Very charming! Love the style. It was really hard to perceive depth with white on white.

Very charming! Love the style. It was really hard to perceive depth with white on white.
Loved the narrative. Simple but fun gameplay. The level ups got us hooked. Great start! Would love to see some more powers and ways to avoid the dementers haha.
Amazing art and atmosphere! The few waves I was able to do were really fun. I think there's a great base here for a larger game.
I couldn't figure out how to think about strategy or my choices
One of my favorite yet! Loved the platforming with the super limited camera and the impending doom haha. Super well polished and well made for such a short time haha.
lol, a good qwop-ish game. I never got any better, but it was fun to try!
Amazing art, enemies, atmosphere and polish! Played this one several times. I do feel like it was a bit too random whether or not your choice of room exploration lead to an exit. Also it seemed fighting enemies wasn't worth it early on so once I decided that it just became a mad dash to try to find the stairs.
lol, this was a fun few minutes. Love their quips.
Excellent tutorial and humor! Loved playing this game. Great graphics for such a short amount of time! Good start to a solid idle/clicker game.
Love the style! Simple but consistent art looks great. Loved the basic mechanics. It seemed like the optimal strategy involved clicking as fast as possible. I think I'd have more fun if you couldn't click super fast and you had to think a bit about your next move. But that might not be what you're going for :)
Solid implementation of a classic genre. Very fun. Nice art, good progression.
Fun, creative game! I can't think of a similar game. It seemed to me that there wasn't too much choice, just always trying to connect up the farthest along cell. So towards the end I would always loose b/c of speed. But I saw a few unlockables so I think that's very promising!
Loved the planet hopping! Very cool way to do platforming. The encroaching destruction was very fun atmosphere as well. Some ideas: I didn't feel like I was ever forced off a planet by aliens, I could always fight them pretty easily. Some strategy around planet hopping would be great. Maybe some stuff to collect from outer planets before they are destroyed with a worm hole in the middle to advance you to the next round or something. Could be a nice little rogue like!
Fun and funny! Love driving around and getting a large chain. Impressive graphics and gameplay for 48 hrs. The camera was a bit too springy or something and made me want to stop. Large chains were fun but would frequently get stuck. Also I couldn't figure out how deaths worked.
Fantastic entry! Very nice looking, great sound, loved running around shooting clocks and the sun. One of my favorites so far! If you're looking to continue this: it'd be nice if there was a little bit of strategy instead of just trying to be everywhere at once haha
Really creative, I played this one longer than most! The 4 cameras is very cool. With some more balanced progression, I think this could be quite a good mini game.
Nice take on a classic. Sometimes it felt like I lost with no way I could have done better
Great tutorial, great consistent art. I just spammed the two buy options and won. Some choice or strategy could turn this into a very fun clicker!
Fun! I felt like I could never finish requests in time haha
Holy crap, I had friends over while playing this and most of us ended up crying. Steller story telling, and hitting emotional cords. Beautiful piece of art.
Known bugs (sorry!): - Doesn't work on screens above 60 fps (you'll fall through the boat probably) - Sometimes the player doesn't move with the boat, you'll need to refresh - Enemies spawn too quickly at around ~50 - Game over doesn't work well yet, you'll need to refresh to play again - Audio doesn't work in Safari
lol, at first I didn't think there was anything to this game and then I got hooked as the colors kept changing. Still have no idea if there's anything more, but the toast did fall through the floor and I saw a cool sky box. Very intrigued.
I had friends over as we were thumbing through LD games and this one had us laughing the hardest. Well done!
Silly, frantic fun! There was definitely some skill to slinging those tax papers and we had a good time playing this!
Like the look and concept! I was kind of confused about what orders I should be giving the cultists. Also the mouse didn't line up right on my screen and all my selections were off
Great graphics and polish! Simple but effective stealth game. I wasn't sure how 10 seconds came into play, but maybe I didn't make it far enough haha. Darn those bots and their out dated programming! Well done :)
Wow, that really brought a smile to my face! Loved the lighthearted humor and frantic minigames. Impressively polished and varied actions. Top tier game!
I like the roguelite, multi-life progression! Took me a bit to learn what things were doing, and I'm still confused about Restore, but very neat concept! Would love to see more levels!
Wow, strong entry! Very impressive graphics. Very polished. I like the strategy of 4 machines but only 3 spots on the tray. Feels like I could spend a while mastering this.
Like the idea! I like freezing a bunch to line up a nice shot. I don't quite understand why they broke out and got me, but I guess i wasn't fast enough haha
Really fun game! Made it to wave 45 which felt like an accomplishment haha. Love seeing games made in custom engines!! Ran very well, nice job! Great minimalist art. Nice enemy design, each one felt different and challenging. Well balanced; it felt like I was barely making it each wave. Some power ups or other strategy variations would take this to the next level. Loved this game!
Nice start! Played the non-extra. Little confused about if/when things are happening..
I didn't see it was submitted to Extra so I replayed the Extra version. Nice improvements! I actually quite like the squares-as-hexes, I've never seen that in a game before. It was fun moving units to try to maximally flank an enemy. It'd be great if it was more obvious which of your units have action points left, I'm pretty sure I played poorly b/c I missed actions a lot. Great start to a RTS & turn-based blended game!
Wow, this one really impressed. Love the look, love the spookiness, love the concept with the lighthouse. Definitely got my heart racing!
Stellar game! I love the simple mechanics that are nonetheless hard to master. Great music and audio throughout. Well executed idea. Enjoyed that a lot!
Solid entry! Loved the tutorial and intro, and the free restart haha. Very creative and one of the best interpretations of the theme I've seen. Loved that it was a music game that didn't depend on my musical talents or timing haha.
Very simple and fun! I love how many choices and outcomes there are. Impressive entry. Very polished
Great puzzle game! Solutions weren't obvious but if you thought about it a bit you could come up with the answer, which is the sweet spot for puzzle IMO. I was also impressed that new mechanics appeared after quite a few levels. An impressive amount of content. Great job!
Wow, impressive dungeon generation and art! A large, well done set of props and enemies from a jam game. I also liked the variation in dungeons, I was impressed to see new layouts periodically. This is a great start to a game. Maybe dungeons crumble away or are caved in, and after a certain number of rooms you get to choose an upgrade roguelite-style? Great work!
Nice! Bullets feel punchy! I didn't notice it becoming more difficult. I liked the sound effects
I like the concept! It'd be nice if there were a little more strategy; maybe mirrors to bounce the laser?
Very charming, fun game. I love the simple controls and strategy around move and attack being on the same button. I think it'd be great if classes were more different. Love the spin to upgrade. Ur sounds and music are top-notch, definitely brought a big smile to my face playing this game :)
Middle click didn't seem to work for me? I couldn't get the construction to place or rotate. But I loved the graphics, sound and mood of it all!
Solid entry! I actually like how you had to learn the cycle from the music, no indicator bar. Platforming I found very difficult and frustrating to die b/c I missed a jump. Nice progression though!
Nice concept, well executed! I appreciated the well done instructions screens too. It was a little hard to tell when I was taking damage. I think this is a great base for a bigger game!
Love the mini-games! Great take on the theme. Almost made it but then I failed to unclog the toilet :( Well done!
Clever puzzler! Some of the latter levels really stumped me haha. The sticking to walls when jumping really through me off; perhaps it is needed for some puzzles but it was different than any other platformers I'm used to. Maybe sticking should be on a key? Solid entry over all!
Impressive game! Maybe i just got lucky, but the puzzles seemed a bit easy. Love the time bomb mechanic!
Love the music! Dodging attacks from straight above seemed a little unfair haha. Nicely drawn!
Love the concept! It reminds me of loop hero and backpack hero. Instead of managing the fighting, your job is to select items. I think there's a lot of potential here!
Wow, very impressive! Very humorous take on mini-game rush. Enjoyed this a lot
Great environment, great art, loved the cat! I got stuck pushing the box however, not quite sure what I was supposed to do there. Maybe put a note on your LDJam page to help players through?
Wow, top tier game! I played that longer than any other LD51 game. Took me a while to figure out my strategies. Excellent mechanics. Well balanced.
@vetche-studio, thanks!! Oh you eventually get more cannon balls from the enemies, once they breach your walls their balls will get stuck inside and you can pick them up. But yeah, it's not obvious and a game design mistake. Btw, I LOVED your game, my favorite game of LD51!
Polished, nicely executed game! I liked the switching, and at first I thought range was over powered but the ability to block projectiles with the sword is quite good. Enemies spawning directly on top of u seemed a little unfair, but overall I really enjoyed this.
Nice art! I had no idea how to find the crystals other than to wander randomly, which usually lead to death haha. Fun concept!
Love the art and story telling! The cyclops seems to do damage before his attack animation would suggest, which made it very hard to predict and engage with. But love the setup!
Love it!! I esp appreciated the rules that made it easier, giving some nice breathing room to an otherwise suspenseful game. I found having the bullets come from the gun instead of center got me killed a few times, but perhaps that's intentional. Great idea, well done!
Very good game! One of the best I've played yet. Love the level design. Clever take on this genre. I like how there are so many possible interactions between urself and the ghosts.
Loved the tutorial! Great mining animation. Controls felt a little off, I'd recommend playing with: https://gmtk.itch.io/platformer-toolkit. But it might be what you wanted. Nice balance :)
Haha that was a fun story to explore. I couldn't figure out how to load from a save though, so I didn't explore as many branches as I would have liked. It nicely fits the theme!
It was fun to try! I tried about 10 times but I couldn't figure out how to make any progress, or what you meant by every second turn move the key. Seemed like an interesting puzzle to solve though!
I like the world building! Go whales!
Love the color coding on organs and tools! Very clever interpretation of the theme haha
Hmm is it still up? We weren't able to interact with the page at all. Chrome on Windows Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Thanks @ava-skoog! Yes, sorry about the lag, I've got a lot of improvements in the pipeline for perf!
When grass cutting is enabled, you take much more damage from red grass. But honestly the ship is so slide-y that you're probably doomed if u hit the red grass no matter what haha.
Thanks for playing and the detailed comment!!!
Saw some "missing dll" or something as well; hope to try it later!
Got $154k! Lovely little idle clicker game. The art is really charming and the game was easy to understand and play. There wasn't too much strategizing, since it seemed like u could pretty quickly afford everything. But it was it was nice experience!
Cute game! I love the music and the overall vibe. I couldn't quite figure out how to solve the first puzzle, so maybe a simpler example would be nice to start with. The spaghetti ingredients look cute too!
Challenging game! I liked having to time the shooting precisely while navigating traffic. The controls felt a little "mushy" to me, but I got the hang of it after a couple tries. Hard to get more on theme than delivering newspapers!
Would have loved to adjust volume down a little. Love the boomerang mechanic!
Love the sword noise! Would have been great to have check points. Also the enemy hit boxes weren't what I expected. Great cast of characters and lots to see!
Holy crap, amazing! You should really put this on Steam and charge money, and then let me know as I'll buy it haha. The writing was great. The gameplay was imaginative and new and really fun. Overall this is just incredible. Trying to come up with some feedback: dropping the towers didn't feel very tactile and slightly awkward. The forced scrolling thing was very interesting but also a little a frustrating to not know what was behind us that we'd already placed. But I can't overstate how impressed I was with this. Nicely done!
Neat pixel art! Each planet definitely cultivated a unique vibe. The space navigation is fun, but walking around on planets felt a little slow by comparison. Good job!
Oh bummer, sorry about that! I now know the cause i think but it's too late to fix. If you move the rudder back and forth sometimes you can get unstuck. (manning/unmanning depends on the hitbox of the object being manned which isn't great since that moves)
It was very fun bouncing off the walls! Very hard to get the green guy haha. I'm sure a much better player could use the platforms well but to me they seemed mostly random. Liked the sound effects and player models!
I wanted to rate you on mood! Your mood was great!! The trains were oddly scary and it was pretty fun zooming around to avoid them. Sometimes we flew way out of the city so might be nice to have some bounds haha. Overall the grappling was really fun!
LOVED the vibes of roaming the desert on a convoy! Solid use of assets and effects. Enemies felt varied and interesting. Some ideas: for my first playthrough, it wasn't clear there was any way to win? I picked up cargo and didn't have a place unlocked that would take them. By the time they were delivered I was so low health and funds that i couldn't make another run. Also over all it didn't feel like i had too many decisions under my control that really influenced the outcomes. Overall I was really sold on the idea here. Defending a caravan and moving between outposts felt great. And the trading was a really interesting idea I'd love to see expanded. Lots of potential here!
The intro was funny! It was cool seeing the sheep move in a flock. The sheep kept getting stuck on the fence in the way that I couldn't herd them out. Also it felt daunting to bring sheep back on such a big level w/ so much space for them to get around me. I liked the animations and the barking!
Wow this was fun! Loved the mixed use of packages as gameplay goals and propellant. One thing that might help is an arrow pointing off screen where you are? Or maybe the camera follows you? I was very pleasantly surprised when enemies showed up and they added nice variation. Loved how quick it was to restart. Overall, solid game!
Loved the vibes and the diner was really well executed! The music was also fun haha. The hitboxes for "E" were very unintuitive for me, playing in the web browser. Maybe too small? Loved the art and variety of meals. Oh and carrying the people to the table was a nice touch haha
It was fun to push things off the edge! The driving controls felt a little odd to me, perhaps they needed more momentum? I liked the lazer!
Got 700! Really liked the vibe and the general pacing of the game. Wasn't always sure if I had any real choices to make however, it did seem like i just clicked whatever colors I could. The whole thing feels nice and polished.
Love the art and music and overall a very strong entry! I didn't finish b/c it felt a little repetitive toward the end. But I think the whole thing was really well executed.
oh boy that gave us a good scare! Very creative use of panning a window around! Never seen that before. Taking the art on the ritual spots a bit farther would have added to the immersion and feel of it. Overall i had a lot of fun playing this, really well done!
Woo hoo! Beat it in 6.63min. That was an intense journey. Loved the trade offs and there was a lot of arguing amongst my friends about what to do next haha. It was a little unclear at first how things worked, but we did figure it out. Love all the assets and animations!
Really liked the planet graphics and overall cohesion of it. Pretty fun to build buildings, harvest, and zip around. I didn't make it far after the tutorial b/c it didn't seem new. Really well executed overall. Oh and sometimes the UI overlapped the planets and I would accidently move to a planet i didn't mean to.
Nice mood! The first level was very large and i did get a bit board walking around. I like the pages and text!
Thanks everyone for playing!! The "opt out of ratings" checkbox was accidentally checked 😬😬😬
If you don't mind leaving a rating, we would really appreciate it!!!!
Spooky game! We ended up dying a lot for unknown reasons? I think the darkness when u first get through is a bit unfair as you can just run into stuff without seeing it maybe. This game was pretty addictive and we had a nice amount of polish. Well done!
I couldn't open the 7zp :/
I tried running it but it said something about missing pck file?
Oof I guess I'm not cut out to be a space head cadet haha. Well executed tho! I think i made it through like 7 doors before i become overwhelmed
