Summoned item displays a bit too long and the scroll bar is too slow, had fun seeing what items I could make. :)

Thanks for the feedback Xana! Glad you enjoyed it!

Very neat concept. Alchemy by way of adventure game puzzle

Funny game that was quite fun to play. One note I'd have is to widen the scroll bar on the ingredients, its sometimes difficult to grab and mouse wheel does not always work.

Clicked on the game just by looking at the old 16 bit style cover art. . I am dragging three metal Ingot to 3 slots but then nothing is happening clicking on the center of the table removes those as well. Then I tried with one then i worked. I think some clarification is needed here. After some trial and error I understood that ok only if I place the correct ingredients then it works otherwise it does do any thing. I thing notifications are needed that worng input. And there are no amount on how much of each item I have. I got the idea now you make new items that items will make more items. I think we need good feedback in the player actions. And the scroll where item items are stored we need to show some indication that it has more items than three.

Fun game, I liked the concept. I really liked the blueprint mechanic where it left some things mysterious! Great job!!

Great game! It is really entretainent.

The concept was really good, needing to think about what materials can combine to make others and finally guessing the red exclamations by yourself is really fun, especially when you get it. I would suggest maybe changing the list of materials to a better one that you can see more, because in the late game sometimes you are scrolling up and down looking for the materials.

Loved the gaming king :D Good Job!

This game was really fun, and had some good humor. The blueprint mechanic is really cool, it guides you in a direction preventing you from mindlessly experimenting, but doesn't rob you of solving the puzzle itself. Nice work!

A pretty good interpretation of the combining items idea. The blueprints do a really good job giving a direction to go into, while leaving space for experimenting and deduction. Though the fact that you always use new items the moment you obtain them did make some of the puzzles notably easier.

Adding narrative to alchemy was fun, although I thought it was silly the king would send you away just for you to come back a moment later. Appreciate the blueprint hints, especially because I didn't notice the scrollbar at first lol! Great job overall!

Nice work! Lovely artwork, and good concept/execution!

Very pretty alchemy game, I enjoyed trying to figure out how to solve every item. I think the walk in/out animations was fine for the first time but they got really tiring to watch after every time, I think a direct swap from the kings room into the crafting screen would of made the flow better.

Love the art. Love the end game. I similarly was a little frustrated with the supply scrolling but that's pretty minor to everything else. The summoning map was a great addition! Thank you for sharing.

This was an incredible alchemy game, I loved the idea of putting together ingredients based on a blueprint and trying to solve for the different combinations. The main frustration I had was that the scrolling on the ingredients felt really weird, maybe it could've been less sensitive or the scroll was widened to fit all possible ingredients. The different combinations of items you could create was fun though, and trying to figure out the missing ingredients in the blueprint was interesting (even if I had to brute force some of it).

As a final note, the art in this game is really phenomenal, I loved how detailed the spritework was and the animations were pretty smooth too. Overall, this was a really fun game, and would love to see a followup/more like this!

Fun idea. Well executed. Just the right duration for this kind of idea. Also good progression of the items from something grounded in the era to something silly/modern. A nice/funny evolution of the premise. Well done. Also good art/music.

An absolutely beautiful looking game! Love the concept, only suggestion would be a notebook of previously tried recipes, to avoid unhelpful repetition. Great work!

Overall this was a treat. The premise was solid, and the dialogue was excellent (and hilarious!). After a couple days of crafting I wasn't sure how long I'd last, but seeing your items start to populate the King's hall really kept me going. Decking him out with all the fancy gear was satisfying and funny. The blueprint system was honestly genius game design. Walked that line of giving hints while also letting players discover for themselves.

From the critical side, there's a few things worth mentioning. That font... Why?? It's so unreadable and distracts from the great dialogue, surely there's a themed font that isn't excruciating to look at. Also keep your pixel size in mind, that font is much higher resolution than anything else and clashes with the cute art. On the topic of pixel size, your artist really showed up with the character sprites and backgrounds (the perspective choice is one of my favorites!), but then all that work got scaled to hell. Pixel art does not like to be scaled! Stick to 2x, 3x, 4x only when scaling pixel art, or just leave it all 1:1 and let your viewport scale everything to fit the window. Lastly, as amazing as the blueprints were, their style was completely different from anything else in game. Get that art unified!

Regardless it's quite an impressive little experience y'all put together in a weekend, thanks for the fun!
