LD54 — Limited Space

Rafty Crab by kuviman 2023-10-01T22:49:45Z

As other said, hilarious but I would prefer if there was some level of AI when there is not another player online as without another player it's difficult to tell what the goal is. Also some kind of "winner" banner as the last player standing would be good

Perilous Platforms by rcxa 2023-10-01T22:38:53Z

Difficult! but not in a way that made me not want to come back and try again. I would have preferred the camera follow the players character by default as its easy to forget to move as it's primarily a mouse game. That being said I would have liked to see some kind of input reminder at the start as I immediately tried WASD and Arrows before clicking around and finally figuring it out. Would be good for touch screens tho!

Space Ltd. by mortusnegati 2023-10-01T22:32:54Z

Fun game, takes a bit of time going back and forth with the current perspective. Would be great to have the camera pushed back some for visibility but with the small level it was easy enough to navigate to view. More levels would be great, after the last I immediately wanted to see the next difficulty increase.

LD55 — Summoning

The Wanderer by Rustywolf 2024-04-16T02:37:28Z

Nice game, good game loop had me play quite a few rounds. I do wish there was a bit more for the player to do between rounds as it's easy to realize a round it won/lost but not have anything to do about it.

Trial by Combat by Gravityflip 2024-04-18T00:50:50Z

Solid game! I would have liked a volume control but I understand the time limits. Pretty funny and solid little fighter

Summoner's Tower by willhoit 2024-04-18T00:38:21Z

I like the concept, I'm struggling to connect it with Summoning as a theme tho. I also would love to have an option to place the blocks down without clicking on an existing surface as I struggled to place blocks in optimal ways.

NECRO RUSH by helviett 2024-04-18T00:57:46Z

This is really great! Solid art and good audio. Very solid contender to expand and make into a full game.

LD56 — Tiny Creatures

A tiny worm's life by angry-cyboot 2024-10-19T01:20:04Z

Great vibe and suspense with the focus on the audio ques. I would have liked a bit more direction besides just collecting orbs. I think i got lucky and didnt run into any threats till around 400 points and the mole showed up. If I'm honest I wasnt quite sure what to do the situation, reading other comments it seems like I should have just done a 180 so maybe include a bit of a tutorial in the future.

Fluto by pataya 2024-10-09T03:57:03Z

As other have said, very nice art and core concept. I feel there's a lot more you were not able to finish as the sense of progression is there but it currently lacks reason.

The Guardian by egawag 2024-10-14T01:49:04Z

Really liked the overall concept, took a bit to figure out how to vanquish the enemies and unfortunately the lil critters get stuck on the corners/edges too easily so I'd consider taking some more time on the environment assets to prevent those kind of pathing issues.

Moon Picnic by Fractal 2024-10-15T00:54:37Z

I think a bit more of a tutorial is needed, I was playing the first level for way to long until I realized I needed to alternate between keeping the food safe and just attacking the hive. After that it was easy but I think level 3 ramped up a bit strong so I lost interest.

Creature Rehabilitation Lab by Anson Rutherford 2024-10-25T15:38:56Z

I would have preferred to have more variety visually between creatures over the colors as I found they tend to overlap causing difficulty in finding and matching sets of critters. Love seeing the IK leg system on them as I know the pain of setting that up.

Springtail by KeithSwanger 2024-10-19T01:54:52Z

Love the concept, we had a similar idea but opted for a slightly different path. Props on the IK legged bug critter!

Business Beetles by Diego Teran 2024-10-08T03:33:12Z

Very cute, fun design and interesting to try and balance. I'd like to see detail pages on what the hires do, I dont understand the Cars at all. And some kinda "debt warning" for heavy mafia days would be good as right now there seems to be no warning from a 0 mafia to a 30+ mafia day.

Cat-tastrophe by rsheepdv 2024-10-14T02:34:45Z

Cute game! I'd love to have seen some expanded goals beyond the initial bowl. Like score 10 then move on to the next goal of X Number of cats in this section etc.

Camouflage Garage by Hammy0212 2024-10-19T01:31:58Z

Pretty game, love the speed lines FX work but I struggled with accuracy in the tongue launch, I even tested this aiming at the same point multiple times with quite the variety in hit placement. For a game based about hitting moving targets and using the same cursor for movement I'd want more accuracy.

Ant Farm Evacuation by Shiiro 10psi 2024-10-14T01:53:23Z

Are the levels randomly generated? I would love to see some more variety in the level design and eventually some updated art but still very cute little game and easy to play!

Critter Season by Trezark 2024-10-15T00:44:04Z

Cute concept, would be great if each critter had their own specialization so there was improvements to each assignment. A fast forward option would also be nice as there's a lot of waiting around once you assign a critter.

Hamster Run by jonathandavidlewis 2024-10-08T03:37:31Z

Tried both the itch page and the embedded and it seems the "Lets Eat" button to launch the game is buggy. Music loop keeps playing but the menu is unresponsive for a very long time. Guessing Shader compile but my initial comment was that it was broken.

Hamster Run by jonathandavidlewis 2024-10-08T22:14:46Z

@jonathandavidlewis Much snappier! still take a moment but it's not in an unresponsive manner and I think I doubled my score from not loosing time from stepping away while waiting!

Buggie's Spider Golf by mortusnegati 2024-10-08T02:09:21Z

Looks like we have small bug when playing in windowed mode, this should only affect the web build but if your camera is constantly rotating try playing in full-screen mode (bottom right corner) while we work on a fix.

Fuzzies Don't Know What to Do! by AllenW 2024-10-08T01:27:00Z

Fun concept, Tho I struggled initially starting to play, it wasn't super obvious where to place nodes with the pull up drawer system

Leafling builders by Kotolazer 2024-10-08T03:55:40Z

Beautiful game, I only wish there were controls listed anywhere. Jumping (using SPACE) to knock off the brown leafs worked. Somehow I managed to scare off the cat by clicking randomly but nothing is particularly obvious in the controls. Please list them in your description besides the tasks to do, this game is too beautiful to have people stray away from unintuitive input!

The Fish that Figured it Out by Dean Goodson 2024-10-14T02:03:17Z

Very cute game, tho I ran into a bug (I think) where I had 3 base miner fish and as soon as I got my first lazer fish they stopped working, only floating about which hard locked me as there was no longer a way to progress without the initial resource.

Tiny Grab by barisflo 2024-10-08T02:34:24Z

Beautiful game, I'm not quite sure what the power-ups are doing, the 2nd looks like it would add an aim point but I'm not seeing it do anything in particular. Still a ton of fun, I want to see the collected figures on the side to check off the list or have more direction to aim for specific characters in the game.

LD57 — Depths

The Greater Depths by bacontree 2025-04-09T01:53:43Z

Nice style but the ghosts are too quick, the 2nd ghost can see you from a mile away and will beeline for the Player and that makes the whole experience not fun. I had to climb the terrain to escape it in a way that was obviously unintentional from a game puzzle perspective. The intro took too long to get to the ghost section and realize that it's going to be an ongoing struggle to continue.

Captain Death by Sarah 2025-04-10T23:06:05Z

Needing to have the mouse on the wheel in order to select the angle was not as intuitive as I had hoped for but fun game once I figured that out!

d6 pool by Uzpykes 2025-04-10T23:10:24Z

I really wanted to be able to sink the balls into the hole as well instead of knocking them off the edges, took me a while to realize that was the goal instea.

Grimm Syndrome by Missfire 2025-04-08T22:50:32Z

Really struggling with the lack of feedback on the piano section, specifically the 2nd. A "Good" "Perfect" notification would be ideal or even a "fail" gauge as it seems like I could just spam all buttons to win but even missing few notes also fails and restarts. If the goal was to have the character narrative play that section 3 times then as the player I need more feedback as it feels like a bug or an annoyance instead. Wish I could see more of the game but I'm not looking to perfect the minigame for a 4th time.

Dark Depths by buckmeister 2025-04-08T23:07:36Z

Love seeing another Submarine themed game, but would have liked a bit more guidance as the current game has a few sections that are not as on rails as I think it might need to be, A bit more world design could help keep the player on track and moving as it was easy to get lost. Great visual design and concept tho!

BoP by Tobias Kiehnlein 2025-04-08T22:41:08Z

Cute game! loved the overall theme, I think it might just need a bit more play testing as the double high walls can be quite the bummer. Also looks like there's a scoring issue on restart as the score only works on the initial play. All sequential plays stay at "0"

BoP by Tobias Kiehnlein 2025-04-08T23:00:32Z

Yes, but if you get close at the base of a tall wall it seems like hold jumping will not help you get over, some placements can cause this to be an instant game over, I do enjoy the quick drop option for dodging some obstacles tho!

Used To Be by Heiden.BZR 2025-04-08T23:39:57Z

I clicked for the duck, I stayed as I was enthralled with the puzzle and level design, Great work on this kept me engaged the whole time. I also really appreciated the hallways leading you to the proper direction without backtracking. Kudos!

Wobble Down by MartenJ 2025-04-11T00:16:04Z

Pace feels too slow, obstacles could use a dodge/jump over mechanic rather then taking the hit and just quickly re correcting. Dosent feel like I'm balancing but more so playing a game in the left corner of the screen to keep the icon in the center. I'd suggest shifting that into the middle of the screen or project it around the character on screen so that I can actually look elsewhere on the screen.

BURIED by meylish 2025-04-08T15:22:30Z

Controls are a bit floaty, and I could used larger button prompts for the additional QTE's as it's not clear what key I needed to use. Matched the theme well. I wish I could have picked up the additional lost tools in the depths. I spend quite a few minutes trying to reach them to no avail.

Meanepth by rensun 2025-04-08T16:15:30Z

Looks like your embedded web build has the classic LD mouse bug, you'll need to use a non-even resolution number so instead of 640/480 use 639/480 and it should fix the infinite spinning issue on the mouse pointer hook.

I like the vibe but fighting the mouse and lack of guidance is causing me to not progress. Violently shaking an object without a button prompt on inspection to tell me to interact was not particularly intuitive. Additionally shaking the screen in the tunnel section caused me to not be able to progress after interacting with the oxygen tank as I could not see anything with as my entire screen shaking like it was having a seizure. Not sure if I just wan into a bad bug but there's nothing fun about it. Consider adding alternative or reduced effects for showing the madness of the player character.

Lisiy by Neeck Kola 2025-04-08T22:12:31Z

Love the idea/concept, ran into a few issues tho, the power-up messages overlap and with the pixel filter get quite difficult to read at times. Also it didnt seem like the strength ever powered up enough to lift the leg let alone the cheese. Unless there's an order to the food that I need to hit a combo or something it's a little bit more difficult to reach the end still. Also I would have loved to see more for an ending screen besides the cut.

LD58 — Collector

Trailside Mycologist by klausklapper 2025-10-08T01:45:09Z

I can see the roots of this but I struggled with loud audio and when I went to open a menu with escape it closed the game on me. I wanted a checklist of the mushrooms/plants to take photos of.

Tiny Expeditions by bwalter 2025-10-07T22:48:40Z

Super cute! but I really struggled with the extremely narrow FOV and so often the terrain and objects really block all vision, I feel like the pixel grass could have been half the thickness and it would have helped it not block all my vision.

Trashman Cometh by Khamekaze 2025-10-08T04:23:26Z

That was quite the unexpected event after the tutorial. Fun game, well executed but definitely a stretch on the theme.

Goblin' Coins by johnnysix 2025-10-15T01:23:28Z

Could definitely use some hitbox changes, seems like the player hitbox is 1.5x the size it should be but outside the added difficulty it's a fun concept!

99 Shotguns by AlexClay 2025-10-08T02:12:24Z

This is GREAT! Such a fun yet simple game cycle! I did find some of the level design to cause damage based on the long hallways with limited dodge area but still made it to the end. I did miss some of the later text due to the pickup item being closer than the character who was talking.

The Key Keeper by megalukes 2025-10-08T04:11:32Z

Lots of impact in those sounds, would be nice to have an option to control it. Really nice little simple platformer, I'm impressed with what you were able to do without over complicating your character.

Opa is de Koning by Re-Markable 2025-10-07T03:18:22Z

Very Sweet game, lot of running back and forth, would have loved a dash ability or some other shortcut to bring the items back. I actually managed to bring the hive with the bees over before I found the matches.

Ryoshi No Shima by Andreadbx 2025-10-08T22:52:18Z

Really nice little game, my only comment is as an idle game there's still typically something to do between purchase tiers/waiting to build up and I felt like I was doing nothing standing by the NPC's waiting for the number to increase and checking my phone instead of enjoying your game further.

Chill Gems by Cisco 2025-10-07T22:17:40Z

I'm struggling with this one a little bit, outside of a lot of clicking and then struggling to slot it into the collection bar was there something I missed? I see you said I can earn stats but what exactly is that affecting?

Leaves by DeadCode 2025-10-07T18:36:51Z

Beautiful colors, Pretty art, simple and efficient. That being said there's not a lot here, I have no objective to reach and thus no reason to play beyond an internal desire to get a higher score.

Summerfall by anstabo 2025-10-08T04:05:01Z

Adorable! another lovely game but I do feel the character base speed it quite slow making it a long game cycle to start.

The Cult-lector by Vhalenn 2025-10-15T01:55:03Z

Struggled with the first time I played as the interaction with the demon was not automatic so I quickly turned away and wandered the level without interacting with anything. Refreshed and figured it out the 2nd try, and I felt terrible taking all those things away from the villagers so success?

Mr. Fungi by Kupnu4 2025-10-08T02:37:25Z

Lovely little game, great animations and concept but I think the costs for upgrades are a little much. As such, I didnt have enough of a hook to keep me playing the multiple rounds needed to unlock a single new upgrade.

Bug Bequest by Bea 2025-10-07T03:03:27Z

Ran into a lot of collision issues making navigating the room difficult. Sometimes the arcane abilities didnt seem to spawn more than one particle, not sure if it's a mouse capture issue or not.

Dee Dee's Collection Service by kory 2025-10-07T03:24:37Z

Wow! those controls are tough! I was really struggling and kept finding ways to get stuck under the terrain. Little more tightening of the controls and map layout and I think you have something quite fun to play.

Have a nice Reap by JuanRod707 2025-10-08T02:51:29Z

QTE is impossible to complete, would have loved if the interact button was something else like space or LMB as it felt cramped to play. I was quite confused with not having a "kill" action and instead needed to wait around for the souls to pop out.

Postage (has web version) by treenut 2025-10-24T00:45:10Z

Loved the concept but I'm running into an issue on the web build where the stamps are not doing anything, placing them down on a letter doesn't seem to leave a mark so I cant progress

Purarger Collector by thyoi 2025-10-08T20:02:12Z

What an adorable puzzle game! took me a moment to figure out to open the guide on the right but otherwise an absolute delight!

Deep Space Lawn Mowing by HexStart 2025-10-10T19:51:03Z

Hello fellow cleaning robot game! what a fun concept and I can see with a few tweaks how fun it can get. As it stands I don't feel like I'm able to compete against the sheer number of rocks that are hunting me down.

Maybe balancing the game with something like traps and a rewarding "gold" grass alongside lower damage rocks might help reduce the pressure and give the player a better feeling of success vs inevitable destruction.

WonderBot: A Lofty Return by mortusnegati 2025-10-07T14:12:58Z

@kit-gorn Thanks so much for playing! Sorry that you got stuck, we definitely found a few spots that have been problematic. I moved the lamp out from the wall so the next build 1.3+ should have that spot fixed but as you said, such is the life of a WonderBot!

Marble Trouble by mooyett 2025-10-07T23:19:28Z

Really fun! plays great, premise and game loop seems solid. There's just enough of a "will I get it" risk/reward as well as just tossing out a ball and seeing what happens.

Niji by KnownAsPhi 2025-10-08T01:30:55Z

Beautiful visuals, struggled to find the final color had to give up after looping the island chain multiple times.

I could see this type of design being used to visually change the scenery in a way for progressing game play. Really cool concept overall and exactly the kinds of creative thinking I love to see from LD.

Acrowbatics by LordMcDoodle 2025-10-07T18:50:33Z

Love the hats! I missed the option for them on my first run. Considering the timing the controls work pretty well, that being said there's a lot of issues with controlling the bird in the apartment, so easy to collide and drop any items held. Made the game quite challenging and a bit frustrating as getting close enough for a pickup also meant typically crashing and dropping the item shortly after. Would have loved an option to land, walk, pickup and fly away.

The Reload by Artalasky 2025-10-07T23:10:48Z

I'd like to play this game but as it stands the process of loading is not at all intuitive, it's missing feedback and its frustrating which is a real shame as the game is gorgeous.

HUEVO by Mikita gancharou 2025-10-07T02:30:00Z

Quite slow, I initially missed the need to hatch a chicken and spent too much time waiting for a new egg and chicken. Definitely felt a bit lacking in terms of tasks and objective, nothing was urging me to keep playing.

The Skitter Kit by surfacedfox 2025-10-08T18:29:45Z

Adorable! lovely little game but I ran into a few issues with the skill jumps. They never seemed to work. I got the yarn in the sink by colliding with them from below and there seems to not be enough momentum to get onto a chair and then onto the table, trying from the chair got me stuck behind it so I was forever stuck with 24/25 :crying_cat_face: cat_stuck.jpg

LD59 — Signal

Last Brain Cell by CO5MONAUT 2026-05-07T20:48:24Z

Hilarious premise, little clunky but there's a charm to it, I think the controls could be explained a bit better and while the order of the spheres come out is fairly straightforward it might be best to clearly state that objective or to have the player initialize the thinking rather then relying on them looking the right way at all times, took me a couple of reloads to understand as I was too busy looking around.

HELLO! I AM HERE! by Remote_ms 2026-04-21T03:21:34Z

I think I found a bug, I went all the way Right, then all the way Left, a red cube spawned and I walked towards it and managed to clip behind the wall, hope you're able to update with a new build as it's a bit lacking in direction, maybe a tutorial description can help here as well.

Lovely looking concept art and the 3D is solid for the tight timeline. Just not sure what my goal and objectives are atm.

Signals From Somewhere by BrittleLizard 2026-05-06T02:57:35Z

Fun concept, I've run across a few such games and I always feel they ramp up in difficulty a bit too quick for me personally. I'd love to see some more playful signals coming in to match back to, kinda playing off of something similar to Project Hail Marry.
