Wow, really great game, nice visuals, innovative idea, nice level design. Very polished game and I love the style!

Wow, really great game, nice visuals, innovative idea, nice level design. Very polished game and I love the style!
Fun game, I would not have expected to play so long. Unfortunately, a lamp blocked all incoming packages and I could fill up the truck anymore
Haha, crazy idea. Maybe the movement of the character could be a little bit improved and additionally limit the number of available hammer smashes to have a certain level of difficulty.
Totally liked it, played it until I got to the end. Especially the visuals are awesome and also the music is very fitting, nice atmosphere. Very fun game.
Nice little game. Why not allowing to deliver the wrong order and get some penalty? And it would be nice to make more than one burger at the same time (or did it wrong).
Really great game, never played something similar. It is really tempting to try it again and again until the end. Also very polished, nice graphics, fitting music. So overall, really cool experience and innovative game.
Wow, the graphics are really AAA. This really looks like a more complex game that you play not just for a few minutes. Everything is so polished, really nice GUI. I wonder if it wouldn't be possible to have complete mouse control? Or did I miss something?
Since my girlfriend loves this game (and especially the outro) so much, I also had to play it. In this game is really awesome. Nice idea with the rope, good level design, right level of difficulty, great graphics and soundtrack, everything is so polished. Congrats for this wonderful entry.
Nice platformer, consistent atmosphere and fitting graphics. But I have to agree with some other comments, I would prefer to not walk the whole way again and again. So maybe some checkpoints would be cool. But I still had fun playing it.
Nice little game and lovely graphics. Really cool to have a tutorial and so many levels. I really had fun playing it. Just a small suggestion: would be cool if the hendl would pickup the package even when being on top of it.
Nice game, especially the graphics and art style. It would be cool to have some more feedback (besides the reactions) in the end if I did something wrong, e.g., I did not realize in the beginning that I have so send letters back and not distribute them to the characters. But it is really fun and could be definitely extended to a larger game.
Reeeeally nice game. I hope I remember it to play it on christmas. Totally like the idea, controls are really nice and easy to learn and totally fitting graphics and sound/music. Maybe an updated version for christmas with more levels or some addition? Pleeeease?
Totally love the visual style, directly reminds me of Limbo. And yes, very difficult, I barely made it in on easy. But still a nice little game. If you want to extend it, maybe some moving obstacles would make the level more interesting.
Wow, what a really cool and polished overall experience, this really blew me away. I love the way how you mix a rather simple but very polished game with story telling and also the music and the overall progress. Also very nice art and graphics. This is really not only playing a game but also experience a story. I also like how the music is involved. I only have one wish: I like the playing this mixture of pinball and shooting so much that it is really a pity that is so short. Would be so cool to have an endless mode with a score. But I totally understand that this would not find into the overall game design and story aspect. Anyway, I totally like the shooting part - maybe you can make another game concentrating on this, would love to play it. So really great work!
Very polished and very fun game. Learning curve is rather high and it took me a little bit to realize I have to wait for the right sector for delivering the package but then it was quite fun. Really nice Idea, reminds me of asteroids.
Cool little simulation game. It is all very polished, nice visuals. Would be cool, if one could automate some tasks, e.g., filling up the trucks. And opening a second warehouse would be cool. Overall, it was quite fun to play.
I really like the graphics and the level design so it's a pity that you could no drive around when the time is over. Or I would even prefer to walk around and get on some of these buildings. So maybe replace the car with a person?
Interesting idea. But I also had the problem in the beginning to realize which is my score und which elements are good. Maybe a little bit larger grid with more options would be nice.
Haha, totally fun idea, nice levels, great humor. Totally loved it. Awesome game and very polished.
Totally love the visual style and artwork; really different from all the other things. Also, the game idea is creative. A simple menu would be helpful to restart or quit the game and it is also a pity that a lot of infected marines fall into the holes. But overall, a nice little game. Would love to see the visual style in a bigger game.
Nice little platformer. Looks simple but it definitely makes you play it again to achieve more deliveries. Could be easily extended with multiple levels etc. Very nice!
Really cool idea that you have to throw the package before jumping and the other functions with the package. But I think the difficulty is quite high. Anyway, I still had fun and really like the visual style.
Beautiful art and graphics and a really cool interface to control the game. Why not allowing to control it with the keyboard as well. I think this would be even more relaxing to play. It's really a nice little adventure and I like the music and the atmosphere.
Very nice game. Beautiful graphics, nice mood, really innovative idea. Quite relaxing to play. Would be cool if one would have a little bit more control, e.g., by seeing the wind conditions and wait for the right moment. I also had the problem that the wind and fan plant always flew quite far away but I wanted to spread the beetroot more (maybe that was not the idea of the game  ). But overall a really nice experience.
Really nice visuals. Even with using AI stuff, I guess it still requires some time and work to get the right things out of it. In general I like the idea but I had some problems to continue, it was also quite trial and error for me. I don't know how difficult it would be to implement but maybe some kind of rewind function could also be a solution.
Wow, very nice graphics and sound. This is really a well polished game. Looks a little bit like a polished version of our game.
Quite fun to play, the first beat'em I played here  Would be cool to have some weapons - or maybe the come later and I did not make far it enough?
Really funny idea for a rhythm game. Too bad that I had to concentrate on the rhythm and could not really follow the text
Love the music, it creates a really nice atmosphere together with the minimalistic graphic style. I really enjoyed it.
Really nice art style and graphics. Fresh idea that you cannot freely move around and keep the cow in the tractor beam. But maybe start with less asteroids in the beginning and then increase the difficulty from time to time.
Driving is really fun here.
Funny little game! Simple but still enjoyable, especially the humor. It would be cool if one would have a slight idea what package is expected but I guess this is not the intention of the game.
I like the minimalistic graphical style and in general, this is quite fun to play. I would prefer if the left/right control would be more direct and less overshooting but I guess this is intended for the difficulty.
I like the style of the game, the graphics and the music. It is a little bit difficult to understand how to select the different stations but I guess it is part of the game idea. Anyway, I had some fun, especially due to the cool atmosphere.
Awesome graphics, I really like the style a lot. Also, quite a cool idea and very polished. I still need some training to get higher.
Nice little game...I played it longer then expected. A few different levels would definitely increase the motivation to play it again.
The art style is nice but I think it is really difficult to defend the peach, so much randomness and difficult controls. So maybe try to improve a little bit on the combat system to make it more controllable. But I like the somehow dark atmosphere.
The game was quite fun  But I think that the destinations of the packages are a little bit to close to the pickup area. I had the feeling that I missed a lot of the map.
Cute little game, I really like the art style. Maybe you should mention that it is the Space key - or am I the only one trying multiple times to figure which button it is?
Congrats for your first game. I like the art style. A small suggestion: it would be easier if the click position would be the stem of the leave and not the center.
Nice little game, but I cannot recommend to play it with the touchpad. But definitely interesting to have these two aspects to control.
Very fun game, nice idea and lovely graphics. It would be cool to see the letter in the end when you have delivered it. I forgot to look it when I was searching for my dove.
Fun little game - first drone game I played here so far. Also nice visual and controls are fine bringing in some difficulty. Maybe some obstacles or things like that would increase the challenge.
Totally love the visuals and also the fitting music (although you did not create it, you still selected it). The game itself is rather simple, but the cool retro-future atmosphere kept me playing it again. The style is so cool
I think it is a little bit too fast for beginners. Maybe increase the speed with the playing time. But in general, could be quite fun, maybe with a little bit more variation.
Nice idea!
@aile Thanks a lot and it is really nice that you noticed the aspect of the customers. We wanted to actually extend the whole idea of satisfying the customers and delivering the right food - but there was not enough time to really improve the serious game aspect so we concentrated on the funny part in the end.
@matid90 Haha, very cool, thanks for trying out the limits of the game engine and I am glad that it worked. And really nice to read that you have a lot of fun - actually that was also our main thing to do when testing the game: fill up the vehicles
@svenerik Thank you  Actually, we had big plans, including traffic and also considered that it is possible to run over or push away the customers. But time ran out and we sticked with undestroyable customers (actually because they automatically block themselves and line up at the diner  )
@random-ideation-studios Thanks for your nice comment. Actually, we shifted the focus a bit. We first started with the selling and bringing deliveries to the right diner aspect. But that wasn't so much fun. We started really liking our game when we introduced the physical supplies and the transportation of them.
@ponygirlluna Thanks so much for positive feedback and that you like the driving mechanics. And it is also really cool to hear that you also like the aspects we had fun with when testing it. There is definitely room for improvement and we also realized that we hadn't enough time to make a real game with a long term playing goal out of it. So this is more like funny teaser.
@almaz Thanks a lot, I think this is really a nice compliment to hear that our game helps relaxing.
@pacha Thanks, it's so cool to hear that the things we had most fun with during testing is also love by you people here. @vizitas Thanks for your comment - and yes, I can totally see that it is not so clear. We tried to integrate a little tutorial in the short time left. So basically, you fill up your truck at the store and then drive into the green areas at the four different diners. There you press the some buttons for delivering and the food will appear on the front of the diner so that you can see how much supplies they have. Hope that helps.
@fupi Oh, thank so much, so cool. Even we did not bring it to this extreme during our tests. Totally love your screenshot and your feedback. Camera was really one of things on top of our list aroun 1-2 hours before the deadline and we then head to the trailer video, menu etc. In the post-jam version, you can already switch an move the camera freely. So, if you are feeling again that you want to make a burger mess, maybe check out our post-jam version
@frozenfire92 Thanks a lot for your kind feedback  In the post-jam version, you can freely control the camera with the mouse to better check the remainings.
Hey @francis, thanks for the nice feedback. You definitely made some useful suggestions. We thought about similar things but decided then to stick with the more funny and less controllable part due to lack of time. But for a "real" game that you can player longer times, this must be definitely a little bit more controllable. We actually discussed that the food should cost money but as you said, we wanted to keep the spamming in for the fun part. We also thought about, e.g., that food falling down near customers results in grabbing them the food from the street instead of paying it. There should be also a reason why you should bring food to the far away diners, e.g., higher prices or more customers, somthing like that.
@vilmantas Thanks for the nice feedback - it is nice to hear that you like the physics aspect.
@dreamerflow Thanks a lot! Yea, we should had communicated it better that you have to pay a rent of 10$ every 10 seconds. The idea is to force the player to sell stuff. This is not really a good solution but it was the one we could implement fast when time was running out. That is also the reason why we do not stop the game or emphasize it too much when go to minus.
@anthony-katona @diego-escalante Thanks for the feedback regarding the sound, this helps us a lot to improve the game. And good to hear, that you like our game nevertheless. So, thanks so much for the nice comment
@jupiter-hadley Thanks a lot for showing our game in your video!
@oleksunder Thank you for your nice comment!
Nice one! I really like the idea and what love to deliver dead to even more persons. Would be really cool to have a larger level or more of them (but I know, this is not possible in the limited time).
Nice little puzzle here. I needed some hint from the comments to realize that I should carry the packages first on the cliff and then to the other side. I always tried to get back from there  A few more levels with similar puzzles would be cool.
Love it. It was rather difficult but also so rewarding when you got your package delivered. Really like the idea. A forklift would be also a good addition to our own game.
Really interesting idea to manipulate the level with the mental states. In the second room, my figure suddenly disappeared, so I guess it is a little bit buggy. But overall, I think this is a good start. Would be nice to see a improved version using the concept even more.
Really nice graphics and art style, totally love the visuals. However, I have to agree with the others here. I think it is a little bit too difficult. Also, that mouse aiming changes the direction of the scooter. Would be easier if only WASD controls the scooter and you can freely aim. I also often stuck and trees etc. and have to wait for a reset. I would really like to see a version where you can drive at your own speed, maybe with some timer to put some pressure on the player.
I like the atmosphere and the fitting visuals ( and of course, cats). But an endscreen would be really helpful to understand whats going on.
Really really lovely art style and graphics. This screams for more levels.
Walking simulator... And you can moonwalk...
Very nice graphics and sound design leading to a really cool atmosphere. Very polished game. Why not having dodge also on right mouse button - at least for me I think this would be even more comfortable to use.
Yeaaah, so relaxing especially with the music. You should mention that you can zoom with the mouse wheel - this helps when the room conflicts with the GUI. Reminds of an old shut down only platform where you had a room and could also design your room and put in stuff. I would totally love to see something like this as an online platform where you could visit the other rooms.
Nice little game, very polished, cute graphics. But as others said, the card distribution is too random and there could be more variation over the time. Anyway, this is really a good basis for a larger game. I could also imagine it could be more interesting if the island could not be extended or if there is only a limited set of island cards that are known up front so that the player has to plan how to best use the limited space.
Very cool and novel idea! It's really something new and also like it that you can actually use the box to avoid the traps. As others said, the combination of keyboard and mouse and also that you have adjust a lot might be exhausting in larger levels. Maybe a solution would be to allow to draw a sequence of boxes or something like that...
Really cool game! During our brainstorming, we had a similar idea but in an office setting, where you have to distribute the colleagues to limited desk space. We chose then another idea but it is really cool to be able to play a similar game concept. And it is very polished in your case.
Hadn't time to play it yet - but wow, the graphics, the artwork, awesome!
Very cool game, interesting concept, very polished, reminds me of one of my favorite card games Landlord (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/312/landlord). The progress could be faster in the beginning, the first levels are rather easy - I would have preferred to have more persons earlier. But anyway, fun game!
Nice little game, played multiple rounds
This is tough - while dodging the normal bullets was ok, escaping the explosions was really tough. If you want to increase the difficulty even more, let the platform rotate. Have some real explosion or something in the red zones would be visually cool. Overall, nice little game.
"Moving out"! Love throwing the things into the truck. Would be cool, if you could also jump out of the window to be faster. Nice graphics and solid game. But a little bit more variation in the furniture, there are many boxes. But I understand it would be difficult then to pack the truck...
Really like the upgrade mechanism with the tetris elements, nice idea!
Nice little story you tell here  As many others said, the art style works very well - I would not have it expected from the rather simple style. The game would feel a little bit more interactive if there were more dialogue choices but I guess this was due to the lack of time.
Awesome game! Totally love the graphics and art style - the animations of the characters, the crowd, everything fits so nice. Also the little details, that you can push the opponent into the crowd. Very polished game and good take onto the theme. Definitely one of the best games I played so far.
Very stylish and polished game, love the visuals, the music and sound, the atmosphere. But I also had problems to find out what makes a good argument. But maybe I try again with your hints. Definitely a nice game.
Very cool idea and very polished game. It really caught me for a while trying to get 5 stars (only 4.5 at stage 1 and 2 so far). Would be cool to stop the performance in between with a button when you realize it does not work, so you can faster try the next combination.
Awesome atmosphere and artwork. Love it. But quite tough to play. :smiley_cat:
Very interesting and novel interpretation of the theme and very polished game. Kept me playing several times until I finally survived all waves. I did not see in the first try that you could extend the area with resources. Maybe make this more prominent or mentioned it in the tutorial. As others mentioned, a pause button would be cool, just to stop, when something interrupts you. But overall, very polished and complete game. And really take on the theme.
Very funny, especially how the computer guy parks the car. Reminds me of 'No brakes valet'.
Innovative and interesting idea...it took a little bit of time to understand what the sliders do - especially because you cannot go back and manipulate the minis when you got the order. I guess this is part of the game but especially when you play it the first the time, it makes it difficult. I love the metallic style of the plants.
I really like the atmosphere, especially the background music and the shaking when the elevator runs. I think the beginning is a little bit too much text without interaction, e.g., maybe the user should decide if the elevator should be opened for Iris. But the task assignment felt promising. Also the character graphics did not really match the story, e.g., Iris looked to clean. It might improve the atmosphere if there were different character images depending on the situation but I know, there is not much time in LD. PS: I did not rate graphics because for me, using AI generated images is similar to using assets from somewhere. I know, it could be quite difficult to get good outcome. But I still would not compare this to really modelling or painting graphics by yourself.
Haha, funny game. A reload button and an in-game mouse cursor would be cool. But overall nice little game.
Fun little game. Totally like the idea of sucking in all the different objects and using them as projectiles. Very cool idea.
Interesting game, caught me quite a while. You should write in the HUD that you can control the selector also with q and e, which is easier to control with wasd :) To me it was a lot of trial and error and some outcome was not expected but I guess this is part of the concept. I should tutorial might help to get easier into the game. Anyway, the game motivated me to explore the world.
So the points are the 'life' of the animals? Caught me a while but for longer playing time there should be more variation in the level, maybe different food or creatures - but I know this is hard during the limited time. Can I play endless or is there a goal, e.g., survive 10 days? Finally, very nice graphics and cute art style.
Wow, so simple but also so fun to play. Totally love the movement of the cube and how you have to use it to get to the right cells. Also love the physics when you fall over the edge and you have a short time to get back. I would definitely play more levels, maybe also with different cubes or other geometry. Thanks for showing me the complexity you can have with a simple cube.
Second shooter I play now and this one make also a lot of fun, very fast und cool atmosphere, love the background art. But also have the problems with the framerate in the browser version. Reminds me of Crimsonland, the spiders look quite similar.
What a cool idea. Maybe I've missed it, but some kind of life indicator would be good?
Haha, really cool idea that you can lose your body part. Maybe a more closer camera, more third person style, would make the atmosphere more claustrophobic...
@smoe Hey, thanks for playing (at least here it is very early morning). Yeah, we had some issues with the physics and there was no time left, to tweak the different furnitures. Often, it helps to move diagonal, i.e., press to directions at the same time.
@remus We are actually not sure if it is easier to play alone or in co-op. @byro They are - you can see it on the winning screen  @retrisma Cool to hear from some co-op experience. We hadn't really time to test it ourselves. Yes, the physics - we had a hard time to hack it in a acceptable way. Just pretend the floor is a little bit slippery  @khelian You just have to try it a little bit more often - believe, after a lot of testing, I can handle it now quite well
Thank you all for playing, rating and especially commenting :hearts:
@t-c Cool to here, that you tried the hardcore level - yes, it can be solved but the order is really important. Actually, we have some "almost win screen" but I think it only appears when you destroy some furniture with the door. I totally agree with you that we should value if you almost solve the level. On the other hand, maybe it motivates you to try it again  Thanks for playing and commenting
@syntaxxor Thank you - nice to hear that it provides the feeling of moving heavy stuff.
@axelrod777 Sorry to hear that our images and texts put you off. But good to hear that you still liked the game itself!
@jacinto-mba Thanks a lot for your nice feedback. We also played Moving Out a lot and it is definitely inspiration for the theme.
@anton4ik-dev Bon appetit! :hamburger:
@khmhmm Wow, thanks a lot! I think this is one of the best things games can do - trigger good memories.
@magalix Thanks for the Kudos  If you liked it, these guys here did a similar thing but way more polished: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/54/crime-critters-rob-the-british-museum by @pen-island-games
@byzilio Thank you! :blush:
@phillip-scott Thanks a lot! About the sofa...had you ever friends helping you with moving to a new apartment?
@stesim The buggy controls result from us not having access to your physics expertise this time
@scott-cooper Thanks a lot! We advertise our sometimes buggy physics and control also as 'the real moving experience'
@hinesite Thanks for the feedback - this is a good point and we have added this to the description. We thought absolute movement would be easier, especially when moving two dudes with a fixed camera. But since this is not the usual way in games, we should have mentioned this earlier. Furthermore, we never tried relative movement, maybe this works better. We should try this...
@rusty2117 Really nice to hear that you want to beat your time - we should definitely include personal high scores. Thanks for the nice feedback.
@golovco-adelina @yerkwell @hyper-ion Thank you all for your nice and positive feedback. :hearts: We definitely think about improving the game.
@golovco-adelina Maybe you should ask your friends if you can help them with moving
@cdunham Thanks for your feedback. Yes, we had not enough time to tweak the physics. We already had to introduce some hacks to prevent the furniture from rotating etc. So yes, the physics setup can definitely improved. On the other hand, I wonder if it is not part of the fun and he atmosphere to have not that perfect controls similar to games like gang beasts etc.
@burchyn Thanks for your nice comment  Never thought of our game as a relationship test, but good idea  Now that you say it - would be cool to introduce the profile matching aspect of your game into ours, so that you can choose from different dudes with different skills and behavior
@smiley405 You are right - we had not enough time to tweak the physics and so the dudes go rather fast with the smaller furniture. We want to improve this in a follow up, and maybe also introduce different floor types. Thanks for praising the level design.
@burchyn With respect to the story, could be the second part of I do - after the successful wedding, the freshly married couple wants to move into their new home.
Hey @fupi thanks so much for your nice feedback and especially for your drawing. This honors us so much that you took your time to draw our Dudes. :hearts: Counting up is really a good idea, maybe in combination with a star system to honor the fast players. You are right, the physics of the trophy is a little bit weird but I actually loved it the way because it somehow resembles a cheap trophy with a heavy stand and also is a little bit different to the other objects. But in general, the physics itself and also the parameters of the objects definitely need some polishing.
@someoneman Thanks for your feedback! Since you are not the only one mentioning difficulties with the limit, it seems like we were to used to the controls and level during our play testing. I guess it's always better to let others test the game.
@pen-island-games Thanks so much for the nice feedback. I can imagine, why you handled the controls so easy. I would say, your game is a polished version of ours. Yea, the doors and the destruction of objects were some last minutes addition, which we couldn't test that much. :worried:
Hey @kanity, thanks for your feedback. The easy placement could be also an obstacle in the more difficult levels, because it blocks your way if you are not careful. But it is really nice that you like it - I think you are the first mentioning the placement system.
@egormnc Thanks for playing and the nice feedback!
Really awesome artwork. In the beginning, it was a little bit unclear, what to do. So some small introduction would be nice. And maybe the time is a little bit long? But interesting idea and nice realization!
@jerlyn I did not click on the ? so I guess I missed the the bottom part of sorting und blowing bubbles. Hence, it would definitely better to show it before starting the game. Anyway, it was not that difficult to find it out during the game. But I totally understand the problem of time running out
Really cool game. We tried something similar with our game but in a simpler way. We also wanted to have objects that can be broken but had not enough time. Really cool to see it here. I destroyed all the things in the truck before getting away - totally fun.
Congrats to your first entry, nice little game. I had the feeling that the Jack 'os only appear in the center, so staying at the top border seems to make i rather easy - maybe a bug?
Maybe try to upload it on itch.io?
Very cool game, played it now multiple times because I wanted to find out the best strategy to survive long - made until night 16 oder 17 but it gets really tough. Really cool idea with buying ground and renting it. Also fitting music. I had the feeling the player gets sometimes stuck at the borders. But anyway, very good work!
The visuals are so awesome, especially the sun coming through the clouds. Love it! But what is really missing (beside that it is not really playable) are some electronic beats. Would love to see the combination of the visuals with some fitting music. :loud_sound:
Really cool idea to use the player path for triggering actions. I also like how you integrated the tutorial with the level design, very well done; no extra text required. Control with keyboard seems to be a bit unprecise, I sometimes walked accidentally into the ghosts; maybe this can be improved. The music is also nice. :)
I like the art style, it really works well with the game and it is also big plus that it works in such a small screen area. But the game is really tough although you can learn with every round since the jobs are always the same. Having a few levels with increasing difficulty would be cool. Also, more things to buy from the money (upgrades etc.) would increase long-term motivation. But I know, this is difficult to do in the short time span - we had the same problem. But overall, nice little game, kept me playing for a few rounds. :)
Love the gesture control and the ice cream is a funny idea. I also like how the difficulty increases and the key words are not highlighted anymore.
Thanks for your comments @thelastslowpoke @blue-pin-studio @retrome Yes, you all found one of our biggest problem during development. We had big plans for different runes and upgrades and thus more complex tactics. But when we playtested it, we had the same issues - just spawning as fast as you can is usually the key to victory and unfortunately we had not enough time to tweak the balancing or try out other things.
@fupi Thanks a lot for your detailed comment - I totally agree with your analysis. :-) We tried to solve the problem with the domination aspect - each monster is much stronger than two others. But even this did not help in our tests and then we ran out of time. So for a postjam version, we might try something else. I like your idea with the price/mana. :-)
I like the idea to directly integrated the mini games into the paper work on the desk. However, sometimes the games start really fast, e.g., the flappy game. So switching from touchpad to keyboard had to be really quick. Why not allowing to move the application sheets also with the keyboard? The space invader game seems also to be a little bit fast but maybe this is one purpose. Would be also cool if there would be a little more game mechanics with the application papers. But overall, nice collection of mini games and well integrated into the setting. :)
Oh yes, Belgian fries are the best...too bad it is really difficult to get them here... Nice little game, had the perfect balance between story and mini games. And the story is really funny. I definitely loved it to play it through. PS: I thank I had a bug. When clicking the second time on 'I want to hear more', the explanation about food starts again. Or maybe it is not a bug?
You really have some nice and innovative boss fights here! Love how different they are. Also very polished game, especially the intro.
Wow, the graphics are really awesome; when I first saw the screenshots I did not think they are actual ingame graphics. Also great take on the theme. The game itself is quite stressful and not really my favorite type of gameplay (I was never a fan of tamagotchis) but still, this is really a cool idea.
Nice little game, very polished and easy to understand. I wonder if it would be better if each bunny want always the same vegetables so you can plan in advance? Also, on my machine it freezes after 2-3 minutes - I played the browser version in Vivaldi under Windows.
Fireflies  This looks like a minimalistic variant of our game  - I really love the style, the reduced graphics, the atmosphere and also some nice innovative game mechanics with the flashlight. Maybe some ambient sounds like crickets would push the atmosphere even more.
Very philosophical game - definitely stands out of most of the games here but also somehow difficult to rate. I love the minimalistic style while still building up a certain atmosphere. While the game aspect itself is simple, the context makes it a special experience.
Sooooo awesome, really fun concept. I totally like tower defense games and the idea that you re-use enemies for defending is really nice. Also that all different insects can be coupled with the different weapons. Nice graphics style, fitting music, very polished. So, congrats for this nice little game, I really had fun playing it until the end.
Wow, a turing machine for monster battles? Really innovative, cool idea. Also nice soundtrack and good graphics. It is really cool to see something new here  PS: The tooltips on top of the machine are very small in my browser (Vivaldi on Windows); on the bottom over the symbols, they are fine.
Love it, nice little tactic game. Would be really cool to be able to play it against another player. Love the graphics and the soundtrack, they fit really well. Have you thought about a variant, where the player has to first play all 4 cards until getting new ones?
Thanks for the feedback - what browser do you use @leyronmirox? At least here under Chrome in Windows fullscreen works.
Hi all,
thanks so much for playing and rating our game and your nice and kind feedback. This is my 4th LD and I think so far, we never got better feedback and comments.
Actually, we had quite some problems with the topic and started with a different game. But after day one, we cancelled it and switched to this idea. I think during developing this during the last two days, we had not really the feeling that this will result in a good think. So it feels even better now to get all your nice comments.
To be fair, the main assets for the background and also the player character including the animations, were not created by us - that's why opt out for this. Anyway, we are still happy with how we composed it together and added our extra visual effects and also our own soundtrack (besides the finishing melody) and it is really to hear that you all like the atmosphere.
@gamerpromax @shadowmitia @gamedevtraum - yes, LIMBO is also one of my favorite platformer game, hence, cool to hear that we could create a similar atmosphere.
@bacontree @inonesgraveded @nevercade @carnavalpierre @demiclod @laura-17 Thanks for liking the music - especially for me this really sweet to here
@gaudy Sometimes, you have to go back - then again...RUN!!!
@comicsans @iaroslavik @ibluebirdi @inonesgraveded @bacontree @nevercade @vector3cat @gamedevtraum @demiclod Thanks so much for recognizing and loving the atmosphere! :heart:
@bacontree @nevercade @gamedevtraum @demiclod As my colleagues said, we actually were implementing a shaking off feature and thought about other ways of getting health back. In the end, there was not enough time to get it working correctly and at least I personally had the feeling after balancing the speed of the player that it might would make it too easy for such a short level. But it would be definitely a intuitive and natural solution to have some way to shake them off. @carnavalpierre Also a really good idea - so maybe if we continue the work, we will include this and maybe also the shaking off feature.
@gamerpromax @ibluebirdi @demiclod After all this awesome feedback here, maybe we will try to extend the game.
@laura-17 Wow, thanks so much. I think, it is almost not possible to get a better review. :hearts:
@demiclod So you are the person always voting for 'folklore' as LD theme? Just kidding
So again, thanks for all these nice words here and the additional ideas for improvements.
PS: Since some people liked the music, I might add a link to my spotify and youtube profile - so you can hear the music without the game.
@gaudy Ah, I guess, you mean the situation with the many red enemies below the branch? Hint: You can drop the cage...
@deercat Thank you. Yea, I guess we spawn a little bit too many enemies in the final phase. :innocent: I think, we should have definitely tried to integrate the shake off with jumping mechanism...
@senso Thanks so much for your overwhelming feedback - especially mentioning the audio makes me really happy
@zackfree Thanks for praising our game, so good to hear that you like our game. Yes, I think we have overdone the final wave of enemies so there are too many slowing the whole thing down.
@conor-wilson Thanks so much for your comment, it is really great that you love the game and its style
@lastuck Thanks for the feedback - you have a valid point. After losing one day with another concept, we had not enough time for some of our ideas, e.g., torches, shaking of enemies, different path, controlling the fireflies.
@master-yeet Thanks for the comment - as mentioned in the description, we did not create the graphics assets and only the level soundtrack is by us - that's why opted out for them. Regarding the level design, you are right. In the end, we voted for making it rather a little bit easier than making it too hard and we thought that for people playing it the first time, they might not finish it in the first run without checkpoints. But yes, as soons as you know the level, it is rather easy.
@joshua-reumann Thanks for liking the style.
@nemuikoda Thanks for the comment - you shouldn't run in a dark forest - this can be dangerous
Hey @brainloaf-studio, thanks for your nice feedback. Actually, your comment makes my girlfriend (she is part of the dev team) really happy. She had the idea and integrated the tree. She also complaint about that so far no one mentioned how the trees turn into creatures etc. at the later part of the game. So kudos to you for recognizing it.
Has a nice, Kafkaesque touch :-) You really integrated some nice, innovative interactions and and I also like the pace of the story and how the music supports the mood. :-)
Haha, this idea is so cool (do not know your old submission). Totally love the idea of playing the enemies of Mario. Very trippy atmosphere and music. Might be a little bit short but you ran out of time, I know. Also liked the idea of switching skills by using the other enemies.
There might be a bug in the last level. First time I tried, i think bullet bill was missing to get through the last bricks. Second time, it was there. But maybe I just missed it the first time...
Wow, only 3 hours? Really nice simple game, nice animation and pixel graphics style, sound also fits to the style, nice mood. To make it a little more difficult, maybe the flying stars can also hurt you? And you should remove the debug key '1'
Haven't been playing a pinball game for a while, great idea - although not really matching the theme. I think the graphics are quite nice, too bad it is difficult to see all the small details in the upper area. Would be cool to have different camera angles. And also some more targets. But I had quite some fun und it is really cool to see a pinball
Nice retro visuals and synth soundtrack. Liked the atmosphere. I would love to drive along a longer track(or grid) instead just in around in the small area and maybe a closer more third-person style camera. So an extension of the game would be really cool.
Wow, this looks so good! You totally captured the style and mood of these old handheld games. Game itself is very repetitive and for me, it gets a little bit boring soon. But hey, that were the games at that time. So definitely nice execution and re-creation, especially the graphics!
Art style and music create a nice mood. I personally would have enjoyed if the flotsam would protect from the mines, i.e., just a few of them explode and not everything. And keyboard controls would be also nice. Anyway, it shows that simplistic games can still be fun.
Haha, so cool, fun little game and the combination of the matching mechanics with all these gross items is really creative and novel. Graphics style tollay fits and I personally think its ok that you do not see the inventory, is part of the difficulty. :smirk:
Wow, very polished games with really good graphics and nice idea - I've never played a lawnmower. As someone else mentioned, would be cool to get some more upgrades to really fight back, guns etc. But might not really fit into the setting.
@magalix Thanks for your kind feedback. A dash indicator is good idea and we definitely have some balancing issues due to time running out. Let's see if we can fix this post-jam.
@custodi @asieke Thanks for playing and your comments. Yes, we also realized this right before the deadline, our weapons are too strong/cheap. :smirk:
@rhewid Thanks for the detailed feedback - some more animations would be definitely cool; noted for post-jam
@neowhoru Thanks for playing and the nice comment.
The setting directly caught me and I had quite some fun with the game. The graphics had some bridge builder vibes :smirk: I think the GUI should be improved, especially during combat, the upgrade menu often was over the enemy and I had to scroll. It is always quite tricky to select the cannons when zoomed out. Tooltips in the hangar would be also nice. However, the music is nice and I love the destruction animations etc. Overall, I might play some more round when I have time (lost in level 4 first time). I think this can be a good basis for a larger game.
Really cool idea, totally fits the theme and would have definitely played it longer it if would have been possible. Also nice fake game titles.
