Definitely giving a 5 for "Innovation"!

**Upd:** It's 4 AM right now, and my brain isn't working well. But I've bookmarked the game because I really want to finish it. Great job, guys!

OHHH very creative concept!!! Also cuteeee

Nicely educational, fuzzies are smart!

I feel like levels could start with the default output node already spawned? But maybe there is a point in the game where you get more kind of outputs that I haven't reached yet..

Would be nice to be able to connect `Output -> Input`.

Having the nodes exist in the same area as the fuzzies could tie the visuals together more maybe?

Fun concept, Tho I struggled initially starting to play, it wasn't super obvious where to place nodes with the pull up drawer system

Cool! The connecting wires to program little buddies is the same idea as my game! You did great, I know exactly how hard it is!

Cool concept! It felt satisfying when I got them to do the right thing on the first couple levels! I did have some confusion around the "radius" control in the third level though, because I wasn't sure what the units were. I tried some trial and error but I either got the units wrong or wired things up incorrectly

I really like the concept here, but the on-boarding is rough. There needs to be a steadier buildup in the difficulty and number of puzzle pieces. The level with the switch is a huge jump. Th levels preceding that might be more easy than intended.

Great idea using a blueprint to command the tiny creatures. Sort of reminds me of the Conway's Game of Life. When I set the radius I can't see the scale, maybe adding a scale would make it more visible.

This is awesome! I love the innovation and creativity this game demands from the player! It's easy to pick up and experiment with and feels really nice to use the behavior editor! The introduction of different nodes is great, however the level that introduces the switch is a little hard to figure out, it would be nice if that one was simpler and then ramped in difficulty after it's introduced. Amazing work!

Wow, how did you manage to develop that in just one weekend? That's awesome!

world-search-you 2024-10-13 03:45

very fun puzzle game! got stuck for a bit on level 3 because i didn't know the number for detecting any fuzzies was the radius at which they'd see the fuzzies, but everything else was intuitive to me

qwertyuiop 2024-10-13 03:47

good

Love the concept, super creative! Definitely will be giving this one another go when i have more time. Would've loved some sfx/music though. Overall really great submission.

Nice puzzle. It may evolve in to some sort of educational geme to teach fundamentals of programming, but that will need much more levels and much slower progression.

The only trouble I had - it's hard to guess distances for the "has fuzzies in radius" node.

angry-cyboot 2024-10-16 21:59

felt like work ... so well done but also I kinda hate you^^

anyway, I can't say much about the difficulty (exept for the radii that we need to guess), but that's a great way to explain shaders to people since all the fuzzies run the same graph !

Does unity provide UI tools for that or did you code it all on your own ?

allenw 2024-10-18 05:05

@angry-cyboot Appreciate the feedback! If you felt like working instead of playing then the game definitely needs to improve its funness haha.

I did not code the node editor, see the bottom of the description for a Git repo to the node editor, honestly couldn't have made this game without it.

angry-cyboot 2024-10-18 18:31

@allenw no don't worry it's just that I spend a lot of time staring at graphs like those ^^
