A sim game in time attack mode! Short and sweet. Build stuff and increase your stats, then swamp your enemy with tanks. I enjoyed it!

A sim game in time attack mode! Short and sweet. Build stuff and increase your stats, then swamp your enemy with tanks. I enjoyed it!
Wow, love the idea and the style! For 8h it's actually pretty impressive. Would like to see a more complete version with some more doodles!
As for improvements: The movement is a bit too quick and twitchy I think and the game gets too fast at around 70 points (at least for me). Other than that, great job!
Charming little trip with Bastion-esque narration. Short and sweet. Just hope Little Dude didn't pay too much for that house, the location seems a bit inconvenient.
Ha, what a pleasant surprise! At first I wondered why you'd need a statistics screen if there's only one bossfight that repeats, but well...let's just say it's worth playing multiple times.
Small bug (that I'm actually not complaining about): Heading directly into the spikes at the top and bottom doesn't seem to hurt the player, only if you turn to the side.
Breakout is always fun and this version actually did subvert my expectations. Definitely worth playing for a while, new stuff keeps popping up :)
Exciting baguette adventures, hope it never stops!
I think I had more fun with this than I should have had :P
I actually laughed out loud multiple times during the course of the game. The graphics are charming and it actually gets pretty challenging towards the end. Great job!
So you have 48h to make a game, taking place on a single screen no less, and you make...an RPG? Hats off to you, that alone would deserve some points.
Luckily the game is good enough to stand on its own! The graphics are really charming (the pic of the guy holding a beer at the first bar cracked me up) and the mechanics are solid. I'm really impressed.
Wow, quite a trip. The graphics are great, I love the warped style and all the little details going on. Voice acting fits the mood 100% too. Only small quibble I have is that the projectiles move at the same speed as the snowman, which makes things weird when you shoot while moving. But overall this is a great game with an interesting premise that's well executed. Kudos!
Same here. Seems like it's using a local path?
I hope this job is worth it...
Simple yet fun, and challenging to boot. Difficulty curve is nicely mapped out and the controls are tight enough so that if you die, it's your own fault. I recommend seeing it through to the end, since there might be some...surprises :P
Always interesting to see games done in Blender!
Animations are well done and I like how the enemies only move when you move. I'd like some sound effects though, would make it more satisfying to beat people up :D
Cute graphics and a nice idea. I think it actually fits the theme well, as it's always the same screen but with a morphing environment (as evidenced by the character's remarks :D ) If there was a longer version I'd want to play it!
So...you want Exception Access Violations in your game? :P
A lot more fun than I thought it'd be, definitely worth seeing through to the end. Glad my computer could run it.
Very interesting idea and a great challenge. Music is good but graphics could use a little more polish. I'm impressed how fun and fair the game is, since the idea seems like something that only works in theory...but you pulled it off. And in Scratch, no less! Very impressive, great game.
"What? Little Timmy fell down the well AGAIN? No no Lassie, you stay here. I got this."
Great idea, I like the wobbling of the lift and the upgrade system. Firing rate seems a bit slow for an assault rifle and it's a bit confusing that the bullet stream is always visible even when you're not really firing. Maybe increase the fire rate, but implement a cool-down mechanic?
But anyway, I had fun saving those miners. Good job!
boing boing boing boing
Really had fun with this (maybe because it's somewhat similar to my game? :P ) Skills are a great idea and I like the way the challenge ramps up. Graphics and sound a really trippy, but maybe a bit too trippy for extended gameplay...that's up to individual taste though.
Beautiful game with a great atmosphere. Having to switch between rooftops and find vantage points adds a layer to the gameplay that can make things really intense. I also appreciate that you have to spot the enemies yourself instead of just pointing them out with an arrow or something. Great game, one of the best to come out of this LD!
Very clean and simple visual style, looks very polished. Music complements the graphics nicely.
Played with the keyboard first then tried out a controller since you asked and everything worked flawlessly! It would just be nice to have a button to restart the game (or a cursor to move around) so you wouldn't have to grab the mouse to do it.
Simple, beautiful and very very charming. Some polish would be nice of course (title screen, sounds/music etc.) but what's here is very enjoyable.
Took me quite a while to get the hang of it, but I do appreciate that the game requires more than just pointing and clicking. This makes it relaxing, but not boring and thus really well-suited as a small distraction.
I had more fun with this than I should have had...graphics and music are great and I like how the camera tracks the coin. Also, it was really satisfying to see that the POW poster wasn't just for decoration :D Impressive work, thank you!
The concept is great. I'm especially impressed by the AI, it's really quite competent on both sides! Honestly, with better graphics, some polish and online multiplayer this is a sports game I'd buy to play with my friends. Until then I'll stick to this version :)
For 48h this is REALLY impressive. Reminds me of Rag Doll Kung Fu, just a bit more accessible. Music gets the blood pumping too!
Great art and a very interesting idea, especially the dimensions. Even with the additional controls of A/D/Space the controls are still too finicky for me however, it feels like I'm fighting more against the controls than anything else. Since placing boxes at 45° angles doesn't serve any purpose (at least I assume so; I have to be honest and say that I did not finish the game) maybe it's better to lock the rotation at 90° or, if 45° angles are necessary, lock the rotation at 45° and rotate the boxes by using A/D.
Wow, that's an amazing idea. Trying to control it makes my head hurt in a good way :D
Very cool and fun. Graphics and sound are nice, I especially appreciate the details like the fruit wearing hats and having different faces. One suggestion though: I think the game should become a bit harder the longer you play, maybe by introducing more colors or having fruit that changes its color every few seconds. Other than that, fun game!
Interesting idea and the story was a nice touch. Due to the random drops the game can be quite hard though, I think the balancing could use a little more polish. Also, some audiovisual feedback when you hit an enemy would greatly enhance the feel.
You have a great idea going here, I would love to see a more polished and expanded version!
I love this. Great graphics, great music and lots of fun. Nice evolution of the original Game&Watch concept.
Music and graphics are quite good and the idea on the whole has merit. Looking forward to trying out the post-compo version!
Mmmh, delicious grilled lamb chops.
Definitely innovative! I like the "tendrils" as a visualisation of how the poltergeist is struggling against being thrown out.
Really interesting idea. Started out seeming too simple since you could simply place unneeded tiles around the pattern (and since you can "stack" them, you never run out of space) but things changed as early as level 2 :) I'd say it's worth making a post-LD version of this.
Only suggestion I can make is some more polish: Sound effects when placing tiles (especially when you place tiles correctly to give positive feedback), visual feedback when placing tiles, maybe show the player how much points their last move gave them directly on the grid so they won't have to look over at the score section.
But I assume you'd have implemented most of that already had there been more time :P
Thought you could only stomp and block at first but then I discovered the dash :D Wonder if there's anything else I'm missing?
Fun if you have two players altough matches can drag on a bit due to the 4 lives.
Interesting game with a beautiful style. I like the scanlines, although they can make the game look like an optical illusion when zoomed out - or is that intentional?
I also think that the game seems very hard. Now I put that in such a vague way since I don't know how well players are supposed to do. I for one couldn't get past 28k points, never managed to have more than 3 stars on screen at the end and never had the time to collect even one power up. I can't judge whether the game is unbalanced or I just need practice so I'm not gonna knock off points for that.
Other than that small potential gripe, I'm loving it. Great job!
You've successfully recreated the experience of playing Monkey Island on an Amiga, congrats ;)
Love this game. Great idea, amazing execution, lots of humor and yes, there are some surprises. I actually even like the grid-like textures, but that might just be me...
Classic gameplay with great visual twists! I appreciate the double interpretation of the theme and the inclusion of an ASCII display :P
Good old early 90s 3D...
Platforming is a bit too floaty for my taste but I like the mix of gameplay styles.
Loads of fun. I love the sort of neo-Atari style graphics and the special weapons are a joy to use. More addicting than I thought it would be, great job!
A very minor quibble: Would be nice if you could use Space to start the next round, so you don't have to move the hand away from WASD :P
Whoa. Gorgeous art and a really nice, well-executed focus on organic exploration. I appreciate the zoom function and how it was realized :D Don't have anything to add to the known issues. I'd love to see a more polished (or even expanded?) version of this!
Simple and fun, I like how you can choose the difficulty on the fly. One thing I wonder is whether it would be good to add variable jump height; I'm usually a fan of that in games and it would come in handy in this one, but on the other hand the fixed jump height and speed actually add to the challenge. Up to you, I'll keep playing it some more either way :D
Love the style, very polished. I also appreciate the level of meta that's going on here. A game on a screen on a screen about deleting LD games...
One very minor nitpick I have is that the hitbox of the icons is always a fixed square, even if the icons themselves aren't. This didn't really become obvious until the C-- Nerd Cred icon, but it made things a bit harder. One easy fix would be to highlight the hitbox when you click on an icon, like when you click on icons on your real desktop. Just an idea :P
HA, beat it.
One of the best I've seen so far. Usually I'm not a fan of floaty physics-driven platformer controls but in this case it works and blends well with the graphics and sound. Difficulty curve is mapped out nicely and the implementation is handled in a smart way. Recommended!
Game > No game indeed!
Classic game mechanics with a fresh coat of...well, snot I guess. Ew.
Anyway, interesting and unique style with a nice intro. Gameplay is functional, tricky and fun as you'd expect. Music during gameplay would be nice though (maybe you can get away with looping the...uh, "music" from the intro? It's very interesting and low-key enough to not get annoying during long levels.) Not a big fan of block-pushing puzzles (I tend to suck at them) but I liked this one!
Nice! Relaxing music and cute ideas, fun to look at and fun to play. It also has some of the most sizzingly erotic love scenes ever put on screen.
For those wondering how to get up on the platforms: Keep playing :P
A charming journey with beautiful graphics and a soundscape that really makes you feel the cold. I love the little details, especially how the screen freezes if you don't find shelter; a health bar (or something similar) would have detracted from the game's atmosphere, so that was a great solution.
I also appreciate that you have to figure out the game for yourself. I have to admit that it took me a while to figure out how to get around the first wolf but when I did it felt great. Telling the player what to do would have destroyed the atmosphere I think.
Since gameplay wasn't the focus in this project I won't criticise it, but there is one small thing I noticed: I think when you walk diagonally down-right, you cannot run using the Space bar. That really became a problem in the last screen :D
Anyway, this is a great and unique game. Great job!
The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is a hell of a lot of fun. Can't really say much, except that it's one of the best games I've played this LD!
It's like a minified 16bit Alan Wake. Very creepy with terrifying (in a good way) sound effects. A bit hard to orient yourself, but I guess that's the point :D
Doesn't really fit the theme I think, but nonetheless enjoyable.
Great idea, really had a laugh with this one. Don't want to know what a force feedback room like that costs.
If you ever decide to expand on the concept, make sure to implement Oculus Rift support :P
$318
Great! Reminds me of old Atari games. Simple yet fun and challenging and with charming graphics to boot. I like that you get to place the boxes however you want and that the forklift rolls by to steal your stuff occasionally.
Things to improve: The music loop could be a bit longer (probably a time-constraint thing) and the placing of the boxes is a bit imprecise right now, as others have pointed out. I'd suggest making it so that the box only moves one space each time you press the button; I think in GML you can do that with keyboard_check_pressed(key) but it's been ages since I used GameMaker so I might be wrong. Some sound effects would be nice as well.
Anyway, I really enjoyed it!
Great idea and nice smooth visuals. Can be a bit hard at times but then I'm not the best at these types of find-the-word games :P Would be nice to have a timer on screen or some other way of telling when the train will depart; if there is any I didn't notice it.
Art was great (really digging the background) and the music was nice, but the game itself could have a little more going on; it's a bit slow and just nudging the enemies away gets a bit tiresome. I do have to say however that I'm now interested in checking out your game you spun this off from!
Great! Nice graphics and animations and I had to laugh when the second phase started. Didn't expect that.
Great graphics and animations. Great controls. Simple mechanics getting used in increasingly complex ways. This game is so good I can only nitpick: You can jump out the top of the screen, which makes it hard to judge where you'll land when navigating small platforms. I'd maybe change it so you butt up against the edge of the screen, unless of course the current behaviour is intentional.
I see what you did there! Fantastic idea. And there's even new skills to unlock!
Think I might have run into a bug though: The room below the one on the left with the water (the one where you swim up the narrow shaft after you unlock the skill) doesn't expand...there's an invisible wall on the right side and a visible platform way above me, but I can't reach it. Maybe I'm missing something...
Didn't run on my laptop's internal Intel HD graphics card, had to turn on the GeForce to play it; just a heads-up if anyone else is having trouble.
Neat idea but (of course) really hard to get down. Maybe it's better to always use WASD to control and the cursor key or mouse to switch between the windows? Just a thought.
From the screenshots I thought you ignored the theme, but boy was I wrong :) Great idea and great execution, the controls work well and the graphics and music do their job. Also bonus points for creativity. Why use a car when you can have a piano? :D
You know those toys for toddlers where you have to fit blocks of different shapes into corresponding holes? This is like that, but for MEN. Also women. And anyone else who likes physics-based challenges.
I like the pixel guy and the overall clean look. I also appreciate how cluttered things get at the end, you don't see chaos like that too often :D
My best was level 8 (4 attempts).
I like that you can bounce off the walls, it's a nice gamble: You give up some control in favor of speed.
Great fun! Every move you make (or don't make) is a decision that can cost you the game, making it more intense than the simple premise would suggest. Difficulty ramps up nicely too and the tight controls keep it from being frustrating. Took me 3 attempts but I beat it by the skin of my teeth :D I also appreciate the escalating music.
One thing I noticed: When you jump onto the right platform, sometimes the little box dudes climb down the air instead of the pole.
Really cool and really hard. Actually don't have much more to say - it's a lot of fun when you get a grip on the mechanics and it's definitely one of the most innovative games I've played this LD, even though I don't think it fits the theme all that well. Saying that the world is moving instead of the player is fair enough, but I feel like something in the game should indicate that this is actually the case. Nevertheless, great game!
Yup, the game is indeed hard :D
Love the graphics and the sound effects. I also like how this is basically an entire adventure, condensed into one screen. Great work!
I see what you did there :P Really promising opening as well...
Great idea! Really puts one's RGB skills to the test. One minor thing that could be improved though is the controls: You always need one hand on the mouse to adjust the sliders and I can't comfortably use both the cursor key and the Space bar with one hand. Setting the movement controls to WASD would fix that for me.
Other than that, good job!
Yep, I love it. Great graphics (Spectrum-inspired, I'd say?) and a really cool idea. With 16 screens it actually has a decent length too, especially considering how slow and careful you'll have to move by the end...
A classic concept with a rather interesting presentation. I like the multi-colored bullets, their spread and the bubbly sound they make (don't ask me why though.) The music as minimalistic as can be, but actually fits the game really well. I spent more time on this than I maybe should have done :P
Basic, simple and fun. And it even has an intro! I have a suggestion though:
The hitbox for the character right now is a rectangle the size of the sprite, which enables the enemies to kill you by touching the air next to your leg and below your arms. A smaller hitbox would make things a bit fairer since in a game like this every pixel counts :D
Clean look and good difficulty curve. Purple blocks are a nice feature as they can help you rack up combos or just kill you :P
Wow, development must have escalated quickly :D I like the mashup but right now it's a bit hard; it's easy to get stuck in a group of enemies with no way out (that I can see.) Very ambitious project, I'd like to see it continued!
The turn-based system is great and adds a nice layer of depth to what would otherwise be a simple shooter. The jumping sound of the snowman can get a bit grating after a while but other than that I had great fun with the game!
Very creative idea! A bit hard to get into since you never quite know whom to trust (sometimes Fido and Fiona pointed in different directions but both were blocked by a wall) but I guess that's the idea :D
Would be nice to start off a bit easier (smaller maze and/or just 1 goal point for example) and then make it harder as it goes on, but if you're willing to butt up against a couple walls, this game is quite fun as it is.
Title is definitely fitting, I can say that much :D
Fun version of Pac-Man with some weird but cool sounds.
Snowman for 2016!
Love the style (and the screen size). The Hitbox on the hanging votes could be a bit smaller though, sometimes I picked up a negative vote when I thought it had already passed me.
Lots of fun! I like the attention to detail, like your player wobbling around and the fire spreading. The music is quite fitting too. Also: Exploding chairs. That's always a plus.
Great graphics and very interesting idea. Made it to Management but took me a bit to figure out what exactly I was doing...
Fun and fast-paced game with cubeninjas. Controls are a bit twitchy, but I assume that's by design. I agree with Yarr in that the HUD could be a bit more prominent, took me a while to figure out why I only die sometimes. In addition some audio-visual feedback would be helpful to see when you were hit.
Great! Love the graphics and sound. At first I thought the game might be a bit too easy...then the turret appeared and shot me in the face :D
I like how you have to budget your jumps, it creates tension and requires constant decision-making. Do you just use 5 jumps to get that gem above you, or save your jumps and use the platforms - risking to get blown to bits or falling into spikes?
Another game to put on my favorite list, will definitely save this for later!
I love me a good shmup and for 48h this is really impressive! Great graphics and energetic sound. The map switching mechanic is the icing on the cake.
Very interesting and smooth! The cursor being affected by the rotation takes a bit getting used to and I can't imagine this game going over well with people that get motino sickness but I'm really enjoying it ;) I also like the quirky soundtrack, fits the mood perfectly.
You know, this is pretty much how I cook. Throw stuff at other stuff and hope food happens.
Pleasantly surprised, the game is very addictive and polished. One of the most fun I've played so far!
Any game that tracks the amount of angered fish is okay in my book.
Charming graphics and a funny (also clever) premise. Took me a second to find the submarine but then it was go time. Only quibble I have is that you have to reload the page to try again, but other than that the game is great fun!
Very simple but extremely atmospheric. I like the understated design, with everything being done in shadow...especially when a monster gets you. I appreciate subtetly in horror and this game is as subtle as it is effective. The real TV clips also add a lot to the authenticity. Great entry!
(Also, Call of the Wintermoon \m/ )
Took me a while to figure out which entity I'm actually controlling but once I got it I had quite some fun with this! Polished graphics and challenging gameplay and obviously some good music to keep you going. I like it! I agree that the known issues are indeed issues, but don't have any more to add.
Very simple but kind of addicting. Lots of clever little ideas. Music is a bit grating but I have to admit that it kind of fits the background graphics.
Fun and challenging, just the way I like it. Nice minimal graphic style and lots of stuff out to kill you. I like how boxes break after a while so you can't just hole up in a corner. I had a lot of fun with it and will have some more after I'm done writing this sentence :P
Time spent on the music was definitely worth it, it's great. The game itself is simple and fun; however it starts out a bit slow and takes a while before it gets going. Then again I am sort of a masochist in that regard, so don't take my word for it :P
Now this one requires some precision platforming :D I like the clean graphics and tight controls. The teleporters make clever use of screen space and while many people would probably appreciate checkpoints, I actually kind of enjoy the challenge. Very old-school.
I really like small and simple stealth-games like this and this one is no exception! When I walk into a wall my player gets stuck and has to back out before he can move again...is he driving a forklift or something? ;)
Graphics get the job done and I like how you can see the police at all times but not the level itself.
I like the little details like the snowballs flying in an arc and the passage of time. Also, aliens :D Nice music too!
Mmmh, a text adventure in the console...haven't seen one of those in a while! A fun little game that's about as fair as an old Sierra adventure, but that's part of the charm :D Thank you for this!
Love the setting! I quite like how you only need to touch the enemies to kill them (don't tell my psychiatrist, alright?) The game is quite simple but the fast pace keeps it from getting boring in my opinion. Only issue I had with this is that in the beginning, it was hard to make out where Theseus was; since the environment uses a lot of blue and everybody runs around so fast he was able to surprise me once or twice.
Simple, funny and great! I like what happens when you get close to the edge of the screen.
Stupid sheep, I'm totally cool.
Nice idea and interesting graphics. I like that you have to decide between taking only two grey sheep (so that you can evade the wolves more easily) or a whole flock (so that you have backups if some of them get eaten.) Sheep sometimes get stuck in trees, but it's not too hard to work around that.
Good mashup of classic games! Graphics are clean (Kenney does some great stuff), physics work well and the power ups make battles even more intense. Loads of fun if you have a friend over!
Had more fun with this than I thought I would. Showing the maze in exchange for time is an interesting mechanic and the power ups add another layer on top of that. The music, while a bit crude, actually complements the game rather well since it really gets you going. All in all, a nice surprise!
Love it! Nice art, atmospheric music and I like the challenge. Found a small bug though: Sometimes the character gets stuck for a second when walking along a wall, which messed me up while I was trying to save my glorious moustache from the eye guard. Can't reproduce it 100%, but it mostly happens when you walk diagonally into the right wall, then walk straight up or straight down.
Amazing graphics, interesting and challenging gameplay. Also moonwalking robots. I have to admit it took me quite a while to get past the second stage but once I did I got a handle on the controls. Definitely worth expanding upon!
I always appreciate text games, especially when they run in the command line :D Charming idea and functional gameplay, even though it can be very tough depending on your luck (then again, fighting a soda machine in real life probably isn't much easier.)
So this is what it's like to be Homer Simpson.
I actually did enjoy the sound effects but couldn't resist blowing up the plant :P
I really dig the style and the challenge. It's good that you can restore your "health" otherwise it would have been insane :P
Naaa na na na na na naa naaa na Katamari Damacy~~~
Really charming graphics mixed with fun gameplay make for an enjoyable destruction spree through the neighborhood :D I like the little details like the track that you leave behind. Great job, thank your for making this!
Very solid entry! I appreciate the added complexity of being able to avoid fire and blowing up TNT with the right timing. Graphics are nice too, I especially like how your tower actually gets destroyed bit by bit. I only have two quibbles and one issue with this game:
1) The bullets seem a bit slow, making it hard to hit TNT or ammo boxes when they are far away; making them faster however could potentially make them too hard to dodge and the gameplay too chaotic. Maybe make it so you can shoot the parachute as well and not just the box? That way things would be a bit easier to hit. (Maybe I just suck at aiming though.)
2) The gun seems to fire a bit higher than the mouse cursor. You can get used to it after a while, but coupled with the slow bullets and small targets this can lead to some problems early on :P
The only real issue I ran into is running out of bullets...at that point you have basically lost the game, since you need to shoot the ammo crates to get more bullets, which you can't do when you're out of bullets :D
All in all a very fun game with a solid execution and nice attention to detail. Good job!
This needs to be expanded into a full game! Addictive like every good tower defense game but a lot more engaging since you have to do the building yourself. A bit hard at first but once you find a system that works for you it's a lot of fun! Love how the snow recovers the paths after a couple of nights.
Made it! :P
Great idea and nice execution. No hand-holding or tips, I appreciate that. Interesting interpretation of the theme!
Really interesting idea with a nice audio-visual style. Took me a while to figure out that the icons don't tell you WHEN to press the buttons but once I got it playing the game felt really good. Boss was a nice challenge as well. Very nice job!
Ha, I actually had the same idea but didn't go for it since I didn't know how to implement it...but you did it :D You need some trial and error but it's fun exploring and the music is actually quite atmospheric. I like it!
Wow, this is beautiful. Very simple but a joy to play. Would be a great mobile app (not sure if Phonegap etc. could handle it performance-wise though.)
I...I think I need some help from Mr. Miyagi to pull this off :P
The game's clean and the waving arms of the robot are a nice touch. But my reflexes and hand-eye coordination can't get me past 6 points. Also: The moment you press space you have about half a second to press the first direction, which is tough. Maybe a short countdown before the game begins would be a good idea.
Simple but fun. Diagonal movement is a bit weird though, I can't seem to move in all directions...?
Took me a bit to figure out the HUD (didn't realise that a red border around an item meant the enemy had bought it) but once I got into it the game was pretty fun. I like how the maze is both dark and ever-changing, it really keeps you on your toes.
Think I found a bug though: Items seem to carry over when you start a new game. Unlocked the speed boost, died, started another solo game and I still had turbo speed without buying the item.
Smooth gameplay and nice atmosphere. The combo mechanic is great, adds an interesting risk/reward element to the game.
The art is great, but I think the game is not working correctly...? Clicking on the buy buttons doesn't seem to do anything and I don't really know what else to do :/
Very interesting and ambitious project, and more addictive than I thought it would be. With more polish and content, this could be a great puzzle sim game.
The game cries out for a proper tutorial that explains all the basic steps, because in the beginning I was just lost (I know you probably didn't have time for that and the video of the first Scene helped a lot). Also, the physics in this game are both a blessing and a curse: On the one hand they make the game more interesting and complex, on the other hand they can sometimes really mess you up. The one thing that needs to be easier is carrying pots: Whenever I try that now, the pot just wobbles back and forth, often spilling the contents all over the place. Maybe make it so that when you click and drag the handle, the pot doesn't rotate while carrying it?
Anyway, great game with lots of potential. I'd like to see this continued and improved upon!
Nice throwback using modern technology :D Narration adds a lot to the game, as do the multiple characters and background. Passion went into this.
Clever idea. Controls are a bit floaty (especially considering we're trying to jump across lava) but I like the freedom in which you can place the blocks.
Great idea! :D
Gameplay is fun and actually quite challenging at times since you're not allowed to go off-screen. Simple mechanics but great fun!
If you're a fan of puns this game will be an even bigger challenge since you'll be playing while trying to read all the names :P
