Very cute game! I liked how intense the music gets when the dog sees you. Loved the decoy sfx. Getting on top of the table was challeging! The controlls can get a bit confusing when the camera rotates. Also, I had to play this on firefox, it won't load on chrome
I got 25! I think that was all of them. The art style is really cute, yet the sfx makes it quite threatening when the dog sees you. Godo job on the game!

The web build sadly isn't letting in beyond the loading screen. I tried a different browser and encountered the same problem.
It's sad too, because this game looks so adorable!
@ljol3 sorry about that! It seems to be an issue with how the ldjam embed interacts with Chromium based browsers, and I can confirm that the issue does not occur with Firefox. I've notified Mike(the LDJam host) about that. In the meantime, I'd really appreciate it if you tried it on Itch.io!

Love the visual style of this, so clean and fun. Generally great atmosphere and vibe. The cat felt fine control in the first room, but there seems to be some iffy camera controller stuff going on, it definitely made it a lot harder to enjoy. Overall though a cute entry.

Very beautiful game. I loved the art style and the colors. However, as others pointed out, the controls together with the camera being rather static made the precise jumps a little hard to pull off. Still really enjoyed my time with it though.
Such a cute game! I like how round shaped everything is in term of art assets The gameplay is simple yet charming too. When the dog sees you the music become more tense, which is funny xD

Physics games are always a ton of fun! I did manage to get myself stuck under the kitchen sink at one point though! I kind of wish the yarn spawned in dynamically though to make it more engaging for multiple playthroughs.
One minor nitpick is like what @jahwffrey said, the dog is very easy to get away from. I was able to jump up on a table and he'd just bark and run away. But it's a minor nitpick, enemy AI is a lot to do for a 3 day jam!
Controls are incredibly smooth, and the camera movement is just as fluid. The art style creates such a warm, cozy atmosphere, and the cat is adorably bouncy and squishy! It would be perfect if there were a few more objectives to work towards though~

I love the art! Would be nice if it had slightly better controls and didnt have yarn in such impossible to reach places! I couldnt get the last one on the table and i had to use my decoys to get the ones in the sink :( :( Great entry tho!

Lovely art and the decoy mechanic is really clever! Dog AI could use some upgrades but in the meantime we have come to a mutual agreement on peace between species

Adorable! lovely little game but I ran into a few issues with the skill jumps. They never seemed to work. I got the yarn in the sink by colliding with them from below and there seems to not be enough momentum to get onto a chair and then onto the table, trying from the chair got me stuck behind it so I was forever stuck with 24/25 :crying_cat_face: cat_stuck.jpg

very fun game, I really like the chaotic vibe! :laughing: the music was a little bit too intense for my taste, but overall it was really fun to play
The kitchen scene is bit too dizzy and far away, the collision is so sensitive both good and bad, likes it anyway, the cat is cute, sound design is definatly good
cute lil game! i also got stuck though :( behind the chair. I wish there was more platforming that required you to get higher up vertically. fells like a game that would have a solid game loop if there was several levels to go through.

Such an adorable game! I really enjoyed the physics interactions — they feel very fun and satisfying. Personally, I think maybe some of the stools could be a bit harder to knock over (lol, just my experience). I also got stuck for a bit in the kitchen sink area while washing dishes and collecting items — turns out I had to jump to get out. But since I get motion sickness easily, the camera made me a bit dizzy — by the time I collected 19 items,I almost threw up （lmao），what a good game and I really enjoy it!!

This is actually too cute and the physics is perfect, I love how bouncy everything is! The dog AI is a little bit odd, and I feel like more behaviors could’ve made things more tense

@poboy you would be correct 😅 I used to jam when I was a teenager, but I've removed those games because having my distinct full legal name out there wasn't exactly the best decision in hindsight. I've worked at a game studio professionally for a year, and 3 years ago I joined a company where we use game tech for IRL problem solving. :3 I am working on a larger project with some friends at the moment when I'm off-work, though! This jam project was a part of going back into gaming after spending the past few years in enterprise. Thank you for playing!
Cozy and cute game! I like it =) Dog really scare me when barking =D
Graphics are pretty, cute and gameplay is good. Placement of objects isn't the most convenient on level — jumping onto sink or table is too difficult. Camera in distant rooms severely limits visibility, making it difficult to spot the doggo.
Very cute! I think I gathered all balls but nothing happened. Regardless, nice game! Could be a bit better balanced because was too easy to distract the dog. Surroundings, animations/physics, camera movement and music are super cool.
funny game but the movement is kinda janky and confusing, couldnt figure out how to get on the table, also the dog is kinda dumb lmao
It's adorable :smile: Love the graphics, audio, effects. It's soooo cute! The camera could use some love as sometimes it's hard to maneuver but not a deal breaker. The final round is a nice idea but it should have been more challenging. You can probably keep carrying the dog around the house for hours. It would have helped if the dog started getting smarter or faster, or both. Overall very nicely done!

The sounds and sfx, the visuals, the gameplay controls everything is so well thought out. The fact that its difficult to get to higher levels when you have too many yarns on you head. Pretty neat!
