Cute little game! Interesting take on the theme as well
Game was fun, but animation on the net was a tad too long.
Interesting little game. It was fun running around after butterflies, then remembering that the platforms were falling out from under me and quashing to patch them up. I thought that your gameplay was quite smooth and played well, although I never got all that worried about the lose condition, I was always able to keep one or two bridges to each platform. Maybe speeding up the decay? Fun game.
This game's really addicting! I spent like 10 minutes playing it trying to catch the shiny butterflies. I really like the challenge of keeping the platforms safe while trying to put yourself in a good position. Solid use of the theme and a pretty fun game loop!
My only gripe is that you sometimes get stuck on the corners connecting the bridge and platforms. If the collision on those were rounded a bit it might feel a bit smoother to navigate. Great job!
My High Score!

Thanks for the feedback, the decay does speed up over time, there is a limit to how fast it gets but by that point I wasn't able to keep up even with the 2 minimum bridges. I wanted to smooth the collision out on the corners, but I didn't end up having time. My high score is 12890 btw
This game has some quite original ideas. Also it's a pretty complete game for 48 hours. I do think the game needs some work to be really outstanding. Catching butterflies could be made more fun I think by making it feel more like a "melee combat" game. Also, with bigger butterflies entering, the game it seems to become easier rather than harder, because more glue is available. Another little thing is that you can't see well how far gone a bridge section is. Brown could mean either it just turned brown or it's nearly destroyed. More colors before it disappears would be nicer. Finally it would be more exciting to have some enemies chasing the player, thus the player needing the bridges/platforms to survive.
I liked the Graphics, and the Gameplay was fun, Nice Game.
