Great concept. I really like it. Just wondering what the real plot is :) But as a time waster it does the job.

Interesting concept.

Groovy, would have loved there to be some actual picture in there. Assuming you got a semi-solid quadtree structure out of this, or have one lying around, haha.

gafblizzard 2014-12-09 10:49

A mute button would be nice since the music loop is not completely seamless. It is catchy otherwise.

I finished with 0:42 left. :P Funny idea.

Very nice use of a quad tree ;) high marks in theme and innovation for imaginative use of the theme!

zwergesel 2014-12-09 17:02

5 minutes to wiggle your mouse over every pixel isn't exactly fun...
Would work better as a quad tree tutorial :P

It's a neat idea, I like the fractal stylings going on. Its quite nice as just as visual plaything more than an actual game.

demy 2014-12-09 17:03

So that's more like painting tool than the game?

rainshapes 2014-12-09 17:03

Pretty! Great interpretation of the theme!

Very interesting idea, although really difficult to light up all the mini screens on time..I personally cant do better than 15k.

I don't really see much fun this rather than a time killer; it was fun at the beginning but continue doing the same thing for 5 minutes may cause a great decline in interest.

And I thought you will discover some painting when light up most of the screens, :D

hypnoticbytes 2014-12-09 17:06

I enjoyed painting a very big co... ;)

kad 2014-12-11 00:20

It's a nice idea to start a game, but after the first two minutes, my hand it feels more tiring than fun. I would suggest working up the idea a bit more, for example: rewarding the player for certain patterns, powerups which let you paint better, maybe a bit of sound effects... Keep going! :)

junuxx 2014-12-11 01:03

Woo 6 seconds left. It's pretty but a little simple.

garethiw 2014-12-12 13:35

I couldn't stop painting and now my eyes are all boogly! 31 seconds remaining :)

ossi 2014-12-13 00:43

A nice time waster, I like the different colors each square gets. Has a real artistic feel to it. Good job!

dracomagna 2014-12-13 00:45

The concept is pretty unique, but the game tends to be a little boring at some point.
Good job!

darkcart 2014-12-13 01:50

Woah! Where did time go?

snickersnacks 2014-12-13 01:57

Yeah, like others have said, would have liked an img to be what I was revealing.

soron 2014-12-13 02:24

Dude, loop your background music better next time (it's too short, and there's an obvious discontinuity when it loops).

The game drags on for a bit too long, as well - a much shorter time, maybe 2 minutes, would probably make this more fun (since then it'd be a matter of how many mini-screens you can manage to make before the timer expires).

shazoke 2014-12-13 02:38

i lost 1, assahsahusa, goood game

phi 2014-12-13 09:36

Wow, I just spent 10 minutes dividing a square into 16384 smaller ones. But somehow, I don't feel like I wasted time. Filling in the holes is oddly satisfying, and the colors and the music help a lot. I guess this was thought as a silly joke (I hope so...), but if there was actually some strategy to it or some kind of counteracting force and not just a timer, this could be quite interesting.

rothens 2014-12-19 21:07

Great concept, but I couldn't see the point of it :D

peterthehe 2014-12-19 21:08

Very interesting :D Reminds me of this http://www.koalastothemax.com/
