A really tough but very fun game! Cute artwork and music! The different states of the plants really add a lot of frantic tension to the game and the birds certainly don't help matters! This is a really great game, I love it!

I really like the idea and the graphics but it's really hard to pick up the resources to fuel the altar. Also the music seems to cut out when I try and break the rocks. I think there's a really cool idea here, well done!

This is surprisingly addicting and having the truck be on a timer really keeps you focused on how many clicks you need to get in before it arrives. It's a small twist but it feels fresh and I think that's a great thing for a genre where you mostly want to automate the entire thing. Good job!
A cute and simple tower defense game! I really liked how each bird had it's own intro animation as they set themselves around the path. It started off pretty tough but by the end I was spamming so many birds it was hilarious! Really nice art as well, I really enjoyed the egg running animations!
Beautiful game! I really loved the art style and the animations! Starting the game off bullet hell style was pretty tough ahaha! Even though some of the jumps were really scary they were satisfying once I got them down and the fading in of the platforms was a nice use of the theme! The ending was adorable too! Really cool game! I like the change from pathing enemies, which are so typical for tower defense games. Good use of the theme limiting your space to build defenses the more overwhelmed you get. My only gripe is that gold generation can't keep up half-way into the wave since by that point you're being swarmed so much the first two pylon build spots are unavailable. Nice graphical style and it's just overall fun to play, great job!
Cool game! I like how you need to consider where you put your walls in order to have the best opportunity to get to the power-ups. I found the speed to be a bit too slow and enjoyed it a lot more when I used the capacitor. Good take on the theme with the walls and the guardians breaking the environment! Good job!
Presentation and graphics were nice, great use of the theme. Took me a while to figure out how to charge up the bomb properly, it almost felt random. It was very intense having the ground fall from underneath you with the core of the planet burning in the background. Nicely done!

Incredible! I really love all the different interactions between your character and the computer. Such a clever idea to have the score system based on how much space you take up but at the same time reacting to where the computer is moving. The combo names are hilarious and made me laugh the entire time playing it! The sound effects fit perfectly too. Such a simple concept with so much depth and with some offsets you can have a bunch of goofy combinations of positions. This really needs multiplayer cause this would be a fantastic party game! Perfect Ludum Dare entry in my opinion! Charming as hell, great job!
Nice use of the theme with the destructible floor tiles. It started getting really trick with the green cubes later on especially coupled with other red balls. Having to consider two different positions in the level really creates an interesting challenge. Simple and straightforward, very nice!
Amazing graphics! The artwork added so much to the moon especially the creepy game over screen. Controlling the hand was difficult and I wasn't sure how to satisfy the customers. When I gave them the food they asked for they just threw it away. A bit confusing to understand but there's definitely some cool stuff going on here! Good job!
Great job! I absolutely love the graphics, looks fantastic! Having each building take up a different number of tiles in different configurations made for some interesting strategies for placing them. Sometimes I got a bad set of tiles but it was very easy to start another game and try again. Great use of the theme and a really polished experience. Very nice!
Very nice visuals! I was reminded a lot of Lemmings when playing this, leading my army to their victory/doom. Maybe I'm misunderstanding but I'm not sure where the theme fits into this. Is it just that the sheer amount of enemies spawning makes it hard to progress? Other than that it was pretty nice to play through, good job!
Very enjoyable puzzle game! The last two levels were pretty challenging and I like that you showed the objective on the right side since it was a bit difficult to see where the pieces had to fit on the level itself. I found the "I'm on it!" dialogue responses to the tasks to be very funny, I had a good laugh before each level! Nice game!
Cool idea for a resource management game! It took me a while to fully understand what was happening as I didn't notice I had to be placing boxes into the export area. I was getting points regardless which is what confused me. But I do like the idea of transferring them to the dangerous area in the middle before dealing with them the following day. Pretty good use of the theme and I loved the music! Great job!
This was really good! I love how simple it was to see what needed to be done to protect my ship. The story was really entertaining and did a lot to create a mood where I wanted to save these people. Very good idea swapping out equipment over time to increase the challenge, although I didn't find it particularly difficult since shields and weapons were generally enough to overcome anything. I used the engines one time and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. Pretty great game, I enjoyed it a lot!
Wonderful graphics and really heartwarming story! I really loved the artwork and how it conveyed the emotions of the characters! The mechanics were nice and simple but effective although the attacking directions didn't seem to work right for me. Sometimes attack in a different direction still got rid of the sharks and other times it didn't. The music was also very lovely and added to the mood quite a bit! Great work!

That was a very funny game! Sleek graphical presentation and very amusing mechanic! I found it really difficult to place buildings down when I made it to the 3rd level. When things topple over it makes it very difficult to know exactly where you can place things. Other than that this was a really cool game, great work!
The story, art and dialogue were hilarious! I like that the different obstacles you ate delayed the monster differ amounts of time, however, as long as I ate everything I don't think it was possible to lose. This game gave me a good laugh, great work!
That was great! Loved the art style and music. Mixing mechanics of light cycles with jumping was really nice. It was very difficult to make the jumps until I realized you can change direction midair to control your distance more effectively. So well executed and polished, loved it!
This is great! I really like the graphics and the music mixed with the opening intro story really sets the atmosphere perfectly. The crumbling mechanic is really well done and I like how it forces me to think more carefully about what room I enter and how to exit it. This game's really hard and I fell soooo many times lol. Nice idea! The randomization of the level adds some neat twists although for me the majority of my time was spent going down in mostly a straight line to make it to the portal. The art style is pretty great, loved the turn based feel to it! Congrats on your first Ludum Dare entry, good job!
I really like the idea of blocks being, well, blocked by making certain moves. Ordering matters a lot of the time and that makes it pretty challenging when there are enemies on screen. It gets real crazy by the end! Well done!

Interesting idea! I discovered that it's easier to have them chase you so that you can rubber band them out of the arena than it was to shoot them. The movement of the characters was so fast it made for some hilarious situations that I couldn't stop laughing at! I had a good time, well done!
Great game! I love the rooms mechanic you have going on, combined with the typical snake tail obstacle it makes for some interesting traversal situations. You pretty much nailed the theme perfectly! I really like the simplicity of the graphics. Turning your own tail the same color as the mangos made it really tricky to find your way around since it becomes camouflaged. So good!
Just some things I found a bit wonky. Since your snake moves in steps it's a bit hard to control when to turn. I'm not sure if it's not registering my inputs or I'm not timing my key presses correctly but sometimes I'd run into a wall without meaning to. Also I always die before I get to hear the amazing music! It woulda been nice if the music just played continuously even after you restart. But anyway, great work, I loved it!
Very addicting game! I really love the graphics and animations! Keeping the combo going is both stressful and exciting at the same time. My only gripe is that the sound effect for the score increasing is a bit hard on the ears when it goes very quickly, but other than that this is a fantastic game! Great job!
Such a cute game! I really love the artwork of the animals and the theme's pretty solid here. The different sounds the animals make when you pick them up was a nice touch too! I'm currently on the 3 giraffes and 5 lions level and it currently has me stumped, but I'm gunna go back to it now to finish it up. Super relaxing game, easy to lose track of time playing. Love the aesthetic, Zelda games are my favorite! The palette swap feature was a nice touch! Music was fantastic too. At first I was pretty confused what the mechanics had to do with the theme but then I killed an enemy and it instantly clicked. It was a bit difficult to use the hammer but otherwise I really enjoyed my time with the game! Great job!
Amazing game! I love the graphics and the music a lot. Using both the room and the fire as a way to limit where the player can go is a really great idea and I was surprised to see an upgrade system after I died. Lots of polish and lots of fun, fantastic!
That was really cool! It was very satisfying to stack the gifts. Very nice touch adding a difficulty slider since it definitely gets really hectic real fast if you're taking your time to position the boxes. Opening the gifts at the end was pretty funny too. Great job!
I really like the intro section, you set up the story really well! I found it a bit difficult to react to some of the later data obstacles, there's not enough space to move as you see them so I had to restart a bunch just to get by one obstacle. It does fit in very well with the theme so it's certainly a job well done! Congrats on your first Ludum Dare, good job!
Loved it! Great use of the theme for both running out of letters to work with and running out of space on the book shelf. I found it pretty difficult but I don't think that's an issue at all, my vocabulary isn't the greatest lol! The graphical presentation along with the music made it very relaxing even though there was time pressure. Amazing work!
That was really fun! The graphics are fantastic and you used the theme really well! It was a bit confusing at first until I saw the tooltip for the heart and then things became more clear making it much easier to progress. I think there's a lot of potential for something bigger. That was a really enjoyable experience!
The. Art. Is. Amazing! Pretty much all of it is amazing to be honest. I had a lot of fun decorating the planet only to slowly start realizing what I was actually doing to it. The audio started to creep me out as I got further into it and I thought that was a nice touch, reflecting the state of the planet not only with the visuals. This is definitely a winner, great job!

This game's great! I really love the graphics and just how fast everything moves when things start to get going. It was a bit to control the ship as more gravity wells showed up but there was a good sense of intensity that made it very exciting to play! Amazing!
Absolutely fantastic game! Incredibly innovative and you nailed the theme perfectly! I found it really difficult to multitask positioning the cargo and dodging asteroids and yet it was so fun. I think it would be a good idea to have less asteroids at the start though, might make the entire experience a little bit smoother. I had a good laugh when some of the asteroids started spinning really fast out of control, it was super funny. Amazing, great work!
I really like the concept a lot! Nice use of the theme having the lines you draw persist between levels. It also makes the game extremely difficult especially combined with the way St.Roll bounces around. It's really hard to control! But even so it made the game really funny bouncing around in unexpected directions! Well done!
That was adorable! The theme, graphics and humor were great! I really like how you can use the popcorn itself as a moving platform to help you out provided you aren't on the wrong side of it. And those cats getting buried by the popcorn was hilariously cute! 😺 The controls do feel a bit sluggish and jumping on and off stairs is somewhat difficult, but I enjoyed this game a lot. Congrats on your first Ludum Dare and great job!
I really like the story you got going on between the tasks that need to be done for the computer and the user waiting for their programs to load. Very simple gameplay that works really well! I did have some trouble getting the 3 yellow blocks to RAM, the timing is very tight on that part. Overall a very solid game!
Pretty good use of the theme and innovative too! I had a lot of trouble moving to other windows though. Sometimes it would look like I could cross over only to either end up in a window in the opposite direction or just a straight up loss. Well done!
Very nice! The shooting felt really good! I noticed that if you didn't move at all and just held the shoot button down you could get pretty far if the black holes didn't spawn in front of you. However, once the game started to speed up I had to move again, so my strategy didn't last for very long! Congrats on your first full videogame too, good job!
You used the theme really well here, I like how you get pushed back even further if you mess up the timing. My only real gripe is that there are too many enemies spawning so even if you time it perfectly your progress sometimes gets reset if you randomly get a long timer on the bar. Nice and simple, well done!
What a lovely game! I really like how you take different paths through the same area as you get larger and larger. I found the enemies pretty tough, especially when you knock those ranged blob enemies back and they manage to snipe your last bit of heath mid-air ahaha! The pixel art is really well done too, love the metroid vibe going on here!
Great game! I really love the art style. Having to choose between optimizing star tiles and environment ones within the limited space was very dynamic and challenging! Those boot tiles really come in hand for chaining together some nice turns, I enjoyed that part the most. I feel like some music would have upped the charm of this even more but other than that it was really well done!
Orienting myself was really tough to begin with but pretty fun and challenging to play. There's a really good feeling of panic when the surface of the planet appears and you have to control your speed for the safe landing. Good job!
Awesome game! Even though the use of the theme was very straightforward it was super engaging to figure out the best place to put the buildings so it ended up making the theme really stick. I love how you have options on what types of building blueprints you can pick instead of just placing them one by one, it made it a lot more challenging. The art was fantastic as well! Great job!
Amazing game! I really like how you used the space bar as both the literal take on the theme and incorporated it into the physical space of the playing field. It was really fun to try and beat the falling blocks when things started getting hectic. The little story going on the right side was a nice touch! Congrats on your first published game! I really liked how you put special hit markers on the wall to make it more challenging to hit. I initially tried spamming shots until I realized I needed to be a bit more accurate. I like the push and pull between having to dodge the red balls and collect the blue ones, it makes it so you can't just go on autopilot with the movement and have to adjust depending on what is coming your way. Good use of the theme, great job!
This game is amazing! I love the graphics and the concept! Kudos on putting a tutorial in there that nicely explains the mechanics. I feel like the beginning of the game is fairly challenging since you can't generate gold quick enough forcing you to consider where to put graves and flowers. As the game went on I found myself just filling up spaces for houses and butchers to prevent coffins from spawning. It started to get a bit too easy by the end but I am super impressed that you got this much done in such a short amount of time! You nailed the theme, fantastic game!

Congrats on your first game! I found it amusing when I realized I could turn around as I was flying, in these kinds of games you typically only shoot up. It was a very nice surprise! The music was very cute too. It was a little bit hard to see the theme in this, even though the falling debris impeded my movement I ultimately lost because I accidentally bumped into stuff as I was aligning myself to shoot. Nice premise and music! It was pretty challenging to do with the keyboard but I enjoyed it. The little story bit at the start really set up the atmosphere really nicely, I felt like I was really in a garbage separation facility lol. Fun game!
What a funny way to build a skyscraper! Timing the drops was a lot harder than I was anticipating but you definitely get into a rhythm with the different types of building material. I really like this concept and how it shows your successes in the form of the building and your failures in the form of all the destruction left below! I dropped sooooo many bricks ahahah! Great job!
Very neat idea! I like how the elevation of the build spots had you consider where to build. There's definitely a lot of potential for this kind of game, like some kind of natural disaster focused SimCity.
As some people have mentioned there are many spots where building a house to begin with will prevent you from proceeding. The north-east area in the back seems to be the only viable place to start building houses and factories since the other low areas are just slightly too expensive. When the water started destroying houses I was still able to build past the maximum amount displayed in the population meters. I assume this has something to do with updating that UI properly since having the stores still hanging around allowed me to speed build on higher ground even though they were destroyed. (Maybe there's a delay period before they're considered destroyed?)
Overall though I enjoyed myself. Good job!
This is a really funny game lol! It was really difficult to keep stacking when I got around the 4300 score mark but I had a really good laugh when most of the cups fell off the table as soon as the game was over. I lost 300 points and couldn't do anything about it! Very silly!
That was a pretty cute game! At first the controls were a bit weird but as I got more used to it it started to give the game a more unique challenge. Trying to position the cars ahead of time as to not block yourself later down the line was a neat idea.
I found myself running out of time more often than I was struggling with parking space though, so it felt like a bit of a deviation from the theme in that way although I do see what you were going for. Not sure if I was just unlucky but if you restart the game after losing the cars sometimes take forever to show up and another time I couldn't move my character anymore.

This game's really addicting! I spent like 10 minutes playing it trying to catch the shiny butterflies. I really like the challenge of keeping the platforms safe while trying to put yourself in a good position. Solid use of the theme and a pretty fun game loop!
My only gripe is that you sometimes get stuck on the corners connecting the bridge and platforms. If the collision on those were rounded a bit it might feel a bit smoother to navigate. Great job!

That was really hilarious and fun! The movement of my character felt a bit slow and clunky but I really had a blast picking up different kinds of foods and throwing them around. My favorite was throwing a watermelon slice at full power and having it get stuck on the ceiling! Amazing job!

Good use of the theme and nice artwork. Pretty funny interpretation of blowing someone's mind! I noticed that if you bounce the sound wave and it flies over someone with their head already gone it still registers a hit. Other than that, well done!

A fairly relaxing game except for the whole striking things with lightning bolts! I enjoyed just watching the villagers build their houses and helping them out by making more resources for them. I found myself wanting a way to skip ahead in time cause there is a lot of waiting around. Well done!

I really like the train sound in the background to make it feel like you're playing a game on an actual phone. The procedural generation is pretty neat and I really like the animation on the snowman. It was a bit hard to control the snowman mid-air though, which ended up with me falling off the platforms more often than I think I should have. Good job!

Pretty awesome concept! I grew up playing a ton of SimAnt and really love that game and this game definitely has the potential to encapsulate the feeling of controlling an ant colony. I still think these kinds of games are innovative and unique cause no one seems to make many of them, and I really enjoyed playing around with this! Although it was a bit weird that the ants looked like they were vibrating, but I guess you can fix up the pathfinding stuff in the future! Very well done!
Congrats on your first Ludum Dare entry! I like the atmosphere of the game, the lowered vision really adds to the tension and difficulty. I did want the shooting to be faster though, since it was tough to maneuver in the rooms and the zombies had quite a bit of health. I did die once to a zombie attack me through one of the walls, which was kinda funny! Good job!

I really like this idea and it's incredibly difficult! As someone suggested in the comments, maybe a slight warning when a meteor is about to fall, if it falls directly above you and you are not already moving it's pretty much impossible to react in time. I managed to get to the second plot 6 out of 10 crops, and it took me 10 tries! With some tweaking to the balance I could see myself playing more of this! Good job!
Cute game! I like the different kinds of donuts and it's a very relaxing and simple game. Music did get a bit repetitive but it fit the factory-type setting nicely. Very cool!

Really innovative concept! I had a hard time figuring out the pattern of the arrows when there were a lot of them on the level. Seems like there's a lot of trial and error when solving the puzzles. Either way, I haven't seen a game quite like this before so it was a nice surprise! Great job!
Great animations and nice and simple 3D graphics! I really like how the snowmen pop up from the snow. Really good use of particles to make it feel like you're in a snow globe ( I assumed that's what it is. ) The controls worked really well and it was really fun to play, although I didn't see any indicator of how many presents I had collected, which would have helped with letting me know how well I was doing. It's a little bit hard to control the car when it turns. I like that you animated the turning of the wheels and the starting light to tell you when to go is pretty nice! I also like the overlapping part of the track. Well done!

Nice concept. I've never played a game like this before. It works really well with the theme and it feels quite innovative to me. I like the constant struggle to expand although it was tough once I got about half the screen, since it sometimes felt like I couldn't hold back the smaller bots. Very neat!

Sometimes I got stuck just on the sides of doors and kept getting caught by the enemy there. Great colors/contrast on the graphics though! Good job!

The way you aim your shots makes you think differently when trying to dodge enemies ( which was pretty tough. ) I like the simplistic graphical style and the shadows on the enemies made everything just pop. It was a bit weird that you chose to use + as an enemy, cause for some reason I assumed those were health, instead of the blue rectangles. Great job!
Really cool fishing game! I like the mechanic of picking up the box to transport it back and forth between the two usable positions. Unfortunately I picked up too many monster fish so I lost really fast haha! The upgrade system is really neat too. Well done!

Graphics and atmosphere are really good! The controls were a bit finicky. You can't jump in a direction from standing still, this made me miss platforms constantly when I got higher up. And sometimes my character would get stuck when the wind? was blowing me off the ledges. With more polish this could be something great for sure, great concept! Well done!

Very cool very short story with a beginning, middle and end. Jaw dropping graphics and the way the sun in the background highlights the scene. The animation on the dragon is very impressive and the audio fit the magical feeling of this snapshot of the world you built. Very cute multiplayer game! I like the graphics and the use of the theme was well done especially having the entire page be filled with the water rather than just having a small window to play it in. The mechanics are very simple and easy to understand and having a chat beside the game is really nice way to laugh with others when you get a bunch of coins and fall into the water! I managed to get over 100 coins which was pretty funny since you start to become the target of everyone else. Really fun stuff, well done!

Simple and a good place to start for a fun game. It's a bit too easy to stay alive since your snowman is so small and the obstacles are small as well. Maybe if your snowman grew bigger the higher your score got, it would allow you to collect more snow but also make it harder to avoid getting hit! I really like the snowflake graphics though, well done!

Everything about this game is amazing. I cannot believe you made this in such a short amount of time, it's quite the feat. I love the simple controls and graphics but more importantly this is in my opinion perfect level design. You intuitively go in the right direction even though at first glance you feel lost. The bending effect keeps your eyes perfectly on your bird and the current trials that face you. It totally feels like the camera is moving even though it's one static screen. It also takes quite a bit of time to complete. To me this feels like a fully completed game that I would see on steam or on my 3DS. This is as perfect as you can get for a Ludum Dare entry. Blown away, amaaaazing!

This game is great! Simple graphics and gameplay but it goes a long way. It's very challenging and the slow zoomout after every round is a really good use of the theme, as it not only adds more places for you to escape danger but more places for danger to find you! I like the subtle details of the dog stopping for a second to bark, feels like he's putting a lot of energy into the bark beams! The level with a lot of dog enemies is really hard though, that one took a while to get through since their barks seem to cancel your own when they collide. Great work, I really like this a lot!
Really simple game. It seems a bit too easy to push the enemy off the screen. Since you're invincible maybe some kind of resistance mechanic where you get tired if you push too long would add a bit more challenge. So I just spent about 45minutes on this game farming up and vanquishing the boss with my friends and others that joined in. It's so good. The concept, the execution and the entire experience is super great. The only thing I can say against this is the latency, but that is obviously unavoidable. Either way Erhune, I always love the multiplayer elements in your Ludum Dare games, they're so well done and I've never seen them made in such short amounts of time. Really fun two player fighting game! The artwork is great and the music really fits the frantic nature of the combat. The characters move super fast and it's sometimes funny to accidentally jump out of bounds or walk off the screen only to die immediately. I like the arena changing mechanic and how it just drops you immediately into a potentially dangerous pitfall if you're not fast on the double jump to escape. Very cool stuff, well done!
I really liked the atmosphere. It controlled fairly well, although the friction on the platforms was a bit sluggish. Audio fits the backdrop really nicely and it feels like I am going up a snowy mountain. The transition upwards when you beat a level is very dramatic too! Well done!
What an absolutely beautiful game! The artwork in combination with the music was perfect. The controls were easy to grasp and translated well between the two characters. Now the story at first seemed a bit odd, but after noticing that the manatee was protecting the food for the aardvark it all made sense and really sold me on the love they both have (or at least the manatee haha). Great way to represent time as well, with the little notches for each moment.

I really like the graphics and the music. The slippery surface was a nice touch to make it challenging. Although I feel the jump height may need to be a bit higher as the drop off when you fall is very sharp. This sometimes makes it hard to land on the platform. Good job!

I love the idea behind this, and the random names of the enemy ships gives them more personality! Like most others have said, the controls of the movement and firing need some more polish and tweaking and perhaps an increase in the spawn rate would make it more engaging. Even though it was a bit dizzying to look at with the way the level scrolls, I kind of liked tapping up to "catch up" to the pattern of the flowing river, it really felt like I was running haha! Wow, that was really amazing! The art style is fantastic and your use of the theme is perfect. The vertical space was well used and the cryptic signs really set the atmosphere. It was a bit weird knowing where I could click since the character moves not quite on the path, but I managed to navigate just fine after some clicking around. Lots of potential to expand this into different kinds of landscapes! Amazing stuff!
That was really fun! It took some time to get used to controlling the flail but I eventually got the hang of it. Really cool idea to have the momentum of the character be part of the swing. Jump, press space to launch them forward. It feels really active while at the same time putting you in front of danger to keep things interesting. The shield power-up really helped against the final boss! Good moody "cave" music as well! Well done!

That was really challenging. There were some odd cases where even when I push the sheep away they sometimes eat the flowers faster than I can react. Very cool concept though and I really like the art! Those sheep are too hungry!
Has a really good look to it, and I really like the way the missiles track the asteroids and the exploding animations. There was some weird issues with the aiming cursor where if I ran far in one direction it was being left behind. I did a really bad job protecting the poor wildlife, all is lost indeed! That was so good! I love the art and the story that was going on between the characters. The atmosphere between the two worlds was well thought out and some odd eerie/sad moments thinking about how the key could have gone to the "other side". The color and music shift between the worlds was a pretty nice touch! It would have been nice to have a slight transparent background behind the text just to make it more easier to read. This was a really fun game! Jumping back and forth between the two areas is a neat mechanic, it really lets you test your memory about the types of animals you need to complete the puzzle. It did take a while to understand some of the game but I got it eventually! Music is nice and the art is beautiful! Great work!

It was really easy to destroy the gates since you could just shoot as fast as you wanted. Sometimes when I switch to the second block the direction of movement is flipped so that pressing right arrow moves left and left arrow moves right. I'm not sure if that was intentional but it made it a real challenge to platform that way! Well done!

Simple and really fun! Fantastic concept! I love the dialogue between the two guys and the potential depth of the pose and direction you shoot really gives the game a lot of strategy. The only downside is since you can't really pair up with someone you know it feels a bit random playing against strangers or the AI. Having some sort of way to identify players allows for more mind games. Also the art style is really neat, great job!

I really had to speed run those levels to get to the end in time, so there was a pretty good challenge there. There is a slight issue with the way you get pushed off the edge by the red creatures, sometimes it doesn't push me all the way off and I have to wait out the timer to restart. Great job!

The survival mini-game got pretty difficult as time went on and the normal mode was kinda easy. Pretty funny having the computer bluescreen when you lost! Remind me never to install Paladin Virus Hunter software.

The ship needs to move faster, but I love your idea. A lot of different elements going on. You have the time itself to make your escape, the dodging of various obstacles and the collection of some. And the ever chasing black hole. Music fit the space theme really well, but the ship movement definitely needs some adjustments. Very neat game!

Wow, this is amazing! What a fantastic use of the theme. Knowing that everyone you've watched has experienced part of the adventure in game play and you by watching them really gives you a different perspective on how you use your time. The only thing I really would like is some kind of indication on how close to your turn it is. Depending on how many people play it, it seems like it could take a while before you have a chance. It's really great and I'll definitely keep following this!
Old school arcade style game play with an event timer! Really cool idea using the theme as triggers for difficulty. Sound would definitely complete the experience, good stuff!
That was really fun! I really like how you tied the game's theme on that quote and used 10 seconds to represent each character's joy. The layering of the music when you collect more and more people is really great. The increasing obstacles made it pretty challenging to navigate when I was controlling many people at once. And I liked how they were themed like sadness and anger(I assume the red one was). The upgrades were a nice way of specializing strategies to maximize how many people you could get and there are enough levels that I feel like it's a pretty complete experience despite the short time you all had to make it.
As far as criticisms go, perhaps there could be more styling around the playing field or some kind of background there. Not entirely sure if that would distract from the gameplay elements but you guys did a great job!
Pretty good, I really like the art style and the sense of speed. I feel like since these kinds of games are about getting really far, 10 seconds doesn't really work too well if you're using it as the timer. Perhaps a different mechanic mixed in with this type of game that has something to do with time could make it last longer and be a bit more interesting. Not sure what that mechanic could be exactly, but your execution was well done!
I didn't mind that jump was on the space bar but it definitely makes more sense on the W key in this case. I really like the art and layout of the levels and the variable jump height is a nice touch even though the acceleration on it's peak seems a bit too fast. I wish you played more into the 10 Seconds theme, seems like you bypass the time limit with pickups. Perhaps a negative item that resets you back to 10 seconds if you touch it, or the closer enemies get time moves faster. Great job though, shooting those enemies is satisfying!
Some really tough jumps and the health draining really gave a sense of urgency. Perhaps the contrast on the character to the background and the blocks can be adjusted, I felt like it was a bit tough to see exactly when I reached the absolute edge of the platforms. Since this game requires you to keep moving, stopping to judge distance can cost you your life! Also a pretty funny premise for the story, great job!
That was pretty silly! Your mechanic was shit...literally, and moving back and forth trying to propel myself up had me laughing each time. There is a bit of a problem with the "finish line" in that sometimes you get stuck on the top lip of the model and the gravity usually don't push you down fast enough to reach it before the timer ends. Very funny, and I never want to eat these 5 cent "Takos".
Love the pings as a timer that you have to keep track yourself. Perhaps your character could be a bit shorter, I felt like it clashes with the size of the tiles and the enemies. I like the story you setup for this character as well, great job!
Poor kittens! I couldn't save them all! Cool take on the theme and the upgrade shop is neat. Great random names too, my ship was called Orange Universal, so gooood! Some things to improve on: I wish there was more feedback when collecting money or kittens, like a visual or prominent sound effect, and perhaps make it so you have to return to the shop to upgrade rather than being able to go to shop whenever. That may give the game a bit more risk/reward. Great job though!

Your take on the theme is pretty well done, having the choice of when to switch to either the son or the father made me want to see how much fish I could get at once. Fun little dialogue between both characters although I wish you could skip through that start faster than just completing a line of dialogue and waiting for the next bit. Good use of the HUD elements to represent the time/harpoon mechanics although it felt a bit weird to aim. Sometimes the direction was a bit more angled than where I was facing, although that could be by design since it was really challenging to get the fish I needed. Great job!
About the pumping mechanic I assumed that when you were pumping air each pump gave you a second, but it seems like it gives you more. I'm wondering why you chose it to be that way.
I like the 10 second charging mechanic you have, combined with the simplicity of a side scrolling shooter. I think you pretty much exposed most of the issues I was experiencing with the game. Some enemy types I'd like to see are stationary targets on either of the top or bottom surfaces, or maybe enemies that split into smaller enemies! And as someone else mentioned, contrasting the bullets from the background is pretty important for surviving, without feeling like you died from nothing. Good job! :D
I like the idea of added time to the next level, encouraging you to go as fast as possible early on to get more breathing space for the harder levels (like level 3! grr). Could do with more stuff in the level, maybe moving obstacles. I actually kind of like starting from the beginning provided a bigger version of the game is split up into 5 level chunks. It really forces you to learn the levels quickly in order to advance.
This is really great and funny! What a silly concept done pretty well. Just having a background and music gave me a good laugh, and I didn't realize it until a couple more tries that there is a legitimate game if you can get all the pieces done before the timer. Well done!
It's a neat idea to use time as a hidden resource and constantly having the alarm mislead you. I did have some trouble landing though, was kinda tough for me to position myself without gaining too much speed even if I was fairly low to the ground. Love the vector style art, and the sound effects may be a tad bit loud.
I really like how you put the timer in the background and made it blurry. It doesn't get in the way of your focus on your character while at the same time giving me the feeling of impending doom!

It took a few tries but when it finally clicked I was hooked! I really like the daisy-chain mechanic of getting your workers to gather and pass off the resources from one to another. It really gave me an "ant simulator" type vibe which I love. It was pretty difficult but once I optimized making soldiers it started to become a lot more manageable. The art and the music are great! Probably the longest time I've spent playing one game jam game so far!

A very simple and clever idea! I like how splitting each arc of the circle creates a dynamic difficulty depending on what order you click them. Also a really nice touch with the sound effects, with quick clicks it's almost like I'm making music. Great work!

I really like the strategy of using the lowest balloon to just boop the ones above it even higher. It lets me keep two balloons up at once which makes things a lot easier as more balloons spawn in. Great little game, I had fun!

It started off nice and easy and got crazy real quick! I like the balancing act of choosing to either save someone or put out a fire. I found myself saving by priority of who was the most hurt then putting out fires in between those moments. It was a real challenge and I had a fun time! Good work!

And as an added bonus, having other people put in their message for the next player is a really sweet way to make you feel like you have had an impact beyond just your own experience. First off, congrats on your first game jam submission! It's really tough to create a full experience in such a short amount of time. And honestly it's extremely impressive what you've made here in that timeframe.
I really loved the visuals. Mixed with the ominous music it really added so much power to the mood and is probably the most stand out thing for me here. Even though there wasn't as much in the way of gameplay the idea of passing on the torch to continue the journey is a really nice touch that to me is more story than gameplay. Being able to see who was traveling with you really added to the sense that making it out together was just as important as making it out alive yourself.

I find this game interesting because it's boiled down to the base mechanics. You roam around collecting time while navigating an ever changing landscape. I really like abstract games like this just because you get to see the core loop without too much fluff.
I think what would benefit a game like this is having the player's speed slowly increase either over time or after collecting the green squares. This way it creates a sense of progression, rewards the player's skill but also makes it more challenging by increasing the odds you will run into an obstacle.
This was a really enjoyable game for me! Good work!

The bonk sound effect combined with the death screen was just so funny to me for some reason ahaha! Really lovely game! I like how the snowboarder feels to control. Having to take a risk to go for a big trick not knowing when the next tree or rock will just show up was very tense and exciting. I got a lot of fun and laughter out of this game. Great job!

What an unbelievably charming game! The art is beautiful and the music really sets the mood so perfectly. I love all the little story bits as you progress through the game, and all the events really add a lot of life into this world even though you're just looking at a tree. The background changing as you upgraded stuff was a really nice touch too.
The only thing I would want is a way to upgrade multiple times at once, since getting into the 1000's made it a bit tedious to get to the next noticeable boost in gathering speed. I really loved playing this, amazing job!

This game is so addicting! I love how the worm feels to move and all of the different items and their effects are really interesting to experiment with. Cute game! I really like the art style a lot and those adorable crabs! I did run into what I think is a bug, if you spam click a full bucket of sand you can make infinite walls. Honestly might be a good addition for a powerup to balance out the difficulty of choosing between building walls vs repairing your sand castle. Good job!
