good idea, it needed sounds indeed, a bit fun.
I think the game needs dying penalty or somthing, a special Item that you can collect every 30 secs or so that fives you high score. but the idea itself is fun. which is matter more than anything in LD. good job
puzzles are really good. I wish you had the ability to edit instead of restarting each time. (also editing before pressing start)

I liked every thing about the game, nice music, it really fits, I liked the opening,reminded me of old school PC games.
the only thing I noticed is that some parts does absolutely nothing (correct me If Iam wrong), I think you can make some parts make more score than others, add some gameplay to it, makes the players try Engineering the machine.
or if you dont want it to be the game-play-ye type.you should just make awesome parts like the TV.

really nice arts, but I got bored playing... not only the game was slow, I could've gone through the slowness, but because the objective wasn't clear. I got a shiny thing so what? I dont know how helpful is that. maybe its just not my cup of tea.
Iam not going to talk about art, because the guys already told you how cool they are.
the great thing about this game is the controls, because it really felt like balancing. once you loose balance its over, it feels like slipping.
I loved it, I would really love to play more levels. I made it to the end no problem.
I loved how the clown always facing one direction, that enhanced the feeling that you are actually trying to balance this thing.
not best use of theme in my opinion, but its not bad either.
I also liked how old school the game felt, thank god you did not ruin it by putting 3 stars and collectibles every level, it just wont go with the game. great work over all!
this game is really fun, I like how hard it is. hard games make me wanna keep going.
I think pressing back in-air to not hit the next obstacle is fine(or even more fun)
also I hated how it feels like waiting when you crouch under the moving things, it kills the fast pacing of the game, you will feel more badass if you can keep the rhythm going. I suggest 'down' button make you slide, or scroll, or maybe you can crouch and walk at the same time(which is good for people who dont want to slide)
and good work with the pacing, also I liked how coins where actually lives because you'll need a lot of lives. but it was annoying when I die like 20 times at the same level, because the game spawned me in the middle of those moving balls. and you dont necessarily want to make the player invincible when you spawn(because thats also would kill the pacing) I suggest you make the spikes re-spawn the player, but the moving balls just take one life and leave you in your place, making you able to dodge them(with a cost)
I am giving this a 5 stars for fun thats for sure.
camera in maze is amazing, but I got lost really easy(small image didnt help)... hmmm

what I didn't like is that the puzzle was to get that extra thing.
but over all I enjoyed the game
this game has a real innovative concept, I got bored fast though; because I did not know what the mage abilities actually does. also I didn't know if the game is endless or what (which is annoying)
I think this game can make much more out of this concept; you just need to decrease the luck-dependency and increase the tactical sense in the game. maybe a story, online dueling... there are just so many ideas. as a fellow Ludum darer I solute you. you've done a great job.
I only wish if it was easier to hit enemies :( freakin bastards

I love this game so much I wish you had some more puzzles. I think with some work this game might actually sell someday.
my favorite thing in the game is the jungle Music, I dont know why but I like it so much.
this is one of the few games that I struggle with it and dont quit so fast. because its actually fun. not like most other games when you get the "great Idea" and you just wanna see the next game.

I am giving 4 stars for innovation, even if its a classic game, I really loved how Ice makes you bigger. and red things make you smaller. also nice features especially for a compo entry. like when you can see where the other players went down. that was pretty cool.
not the best use of the theme in my opinion, but making all stuff even high score on this screen is not bad either. and innovative!
nice work. I loved how funny this game is. no much game play though, except for final boss and the chicken hunt, you can make games out of these mechanics, the rest is just too easy, you dont need skills to do them.
I liked how the art and Music all fit.

really great. I didnt know what to do and I like it, what I tried to do is to make the word "play" in order. I loved the Leleleleleelele and the ieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. real funny, good in terms of innovation
these are some cool advices, I will update to the new version when the judging ends, it will increase difficulty overtime. and I will make the controls better. seems like a lot are struggling with the controls.

It was easy once you get the hang of it, I wish the game got harder by time.
also I think controlling the axe was a bit...ummm... confusing, I know you did that to add challenge to the game but I think the challnge should lay somewhere else.

one of the few LD entries that I play multiple times. and I still wanna play more
so moody, great art, control felt awesome, pointless game play. this is a great game that could be much more with a challenging game play(or interesting one), so for a compo entry this is an epic job, I just with I had more fun with these awesome movements
I loved this game so much, at first it felt so static and boring but then I liked it and I think I am inspired to do thing(s) now! also I liked the Icons.
a question(please answer): you said if a planet is doing good it will produce extra... well how do I let the time pass? should I just keep travelling around like an idiot?
I will come back and play more later, this game is actually really fun.
here is what I think should improve:
1)the Music is nice but it does not fit %100. I think you should go for calmer one(not depressing one)
2)I think if a planet is starving it should show on the map; felt tedious to click all the planets around to get informations(same goes for other status too), and if you think it will ruin the map; you might add buttons to show/hide planets status; each type individually (you can show/hide only comfortable status for example)
3)I think you should tell how much resources you will get by time if a planet is producing. numbers can make things clearer.
the ideas to further improve the game are endless, I wont start listing them because I will end up making an entire game with politics and such, but I hope to tell me if you plan on improving the game. because I am interested in playing.

very innvative, could be much more,but good work!
great atmosphere, and horror! nice mechanics, but the only thing I didn't like, is you have no idea where you are at, its all the same, and I did not understand how the doors get open.
so the maze itself is not that good, but over all this is a great work.
I didn't like the controls with esdf. the game reminded me of Binding of Isaac, which is a great game that lacks interesting fighting mechanics. so mechanically speaking; I did not find the game very enjoyable.
also restarting the game from the beginning is frustrating, I died at level 4 and I am not willing to restart it. I think a check point will go with this game.
if the game had some more drops and weapons I think it would be much more fun.
I can give you more stars for theme and Audio- Graphics though, this is a well done game, no bugs, no flaws (at least from my point of view) so this is really a good job over all, most games here gives the "unfinished" feeling.
the most thing I liked about this game is the TV character, and the tv effect, its really cool.
the game was fun in term of game play. and the fact its a compo? you must be really good.
the sounds Need to get better and I think some music will make it even more fun. good job.
two more things: I think gems staying at the bottom of the screen is a good risk-reward choice, I let the spiders come closer at first to get more gems.
then the game got too easy once I built all towers, I only died at wave 13 because because I was greedy trying to get gems. (screenshot : http://imgur.com/gLxvJ2N)
anyway, you cant just let the gems at the bottom because its annoying so I suggest having like a giant magnet that pulls the gems (at least the close ones to the bottom) out of the screen, that way you will have the risk/reward choice without frustrating the player
I like this type of games. this game feel "finished", and this is something rare around here!
I liked the game, the sounds, and level design.
one thing though, at first it felt buggy switching around levels like crazy(I even tried to play the web version to see if it will make a diffrence)
I suggest you make it clear to the player that this is NOT a bug. I suggest using a square to tell you where are you at.
also you should not come back to levels you cleared.

this is a funny game, I think you should have focused on the hilarious stuff instead of focusing on the idle stuff.
idle games are only good, if you can run them in the back and get back to them later.

good game, I liked it, survived 5 days. its unclear who is dying or how many left; thats what I didnt like
good fun. I wanted to play more but it was buggy ( I reached level 49 by dying)
I think controls need some improvements. and with that I think it can make a good mobile game
I like top down shooters, but it was really hard to see the bullets. also the sound was annoying. fix this and it would get much better.
ginger boss was the best!
I liked how fast the game felt, gave me just a bit adrenaline rush. which is something I rarely feel in LD31 games (and thats why I made my game so)
nice mechanics, felt like you finished your job here, I wish there were some more contents like a special weapon or something.

Innovative concept. I -seems like most others- didn't feel objects responded to me. I think a simple "E" to interact fits better than mouse.
I liked how the police sound started like they are coming from far away, pretty stressful.

this is really great, at the beginning I did not know what cold meant. also I dont think the dog is useful at all? not sure. but hey its pretty cool game.
If you have a feature where you can see a map and your movement history after you finish, I think it could sell.
I liked the theme, the art, and the Idea. I got bored playing because because you are basically doing the same thing, I had to let them finish at wave 4.
I can't say I didn't enjoy it, its really calming experience, I wish there were more stuff/skills to use, for example playing with the whale was much more enjoyable since you are actually doing something and not just clicking on the apples.

this is really good game, I got stuck, but you did made a good game in "one screen: ;) good mood and stuff.
I liked the randomness and the shadowing, but didnt know where to go, I think there is good chance you will get stuck.
sounds was a bit annoying
I was able to buy infinite stuff with zero coins. dont know why. game is not bad, in fact it is good without the bugs, but I wish it had some better graphics and Music.
also I wasnt able to see my self(character was outside the screen to the left)
why opted out audio? I think Audio is really good. you should how ever make the sound little lower or the music little higher. good "voice" recording made it feels like a good arcade game.
also the fact that you use File>new reminded me of the good old days of PC games.
the game itself is fun, I think it get fast really fast, there are some stuff that you can make it even more interesting (as all LD games)

definitely an interesting idea, but I think its one of those games which are really fun to program but kinda dull to play.
I dont think there is a real game play elements to this game, it let you experiment a little and thats it, and while the log was pretty cool; you dont actually get to know the people or see the results.
if you can make something around the idea with more meaningful choices and longer time playing; I can see how endless the possibilities are for this game, it could be really fun, or really big.
as I said it is really an interesting idea. I liked how the elements interacted with each other.

I think adding game modes to this would actually help improving,here's whats on my mind
classic: plays exactly like this
puzzle: randomly generated start up
adventure: power use(like clearing one tile or bunch)+Timer (its easier but you cant play for ever you have to be rally fast to get high scores)
I know the ridiculous controls what made the game funny and thats what I like about it. the concept is cool but its not polished. it needs sounds, some feedback (like a light and sound when you hit somone) because I thought it was broken for not getting any feed back. and I know you didn't have the time, just saying whats on my mind.

arrows controls was not good for me at all. thats why I didnt replay the game, but it was moody nice music and dark atmo.
nice game man, this is one of those games that I would actually get back and play more with it. its really fun, too hard for me though, I had trouble with shooting. and I am a guy who completed hotline Miami no problem, the number of guards get ridiculously large.
I wish I had a machine gun or a shotgun :D

while I liked the concept, I wasn't able to play the game. texts where so large they conflicted on script book. or they extended outside of the screen in choices.(I tried chrome IE and maxthon)
but audience did not understand I am having technical issues they threw tomatoes at us!!:P
I love it so much I will come back and play more later.

nice idea, I dont think its implemented very well but I loved the idea and the mechanics(the wind and stuff). sometimes the wind get too powerful you cant do anything, hard games are one thing. but loosing control sure doesnt feel good.
If the physics was a bit better It will make a very cool game.
two minor stuff:
1- I think arrows is better for the game, or any game that depends on space bar.
2- jumping sound doesnt fit.

the only problem for this game is it was over ambitious. the game play was really good, and I loved it because its not turn-based. the no sound-no pause or no polishing almost killed the game, but it is still fun to play. I think this game could be much more.overall: great job.
