Cute crow sprite but my god is the gameplay annoying. There is no clear indication that you got the crown, swarms of enemies take it back from you, and the peach is too high to put it back reliably.

Fun game! I like the art and player movement is good. I felt the attack was a bit spammy as I ended up standing on the peach and spamming moves. The music was moody/low energy for how hectic the game is. I think with more upbeat music and tighter combat it would be really fun. Good entry!
i liked the movement, i feel like the enemies were way too out of nowhere / their patterns were too unpredictable for me to defend. i'd say take another look at enemy behaviour and you'll have something cool!
A bit rough around the edges in terms of gameplay, but your graphics are wonderful!
Sprites and mood from the game is really well done ! From a gameplay point of view, it was difficult to understand how to grab the crown, and sometimes the swarm of ennemies made it impossible to take back efficiently leading to the gameover.
But overall it is a really nice entry, well done !
Excellent graphics, especially the crow attacks! The crown mechanic was uniquely entertaining. Took me a couple of tries to beat. I appreciated that when I got tired of running alongside the peach, I could hitch a ride on top. Great job!

It's a cute little game about being a (what I perceived) avian bodyguard for a peach princess that gets attacked by enemy worms. The graphics were great, I didn't encounter any bugs and controls felt pretty snappy.
What I missed was a little bit of music to make it more engaging. I also found it to be quite challenging, especially as those filthy worms take the bottom side and latch on. It took me quite a few attempts to get there.

The art style is nice but I think it is really difficult to defend the peach, so much randomness and difficult controls. So maybe try to improve a little bit on the combat system to make it more controllable. But I like the somehow dark atmosphere.
The visual's and mood of the game are awesome and the theme plays into it well. The sound/music was non intrusive and whent with the mood. I would have liked to hear some sound effects for some of the actions - like attacking, the peach losing the crown, the worms coming in etc.
Overall the peach is just way too difficult to defend. The worms come to fast and there is no easy ramp up/in to the mechanic. There is not enough feedback on the attacking to know if you are doing it right and picking up the crown to give back is too cumbersome - at one point i got the crown attached to the peach's backside and then it would catch worms so the peach was effectively larger making it harder for me - it would have been nice if the crown just attached back to the same spot it started.
I like the idea a lot, but I think it leans a bit too much into the random enemy spawning. Everything feels very reactionary and like nothing I do can really prevent enemies from hitting/attaching to the peach—I simply need to knock enemies off when they attach themselves. On my winning run, the first half of the game simply had nothing at all touch the peach. I'll also echo the sentiment about feedback for carrying the crown—I hadn't realized I could do that until I came back and read the comments. I thought the music was also a bit too low-key.
But the art was gorgeous and I very much appreciated that I could stand on the peach and protect from above.
This is a fun little gem, nice work! Would be nice if there was maybe an explicit control to pick up the crown and some indicators when you're carrying it or not. I kept finding myself to try and press space to jump, as well. I think overall the game really could have benefited a lot from some sound effects. Kind of weird that the crown can also just stick to the side, but no big deal. Awesome job!
Hello! Love the game concept and really like the pun title! I haven't played an escort game in the jam yet, but it is indeed a delivery game. I think I agree with other comments about picking up the crown, so maybe it would be nice to have something like audio feedback for attacks and when the crown is picked up or dropped. The crow movement was so smooth - great job! I think for the various bugs it would be nice to have a few more frames in their movement so the worms don't look like they're flailing, but that's just aesthetic. Nice entry!
I loved these vibes so much. The gameplay was fun too but I just really dug those vibes.
I loved the art style. I had some difficulties with the controls though.
