The whole time I had the odd feeling that something was after me, nice atmosphere^^
It's a very interesting idea, but there are a lot of bugs.
I couldn't progress past the room with the white pillar (after grabbing the yellow stars), I kept clipping out of bounds every time the room rotated The game ran at low fps on my computer that may be why You guys went crazy on bloom and post processes, my poor 970 couldn't handle it Maybe rotating the player position relative to the room pivot at the same time as you rotate the room would fix it, but that may not be what you intended with the gameplay Too bad, it really looked interesting, I would have loved to see what came after Nice graphics and mood regardless, loved the cutouts with the angry faces drawn upon them
It's a bit buggy, though, nice looking!
Art and textures look amazing! Good job
@dennispersecond @buckmeister @athospap thank you!
@yatsu @justine-d Thanks for feedback! Yeaaaah I fought Unreal's physics and I have lost. And I'm not sure it's fixable there. Guess I should have picked something less physics-sensitive or pick another engine...
@justine-d sorry for the fps! There are cons in having cool computers huh. None of us had noticed any fps issues... I'm guessing it's rather antialiasing though. But there are still physics issues even with nice fpx :C
What an awesome little slice of moody storytelling! It reminded me of a hybrid between Control, some Escher-like drawings, and a moody puzzle game.
The art direction is immaculate given the jam time constraints. The post-processing might be a little heavy (my laptop was sweatingggg just to play this game) but it also looks great.
The rotation got a little bit glitchy, but I was able to avoid clipping out of maps on rotation if I just jumped before pressing the rotate key.
Awesome work!
I love a game with non-euclidean spaces. Nice work! I couldn't quite tell if I got to the end correctly or if I cheesed it by rotating when I wasn't supposed to, but either way made it all the way through :D
That best game that i played in this Jam, if its didn't win, I dont know who will. Remind me "The Stanley Parable"
Much better then I expect! Really good project! I would like to play a full game REALLY
I clicked for the duck, I stayed as I was enthralled with the puzzle and level design, Great work on this kept me engaged the whole time. I also really appreciated the hallways leading you to the proper direction without backtracking. Kudos!
Mysterious and moody with creepy cutouts. This was a lot of fun to play. The platforming and exploration was great. Felt like being in an Escher room.
@breadstick thanks for the feedback, and also superthanks for your workaround, I made player force-jump before rotation and that seems to be working great QvQ
@jordanfb @idos @daria-anosova @leo115 @pincushion thank you so much for such warm words!
A decent platformer idea, though the breathing was getting annoying.
Cool mechanics of rotating rooms around the player. At first it made me feel sick, but then it was okay, I got used to it. Thanks for the game
Oh wow, that was a really cool experience! I liked that everything is intuitive, even despite such an abstract plot and not the simplest mechanics. I stayed in this game for 20 minutes and went through to the end, very cool!
What a mind boggling adventure! A few bugs but what can you do when you're messing with physics? Good job!
Great game!! I really love the atmosphere, the clear guidance, and how well the mechanics fit the theme. Also I like the sound when player falls and respawns, kinda like waking up from a nightmare, and the narrative --WOW! Super cool! :D
Loved the physics and eery aesthetic! well done!
Very interesting idea. Was fun to play and looks amazing
Very cool! Sometimes you can get out of bounds after rotation, but that's ok for a jam entry, after all. I found that jumping before a rotation helps, prevented dropping out most of the times. :D It's hard to even point out, what could be better. Maybe making the phrases narrated? Would definitely add to the vibe!
I like the visual style
Superliminal vibes for sure, this was quite an experience! It took me a bit to fully grasp how the rotation mechanics works, but once I figured it out, the whole playthrough felt a lot smoother. At first, I thought the room would rotate based on my view direction, but it’s actually locked to a fixed axis. That’s a bit of a missed opportunity, just imagine how cool it could be if you could rotate freely in all directions lol
The atmosphere is amazing, almost gave me the feeling it was a horror entry at first, but it’s not really haha. It feels more like a delivery of some inner voice or emotion, which I totally relate to. Being an adult is just hard, and that quiet depth caught me off guard in a good way. Definitely not what I expected, but I appreciated it.
All in all, great job!
A fellow Unreal dev! That was an amazing game, I'm super impressed with what your team accomplished in just 3 days. It must have been one hell of a push to have gotten all of this in. I think the biggest standouts for me was the 3D art, textures, lighting, level design, and general atmosphere. Your game's visuals looks so polished, almost shippable even. You made full use of UE5. I really loved the spooky atmosphere, and the message at the end was poetic. I loved the rubber ducks, they helped ground the game a bit so it didn't get too spooky. There were some bugs, but honestly it's completely understandable for the time frame. Unreal is such a heavy engine that it puts you at a huge disadvantage during game jams. I think the ideas were executed well, although I think my one criticism is that it only vaguely touched on the theme. But either way, great game! Thank you for making it.

This game is great, visual and sound and duck! Don't like storytelling much, too much abstract imho, but anyways good that there is any story. And of course PUZZLES. They are brilliant!
Love seeing other UE devs on here! This game blew my mind! Visually, mechanically, audibly, everything was sound! The puzzles were challenging, but fair. Felt really good for an introduction, I'd love to see what kind of puzzles you guys would come up with with more time!
There was a few bugs with clipping through the walls, but I can't say much, you should see how much you clip through the walls in my game
Amazing job guys!
Good jumping segments, and like final puzzle. But i didn't get idea of pickable boxes everywhere, they were bothering me a little. Why did you add its? By the way, here is a bug in the room with duck in a middle, when you're staying up on stairs and rotating the room, player dives under texture. Nice to see other russians devs here!
Nice puzzle, really like the rotation mechanics, especially that it does not effect everything in the same way.
Very nice atmosphere and idea! I got somewhat dizzy at times. The platforming was not as rewarding as it could be. You did great job with this game!
The mood is very well set! It's fun to use the room rotation mechanic. Well done!
