that error appears on the LD page, for the time being the itch.io link works: https://freamdev.itch.io/vessel-run
@rend Thank you for givint it a try  some UI feedback and linking the modules to keyboard instead/next to the mouse sounds like a more enjoyable experience.
@nick-rafalski Happy you like the ship! Modelling it was the most I learned in this project
@torte478 Thank you! Hope you had fun.
@snesgaard Cheers for trying it out, yea deffinetly need way more feedback when something happens, some juciy screenshake, good old startrek type
@bloodyaugust Thank you, the LD jams are the only time I try to 3D model myself, it's a good motivation to improve a little every time! Hope you had a decent time with the barebone version
@gettingrekt Thank you! Did that shield shader so many times now I could reproduce it in my sleep
@rusya-ink Wow I have no idea how it broke like that, thank you for playing the game and the feedback!
@mozokevgen @ididgame Good job getting to the end and thanks for playing!
@zealous-coder @kiv Thank you, happy you had a nice time!
@juanrod707 Thats a great idea, if/when I get back to this project I'm deffinetly adding it! Thank you for playing.
@jason-shapiro Thank you for playing, super happy you enjoyed it , about the speed others also reported that it bugs out under some mysterious circumstances...
@hakro Wohoo as far as I know you hold the world record! Thank you for playing
@erroneous Thank you! Yes I feel like I worked way too much recently with mobile UI and forgot how uncomfortable keyboard + mouse gets if you need 2 mouse  Thanks for playing!
@obittner @ivan-b There is some terrible janky code handling the ship speed and it breaks a lot :slight_frown: thank you for trying out the game!
@mango-malarkey Thank you for playing!
@notime4games Wow awesome time! Thanks for taking the time to play it
@vasco-rodrigues Thank you for the kind words!
Had a little issue moving the ship around, mostly started to spin in one place like a beyblade, but successfully sinked all but two ships... wait what do you mean that wasn't the aim?
Pretty fun and wellamde entry!
Naturally I did not read the description and was very confused how to do the levels with invisible walls... so I mapped them down on paper and managed to solve the first three. Then came back and... anyways, very nice entry I especially like the little whistle the robot makes  :robot:
Pretty fun! Took me a while to realize the enemy can fly behind you and you need to fly in a circle to be able to hit them
Impressive entry, the art quality is amazing and the look at your workers mechanic is super innovative, great job!
Loved the art style and the idea of kind-of endless runner in a car, but the keyboard controls made it very difficult to progress. Solid entry otherwise.
Very nice game, loved the depressing mega corporation theme, especially when they told me due to my hard work the CEO can buy more stuff, very realistic. :clown:
Very cute arts and atmosphere!
Awesome game, had a tonn of fun playing. Last day got a bit hectic because I wanted to buy the cannon expecting the suprise tentacle mosnter bossfight
Pretty fun game with a very chill music behind it. The second rider told me he is here to ride not to sleep, I guess cause I gave him a tent... dude went 2 days nonstop sleeping my bad for not knowing he is the terminator.
Very cool little game, gave me penumbra feels as soon as it started! Was pretty hard to navigate in the dark/grey. Loved the multiple little inputs you need to mess around to make the ship move!
This was an amazing game to play, puzzle games are not my forte (and I had to check the spoilers for the owl) but the story was so captivating and even just from the few lines every character had I felt like I know them and want to take care of them.
The game proved that I can write a lot of words badly really fast. Nice unique submission.
@the-lame-brain @comfylenny @patbgames I have set up that itch link 4 times last night and it keeps dissapearing, hopefully it stays now! Thanks for letting me know it went away again :P
@widerhold Yea, I probably should have made the first waves a bit more exciting. Enemies spawn every 40-ish seconds, and the plan was for the 2-3 waves to be very slow to give you time to familiarize yourself with the controls and the map. Things ramp up a bit more in later waves/once you fill one of the runes up.
Thanks for playing! :)
@the-lame-brain Thank you, was way more work then I put into any jams before :)
@josang1567 Thanks for playing! I used Magicalvoxel an open source voxel editor, and many many tears, I'm not an artist by nature so drawing/modelling is always a struggle :)
@rhewid Yes, I think the game desperately needed about an extra hour playtesting and ballance tweeking, both in terms of enemy stats and spawning frequency. I think cutting everything into 1/4th and making them spawn 4 times faster would of made a more enjoyable experience. Maybe a post comp version
Thank you for playing!
@comfylenny Thank you for the feedback! The experience bar is *technically* there. Completly charging a boss rune gives you about ~3.3 levels. Yes it's not intuitive and a terrible design, the game really needed an extra hour of playtesting by someone who wasn't me. Hit feedback I didn't even think of, should be fairly simple to do for a post comp version!
@rakowu Sure hope it stays there now!
@potatofinch @rakowu And here I was worrying I made it too easy... but I belive in you!
@arcolm Thanks for playin, animations... man I was already crying from having to draw voxel
@rakowu Awesome! Made my day you spent so much time on it :) Now time to go for the secret achivment! (hint in the lore page)
@sozey Thank you for playing :)
@thomas-bringer Thank you for playing and the suggestions! The character does get faster with levelups and it slowly feela better to run around... you are onto something
@domenixius Thank you! Yes the dash is way too long but I felt it was hillarious to fall off the platform
@schadocalex Thank you for playing and well done taking over the world :P I'll experiemtn some with different camera angles, it did feel like you are way too blind to things "below" the player.
@eric-nguyen Thank you so much, the models was a lot of fun to make. I think I need to learn how to draw UI for the next jam because I couldn't even make a button scale normally!
@martonel Thank you for playing
@alzhu1 Thanks for playing, I think maybe making a line where the teleport will end and only teleport on key up instead of key down could be a solution. Gona add it to my post comp version list
@krummsakura Thank you for playing. Unfortunatly I didn't know much about how to export voxel models for Unity so all model is just one block, for animations I would need to redo all of them and slice them up at the body parts then make the animations. Maybe in a future project
@magus77 Thank you! If you are intrested there is a post compo version that ramps up much faster! :smiling_imp:
@digital-bacon Thank you, glad you had fun  !
The graphics are amazing, and the entire game feels complete, great entry!
Took a little while to realize how to play, I kept trying to click the entitre button panel? thing, and missed that the little + icon lights up. Otherwise a super fun entry with adorable graphics and a very relaxing but still hurrying along music. Intresting take on turning the usual idle "press button, number goes up faster" into a kind-of puzzle game where you have a time limit.
Just saw this getting played on @potatofinch stream and had to rush here to try it for myself. Very nice lighting effects and adorable character design.
Im a huge fan of automation games and this was a great spin on them! Was lost a bit at the start -reading is hard and I didn't found the B button- but I enjoyed beaming the trees to ash, that could have been the entire game and I would of had a great time, the visual feedbacks on mining is really enjoyable!
Couldn't finish the run cause my boss came into the room but definetly putting it on the list for once im home :)
@rhewid Yea managed to figure it out eventually, clarity was fine to be honest it was more of an issue of "who needs a tutorial/read"
Fun game, having to repeteadly click to skip trough single line messages like "..." was a bit tiring, but otherwise a very nice entry. Wish there was a confirmation I kicked the right student out.
Pretty intresting spin on the army summoning games, I liked to draw the summoning runes, don't think enough games utalizes these shape tracking features. My only complaint is that the tutorial takes forever, maybe needed faster walking cows for that level. Nice entry otherwise!
Absolutley loved it, the music, the art all perfect.
Pretty good racer game, very impressed by the feel of the car. My only two issues was I wasn't sure how much I need to ram into the enemy car, and on the second map I knocked him under the ground somehow and he never came back regardless how slow I went.
Pretty fun game and liked the summons a lot, not sure if I was supposed to get some clue about the summons or just luck in to the correct one but managed it on the third playtrough. The animations was a nice touch with the zoom-in for every summon but since it took me over 10 tries to kill him (I wasn't tracking wich spells I tried for a while) it got a bit repetative and wanted to click them trough.
Very nice game, some of the animals are really difficult to summon, also the mouse was acting up until I turned full screen on wich threw me off for the first few minutes.
@ugly-robot Was a plain chrome, should be updated to the latest version as well.
Nice submission, enjoyed the pretty arts and music.
Well that was absolutly adorable, but just like in real life I couldn't make more then one friend  Very nice game and a very catchy tune :)
Very well done game, the little dash effect and the items breaking added a lot to the atmosphere. Casting felt a bit slow at the start but got slightly better as I got some speed perk.
Very enjoyable and well done entry.
Took me a while why I can't type exossafus, I understand the choice of the font but for me it made it hard to read the words correctly. Enjoyed the idea of putting the enchants on the mobs, I wish some of the words got randomized after casting, eventually the game just turned into a ignis bellator spam.
Thats some very nice Q1 vibes you got there  Very well made submission. Bit on the harder side for me, did not expected the bat to kill me while I'm looking for my button to summon a golem.
Nice idea, really well done on the pattern recognition managed to recognize even my very loosely correct shapes, the combos I couldn't remember so went with the easiest pattern to draw and just draw a lot of it.
I would install this on my phone in a heartbeat to mess around creating creatures while travelling. Great pixel arts and very intresting system with merging them together!
Also: this thing is cursed, kill it with fire!
Cursed.png
Intresting idea to let you summon your own consumeables depending on what you need, would like to see some extension on this :)
Pretty fun game, especially loved the voice lines for the summons and the dancing demons was a lot of fun to watch
Nicely done horror game, both from the effects and because I needed to use my brain to progress...
Very nice creepy vibes and an enjoyable short story. The dolls are very creepy, do not want to meet them at night  I had to play it trough twice to read everything because I skipped some messages on accident, I think some delay before skipping on keypress would be better, especially since its a story oriented game.
Quite fun concept, took a moment to remember wich button is what color especially when the recipes started to get hectic. Especially liked the mumbling voice in the background :)
Very pretty alchemy game, I enjoyed trying to figure out how to solve every item. I think the walk in/out animations was fine for the first time but they got really tiring to watch after every time, I think a direct swap from the kings room into the crafting screen would of made the flow better.
Very nice entry, really liked how the tank tilts on the edge when it moves, the graphics also reminded me an older obscure favorite of mine: State of War.
Can't belive you woke up and deicded to make a water level  Controlls felt a bit nonresponsive, but rest of the game was pretty great. Especially liked how happy the vibes im getting from the art, lovely beaches, blue water... big summer holiday feels
Pretty nice entry, I felt a bit slow at the start, was difficult to keep distance to regular mobs. Then I felt cheated that I cant dual wield the shotgun and the pistol  Did ended up having a blast once I got over it
Dammit I was 20% from level 11! Pretty fun game, gave me a slight epileptic attack but had a great time! Amazing how fun can such a few simple shape be
Edit: Can't rate for some reason, idk if thats intented but if not ping me and I shall return.
@marudziik I have returned and did much worse then last time, rated!
@lazyanttu Thank you! The button feedback is defintly on my Todo list, and the upgrade scaling was a last minute ballance call, and a bad one: not every level give you a full item chance...
@mcramon Thank you! Wish I had your talent for art! Your entry looks professional.
@rustywolf Thank you! :smiley:
@toppervideogames Yes the upgrades are way too strong, unfortunatly ran out of time to do a better ballance run wich also ties into the differnt upgrades/ore tiers. Let's just say I had many dreams on saturday morning and this is what left by sunday night  Thanks for playing!
@batthecat Thanks, I tried to mess around with particle effects for the item feedback, I think I needed to start working on sounds earlier and just record me hitting a pan or something for smithing noises...
@michael-parrish Hahaha maybe in a future update the snail will return  Thanks for playing, glad you had a good time!
@scoobysnacks You just need to belive, there is a true dwarf in all of us!
@gifarre I tried to imply with the tutorial text, and how they follow eachother that the first item only need 1 iron, guess it failed a bit  Thanks for playing!
@chuckiee YES you found all the bars! You are just a few items away to craft a sword out of them. It sells for a nice sum of money  You also did the exact same thing I did on my first run after release, invest into iron, go bankrupt because people want magic... I never tried shape casting but I'll look into it!
@the3rdhunter Thank you! I suffered so much with the audio, very happy you liked it
@psychomonster Thank you, I was having a hard time to generate metal noises and was too dumb to actually record me boinking some pans...
@texugo That is certanly... a way to figure out recips  I like to read how people approch the problem, thank you for playing!
@marudziik Thank you, I working on adding some feedback for a post compo version right now
@monogatari That sounds like an odd issue, maybe its the browser build, but the cursor should lock to the middle of the screen after clicking inside the application once. Thanks for playing!
@d-demetori Understandable deffinetly not for everyone  thanks for playing!
@yorsh Yea on saturday I had dreams of also having to explore an underground cave system for differnt kind of ores that would of helped with the theme but ofc I over estimated my abilities
@atsh Thank you, I struggeled a lot with the models and hate all of them so it makes me happy when people like it  I think with the recipes and what dwarf ordered I fell into the "I played this 20 hours and makes perfect sense to me". Next time I'll try to incorporate some more playtesting by others before the deadline. Thanks for playing!
@wisstopher Thank you for playing, glad you had a nice time!
@binaryprinciple I think adding a second level of urgency could be fun instead of capitalism. I'll deffinetly prototype that one day  Thanks for playing!
@jumbocactuarx27 Another fan of the Lavasnail, should of just made a game about it... I would recommend trying to put only one iron bar on the crafting table and go from there.
The UI needs a lot of work espeically on the feedback side, but was my first time doing floating world UIs... it shows
Thanks for playing!
Great job, I love the atmosphere super impressed by the music and art. Was a bit confused about why I can't build something sometimes, I think the UI didn't update when I had the build menu open and waiting on resources.
At one point some of my buildings started to shake and glow green, i punched a radar next to it but I have no idea what it was supposed to counter/do.
Good fun overall
Shocked at the level of polish the game have, the story was pretty captivating. The blue orb system was a bit harder to understand and the endgame spiraled out of controll really fast. But early to midgame was a great experience.
Very creative idea, I liked the cute fish chomp. The prey somtimes hid behind some of the decoration got a bit frustrating at some points.
Great graphics and fun gameplay, input timing felt a bit off at times, but I had some fun with it
Nice entry, not my cup of team gameplay wise but was an enjoyable ride. I think the movement could use some work, feels kind of turn based as it is.
The side swap on the double jump got the best of me and my boss is in the room so need to take a break but it's a fun little game. I espeically enjoyed that you don't die if you mess up by spikes/fireballs but just lets you know "you messed up X times".
Will be back for some more
I really liked how I can see the boxes on my ship visually, made it very immersive. Wish the decoration in the water created shadows, I think it would of increased the already great atmoshphere. Well done entry overall!
This was really fun to play, I love how you gave very distinct feels to every ore even though they just recolors, finding a big bunch of diamond was satisfying.
A minor think to nitpick: The upgrade window scales oddly on my machine, the upgrade icons float over the panel with "Upgrades" on it.
This is a very well done example of how a simple concept can be super fun. Only issue I found is Z/Y is swapped in my country so I keep getting wrecked by them.
This was some excellent fun, I'm amazed how speical you managed to make all enemies with so few pixels. I loved the visual feedback on no mana, espeically since a I know a few people who struggles to look away from their character when fighting. Hope you'll revisit this project and extend a little on the combat maybe some progressin to give a reason to kill the enemies, would happily play a few more rounds
I found a small bug where you can skip a level if you double tap space on the stairs so I happy to report I made it to floor 31.
This is a pretty fun entry, I bead bronze on my own, planning to convince someone to try it in multiplayer, sounds like a hillarious time
Bonus points for making the UI also use the control buttons instead of the mouse!
Very intresting concept, I had fun solving some maps until I got stuck inside a pillar becaus I swapped depth at the wrong time
I wish there was a setting to only turn the camera when I hold the mouse button or something cause the constant rotation with the slippery floor maed it a bit hard to control my character.
Chocolate cake is ALWAYS the answer. Great job on capturing how insanely frustrating is when people can't make decesion. I was ready to close the window
I appriciate what you did here, and it's a very cool and well presented idea, but after spending 10 minutes getting trough the bridge and up the stairs just to fall down, I hate it.
Well done great entry
Thats a very fresh take on the avoid things in narrow corridors mechanics, nice entry!
Well this was terrfying for a pixel game, loved the mood of it, the "lunatic" drwaings on the wall as tutorial was a nice touch. The light stick and digging down gave me some terraria flashbacks, 10/10 would build a hellevator again, but do wish I could do something on the lowest level.
Pretty fun game, I very much enjoyed the hectic "just keep things runing" feeling. Maybe beacaus it reminded me how we do things at work
I wish there was a way to see your progress before dying, like the outside changing a little, or a distance gauge you could use.
Pretty nice entry, always suprieses me how people can make something simple and yet fun.
Tried to get to the bottom but kind of got frustrated at the random level generation when sometimes I got nice wide caves all the way up to 3k score and sometimes I got the narrowest corridor known to man at sub 500 scores. Maybe some more constraint on when the cave starts to get narrower so I had a sense of progression?
All in all nice entry
This was a fun run, loved the immersive NPC UI, and the cozy little mining camp feeling. My first attempt ended because I fell off a hole I dig and 2 bat killed the entire camp, I wish there was a "unstuck" button, but maybe its a deliberate don't be a fool design.
Fun but very difficult game, black holes are messing me up everytime
There was way too many things to do at the first, even on story 1, and the game let me pick story 6 wich was silly considering my brain capacity. Once I went back to level 1 I had fun
Goddamn I used to LOVE this game back in the day and you made it so much better with the levelup and items system. Awesome job, I would pay to play a polished version of this.
I'm not much into american football but this was a fun little game, turns out I would not be picked to play it though because hot damn I only won 1 game... Nice and fun entry
Gotta love anything that reminds me of the old ones. Nice entry excellent mood lightning. :octopus:
Very intresting entry, had some troubles with some walls but overall a fun journey. I wish there was a more clear explanation what the different hand colors do, or maybe I just missed them.
This was pretty fun, really curious how the sonar effect works.
This is kind of fun, can't say I'm amazing at doing multiple things, and got rolled because was trying to get bonuses instead of deflecting, but had some decent fun!
@jan-sate Thank you for playing, I think that might be on me, there is a bug that sometimes break the speed of bit's making them go super fast during gameplay. You might want to give another try now
@barnabewild I was struggling a lot with the camera angle, I think if i were to do it again I would definitely do something more always right behind the receiver. Thanks for commenting!
@ne-aquilon I tried many location for the codewords and to be honest none of them worked great, if they are on/in the square they are too distracting, if they on the sides you don't always have the time to look, maybe I'll try some other positions and see what everyone thinks. Thanks for playing!
@helslo Bit Saber... where was you when I was struggling to come up with a name 2 in the morning?! I think you and @graebor both onto something with being able to just slice off a bit from words, maybe would of made it a more fun/more decisions game. Thank you both for playing!
@mahalis I think you also got the bug where the bits don't slow down after the main menu and they are too fast to catch correctly, you should have a couple of seconds between spawning and reaching you, hope I can nail that bug down one of these days and publish a non annoying version. Really like the idea of projecting your hitbox and maybe light up if you will collide with the box... thanks for the comment
@floonace Thank you for playing, glad you liked (and was able to activate) the quantum mode. @jk5000 Thank you for playing! @geckoo1337 Oh damn, I was sure I uploaded it, will fix it when I get home, thank you for reminding me and playing!
@shoalmuse Man and I used strudel.cc to make music, it would have been so easy to make a ping noise with it for catching stuff. Thanks for the idea and playing!
@richard-baltrusch Thank you, I think easing in to the word count maybe starting with an even shorter is a good idea. The idea of red squares would be to fix earlier mistakes, honestly I just wanted something to spice up the gameplay but not sure I did a great work with it... Thanks for playing!
Very cool game, took about 4 rounds to figure out what the buttons do but after that it was fun. Surprised how such a simple idea can be made into something fun/complex.
I really like the atmosphere of the game, but can't say I was able figure out what the music cues are about, also took me like 5 min to find the M button because I don't know how to read apparently
I did NOT expect the dalek angle but gave me a good jump scare. Nice entry, the dark areas was a bit hard to navigate for me but that's just me and my depth perception issues
As someone who has hundreds of hours in Factorio building trains it was a lot of fun directing them around.
I had two issues with the randomness, once on lvl3 I got up to 300+ points without having to do anything because the trains just behaved nicely. Then I got a train spawn in a 1 way road 2 blocks away from a train coming to that station and I just lost. Other then that pretty fun ride
Really liked the mood, and the entire game is the UI feel. Unfortunately I could not figure out how to defend myself and got into an annoying keep loosing my systems the moment I repair them loop.
Very nice first entry, pretty amazing you got this much done
I had some struggles with the wall jumping, ended up being able to do it but it feels like you kind of stick to it like glue sometimes. Very neat idea with the building platforms for yourself.
Really interesting and educational game, educational in the sense of I learned a lot about myself, for example I cannot due two things at the same time or remember things. Nice entry!
I got a bit confused at the start, feels like the door should open faster maybe? Very interesting art style, can't say I've seen similar before.
As someone who works in IT I don't understand why "5 years" was not an acceptable answer for "how fast I can fix a critical bug". Pretty funny game, had some good laughs.
I liked that game, because I learned something new, I had no idea ships used flags like this to communicate! Gameplay for me was a bit slow but well made.
