Good concept and well-designed puzzles, I am not really good at puzzles so I didn't get very far... Great job for such a short time though!

Good concept and well-designed puzzles, I am not really good at puzzles so I didn't get very far... Great job for such a short time though!
Loved the graphics, controls felt a little clunky here and there but no issue overall. Great game!
Loved the loading screen :P Saving all the cows would take forever so I didn't finish the game, but it was satisfying to play. Controls fell a little uncomfortable (mainly steering was too fast).
Very nice graphic style, I loved the disorienting effect too. Well done!
It was a surprise to realize the environment was changing, nice design! The constant screen shaking can be quite annoying though. I didn't manage to find even half the spheres, a nearest-sphere pointing indicator could be useful.
Other than the really numb controls (i stuck to the compo version), seems like a fun idea, especially if you evolved it into a party game with gamepads. Keep it up!
I quite liked this game, wish you had time to make it actually progress too. Some moves are pretty similar too, so it may confuse some people, but in general I liked the game's feeling... Congrats!
Well made, I liked the mood and the effects, though I passed half of the puzzles by luck :P Good job!
Good work, felt a little repetitive very fast though, would be best if you made more music tracks with finite duration (rather than looping).
Glad to see more Greeks around!
Good job, love the art!
Not bad overall, just wished the maze was more dynamically changing; the pitfalls were only 2 or 3 places here and there, so it doesn't intrigue the player that much. I believe this will be a very nice game if you plan to expand on it.
Absolutely loved it, great graphics, great puzzles, great use of theme. Congratulations!
Thanks for the positive feedback guys, it is really appreciated!
Linux build is indeed messed up, I am really sorry! This build should work:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ypa4295tnl8p631/morpherhead_linux2.zip?dl=0
@xandy I am really sorry about the linux issues, I didn't have time to test the game on linux!
I didn't get this problem on my (virtualboxed) Ubuntu, however I uploaded another version of the game which just might fix your controls issue (uses GetAxisRaw instead of GetAxis). Otherwise I will need more info to pinpoint the problem, or perhaps update my Unity (maybe 5.4beta has better linux support).
Controls are indeed tough (would have preferred WSAD/arrow keys). Concept and mood is pretty good, but there are many elements of the game that need polishing.
Amazing game Andy, I've seen your work in the TAGjams so I expected nothing less! Probably one of the most noteworthy games I've played in this jam yet!
That was really fun to play, loved the death "animation" too, great job!
Nice game and look, I also had troubles with the controls as keyboard didn't work (even after reconfiguring, don't know what i did wrong), and sensitivity was a bit too high on gamepad. Camera was also not very practical.
Just pointing out my remarks here, other than these I think it can be a great game!
Very nice aesthetics, loved the music too. Not as innovating, since there are many similar rhythm-based games, but this one doesn't fail to satisfy.
You guys did a lot of work and it shows, congrats! Character got stuck on ground way too often for me, but pretty fun game nonetheless.
Really really hard to get used to the controls (i don't have a joypad), and it's understandable, since it's a complex game! Color coding is handy but still not enough time to look and reshape AND rotate the ship. Overall great idea and design, with some work towards user-friendliness this could be a very neat game.
No idea what to do, not even sure whether the left terminal is responsive to what I am writing... I won't vote yet, can you include a hint or walkthrough somewhere for us forsakers?
I found it hard to understand the properties of each form (other than the speed difference), which form kills which monster, and how teleporters work. I think these should be described with more intuitive appearances (e.g. cross kills vampire, or something) or described in instructions.
Controlling characters with WSAD, arrow keys AND the mouse is not really comfortable, I think it would be best if you could e.g. right-click to move the elemental. Other than that I liked the art style and retro music.
Pretty fun to play, although you go through all the shapes too fast and the reward system is not balanced. Good job otherwise!
Same issue here, jumping rarely works, and quite a few times the ball rolled off behind the stage and fell into the infinity. I won't vote for now, I will wait in case you submit a fixed version.
P.S. Love the acapella music!
Very cool graphics, fun to play, although it was a bit clumsy in terms of controls (sometimes attacks miss, and if enemies stick on you or surround you it is hard to escape). Great work overall!
Looks well done for a first-time game, good job! I didn't really see much use for the square form, maybe it needs faster rate of fire to be useful compared to the triangle. Some music would do it good, you can't have a good infinite shooter without music!
In love with this game, very well made and great jokes! Congrats!
Pretty nice minigame in all aspects, it was fun to play!
Quite tough to get a hold of the controls, and enemies are very good at it, so it feels kinda frustrating. Neat starting concept, but I think it needs more thought.
Quite fun to play, story and characters were very entertaining... Good job!
Graphics were gorgeous, atmosphere was great too! Didn't really see any need for the shapeshifting as I used the dragon almost exclusively, and the end was a bit anticlimactic, but the looks of the game are commendable by themselves.
Just finished the game, the puzzles were just as hard as they needed to be in my opinion, I had a hard time with the last ones! The game is very well made, the whole UI is very good-looking and user friendly. I really don't think the abscence of music deducted from the game, it's a normal thing for a computer interface.
Very well done game and well polished, looks great and plays well!
Enjoyed the game, reminds me of Reigns (a game for Android). The font felt a little hard to read sometimes, but otherwise very well made game.
Cool game! I won the second time!

Stunning graphics and very well made game, I'm crying  Couldn't find any other wrecks after the first one for some reason, even though I used the long range scanner. Was impressed to see a wing break off when I crashed!
Great game! Like others said, AI would be awesome
Yay I got chosen by Uggo-Sathla! Fun game, I like the lovecraftian aspect and the animations and characters are cute. Definitely agree with @piter about being able to skip phrases.
Nice game, I particularly liked the spawn/die particle effect. UI could be better looking but it's understandable for a gamejam.
@andreadbx looks impressive, guess it's time for me to switch to 2019.1 too
Good attempt, liked the card mechanic, if it gets developed it will be a cool game. * graphics need some more consistency (as said by @erikkire ) and some spicing up * sounds will help a lot * more types of cards and a shop would be good These are just suggestions, it's understandable you couldn't do it in such a short deadline.

I get these warnings on the WebGL version and it doesn't run, maybe it's just me. * Cool game, music is nice, and I liked the concept. * Sound effects are a bit harsh compared to the music, the text could use a more textured font. * teleporting should temporarily stop your motion as I often ran into adjacent blocks after teleporting. Congrats!
Really cool and well made game, instantly recognized the Binding of Isaac influences :) good job!
Looks like it could develop into a nice game if polished enough. I couldn't figure out how to turn the gamera at the corridor turn (or does the level end there?). The chromatic aberration effect is maybe a bit too intense.
I would really recommend working on user friendliness more, as you obviously spent most time on the game mechanics. * A/D for camera is quite limiting, a simple MouseLook would work better. * Movement is kinda sluggish and it gets hard to move around and jump across platforms. * When the sun sets and there are no shadows, it's hard to see where you land. * It's really hard to get more money, and it feels like grinding. These are just suggestions to get the game better, please accept them constructively!
Well made game programmer-wise, it's admirable you got everything working right and have well-written instructions. The game mechanic feels quite nice. Programmer art is certainly sth to improve on and the music is quite repetitive, but otherwise good entry!
Wow, didn't expect to actually like it so much :O good job!
Fun game, I think it would be cool to see it in 3D!
@khamekaze @shadowhaxz0r @devilqube @tubadude99 thank you guys for the feedback! Will work on it post-jam!
@sylvie thanks! The gameplay sure is easy at this point, didn't have time to balance it.
@kharibidus You may be right, I see it now too, will look into it. Thank you!
@tubadude99 thank you, I definitely intend to work on it!
@simplepotential yes! Try getting hit by a car or dying of hunger!
@angiemon glad you like cats as much as I do  the game definitely needs more content, I intend to work on it and I will consider your suggestions for it!
@t-bo @allas @kurt-roembke thank you for your suggestions! Will certainly work on balancing the game and adding better powerups!
@schitzn will do, I always check out the games of people who comment!
Took me a while to completely understand how it works (e.g. flipping the burgers), and still couldn't get an order right. Maybe you should allow accepting wrong orders with some penalty. Other than that, well made game with great graphics and ambiance.
Good concept, would have preferred it to be a bit more fast-paced! Some music would also go a long way!
great graphics and great effort for a compo game, good job!
Love the vaporwave theme <3 would prefer more responsive controls (more acceleration).
Neat little game, reminds me of Feeding Frenzy that I had enjoyed playing as a kid! Good job!
Wish i could cause more havoc  good effort, could use some more polishing but it's definitely understandable for such a short deadline!
Bro it has cats, I'm sold :cat: loved the premise! very well executed game!
Damn these crowds are hard to please  fun game! Tbh I kept getting it wrong!
Quite polished looking game, I think it would be fun to play on mobile too (given the swipe controls). It's cool that you included an editor too, truth is I didn't try it as I sucked in the game :)
Cool game, has a childlike quality which I find appealing! Good job!
I give up, he just keeps dying xD fun game! Reminds me of some games with similar (albeit cubic) graphics and mystery atmosphere I played long ago, can't remember the name of the creator!
You seem to have forgotten to add downloads! :( I'll make sure to play when you do!
well programmed and to the point, you did a good job as a programmer and you would do great with a team!
Awesome game, great design! I only found hitting the ball somewhat hard, like others have said, but enjoyed it nonetheless!
Nice and quick game, good job! almost didn't see the tiny droplets that you must collect!
Good looking game, liked the animations and style, but physics/ controls felt quite difficult to use. The character also sometimes gets stuck in the jump animation or in the level geometry.
@nek @curleysam @theqiwiboy thank you guys, appreciate the feedback! Choosing a right size for the enemies was a tough decision, making them bigger tended to make the game much easier, but I guess a little bigger would have been good.
@rasheed @whydoidoit glad you liked it, thanks for playing! @whydoidoit yes it does need some balancing!
@bastian-bresson thanks for the feedback! Enemies die with just one bullet (although I admit they can be hard to hit). Helpers are spawned every 3 or 7 or 15 kills, depending on the type. It's mentioned in the in-game messages. Perhaps you unchecked the "tutorial messages" box before playing?
@stuckne1 @sigo thanks for playing! You are quite correct about your suggestions, I will include them in some later update!
@evert yes, more shoot feetback might be nice, and missing the second lung seems to be a common issue  glad you enjoyed the game!
@khud0 that's nice to hear, I did some research but I don't guarantee its accuracy  Thanks for playing!
@gamescodedogs @uppitydonkey57 @verbvirus thank you for playing, and for your awesome comments!
@greendinogames @weine thanks for playing and for your kind words!
@james-joubert thank you, the guy who made the music put it too much effort!
@hanna-knop understandable, the body's interior is a chaotic place
@theceases weird, the enemies are programmed to die one by one when they become less than 50. Didn't that happen for you? (EDIT sorry, less than 40)
@freso thanks a lot, these are actually all very good ideas! I'm impressed it worked at all on mobile, it definitely wasn't made for it in mind!
@masterkrepta glad you enjoyed it, a cooldown might be good but honestly I don't think you get much hits by spraying randomly :)
@meme-310 someone else mentioned motion sickness too, I should look into it  thanks for your kind words!
@alia-zanetsu @flying-dog-fish @yellow thanks for playing! Glad you liked it!
@valhalla glad you liked it! Macrophages are indeed my favourite, though there were other characters I didn't have time to implement!
@max-louis thanks for your encouraging words! Would love to watch the stream if you have a link to it!
@fatpenguin thanks for your review, it shows that you truly like the idea and we appreciate that!
Aiming could indeed use some tweaking, I added a sensitivity option for this reason but I guess a smoothing curve would also be beneficial.
Friendly fire was considered as a feature, but I was afraid it would often cause "accidents" and frustrate the players rather than make it an enjoyable challenge.
Similarly, I originally intended the bacteria to slowly multiply, but this would require lots of play tests to tweak the rate to the proper difficulty, and we didn't have time for that.
Cancer cells would be a cool idea, we also intended to add virus enemies who would possess cells and cause them to spawn more enemies, then your B-cells and T-cells (important cells of the immune reaction) would track and fight those too. Again, we were short of time and prefered to slash those features in favor of a more polished basic gameplay.
Thanks again for playing, stay awesome! :)
yesss I pummeled them  fun mini-game, nice effects!
Credits on a very well made and funny game! Randomization, challenges, and story make a very good job! Well done!
Not bad, I think it needs a kills counter to let you know of your score!
great graphics, well done! I would recommend more animations in the game or the UI to make it feel less static!
Tried to play but unfortunately I get an error about ".pck file missing"!
Fun game, liked the pixel art! Must say though, 200mb is a lot!
awesome game  love clever ideas like this, very well executed too!
great graphics but needed more work gameplay-wise. Great effort!
Fun game, Jeremy is quite likeable
