It felt quite broken, but aside from that it was a bunch of fun and was entertaining aside from major flaws.
got to the boss like 3 times and failed each time, amazing game and excellent job.
it looks like you could go somewhere with this. Too bad it's pretty much a tech demo rn.

The only issue I have is that around 40ish seconds the game ramps up to a speed I can't possibly beat leaving all my runs ending at 45,43 and 42 seconds. That's about it- cool game.
cool and functional game, a few small gripes, for some reason I had to rename the exe to Exhaustion instead of LD42 for it to work :shrug: also the sleep and ice effects get really annoying, as you have to keep clicking your card every turn in hopes that the ice will eventually go away. Also it took me a way too long to figure out how exactly the turn marker thing on the side worked.
No clue how but projectiles kept spawning on me, i'd get a max score of like 20 every run. Aside from that major bug, cool game.
pretty hard game, there were times when a way to pause or slow down the game would help. It seems that drones can travel together but can't preform all the same tasks together which bugged me a little.
DUDE, HERONIMOUS BOSCH!..... I never thought I'd see a game made out of the garden of earthly delights but you did, and it fits perfectly!!!!! Actually amazing
Loved this game so much I got 22k , lv 25 w 696 kills! It took a second to understand the controls but once I saw it's "A S D" it was really easy. Only thing that felt off was that you couldn't move diagonally and that you couldn't aim up or down. Other than that limitation the breeding mechanic of the plans was AWESOME. The gamefeel, audio and visuals and on point. They may not be amazing but they fit really well and mesh together. You did great!
feels like the mechanic is a little lighter than it could be, but the game looks and sounds charming, and fits the theme perfectly. Would have liked to see more challenges to make the game hard other than just more people. Reminds me of the mii channel and warioware :smile:

Short and sweet, felt pretty easy but got harder w the boss fights.
I think there's a bug with ice pools being super large? I like the visuals but it's a little tricky to understand. Am I selecting for the town to do that thing for the turn or until you turn it off?
Cool game, The high-poly models slowed the game down quite a bit but the crossbreeding system was very in-depth. Although I felt that in-practice my experience was purchasing the most valuable seed and just finding the tile that would grow it the best was the 'optimal strat'. It seemed like the cap of the value was 50 and I couldn't find a way to crossbreed it higher. In short- interesting mechanics but it didn't feel like I had any reason to make interesting crossbreeds other than if I wanted to. One critique, is that a hotkey to close menus would be very nice and making the camera zoom faster.

I feel like this a good idea but the execution felt a little weak. With a bit of balancing I would enjoy this game more. Personally I felt like waves not coming until all the existing goblins were dead slowed the game down a bit too much. Also the goblins would run at the player and do nothing when they touched them? possible bug? I liked the ammo also being the currency but I didn't feel particularly worried about losing any at any point.
Very cool game! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next! The art, audio, and gamefeel all just felt just right. Seemed inspired by 20 min till dawn, which is great bc I love that game lol.
Not bad, not bad. Camera felt pretty wonky and I bet this game would feel a lot better in two player. Overall aesthetically solid.

for my personal inspiration to the team I looked at Gemcraft which has a similar but different mechanic where you have empty towers and a bunch of gems you can upgrade and combine for effects to be put into towers.
@the-vecter yeah... not quite sure how to deal w that, maybe something like a limited inventory or make organs just disappear over time, or even sell/auto sell. Bunch of ideas for the post-jam version
@d3kryption the difficulty is really weird rn. Not exactly sure how to balance it- def going to add the ability to modify difficulty but earlier versions were just *way* too easy. I think our difficulty is ok right now but it scales hard enough that you'll have to game over at some point... I hope.

Played this a whole bunch, only thing I would change is a speed up for the battle animations. Other than that a superb game!
Cute game- some highlights on clickable objects might help, it was kinda hard to figure out what was decoration and what was interactable.
Nice game, running out of fuel felt really bad the first time it happened, but after I got a hang of it I got into it.
Solid game, good vibes overall, it felt a little weird to control but overall quite polished.
Really cool game, the saving photos was awesome- tho there were a couple times when it was really finicky to get everything in frame and I couldn't tell if there was an easier way to do what I was doing. Also I had to force quit a couple times because I got stuck on geometry.

cute! I did encounter a few minor bugs, like clipping into the corner of a block or having the meter stay empty after I die- also I just had to avoid getting against walls bc if I did I couldn't jump. Other than that interesting mechanic of avoiding pickups, I like how it's implemented.
Looks really nice but even after figuring out how to play the game it was really hard to know what I had selected and when I was allowed to move it.
Interesting game, I couldn't win and softlocked a couple times- the sensitivity on the catapult was really hard to control.
nifty idea and interesting take on the theme, a few minor bugs and it was a little tricky to position stuff just right, but overall good game!

image.png lovely game !!!! Feels like a mobile game in the best way possible. Everything was neat and nice, felt maybe a little easy, but also the early game felt difficult enough. I would love to play a larger version of this with a stronger spike in difficulty. At the beginning the limited space theme didn't seem to apply that much until it actually started affecting me cutting off parts of terrain and resources. Fantastic game!

Took me a while to figure out how to get the small one to higher places, there was a little bit of glitch exploitation to see it though, but a cute game nonetheless. The music got kinda repetitive after a while tho...
One or two minor bugs, but that's expected for a game jam :) The art and feel of the game is pretty solid, same with the controls. It gets a little repetitive at points and I found myself farming things in circles because their growing time was so short. The music was a little too atmospheric and it seemed kinda empty sometimes. Besides that, overall it was pretty good!

One of the more fun games i've seen as of now, nice job. Nothing to complain about except maybe if there was some sort of score tracker? like a difference between damages and points in game? Anyways, nice!
