Nice work! I dont know how much you made yourself when it comes to graphics and UI, it looks a lot like standard RPG-maker, but the story and concept was really cool.
Nice game, good story, congrats! :)
I think I did it, and got all the endings! Pretty fun.
Could have been more fun if you hinted about collecting the stones in some way. Replaying was extremely tedious but worth it in the end. Great writing, especially with the girl although the ending could use a little work.
Definitely a unique rpgmaker experience compared to the typical.
This was a great little experience that can definitely be expanded upon! It's certainly one of the best quickly-made RPGMaker games I've played in awhile. There is a great premise for a larger story here.
What I can probably suggest to you is to do some research in player logistics and game psychology. :) This is really important if you want to start developing adventure-type games (or any games!) and want to include hidden objects that are essential to certain end-game scenarios where things are only available in a short window. You really have to take the time to figure out how players will think -- after all, you might know where everything is, but you need to think like the player, making it logical to find items without making it too easy or too hard. :)
I really enjoyed myself otherwise. :) Thank you so much for sharing your game with me!
I liked the entry, I was dubious about it being made on RPGmaker, but i know how creative a medium RPGmaker allows a person to be, I was not disappointed, i enjoyed the story, and whilst there were certain issue, things like collisions overall its a pretty nice entry ^^
nice game :)
The second ending was pretty cool. Really meta. I like the exploration aspect that the second ending has with it.

great. I dont usually like RPG makers game, but when I do; its because they are great.
nice writing and story. you rock!
Hm... It's hard to be sure what to say with this. I agree with what Taunia Sabanki said about player psychology. I had to play through two or three times in order to collect the first stone, since it was on a part of an object I didn't expect to be able to interact with. If you'd introduced the stones with the one in the piano or something like that, I think it would have been a lot clearer. Even a hidden-object game needs some care with its design ;]
I liked all the aesthetic choices you made, though, and I think that other than that one little thing, it was a good experience. Thank you for the game!
Loved the plot, it had me engaged to the end, and made me want to keep playing until I finished it and found out what would happen. Breaking the fourth wall was also a nice touch. Confusing plot, but nonetheless engaging.
Amazing story, lot of content for a jam game :) Great setting and mood!
Good game. Could be expanded & made into a full game. Good writing.
Very interesting mystery, and damn does it get serious by the end! The positioning of the stones was a bit inconsistent, most of them were easy to find because they were place in very salient parts of the room, however the first stone in the candles was rather difficult to find, only after prompting me that I had missed one of the stones did I realize it was there. The way things unfolded were pretty fun to watch, however, there were a few things that confused me, like being able to break the mirror instead of going through the door again. Also it was never explained what the stones were or how many there were or why you were collecting them. I really enjoyed the climax since it took a completely unexpected turn. I'm not quite sure what impact the choices I made at the end of the game had. Did I pick the right stone? I seemed to beat the game, but it might have just been luck. Really interesting concepts here, and the kernel of a more complete game exists to expand on those ideas into a story that is much deeper and less expository. I hope you continue to explore the ideas that you started to explore with this game and make it into something great. The format that you used was plenty rife for opportunity to do so. Thanks for sharing your game with me!
Make more! Please!
Loved the story line...definitely kept me interested the whole time!
I escaped the room!
This was a very intriguing beginning. I really wanted to keep playing through to the end. I kind of wanted to get to know the characters a little bit more, I know they didn't have any old memories? But it would have been nice to see a moment of them playing with the stuff together in the room or something along those lines. This was a pretty long game for a LD game! So awesome job on that.
The game reminded me of 999 a little bit (which can only be a really good thing, I think you'd like that game if you haven't played it already). If you were to expand on it, you could make a puzzle to get each of the stones.
Very interesting story!
nice work
