Could be a pretty fun time waster after adding some effects on zombie kills (and increasing hitbox a bit) and balancing it out. The speed upgrades are crazy expensive and, without them, druids & fighters are practically useless. Overall, I had a bit fun :)
Nice one! Got hooked for quite a while and I can see this as an awesome mobile game.
Looks super awesome, I love this style of art. Still not sure if I controlled it right, tho, but it was fun enough to watch those little things running around.
This was so much fun! :)
I like this very very much.
What happened? Am I dead? Game screen went black when I entered building in the last (?) planet... Is this it?
Hint for people, who are looking how to play: unscrew the "computer" panel, move white pieces to it, then toggle buttons with particular symbols & launch your ship to planets they direct to. Or something like that. Loved the game!
Nice platformer, although I feel like jump and hitboxes could've been much less sensitive.
Great looking and polished game! The portals closing too soon combined with "don't stay for too long" mechanic was a bit frustrating, tho.
Of course I closed email, I'm in IT! Okay, on second run I didn't, but it led me to all kinds of multi-dimensional issues...
Oh, so great! No toast too, but I enjoyed killing skeletons "disguised" as one of them :)
Super awesome cubed! Although I was quite sad being forced to kill what I didn't want to :<
Very nice, truly fun to play!
Amazing art, couldn't stop looking at backgrounds. And I feel a bit sad now, very atmospheric.
Loved this! Very well made, feels so good to get through the level.
I think I will never be the same. Thank you, this creation opened eyes I didn't know I have!
Those grass decorations were ace!
Amazing work, I can't believe it was made for a jam! So polished...
Stuck on plane level, would play more, but replaying everything from the start is a bit too much. Loved the idea, tho and art is great.
I made a ton of pizzas. Took some naps. Participated in LD a single time. This is more real than my real life! Except with a lot more dragon fighting.
This was just too much fun after I got a handle on things! And once again it's been proven that my cable management is terrible..
I really liked it. Tho, at first I didn't noticed that machines stopped and was a bit confused. Also, that movement speed... Almost stopped playing when I realized I'll have to go to another side of the room :) But I did it! Lovely art.
Haha, this is great!
I managed to build trade posts (select trade post, double click) and trade route (select route, single click on two cities?), but I can't get positive amount of money.
Pretty cool start, who doesn't love lemmings! Nice stacking of dead bodies. Levels and UI could've been better, but as I said - cool start, will look out for more.
Your reverse psychology worked and I did read the .txt file and I did play fast! Oh what a mess it was :) Although, for a speedy gameplay I would like to have a bit faster character (landing was very slow, unless I missed some kind of control, which would help with that).
Overall, very very well done!
Truly enjoyable game and truly a bullet hell! Great job on that side/health/bullet mechanic indeed!
Damn, it's frustrating to miss a color you need! Very nicely done, tho.
Haha, beheading really was fun!
It might be a case of 5AM, but description made me giggle uncontrollably. Too bad I couldn't fully experience gameplay alone, but might try do that tomorrow if I'll find someone to play with.
Just awesome! Idea was super, although IMHO it would still be pretty fun to bounce around the screen and not die after falling "off" of it.
Nice idea with sweet platforming (which works in multiple levels)!
The art is gorgeous in this one and the idea is just charming! One of my favorites for sure :)
Sweet game! Sound effects and more visual feedback would make this a lovely mobile time-waster!
Haha, just awesome!
Yay, I made home! Absolutely loving the art - so charming. As well as simple, but very attractive gameplay. I feel invited to replay with another snowman build. My favorite so far!
Hilarious! Loved it, the voices made it 10x better :)
Loved the way levels are constructed! Got stuck in the one with blinking platform... Getting landings right was a bit too tricky with "floaty" movement, but great game for sure!
Ending made me smile :) Liked the idea of getting a couple of mini games in to the screen. The hitboxes in the desert level were a bit frustrating!
Just love the characters :) Nice [crazy] story too!
I really wanted to be able to reflect enemy bullets with my shield! Pretty good platformer for a solo entry, anyway!
Rage! Great stuff, tho. Too bad for the popups, they really interrupt jumping back in to the game, which is important in a game like this.
Fighting was tricky, but I did it! ^_^
Made it to the first wave of 3 enemies. Sometimes it didn't register my attacks or it did register them but they didn't hit enemies, despite the weapon trail being over them (maybe I was a bit too close).
But it was very fun and now I have to replay with "Space" in mind, because I had no idea I can switch weapons.
Potions could heal a bit more... But I'm being whiny and that's not very gladiator-ish.
Damn, I'm so sorry and frustrated about the sickness thing. If anyone could give advice what should I fix in art and/or movement for post-jam version, so it wouldn't cause dizziness - let me know.
Thank you all for comments and feedback! I'm trying to fix the "spinny" issue in the post-jam version and already moved to landscape, increased the size of the ground and lowered the background contrast. It helps. A bit :)
Also, experimenting with different snowman "characters": http://i.imgur.com/ui60qtJ.gif
@PapyPilgrim , I am! And it looks more like this now: http://i.imgur.com/NTM1LA4.gif (game is called Iron Snout).
I admit... Bugs finally broke me. Felt too helpless and frustrating. Just like in real life! Well done!
Oh, very cool game!
Simple gameplay, but very cool art, nice idea and, overall, pretty sweet little game!
That was really fun! Could've had more random and weird items to spice things up.
Also, I couldn't get eyes to their positions... Here's my lovely creation: http://i.imgur.com/tfIguTW.png
Hilaarious! Very funny game with dangerously catchy soundtrack!
I hate that wizard... I hate him very much. Despite him and his behavior - nice game!
Loved this! Some parts were quite tricky to platform to, but overall - great game.
Really cool game! Loved the humor too.
Nooo... Not another drug!
Hilarious! Funniest so far :)
Really well made and a ton of fun, but damn it gets you hard at the beginning! I get overwhelmed before I get decent upgrades or buildings going on :)
Cool idea and challenging gameplay! The hitboxes seemed a bit too unforgiving and a bit more polish to the coin-collecting mini-games would've made them very enjoyable!
This is very impressive and I had a ton of fun playing this. Have to agree that cleaning is probably the least fun part and either could be automatic or removed completely. I'd love to play a post-jam version of this. Best of luck!
Awesome game, really addictive! Would love to see a way of staying in game after first mistake in the follow up version. Definitely needs explosions!
Was fun to try out another game about "bunnies" making love and multiplying (I went for a similar thing). Fun little simulation, with a few quality of life improvements it could get very addictive. Would be nice to switch back to "select" with right mouse button or have character status show up on hover! Overall, good job!
This was hilarious and I'm also impressed you managed to add a multiplayer mode too! Pretty fun to play, humorous, and fitting the theme!
Very nice, got quite hooked. I wish there would be a way to increase the grid and maybe a mode where player can see two blocks in the future.
This was great! One of the most fun entries I played so far, would love to play a post-jam version with more game modes and different passenger types or vehicles!
Well, I got drunk! Nice runner - more obstacles, particles and death animation would be nice future additions!
Quite fun, but also very hard. I wasn't sure how to pick up heart (if that was a pickup). Some visuals are hard to see (gun, bullets). And gun itself could be more powerful or have more bullets :)
Bonus info helps! My game is suffering from dev tunnel vision too, as evident from player feedback, so I also had to add more text to description to clarify things :)
Thank you very much, everyone!
I totally agree that it can be a bit disorienting and needs a few pointers to explain some mechanics and combinations (either I forget some of them). Visual "usage indicators" had to be cut out of the todo list to save time and for post-jam version (depending on interest, there were so many more things I wanted to add!) I might drop the "round world" gimmick completely or experiment with some smoother camera.
Thank you for the feedback, everyone! Glad you liked (parts of) my game! I added a bit more information about core mechanics in the game description and hope it'll help at the start of the game. Still leaving sillier combinations for players to discover! :)
