Really cool entry! I played through it and had a great time. Here is a quick breakdown of my thoughts: โข Gameplay & Design: The core mechanics feel solid and intuitive right from the start. The gameplay loop is engaging, and the controls feel responsive and fair. โข Visuals & Art Style: The visual direction fits the overall mood really well. Everything looks cohesive, and the presentation makes it very clean to follow what's happening on screen. โข Audio: The sound effects and audio design add a lot of punch to the experience and help build the atmosphere. โข Theme Interpretation: You did a fantastic job incorporating the jam's theme into the core loop in a creative and clever way! Constructive Polish Idea: If you decide to update or expand this after the jam, adding a few extra feedback cues (like juice/particles or subtle screen shake) or expanding on a few mechanics could make it feel even more polished! Overall, awesome job for a jam project! Left you a high score/rating. Keep up the great work! ๐
@anastasia-pitomets interesting that you say this, because we still have not uploaded the game by the time you commented that...

I absolutely love the visuals and the overall concept of the game. I hope you manage to maintain your leading position in the jam!
@nikitastarostin Thank you so much!!! I'm looking forward to trying my game, @pan-pan just showed it to me and it looks great!
Cool game guys!
@kuzey thank you!!
A fever dream experience... surreal.
seems to get stuck loading in Firefox?
@mgear thanks for the notice, we will try to investigate asap!
where can I buy my irl moonpet?
@sakulopa-360 I agree
@fromrose at typhoondragoon.com
Bro, we were totally on the same wavelength! :D
Everyone kept telling me I should turn a game like this into a horror game, but I wanted to lean more into the cozy side :)
You did an awesome job! Such a great vibe. Thanks for the feedback and for making such a well-crafted game!
I love the vibe of the game. The art is really nice!
SUCH A NICE VIBE! I ADORE THE VISUALS
Great work! Love the aesthetics :D Love the blade-runner ref as well ๐
@cptdrusha YeahhhH!
We were kinda divided if we wanted full cozy or horror, though we did want a little bit of both!
Thank you so much, yours is awesome too!!!
@el-chivo-vivo @applejollygarden thank you both so much! We did our best to create a nice atmosphere :D
@avi thank you!!! We sincerely didn't have enough time to put in all our crazy references in xD
This brought back some lovely Tamagotchi memories! I liked the idea of caring for Moonpet in a room full of old technology. A great fit for the theme and a nice trip back to the early 2000s.
I love the visuals and vibe of this game!
the y2k bedroom is unreal, all the fake brands like gugu, bloop and punipuni are such a love letter to that era, and the moonpet jumping between the tamagotchi, the pc and the tv is a great touch. it actually made me want to sit there and take care of the little guy. how did you handle the pet's needs across three devices, is it one shared mood or does each device have its own? really charming game.
Can't say I was big into tamagochi when it came out, but just on vibes I loved everything in the game, the good old anime in the tv, some raining outside, back when we didn't have 5 month long summers with 9 heatwaves, those were the days.
Really nice entry.
Incredible experience, done it completly and realy loved the game. Could not find any bug, the mood is set and works realy well.
What an amazing job, congrats to the team
@welovegames thank you! Our intention was indeed to revisit all of that at once!!
@dywanix Thank you so much! We tried xD
@perrarancino Thank you so much! We're thinking of expanding it into a bigger, longer game where we would do even more with Mochi in all the devices!
Yes it has one shared mood across systems, and it's how the story progresses. Sometimes it appears in multiple places at the same time, it is really an unsatisfiable little deviant!
@freamdev thank you so much! The atmosphere was really important for us, so we wanted to do it justice!
@empeurman thank you so much!!! We tried our best to focus on bringing the best experience possible. It is thanks to the wonderful team producing the art, content and some of the features that I had the chance to focus on polishing the experience!
Your game is so great, nothing to exept PLAY IT !
@frizifrench thank you so much!
I hope the themeโs something related to bananas. Awesome, your game is magnificent! I had a blast playing it, really cool stuff
@ao-85 HIGHLY APPRECIATE IT! I BEG FOR FORGIVENESS FOR LACK OF BANANAS IN THIS VERSION. MAYHAPS IN THE FULLER, LATER RELEASE. BANANA!
Great job, I actually wanted to go back to grinding xp on those pumpkins
The atmosphere in this game is amazing! A 3D room full of old tech, a rainy day, and a virtual pet to take care of - such a cozy vibe)) I also like that there's a slightly weird and mysterious feeling underneath all the nostalgia. The idea of the little guy moving between different devices is a really nice touch!
The voice acting and sound design are also really cool and add a lot to the atmosphere. The early 2000s aesthetic is spot on, and the whole concept fits the Old Tech theme perfectly. Great job, and good luck with the jam!)) ะะตะท ะธะผะตะฝะธ.png
Screenshot 2026-10-22 212057.png ( โธโธยด แต `โธโธ) amazing game. love the look and vibe so much. great use of the theme i really have no notes besides i love it.
Wow the production value and the amount of content is over the top! I usually don't play this type of games but the mood, the voice acting and the finely engineered timing got me staying until the end. Amazing job ๐
Ha this really took me back, great job creating the atmosphere and with attention to detail!
@thedudeintx mayhaps when we release a fuller version we can make it even better!!!
@cahard thank you for the so kind comment! We really did put in our best, as we love old tech so much especially early 2000s, and it brings us so much great nostalgia. Our idea was to revisit it in a twisted way, as our memories can sometimes deceive us of the past...
@bigtex thank you so much! We tried to make it the most cultured game possible!!!
@rend Thank you, your comment is very kind! As we have a deep passion for this era, we wanted to put in our hearts and labor with our very best. Knowing you don't really usually play this type of games made me feel like we did the right thing! Thank you so much!
@kedikat thank you so much!!! That's our goal, happy we achieved :D
So cool atmosphere, love the music and graphics, but the minigames felt slightly repetitive at some point, but the story made it very enjoyable still, the game always pulls you somewhere, and that felt real nice. But ending was a bit too hardcore for me lol was expecting that jumpscare :x
**Absolutely loved the creepy vibes!**
The animations are great, and the environment is super immersive. I also like how the setting is gradually getting more sinister and dark throughout the game, I sometimes had to exit the fullscreen mode because I was expecting a screamer :D
That is to say, well done!
The menu music is really nice, this is visually the best looking game i've played this ludum dare so far. Great experience all around.
Vibes are immaculate!
@7uc4s thank you so much for the comment! I do agree about the mini-games! We tried our best to coordinate the entire thing with the time we had, so I'm thinking of making the fuller version better in that sense!
@hotcoffee thank you so much! We really tried our best to prove an immersive creepy atmosphere that also felt cozy and nostalgic! I'm laughing about the fullscreen mode ๐ Glad it worked!
@chomby oh wow, it's really an honor to hear this! Our team is very happy to hear!
@bencrorules we tried our best thank you so much ;v;
Thank you all for the comments!! I wish I could share some of my bananas with you but I ate them all ๐ข
Wow! The vibe of this is amazing. You nailed it.
Thank you everyone for the kind comments! I'm very happy that you guys liked our game! We made it with so much love ๐ โญ๏ธ
@tod-semple thank you :D
FANTASTIC WORK. I really loved the atmosphere and Mochi character. Y'all really nailed this great work!
@radiolaria thank you so much!!!
Your visuals were impeccable, I'm so jealous! You guys fit the theme perfectly and had a ton of depth for such a short time this was amazing! I made it to the end and even found the secret folder ๐ณ
I only found one teeny tiny bug where when you are sending messages and switch to another chat it will send in the other chat lol.
But Amazing work overall, I loved it!
@ty-victorson thank you! We did our best to make the experience rich, from visuals to the content, including the secret folder xD
Thank you for the mention of the bug!
This is such an impressive entry! I don't know how you made all of that in such little time, congratulations!
great game! I don't have much feedback to give since the game was really well made and polished, I couldn't even find any bugs. Good job!
This is impressive for Ludum Dare! Camera, Controls, Character on point. You found the fun right away. The music was absolute feels. It really had that vibe of 2005 watching anime and playing games on my computer after school. I feel like so many people miss out on this experience. Especially the msn messenger parody. This would also make a fun desktop overlay or something. Great work in all of this seriously! I liked the ending too!
@tenthousandfireants we really miss those golden days too! Thank you for the kind feedback ๐ ๐
5 stars across the board, that was incredible! I don't really have any notes, just amazed at how much you were able to do with the short amount of time you had for the game jam. The shift in atmosphere from cosy to tense as the game goes on is super well done.
@telkan thank you so much! We tried our best to work async and we had 4 people! :D
@viceversa Thank you! That's amazing to hear!!!
@tenthousandfireants Thank you deeply! As someone who grew up in the early 2000s (and honestly everyone else in the group) we simply HAD to do this. We wanna make it into a full game later, so maybe we can do an overlay too ๐
@matthewdrake Thanks man we did our best! It's an honor. As I said in the comment above we really did try to divide work correctly between the members and we work asynchronously too so there was usually no blockers and we could focus 100% of the time during the weekend.
An interesting game.
I felt more annoyed by the little star character than I did afraidโIโm not sure if that was the intended reaction, though! The art is wonderful, and the horror atmosphere is very well executed. Iโd like to commend whoever handled the audio; being able to play our own music while we played is a fantastic feature for a game like this.
The entire designโfrom the computer folders and the Tamagotchi options to the MSN-style chatsโis exceptionally well crafted. Itโs clearly a monumental effort that deserves the full admiration and respect of us players.
Creating such a well-made game in such a short amount of time really speaks to the talent of its creators.
Congratulations to the entire team.
@euler-moises it was intended yes xD though it also was mostly due to the short amount of time we had, and we didn't want to make the experience super long. Maybe slower in a fuller version later.
Thank you so much for the kindhearted comments! We really did our best to make it the best possible within the time we were given.
