LD44 — Your life is currency

Moneycorp: your life is our currency by Fred Aberg 2019-04-30T12:17:06Z

It took me forever to work out that I was supposed to type the corresponding letter. I was trying to mouse-click, or space when the letter was in the centre of the two lines first. A bit of a guide (even just above) would have really helped. The graphics are great, and it seems like a novel idea.

H2GO Tayne's Adventure by homeworld 2019-04-30T15:46:49Z

Great idea, nice graphics, good mood. Well done :)

Social Poker by kromeboy 2019-04-30T11:56:24Z

It was a really interesting take on the theme.

Demon's Wages by Bibilega 2019-04-30T12:27:40Z

I really loved the ending, and the artwork was amazing. I couldn't exit the game after it finished though. I can to shut down the application to get out.

Maybe if you wanted to make it easier don't have characters that look identical only with different coloured clothing. That makes it very hard.

Finally a pirate game, there's way too little of them. I enjoyed it :)

Strange Week in the Dungeon by PavelDlouhy 2023-05-02T16:23:44Z

I always love raycasting-esque games like this, so first of all: Well done! Level 4 took me a long time to find the secret door, but after that it wasn't too bad. The moving floor tiles and switches were a clever addition and the letter/mailbox system essentially replaced your usual door/key system. This was actually very close to my first idea for this LD, so very exciting to see it being executed!

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-02T15:00:40Z

@samoussa Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I fully agree with the difficulty curve being too heavy. It's also missing a proper onboarding experience, where elements are being introduced step by step and properly explained, but I was lacking the time for that in the end. By the way, you can skip the initial intro by pressing ESCAPE :)

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-02T15:03:28Z

@orbitaldot I have never heard of Wertpol's Menagerie, but a quick Google search adds it to my ever growing pile of shame of things to try out, thank you! Conscious inspiration was definitely taken from "Papers, Please!" and the "Portal" series, although Severance also quite fits the theme.

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-02T19:52:25Z

@thereddevil @grizeldi Thank you for your feedback! I agree the difficulty is too unforgiving for new players. I wanted a more natural progression system, but I lacked the time. I might extend this game past the LD scope and add proper onboarding, a tutorial and slowly introduce new gameplay elements.

@nikfus I'm very sorry to hear that. The game was developed by me on a desktop computer for my mouse settings and performance profile, I didn't have the time to optimise for smaller system or offer options like mouse sensitivity or audio settings. Still, I greatly appreciate your feedback and thanks for giving it a try! :)

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-03T09:43:15Z

@helekopeter This is interesting. Are you by chance on a 32bit OS? That might explain why the mono DLL isn't loading properly. I only released for 64bit systems. I will look into doing a 32bit release as well. Also, I have absolutely 0 clue why the web version won't load, but am currently stuck in real life obligations. I might get some time to fix it over the weekend.

@reaxt @francis @out1oud @oter @groundwater-studio @sparklingsushi Thank you all so much for playing my game, your feedback and your kind words, it means the world to me. Realising I succeeded in conveying a certain type of atmosphere and feeling is an astonishing first time experience for me like this.

At the moment, I'm a bit swamped with the daily grind of life again, but I will definitely put out a new version including Sound settings and better mouse support, instructions as well as the option to play blind or with a guided tutorial. Although that will have to be outside of LD as I think it's against the rules to update your game for non breaking bugfixes.

Whether I will add actual new content (story, more interactions, upgrade systems, etc...) remains to be seen, but your feedback certainly makes me want to extend on this idea.

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-03T14:37:09Z

@groundwater-studio Thank you! Little Nightmares is amazing, loved the second part as well (check if out in case you haven't yet). I created an itch.io page over here https://racoonteur.itch.io/pneumatic-postman including a discussion board, feel free to follow along. I'm not sure how quick I will get to it, so make sure to subscribe to updates :)

Pneumatic Postman by klausklapper 2023-05-03T16:12:40Z

@krzyhau Thank you so much for your feedback. I agree that the first person view can become quite hectic and the zooming is not the best solution. My initial idea was to use keyboard controls only, with only one output pipe where you had to set the address by entering Floor and Desk in a terminal - but I quickly fell in love with the idea of countless tubes and the chaos deriving from them. Going with a static camera is an interesting idea, I'll bring it into consideration for future development :)

Thank you all very much for your feedback, it's really appreciated. It's taken me a while to respond as I've been busy with life, but I do plan to release an updated version soon, including sound & mouse sensitivity options as well as a more gentle introduction to the game.

Mya's Pizza by bobo_oh 2023-05-02T15:47:15Z

Wow, I'm impressed. This game is great. Relaxing atmosphere, GREAT soundtrack, cute protagonist! It gets very challenging after day 7, and I did find a bug where you can lock yourself in the tutorial by clicking too quickly, but other than that, very polished experience. Well done!

Pack 'em UP! by Timbaleek 2023-05-02T14:34:37Z

Insane amount of content for the short time, the timeless modern art style works well and audio and visual quality are on point. I didn't really understand that I was able to leave and do deliveries for a long time, and it does get quite tedious, especially as there doesn't seem to be a form of penalty for missed deliveries?

I can absolutely see this kind of game on Steam with Multiplayer support though. Great job!

PaperDrone by kromeboy 2023-05-03T15:08:05Z

It's quite a short game, with very bare bone graphics, simple gameplay and snappy controls, but I agree with the others, the leader board was a great idea. I think it would greatly benefit from some additional audio, like a sound track and maybe some ambient sounds.

The King's Delivery by zyapimstudios 2023-05-03T15:04:38Z

Well, it certainly has a lot of Soulsborne vibe to it. I found the lava pits at the beginning quite challenging / annoying, as you had to traverse them every time you died (which I did a lot). The battle system itself was a bit of a let down, I would have loved to see a proper attack chain instead of only one swing, as well as a heavy attack. Maybe limitations of the animations you used?

One thing I really liked was the little bit of story fluff in the beginning, full on voice acting, camera flying over the fields and telling us the story of this world.

Maily Melo by Blix 2023-05-02T16:07:42Z

This was an interesting experience. The visuals and audio quality was superb, and reminded me heavily of the original "Adventure Time". Gameplay wise it's very similar to "Strange Horticulture", did you take some inspiration from that?

While I do believe there's a lot of potential, I did find the actual implementation lacking a bit though. I managed to finish the game within a few minutes, and it doesn't seem to matter whether or not you deliver the mail to the right recipient. It's very hard to tell if you even did to be fair.

However, I can see this concept working out with proper little stories being told between different actors within your kingdom and outside it, making you a silent witness to staged coups, love affairs, family feudes and so on. I'd love to see you evolve the game past the LD scope.

Great job!

Volcano Buggy by Liven 2023-05-03T13:43:28Z

The car physics are decent and snappy, but being able to rotate while in mid air does feel alien, maybe the arcade-y behaviour is intentional. I had some good fun driving around, but I already suck quite badly at Rocket League, so I didn't stand much of a chance in this one.

Swallow Express by Tomssuli 2023-05-02T14:25:17Z

FYI, The download link on LD is dead. I found it to be quite challenging, but that's more or less common with LD games as play testing and balancing doesn't really happen much. It's a good idea to hits forgiving, so that you don't have to start over all the time.

I did very much like the foresty theme and music!

Shipyard Mercury by chompdev 2023-05-03T10:02:36Z

Interesting take on the theme and unusual genre. It worked really well for me, I enjoyed the lush joy of simply putting together (what I hope will be my) space ship. Visuals are very basic, but get the job done. Audio works well. I didn't encounter any bugs either. Reminds me a bit of this Indie game where you have to cut apart old space ships (can't remember the name right now), just the other way around. Definitely good fun. Great job!

Orbit Express by BmanStudio 2023-05-02T14:22:55Z

I love the art style, the concept of orbital physics is always fun as well, but I didn't find it particularly engaging after five minutes - maybe adding an upgrade system and more obstacles on the way might be a good idea?

Very polished though, great job in general!

Delivery by Fragment Games 2023-05-03T16:52:50Z

Nice little old style game. The graphics worked really well, and I'm very impressed with your microphone recording ;) Ultimately I find the enemies to have a bit too much HP, and since your movability is quite limited, you can't really outrun them, nor can you manually reload. More weapons & enemy types will surely add some spice to this, as will some puzzles (i.e. opening a door to progress the delivery). Reminds me of Team Fortress 2 and the game mode where you had to protect a car - no idea if that's still around, was like 10 years go.

Well done!

DEVILivery by Blue Pin Studio 2023-05-03T17:32:51Z

Holy moly, this was one hectic experience! I love the art style, it's very consistent and well put together, and I adore the heroine! Controls felt very snappy as well. I enjoyed the experience, looking forward to see if you have any plans to keep it going and extend it.

Foggy Day on Mulberry Street by jminor 2023-05-03T10:55:37Z

This is a really cute idea. I like the concept of turning it into a physical card game, the rules are well written and quite easy to understand. It sounds like fun. Unfortunately, I will have to wait for my SO to come home before we can give it a try.

Drony Delivery by frelude 2023-05-02T15:34:22Z

Great little game, I really loved the relaxing atmosphere and soundtrack. Getting a strong Puzzle League vibe from this as well :)

The Envelope by DzejPi 2023-05-03T10:46:04Z

Very nice entry. Graphics are simple but get the job done, so are audio and dialogue. It feels polished enough, but I did have some trouble finding a weapon and sometimes I would get frame drops, not sure why. The atmosphere really makes this game though. Also, WHERE THE HECK IS BUILDING 53?! >:C

RecoDeli by Krzyhau 2023-05-03T21:06:28Z

Brilliant little game. I absolutely love the "program your own robot" games (totally unconnected to my real life career choices), and this one is no exception. Audio and visuals are well executed, everything feels smooth and polished. I love that I get a trajectory line in "edit mode" after my last attempt that I can use to optimise. Also, giving the author's solution parameters (time and instructions) is a genius way to keep me on my feet and try to optimise my solutions.

Really well done, I had a wonderful time with this. If you added some more elements to this (i.e. moving parts on the board, other gravity wells, etc...) and kept adding some puzzles, I can absolutely see myself (and others) following this to a proper release.

The Great Eggscape by Syriella 2023-05-02T16:32:13Z

Wow. Where to start.

I love the humour. I literally laughed out loud when I read your text. I love the voice acting (especially that annoying canon ball). I love the references (i.e. Wilka) and the general silly vibe that takes me back to video games from the 90s and early 2000s.

I'm not sure about the theme fit for this one, but I did have a fun time playing through this. I wonder what's next for Connor Mceggor? Maybe having to traverse the garden on his way back home?

Would be fun to see where his journey will lead him ...

📯 POSTAL HERO 🏹 by Caca 2023-05-03T17:27:28Z

This one was really nice. I greatly enjoyed playing it. There's not much to add to the other reviews, art is gorgeous, on point, and the whole thing feels very polished. I can definitely see this being released as a full game with more content in the future. Well done! :)

Hedge Hauler by trASSh 2023-05-03T09:57:42Z

What a cute little game. Really enjoyed playing it while sipping on my morning coffee. Great amount of upgrade options, the soundtrack is brilliant and visuals fit nicely. Different plants too, which surprised me. The UI could use a little bit of love, but that's obvious during an LD. Great job!

Deliverables - LD53 by potkirland 2023-05-03T20:52:08Z

Well, I had a lot of kids. Also, those hands are going to haunt me in my dreams.

Screenshot 2023-05-03 224807.png

What is there to say about this game. It's sweet and short. Art style is working well. I did experience some tearing and a few bugs where the game told me I had failed after arriving at the hospital, but none of them were game breaking. Love the leader board, but I was only able to see my own kids. Not sure if that is intentional or not.

Great work, especially for a solo project!

Alright, I'm off to go parenting the crowd of hungry mouths I apparently decided to get!

🚀  Galactic delivery : Starvesters2D by z0rg 2023-05-03T18:05:43Z

Where to be begin. The idea is quite trivial, but the implementation really drives this one forward. I love the different planets, the the option to actually go into space, the button layout which reminded me of old arcade machines, the soundtrack that just sucked me in or the nice surprise at the ending. I felt reminded of other atmospheric games about calm space exploration, like No Man's Sky or Astroneer.

It's just beautiful. Great work all of you.

Blockade Runner by darzu 2023-05-03T10:06:36Z

Love the water shader (is it a shader?) and the fact you guys made this engine yourself and didn't just pull in Unity. There's not a lot there in terms of actual gameplay (yet), but as an avid fan of pirates and ship battling, I spent a shameful amount of time just sailing around the small sea and firing at that outrageous tower, so for me it worked quite well. I'd be interested to see where you guys will go with Sprig. Best of luck to you and your endeavours! :)

Entomoria by Frib 2023-05-03T14:43:53Z

Well this was interesting and not disturbing at all - kidding, I was literally laughing out loud when the boss showed up. I found it quite hard to beat, but I enjoyed the general gameplay. Thinking with more upgrade paths and long term development goals, this could grow into a fun little game of strategically conquering earth. The only thing I'm unsure about is theme fit for this LD, but seeing as you are dragging a huge box across the ground towards your goal, I'll allow it ;)

Planet Xpress by Retrific 2023-05-03T16:07:55Z

Difficulty was definitely there, but after a few attempts, I did get the hang of it. Art style is very well done and follows through quite solidly. Other than that, most of what's missing we can chalk up to running out of time, as you said in your text. I'd say the potential is definitely there :)

Impeachment by Kler 2023-05-03T20:58:24Z

It's a cute little game about being a (what I perceived) avian bodyguard for a peach princess that gets attacked by enemy worms. The graphics were great, I didn't encounter any bugs and controls felt pretty snappy.

What I missed was a little bit of music to make it more engaging. I also found it to be quite challenging, especially as those filthy worms take the bottom side and latch on. It took me quite a few attempts to get there.

Great game and solid effort!

Pizza Pete's Peculiar Predicament by Space_Games 2023-05-02T14:56:01Z

Quirky little game. The music and sound effects had me smiling all over. The experience is very straight forward and reminds me of what video games used to be like at the arcade. I found it a bit too easy in the end, as there is no real threat to me as a player other than timing. Maybe adding a time limit for each level might add some spice.

Good job though, I did enjoy playing it!

SatisfAction - The Ultimate Marble Machine by MarkAis 2023-05-03T17:42:58Z

I love how you can always find something new, totally unexpected at a LD. This is one of these games. Visuals look very polished and consistent and work well with the theme. The core game play loop is a shoutout to all the small kids in us standing in front of those claw machines wanting a stuffed animal. Adding the canons for automatic colouring and branching into the TD genre was a stroke of genius.

Some suggestions on how you might want to improve on this:

- Music is lacking, and I think the game would benefit from a Soundtrack that matched the current Satisfaction (relaxing when it's high, fast and stressful when low). - What about more canon types canon upgrades? Shooting frequency, or multicoloured ones that switch colour after attacking? Hook upgrades is another thing that comes to mind (i.e. targeting indicator, speed, size) - Extending the scope: different marble machines, more than two colours, moving parts (i.e. rotating wheels, etc...)

In the end, this is a great achievement, especially for a solo project. Well done!

Okay, back to trying to break your Highscore!

Porch Rats! by Quinnster 2023-05-02T15:26:49Z

The art style really reminded me of "Baba Is You". I wasn't a big fan of the soundtrack, that seemed to be too much in your face, I did enjoy my run. I'd love to see this with more enemies and tower options. Also nice take on the theme, spinning the TD idea.

Deliverance by Aloya 2023-05-03T16:57:54Z

Fun little game. It borrows heavily from "Papers, Please", but so does mine. I encountered a bug where new documents would disappear from my desk right after spawning, leaving me with just the parcel and a blank desk. I encountered it during two or three runs, I think it might have been me clicking too fast or so?

I like how you get to select methods of transportation & boxes.

Out For Delivery by Groundwater Studio 2023-05-03T14:53:06Z

Absolutely adorable! The visuals and audio are on point, the soundtrack is catchy and the dialogue is well written. My biggest gripe is probably the game time not pausing during the dialogue and me running out of juice whilst talking to the 240v outlet for the first time.

I also took the liberty to check out your other games posted on itch.io and will definitely be taking a closer look at those as well.

For 72 hours, this is really well polished and put together. Great job all of you!

Mushroom Mail by Endocrine_BAMSc 2023-05-02T16:14:16Z

I will leave my feedback in English, but the German conversations above made me smile (Hallo, liebe Landsleute! :3)

The art style is gorgeous, and I like how you implanted the gameplay into a story driven background. The whole presentation is incredibly cute and works very well. Animations, music & visuals are on point and follow a clear direction.

I did attempt to jump on enemies "Mario Style" at first, but quickly learned. I also wish so much I could use the giant mushrooms as trampolines!

Great job altogether, I'd be interested to see you take this to the next level!

Box It Up by Ollyfields 2023-05-02T15:17:01Z

I greatly enjoyed the game. The music was a great match, the graphics are simply but polished enough to work in a stylised environment like this. Here's some feedback from my few sessions:

- One thing I found lacking was a sense of challenge or penalty for messed up orders, going into overtime, etc... It didn't really seem to matter, unless I didn't catch it? - I was also starting at 5pm on every day after Monday, sending me into overtime immediately. Not sure if this is a bug or intended mechanic. - Some orders became hard to fulfil, as the belt would sometimes lack specific items (looking at you, green cups!) for a long time. This is probably due to RNG luck, maybe adding a watchdog in the background, making sure there's at least ONE of the required items on the belt at all times might be helpful to make it less frustrating for the player.

Great job, might also be fun in Multiplayer with a bigger warehouse, opening up multiple belts & loading ramps progressively.

Disruptive Shipping Services by ConcurrentSquared 2023-05-03T10:53:08Z

As others have mentioned, this game would benefit heavily from some polishing. The frame drops are very noticeable even on high end systems. I also kept clicking the box instead of click-holding, which made it disappear and got me stuck in the level with no way out or anything to do.

I think the concept can work though, as you can tell where you were trying to go with the idea. I'd say stay at it, give it some polish and release a post LD version to address to frame drops and adding a menu :)

Under 30 Minutes by hani 2023-05-03T20:39:16Z

This got interesting quick. At first I thought the first enemy you encounter was just a regular guest, until he started attacking me. Also, what is up with all the tiny enemies? Straight from my nightmares. Anyway, rough turf to be delivering pizza in. Visually it gets the job done, good mix of programmer art and some decent 3D assets. I missed a soundtrack, like lounge music in the elevator.

Also I found it's quite easy to simply dash for the pizza delivery and rush out again without having to engage enemies too much. Different levels (floors in the hotel / different hotels) with a more maze-like layout would greatly help to keep me as a player engaged.

Ultimately, great work for a solo project!

Styx by manioora 2023-05-03T11:04:37Z

What an unexpected little gem. You can tell a lot of love and effort went into this. The visuals, the noises of the squeaking boat, the music - the entire atmosphere is just gripping and sucks you in. I ended up playing a few rounds as I wanted to see how my actions and decisions altered the dialogue of the lost souls. My only suggestion for improvement would be to work a little more on the controls, they do feel a tad clunky and it's quite hard to navigate the large river.

Great job everybody, I had a wonderful time with this game. P.S.: Love the map!

PS: I adore your profile picture!

Trailside Mycologist by klausklapper 2025-10-07T11:48:21Z

@saering You're absolutely correct. I was aiming for a total of 15-20 minutes of exploration, but I underestimated the sheer size and effort needed to keep things interesting. I had plans for a progression system, and even a rating at the end. But ultimately I ran out of time. I definitely plan to downscale for the next LD.

Trailside Mycologist by klausklapper 2025-10-07T16:29:03Z

@artificer thank you for the kind words! Yeah actually the problem with the Godot Web Export stems from the 3D Terrain plugin I'm using, which doesn't seem to play nice with web exports (yet). I can actually get a working web export, but then the terrain breaks. There's some ongoing discussions on the project's github around this, but nothing concrete brought any help so far.

@captaincorgistan There's drawings which were meant for a journal that you'd get to carry with you and that would teach you some things, but unfortunately it didn't make the cut before the timeline.

esCargo by francoisvn 2025-10-07T12:06:24Z

Wow, now I can tell my grand children about those wild days in my youth when I was a traveleling merchang living in a snail. The whole mood is fantastic, the graphics and music blend well and create a somewhat suspenseful and interesting visual. I enjoyed it!

I would have liked to see some story component being part of this, wanting to learn more about this world. Why are salesmen travelling in snails? Why do people want all this archaic stuff I sell? And what is my purpose in life other than accumulating more archaic stuff? Questions over questions ...

Also I found the time constraint a bit too stressful sometimes, especially when my snail is packed full of stuff :)

LOOKING FOR THE GOOD STUFF by Ntimi 2025-10-07T17:15:11Z

I cannot believe this game hasn't gotten more attention yet. Absolutely fantastic. Art style reminds me a lot of Don't Starve. Also great take on the Halloween vibe, Pumpkin Paula looks like she's right out of [Pottsfield](https://over-the-garden-wall.fandom.com/wiki/Pottsfield)!

Bat Demon Manor by varenka 2025-10-08T20:53:45Z

I always wanted to have a go at PS1 style rendering (with proper perspective skewing), so I love your take on the art style. Reminds me a lot of the first Tomb Raider game for some reason. It feels very polished for a jam game as well, same with the sounds!

As for game play, I found it a bit repetitive once you develop some dodging and running strategies, but that's just due to the small scope of a jam game. I also played for quite a bit until I got good and died a few times. It would be fun to see where this would go if you kept working on add, adding more enemy types & upgrades. I also could see the grounds for some explorative story or even rogue-like elements. I hope you keep working on it. Great job! :)

Broke Custodian: From Dust Till Display by outstar 2025-10-07T10:50:39Z

Absolutely stellar contribution. It feels incredibly polished. Reminds me a lot of the museum in Stardew Valley. It almost felt too easy after day 10. Some notes and ideas for potential improvement:

- Maybe it was a bug, but after day 20 or so I was no longer invited to go on expeditions - A lot of the decisions feel meaningless, as I do not see e.g. if my security system has improved, or whether my bribe worked - I did not find a way to deal with any trash I found. So it just accumulated and I got fined for it.

Art style, music, execution are all on a very high level. I can see this going places :)

Mushroom! by Tim Eriksen 2025-10-07T17:25:28Z

Hello fellow mushroom game creator! :D

Always nice to see some PICO8 action on here, and you really nailed the graphics. Loved the very determined walking animation, and the soundtrack was a good mix of relaxing, but also pushing me on to collect even more mushrooms. The harvesting mini game reminded me a bit of Underdark - the amount of perfect mushrooms I ruined with my bad reflexes ;)

Great game, well done!

Souvenir from Earth by Saering 2025-10-07T11:45:11Z

Ah, the pains of exporting to HTML from Godot :)

I made it run on Linux using WINE and it worked fine. Loved the art style, especially the derpy faces :3 The controls I found a bit challenging, it's harder than it looks on the pictures, but it kept me engaged for quite a while. I can see a bunch of potential for expanding this. Maybe more mission types with different cities, maybe the military comes and tries to stop you.

Feels very polished altogether. Well done!

Where's my money, Gnomski?!? by CaptainCorgistan 2025-10-07T11:25:33Z

Look, I'm going to be honest here with you. I spent **FAR MORE TIME** kicking random gnomes around their cozy village than I did doing what I was hired for. I even tried to make some kind of sport out of it. Only after about half an hour of gnome ball did I decide to go collect some money. I shook down the wrong gnome five times in a row and got fired. Sadly.

But that's okay, because I will just come back for some relaxing gnome ball!

Man I keep seeing you on the front page and thought I had to check you out, given that you also worked on a mushroom related game. I expected a few good looking mushrooms, but little was I prepared for the epic soundtrack and voice acting in this game. 10/10, would sell mushrooms to a giant mushroom again.

Cold Side by Thierry 2025-10-07T11:40:14Z

I made it run on Linux using WINE. It played fine, and I managed to not get killed in the end (took a couple of attempts though). World building is good :)

Kidnap Equation by koro.games 2025-10-07T17:33:32Z

So I love the theme here, the graphics, audio & soundtrack are well done and consistent. But oh boy did I suck as a ~~kidnapper~~ sercret agent. My target clearly got towards the other end of town by the time I was anywhere near their last location, and apparently driving in a shady truck at night is enough to get instantly arrested.

I did start just abducting random people to let out my frustration though :p

Kidnap Equation by koro.games 2025-10-07T18:24:52Z

@koro-games Unsure of how far targets are moving. If it's more than 1-2 blocks, maybe update their "last reported" location ever so often?

Mr. Fungi by Kupnu4 2025-10-08T06:45:43Z

Hello fellow mushroom game creator! :D\

Great work on the animations and graphics! Mood and polish feel very good already. I also had some issues reading some of the UI on web, but just the collection and upgrading game loop was enough to keep me going for quite a while!

Pekko's Bottle Odyssey by An405 2025-10-08T15:09:29Z

Until today, I thought cheap rum was my arch nemesis - now I'm afraid of Kvass and ending up like Pekko! Poor dude had to collect so many cans. Great humor, and the visual quality is well rounded out everywhere. Art style on point as well. Agreed on the expensive upgrades though. Would be interesting to see where you'll take this if you decide to keep working on this game!

Kwicc Pik by hugohil 2025-10-07T11:08:10Z

Today I learned that being a space goblin is a dangerous, hard life. Not only are you constantly being followed by the no-good Corpo drones, you also have to fight the momentum and centrifugal forces of their bulky crates.

I had some good fun playing it, though once you master what I call the "Satisfying Slingshot" technique, it becomes fairly easy. It also doesn't really matter how much money you extract with. Would be nice to able to fly towards some secret pirate space stations in between missions and upgrade your ship.

So, would I become a space goblin again in the future? Yes, yes I would.

WonderBot: A Lofty Return by mortusnegati 2025-10-08T06:52:31Z

Great display of cell shading graphics, and coherent artwork in general! That final bit of dust to hit 100% was super satisfying too. I could see this going places. Great result for 72h of work!

The Honorable Hunt of Sir Frogbert the Bold by DazyLude 2025-10-08T13:44:25Z

Sir Frogbert! I did not realize I had a spirit animal until today, wow. I love the little guy and his quirky ways. Also, why is the shop keeper an giant hamster? :)

Great visual style and cohesion, I did not have audio unfortunately but I think that was a mistake on my behalf. I liked the blocking mechanic, I would have liked to see a counter mechanic as well for those critical hits. Critical hits in general! It's a good foundation to build on for sure.

The Honorable Hunt of Sir Frogbert the Bold by DazyLude 2025-10-08T15:02:16Z

@dazylude I hope you'll keep working on it, I just played through it again :D Also love the capybara meme, will take it into my inventory of quotes from now on!

Death or Taxes by atsh 2025-10-07T18:30:10Z

Okay, I love that you built an entire self-driven economy and demand chain around your fictional kingdom, only to make me run like a fool after all of those pesky little villagers to collect what is rightfully ours. Awesome idea, and nicely done graphics! It could have done with some music, and I found it a bit difficult to reach 2500, but the FROMAGER (hehe) ultimately did it.

Great name too!

Bug Driver 3D by Reaktori 2025-10-07T11:53:42Z

Wow, this game needs more attention. I was laughing so hard during the intro, and I lost it completely when my passengers started talking. Once I managed to knock out a few of them, I was in tears.

Fantastic visual style, voice acting, soundtrack, humor and overall execution. Great game.

The Poem Of Your Life by florianCohen 2025-10-08T07:03:40Z

Not a lot more to say than what has already been said. Fantastic result for one day, and the first time I realized the color change I thought "Wow, that's a cool idea!". Any plans to keep building on this idea in the future?

DEBT? DECLINED. COLLECTORS? DEFLECTED. MY BALCONY? A BASTION. by BigTasty 2025-10-09T07:21:29Z

Idea is amazing, I laughed a lot. The upgrades are overpowered but that's what makes this fun. Curse you, debt collectors!

Gibberwave by yiwai 2025-10-08T08:33:58Z

The art and music are great! I also found it a bit too hard towards the end, but it was possible to pull off. Some of the texts I found a bit confusing and I also think the tutorial could have explained things a bit better, but to be expected if English is not your first language. Great job for 3 days of work!

The Grande Concoction by Artificer 2025-10-07T16:36:31Z

Well whoever built THAT tower clearly had a fable for **CONSTANTLY FALLING IN THE LITTLE NOOKS BETWEEN THE CAULDRON AND THE FLOOR** >:C

Super clean visual style, could have done with some music, but I loved the theme and execution. I actually had plans for something similar at one stage, so it feels doubly heart warming to see this come to life. Also pretty polished for 2 days. Well done!

SNoWay by skale 2025-10-08T09:31:17Z

Aw yeah, snow physics! Nicely implemented too! I liked the strategic component between building your volume and keeping the enemies off, though I was very bad at it and kept dying. Also agreed that the controls would have been better had I been able to shoot with the mouse, it felt a bit awkward.

Nice proof of concept, I can see this being iterated on with upgrades and maybe different levels & enemy types. Great effort for the jam!

Archi's sensles adventure by Igojka 2025-10-07T12:11:18Z

Hey! Sorry to hear about the problems you've had in this jam. Being let down by team mates in the last moment is not a fun experience. I still hope you will continue your journey and keep at it, because I love the robot, and I love paper art even more. Releasing something - even in a broken state - is better than not releasing at all :)

The Dragonfly by Mihu 2025-10-08T08:40:20Z

First, THANK YOU for the Linux build. Second, I think **the Dragonfly** is a gorgeous ship, and I now want to own it. Playing this game made me feel like a proper belt spacer, and I wanted to keep playing, taking my fixed ship to the next system, start exploring, upgrading, trading, etc...

Great job on the artwork and visuals. I did not have any issues with mouse sensitivity, but it did take me ages to realize how to fill up my O2 because I'm not very smart.

Altogether, great result for a jam game!

Goblin Lord's Dream by Ira Baciu 2025-10-07T16:45:03Z

I like how you guys did 3 games in one. My favorite was ghost in space, for sure. Took a couple of attempts.

The hardest part for me actually was finding the "STEAM" icon on the desktop. I kept clicking the icon in the task bar and thought it was a bug :D

PS: great work on the drawings too!

One possum's trash is another man's treasure by fkeyz 2025-10-07T16:50:56Z

A homeless possum simulator even. The web build didn't work for me, but I managed to get it running on Linux using Wine. It ran pretty smoothly. My favourite was Old Man Gerbilon!
