I love how adorable WonderBot is!
Upgrades unlocked just fast enough to keep pulling me back in - I would think that I was going to wrap things up, and then I got (for example) the jump and there was so much more that I could reach!
I wasn't sure if this was a glitch or an unfinished feature (jams are so short!), but every day started with a requirement to gather 0 dust, and I wasn't sure if this was a glitch, or if it was unfinished (jams are so short!). I checked the description, but I didn't see anything there, so I figured I'd let you know :)
Overall, fun and cute! I just wish there was some audio - I can just imagine how great some crunchy, clackity sounds would feel as you vacuum up all those little bits and pieces!

This is super cute. Great theming for the bot as well, love that extra bit of lore. I was having some FPS issues starting out and when I got to a spot between the couch/tables and the kitchen.
I wish there was some music or audio to give feedback to your actions interacting with the world. The upgrade system is fun and easy to figure out. It'd be great if the upgrades changed the controls a bit more drastically or gave some visual cues, more with the speed/turning than the jumping/dash. The starting height should be a bit higher so the player clearly can't fit under the couch. It was satisfying cleaning up the dirt! I can see the potential for this angle on the cleaning genre doing well with more time, great job.

Really good simulator of a silly vacuum! Love it. Good job!
Satisfying to play. It'd be cool to see a version with objectives or achievements to strive for.
Well, it was fun! With some sound, it could easily be an MVP. The lighting feels a bit too contrasty, and the obstacles are a bit rough - but overall, I really liked it!

Nice graphics, cozy game. I put my music in the background and played. But the sounds are definitely lacking.
And I was also stuck, I felt sorry for the progress that I had collected dust by dust, but such is the difficult fate of robot vacuum cleaners.

@kit-gorn Thanks so much for playing! Sorry that you got stuck, we definitely found a few spots that have been problematic. I moved the lamp out from the wall so the next build 1.3+ should have that spot fixed but as you said, such is the life of a WonderBot!

Wow this is the messiest house I've ever been to in my entire career as a WonderBot. That bed was so dusty I coughed my lungs out cleaning it.
I really liked unlocking more movement options as the game progresses: going into the air, starting with clumsy jumps then a jetpack 😅 If only there was a way to open up the windows and fly away into the sunset.
Great job making the game, I really enjoyed playing it! My only criticism is that it lacks a proper ending. I unlocked all the upgrades but the house was still soooo messy. But without any upgrades left, I wasn't feeling like cleaning it anymore... 😁 Maybe a progress bar (XX% cleaned) would help, and after it's filled you could show some kind of a victory screen. Or after unlocking the final upgrade.

Whoever lives in that house definitely needs a bot with all the abilities that wonder bot offers :sweat_smile:
Small game loop but very well executed with the gradual but not too slow advancements!
I made the auto-unstuck system better. Just struggle for a bit it will probably let you teleport out. Collision boxes are a nightmare!

Chill and super satisfying game, I could honestly play it on loop. The art style is really cozy, and it's insane how much you achieved in just 3 days! All in all, a perfect experience.

Probably the most fun game I played so far in this game jam!
Rocket Upgrade and Dash Upgrade was fun. The gameplay feels super smooth. The feedback feels good. Other than sound effect, also one thing got me frustrating. The remaining dust was really hard to find, so I couldn’t finish the game. Since there was still some trash left for upgrading, it would be nice if there was a upgrade that highlights the remaining dust.
Great display of cell shading graphics, and coherent artwork in general! That final bit of dust to hit 100% was super satisfying too. I could see this going places. Great result for 72h of work!
Pretty Graphics and amazing gameplay! Found the easter egg of a giant sweeper saying, "you found me", which really made me surprised.

Really nice game - could not locate the last crunchy 1%, but I think 99% is good enough. Very satisfying to make the room tidy again.
The last 1% is hard! It includes ALL "medium" props (the ones that vanish). Including all 4 air vent covers. Whatever that ONE item you're missing is, it should be possible to get 100%. Thanks for your nice words everyone! If you got all those, then I guess it could still be dust or a thumb tack somewhere. I will look into adding a highlighter.
Now I know what small dogs feel when climbing this kind of open stairs... I love how it becomes a skating at the end. Great entry, the way the level opens with the upgrade was very well done.
This is actually a 5 people amount of good game, it's like one good people simply times 5, so many good things happening. Bot looking at the camera? Cute. Bot that somehow jumps? So cute. Bot that freaking flips freaking double jump?? Amazing. Then the helicopter, that later transformed to a meowlicopter?? GOAT. I'm not even mentioning the exaust turnels, the devil bot, btw answers the question why there exist 2 unboxed boxes, one original bot turned it's self a devil ,who probably is the evil behind those nails on the stairs and such lol. Even details are fine tuned, like the nice shinny wood floor and gray-not-that-reflective dust materials and everything. So good game I enjoyed it not enough, I'll probably blank out if sound and sfx exist thankfully this is a human team game not that perfect.

Absolute gem of a game. The art is adorable, the secrets were amazing, the quality of life was there. I was not expecting to be suddenly vacuuming up everything in the house, nor was I expecting a breakdown of the last few % to be collected. The upgrades were thoughtful and allowed regular power increases and access to new areas. The few times the couch got hit by visual culling I thought I had actually vacuumed it up and it was going to end Katamari style. Overall very well thought out and masterfully executed. Amazing job.
Really enjoyed playing :) Finished cleaning up the whole space and it was very satisfying so see once I was all done. The cat interaction was a nice suprise too
The game is so cute, I love it! Really nice idea for the theme. It has a lot of potential and if it’s improved after the jam, I believe it could become something really great!

I thoroughly enjoyed this. Initially I saw all the dust I couldn't reach under the furniture and thought it was a bit of a shame, but then I realized I can upgrade to be able to get to it all. Very satisfying progression from that moment on.
Movement is smooth and fun. Leveling up to be able to jump almost to the ceiling level felt great.
I also really liked all the little secrets like the vents and finding the cat. So many nice details put into this.
All in all this is a superb entry, congrats!

This is really great! I also kind of sort of made a robot vacuum game, but not nearly this good!
As others have said, even just some basic audio would be nice, but there are so many nice touches, like the vents, the cat, respawning "in a bit" if you get out of bounds, the unstuck system etc. You guys did a fantastic job
this vacuum cleaner is adorable, and i am shocked you manage to do that game in such short time

Great job modeling an entire room in time for the jam.
I would buy a self-upgrading, backflipping, jetpacking vacuum cleaner that eats my laptop.
Went to Itch to play as I got this on your LD page - 4040Collector.png Great loop of collect and upgrade. World looks lovely and I played this WAY longer than I thought I would :D I am not sure if there is supposed to be audio but I didn't hear any. The use of lighting makes it a bit hard to see which areas downstairs need to be cleaned or not. Overall though, a great entry with a lot of love. Nice work.

With sound and music, it would be perfect. Everything is great: **graphics, level design, and gameplay**. If I may make a suggestion: - It would be cool if the robot closed its eyes when you dash (or another animation during dash). - It took me 10 minutes to find the last 3 dust particles, which were completely invisible (hidden inside the base of the round table). So a dust/object radar that unlocks at the very end of the game could be useful. (Maybe one that beeps faster and faster as you get closer to collectables, like the radar in Aliens 2...).
In any case, well done!
Very fun game! I played jam build, but it is already packed with cool mechanics and ideas. I love many little details you've added (like low profile or unlockable vent shafts). It gives some memorable moments, like when you see Jump upgrade and realize that the whole second floor is not just a decoration. Very solid entry, good job!

This was a lot of fun! I spent a lot of time puttering around at the end looking for dust, didn't complete but the move set was fun enough on its own. Nice work!

The gameplay is so adorable, and the process is also very excellent. It makes me feel incredibly amazed. Overall, the gameplay flow is very smooth. I often feel shocked by it. It's amazing that you can do this so well in such a short time. You are truly amazing. Many aspects can be expanded. Maybe we will see you on other gaming platforms in the future?

Hi there friendly surface clearing experience :smile: I had quite a bit of fun with this game! I like how with each subsequent upgrade, more spaces around the house become accessible. And it's satisfying to clean the place up, although some audio would make it feel even better.
It's a small thing, but at the start, it was really confusing to me that the bot looks at the camera - felt like I was going backwards. The bot is definitely cute though!
I've been searching for this last speck of dust for a while now, so it's time to call it a day and settle for >almost< 100%-ing it ^^

The face on the robot's butt does make it seem like it's going backwards the whole time, but, ok. Glad I'm not the only one to put googly eyes on my robot vac!

Really nice sense of progression! Was satisfying to see how the house cleaned up over time, and being able to fly around with the jetpack upgrade.
Very cool game, I couldn't find the last spec of dust ( I did find the easter egg too )
If you did continue this ( which you definitely should ) - maybe a dust radar / detector or something , I feel like I was super close. :cry:
Teleporting felt a little OP, like you could skip battery upgrades if you could just teleport. Not bad balancing overall though, especially for a game made for a jam. Great job!

Really neat game! I loved the art style, and the gameplay was pretty fun, reminded me of Lawn Mowing Simulator. I was initially confused because I thought the dusty areas were carpet and the idea was to pick up the small debris (I didn't have the required upgrade yet), but once I figured it out it was pretty straightforward.

okay honestly i didn't expect this to be this fun. really cool and cute idea, well executed, feels really smooth too. just missing some music to vibe to and this becomes the perfect game for winding down, when you don't really feel like cleaning your own room but pressing buttons to make a cute lil digital guy do it is still on the menu. good job, i could see this on steam!
This is so overwhelmingly cute! I mean, REALLY, a cute pillow-eating robot vacuum and a CAT on top of it? Who can say NO to THAT?
The gameplay is incredibly addicting. There's just something inherently satisfying about leaving a trail of cleanness behind. The upgrade system works wonders :wink: for motivation, increasing the cleaning efficiency and freedom of movement as you unlock more and more.
Fantastic job everyone, loved every moment of your game!

God, it really is addicting. One of those games you SWEAR to yourself you'll only check out for a minute or two because there are more projects in the danger zone, and then get lost in it completely.
Personally, and I'm not ashamed to admit it, I was utterly captivated by the googly eyes :3

I wish my roomba could dash.. Love the gameplay loop and the visuals. Got some FPS dips on collisions with objects, but other than that - very neat!

Guys, you solved the stuck problem really well. I'm almost done with the game. I think I'm missing a radar to detect dust. To find that last speck of dust. And of course, sound would be awesome.
