Enjoyable resource management game, maybe as project advacement take deeper crack at music and sound
This was a simple idea executed in fun way, superb work.
Quite impressive what you've gotten together in the timeframe given. Minor text load bugs on the html version (shop screen displays half of the text outside vision, text flickers when in your home) but that's prob due crummy laptop resolution.
Keep up the progress for it, the throw angling could use some polish but there's a lot of potential in the game
This has been the most enjoyable fish fondling experience I've had in my life
Grand idea, was left wishing for some sort of control over scene rotation however
Lovely take on the runner formula, with tons of expanding oppoturnities
Fantastic puzzle game, you've grasped the mechanic teaching curve nicely
This was surprisingly lovely and stylish take on the event, I nearly missed a ride because the game was that captivating
Only thing stuck in loop after this is my heart for the caterpillar cowboy
When the world catches up to the idea of egg magnets, I know what game to credit it for
Very scary game my grandma also is in basement dancing so good to know my experience is universal
Astounding how much you've managed to squeeze in during the ludum, marvelous little monkey game.
It's also bit reassuring to know you're not only one with same html build problems (crackling audio). :monkey:
@paulloz Tried both Chrome and Firefox, our game had same issue when we tested and uploaded our builds.
Guess my PC is just cursed
This is some really inspiring stuff you've managed to put together in a weekend, polished outcome despite ambitious combination of elements. I hope you've considering pushing the project further.
The background speedlines sometimes blind you to what's going on with the eggs but such is life in space when no-one can hear you frog or something.
Surprisingly lot of gameplay squeezed together in just 9 hours, and the controls and hitboxes are actually quite solid.
Absolutely lovely twist on this formula, all we really need is some theme-appropriate characters yelling on combo clears and versus mode so I can show everyone online how bad I am at combo set-ups.
Really novel colony building game. The initial confusion from tutorial and some scrolling issues gave way to a fun experience. To hear this was your first godot game AND for Compo is impressive.
There's some real potential to make this into a full game, minor tweaking to enemy spawn logic is enough to nail the difficulty just right I'd say, and some music as cherry on top.
I'd also prefer some form of mouse locking for the game window as I kept screwing myself over by clicking outside the window when frantically trying to fend off jetpack moles.

A frighteningly accurate game about how it seems and feels to drive during 3 AM when returning from music gig.
@asdehielo Thank you for bringing up the fact how your resources aren't stored on base visit, we've now pushed a fix to this. Sadly we ran out of time to properly implement cave variety in generation, but we've cooked up plans on that for a "post-ludum" version.
You got a solid grip on the base gameplay, and as much as I tried, couldn't get it to glitch out with surface-only digging like old flash games on this formula used to do so good job.
Lovely little resource management game, just needs some upbeat anxiety-inducing lab tunes to go with the resource juggling chaos.
A nice throwback to puzzle caves in older Pokemon games, good job on creating a stable web build for your first Ludum project too.
Absolutely loving this approach to the theme, :rat: 's off for you, committing on the idea and going this deep and hard with the visual execution.
A secondary pass on the audio might help as it's a bit too loud, neighbours are now well aware I'm witnessing the miracle of life over and over again.
Really cool platformer, seeing how you also included mouse click as jump option should make porting this to mobile a breeze (with maybe even some extra levels and unlockables).
