10/10 would clean the space again.

Great idea, nice graphics, good mood. Well done :)

Can't really see the theme, but this is a great game. Seems very polished and the controls are quite smooth.

I like this game a lot, great game.

xankill3r 2019-04-30 20:24

Very interesting mood to the game. Needs to be easier perhaps but controls, graphics, audio are all nice.

Well made! The mouse scroll was really bad without a mouse and I have yet to turn or do a run without infinitely spinning, even with the auto stabilize thing. Any Advice? Overall Great job! The models are very impressive!

shadowhaxz0r 2019-04-30 20:36

@slotha You can stop spinning just by holding RMB, the game doesn't really work with out a mouse sorry. Thanks for playing. @xankill3r Yeah we wanted to do realistic simulation for the flight model also so you have to plan ahead a bit and take the physics into account, that does make it more difficult to control. Thanks for playing!

anstabo 2019-04-30 20:38

Very solid graphics, the game is hard to control but it feels great once you understand it. A bit annoying that you can't roll and look at the same time :s, I would love to see this game as a finished product.

lagman9000 2019-04-30 20:44

One of the few games which I've actually downloaded to play. Great artwork, mechanics and I love the atomsphere! Perhaps a bit complicated mechanically for a games jam but I could imagine this padding out really well to a release title. Really nice work!

omicron 2019-04-30 20:58

Good graphics. It is difficult to play, but interesting, the game does not forgive waste and mistakes. Cold space as it is :)

Ships and parts cool to break into pieces.

You can not control the length of the ropes, pull something to yourself. Control of the ropes would make life easier.

Stunning graphics and very well made game, I'm crying :cry: Couldn't find any other wrecks after the first one for some reason, even though I used the long range scanner. Was impressed to see a wing break off when I crashed!

shadowhaxz0r 2019-05-01 14:19

@anstabo Thanks! Yeah the roll and look conflict wasn't something we could figure out fast.

@lagman9000 Thank you! Much appreciated!

@omicron Thanks! Yes we wanted to do somewhat realistic(difficult) flight controls and have that be something the players can explore

@kostasvs Thanks! Thats unfortunate, I guess that can happen with the worldgen. It does seem the wreck generation can be a bit strange at times. Thanks for playing!

jofersgames 2019-05-01 19:41

Holy moly, this is impressive considering the time constraints, great job :)

So fun! I loved the controls, and the stabilize function was priceless! Amazing graphics, and really, it's hard to believe you made this in 72 hours! Your team must have a lot of experience, I'm jealous, hahaha.

Since you were going for more realistic controls, I would have liked pitch and yaw control. This could be achieved by using the arrow keys as well as the QWEASD controls. The right mouse button is alright, but the correction is way to fast to be realistic, so I feel weird using it.

The use of grapples is interesting, but I was wondering if it wouldn't be easier to control if you had arms that could grab onto the things you're transporting, or at least a magnet, or something. I had issues where I would grapple onto a spaceship part, and as I fly back to the base, it crashes on a rock and breaks.

Anyway, I'm glad I found this one, and I'll be giving a good rating!

Edit: I forgot to mention the sound, which was great as well!

shadowhaxz0r 2019-05-03 11:12

@jofersgames Thanks for playing !

@good-enough Thanks! Yeah we were careful to keep the game small and space setting also helps with the number and complexity of the art assets we had to make. Thats true I guess the pitch/yaw control was just a bit too complex, the main idea was a physics toy and manipulating the wrecks with the harpoons I guess we felt the right click orient would work better with that. Yeah arms would have been more realistic but also cause a lot of problems for with the physics and the harpoon/rope was simpler in that regard. And the sounds were not created from scratch I added sound attribution to the description now, should not have enabled the sound voting tbh. Thanks again for playing and the detailed feedback!

Wow, impressive. Well done for making this in 72 hours! I specially liked the option to turn off dampening as I love space and physics based games. Well done!

daria-toni 2019-05-08 15:41

Absolutely awesome graphics, very beautiful! I feel the atmosphere of this game. Nice music and other sounds. But the controls almost drove me crazy. I would really like it to be more intuitive. But the overall impression of the game remains amazing!

Really nice game, quite entertaining! I really like the tutorial in the beginning although I was still strugling a lot. Good job
