awesome graphs!
This is just overall very well done. Very clever use of mechanics. This stays very true to the theme. Love the graphics and music.
Steep learning curve but i like it
This an incredible game! Super chips challenge-esque, which is a huge bonus for me. Absolutely fantastic puzzle design, I would play a game like this for hours!
Very cute game! Lovely graphics and audio. Couldn't beat the maze tho :'(
Impressive gameplay, very cool!
Nice game, great graphics and music too! well done :D
Great idea. I like these different-dimension=different-game mechanic a lot. Nice visualization! The music is also quite good. Well done.
Its rather difficult to master ;)
Very well made, good level design (although at one point I got stuck in an endless loop of death) and awesome music. Best entry I've played thus far.
Great puzzle, with lot of content on one screen, but multiple dimensions! Good art and music !
I loved everything about this! and after about an hour I finally beat it. I just could not stop playing before I had figured it out. My Hat off for you sir!
@Kim Thanks for taking the time to beat it! I see what you did there with hat comment :)
The design of the world and the mechanics is awesome. I just had to see the first 30 seconds of the video to realize the huge potential of this game. Unfortunately the level is not as great, the start is a bit linear and the ending seems a bit out of design control. I could finish it without having to use most of the last gems. Anyway, designing a good level for this game deserve way more than 48h imho and what you could achieve in such a short time is great. Only 3x different worlds would have make your leveldesign work a lot easier.
PS : the gem collision box position is too low.
Similar theme to my game, Four Seasons. Great minds think alike :) Reminds me a bit of Zelda: A Link to the Past with how dark world works.
Good fun, nice take on the theme, and I enjoyed the music
The concept is really interesting and is amazingly well done. Congratulations on such a great game!
Wowy this is great!
THUMBS UP! I admit I didn't complete it, but I dug running around in there and thinking through how it was going to work. Very cool use of the theme as well, getting multiple uses of the same screen estate.
Hi there. Like the music track. The game itself seems a bit tough, maybe a tutorial simpler level, but I understand time pressure for that sort of thing... Moved around a bit but got stuck after a while in fire level.
Although I never finished this game, it was pretty damn fun. I like the whole idea of it with the different uses of objects in different dimensions. I tried but I couldn't solve it... Nevertheless, it's a pretty cool game.
Puzzle design isn't trivial, and you have made a great job in 48h! What you have to do isn't obvious. After going here and there, I also found the way. :D
Nice little game here. Death doesn't seem to cost me anything so I just ran into everything as I spawned at the last gem each time. A mute button for the music was much appreciated!
Really nice work conveying the different modes with art, sound, and different mechanics. I'd say that the puzzle was pretty large so it was hard for me to hold in my head things that might be relevant across all four modes, especially since there were many steps involved. At one point I pushed a block into a corner, unable to push it back out, and was uncertain if I had gotten myself stuck or not, since I didn't know if I needed that block for a puzzle in a different dimension. Nice work!
Love the music! Also, must have been programming A LOT to make all those different mechanics work :P Really good!
beautiful game, very simple but challenging
Great work! The soundtrack in the snow level is beautiful.
May be I dont know how to play the game but in the beginning I touched the blue crystal that took me to the snow level and then I touched the red crystal and that took me to the fire level and now I am stuck :(.
It would be better if there is a visual distinction between which crystal the player has/hasnt used.
I like the idea a lot and playing is quite fun, but I wish controls were more easy, sometimes you just fall in lava when it looks like you should have crossed.
really nice game, well made puzzles
congratulations! :D
The graphics were really well done here. I really liked the combination of pixel art and particle effects. The concept is also very clever, and each dimension definitely had its own personality. :)
I would probably suggest making it a little more apparent as to where you can go and what objects you can interact with. It took me watching the youtube video to figure out I could stand on the moving rock(?) platforms. Even something as simple as slapping a bullseye or other graphic on the stone can trigger a feedback response for the gamer, to let them know it's okay to step there.
I felt that the controls were a little slippery, too. They weren't tremendously bad, but on more than one occasion I found myself sliding into a large collision and perishing because I over-pressed a button somewhere.
Other than that, it was really great! :) Thank you for sharing your game with me! :D
Really interesting mechanic :) liked it
Really reminded me of old school games. Good job.
I love this game so much I wish you had some more puzzles. I think with some work this game might actually sell someday.
my favorite thing in the game is the jungle Music, I dont know why but I like it so much.
this is one of the few games that I struggle with it and dont quit so fast. because its actually fun. not like most other games when you get the "great Idea" and you just wanna see the next game.
great job!
A challenging puzzle game! The music really adds to the mood, although I like some songs better than others so I preferred to stay in those dimensions ;)
Good job!
I liked the game, but it could use some polish. The bugs were by and far the biggest fun-destroyer for me. I liked the thought that went into the puzzles, though, and think it could benefit for slow reveal of puzzle elements and dimensions.
one of my favorites in the ld - nice job
Finished it ! :)
