Yes Made it , and again proud of what i did.

kitira 2024-10-08 08:18

Cool game. The graphic style is great. First I wasn't quite sure what effect the individual moves will have. I played twice and failed each time just before the end :( But I will try it again until I finally reach the end ;D

senso 2024-10-08 08:40

@kitira Made a little explanation on the page so you can see what everything is you can do it :)

thomas-gelman 2024-10-09 06:02

This is a neat game! Love the rogue-like elements, the music banged and served the vibe well, and the visuals were quite appealing as well. Honestly this game reminded me of Cobalt Core in some very fun ways, but still feels unique enough to stand on its own! The positional element of the game was simple and easy to understand, and lends itself to interesting encounters. Well done!

radjax 2024-10-09 06:10

Cool deck builder, the variability on the maps is really well done for the short time frame, and it keeps things feeling fresh, and I love the art assets! Great work!

senso 2024-10-09 06:41

@thomas-gelman Thank you so much for the review. I’ll check out the game you mentioned. Also I’m playing your game soon .

senso 2024-10-09 06:44

@radjax The random map builde took some of my previous time indeed. I underestimated the scope I did still super happy with the end result. I’ll have a go at your game soon.

enad96 2024-10-10 13:18

This is a really fun little rouge like kind of game, your friend did an amazing job with the art too, looks really clean!

pierre-marie 2024-10-10 13:21

The game is very clean! Beautiful, fun to play. The concept is well thought out, with a map à la slay the spire and combat with choice of squares, it's a really good idea. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Well done!

mars 2024-10-10 13:24

Very well done!!

The sound design, the art design, the gameplay, it all feels very polished and cohesive. It all serves to come together as a tight and neat little game with an excellent vibe. It's very impressive that you did this in just 3 days. Your experience really shows here!

boudichon 2024-10-10 13:37

I really like this game! The final boss took a few tries but it didn't feel frustrating. The game is very polished, well done!

senso 2024-10-10 13:53

@Enad96 Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the game, and I'll definitely pass on the compliment to my friend about the art he did an awesome job! I'll check out your game too soon, excited to see what you've made!

senso 2024-10-10 13:55

@pierre-marie Thanks so much for the great feedback! I'm really happy you enjoyed the concept, especially the map and combat system. Slay the Spire was definitely an inspiration! I’m excited to keep improving it and can’t wait to show what’s next. I’ll also be sure to check out your game soon!

senso 2024-10-10 13:58

Thank you so much for leaving me some feedback! Nice to hear that you found the sound design, art, and gameplay cohesive and polished.(i was going fore that) It was a challenge to create everything in just three days, but I’m glad it paid off! Your support means a lot, and I can't wait to see what you made, you hear from me soon!

senso 2024-10-10 14:00

I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the game! It's great that the final boss provided a challenge without feeling frustrating. I appreciate your feedback on the polish; it means a lot! Thanks for playing! I'll play your game soon.

roitchie 2024-10-10 15:27

This is awesome and so well polished. I like the unique take on the board and there is a good amount of strategy. I really love card games and this is a very interesting take on the genre. Well done and great job!

manamat 2024-10-10 15:28

Loved the idea of using cards instead of rolling a dice. Fun game!

james-poole 2024-10-10 15:30

Awesome game! Super polished and a really neat gameplay idea. I was a little confused initially as to how it was working and what the different iconography meant but once everything clicked it was great. V impressed! Well done team!!

splittheatom 2024-10-10 15:30

This is the most polished game of the jam I've played so far, great work! The art and music really support the gameplay. The mechanics were pretty straight forward and easy to understand. Great job!

mar-zockmeister 2024-10-10 21:38

Love it, nice little tactic game. Would be really cool to be able to play it against another player. Love the graphics and the soundtrack, they fit really well. Have you thought about a variant, where the player has to first play all 4 cards until getting new ones?

judith-hantisse 2024-10-11 07:13

I enjoyed playing a lot! It looks very clean and intuitive. It's very easy to understand what's going on. It's interesting trying to plan out your actions with the cards/upcoming tiles you have, though sometimes it feels like the rng makes it a bit tough on the player (but it might also be a lack of skill on my part!). With a bit more possibilities for upgrade of your "deck" I can see a lot more depth to the gameplay. Great entry! ( and bonus points for being playqble on the phone :) )

shreemp 2024-10-11 08:31

Hehe really fun, I like the combination of card battler and board game and the strategy of going round the board investing in stats. The lines on the board sometimes blend together when the furthest lanes cross to each other and I'll realize the middle lane I thought would connect to the path actually doesn't so that's really my only gripe. The art and music is really good too : )

benjatk 2024-10-11 13:53

Really unique combat mechanic. Loved the graphics and sfx. I can see this game being expanded into something really big, it's interesting and you can definitely build on top of it. I wish there was an easier way to protect yourself though, but that's the only feedback I have.

senso 2024-10-12 06:35

@roitchie Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the unique twist and the strategy behind it (took me while to get it "Right"). As a fellow card game fan, it’s great to hear that you found this take on the genre interesting! I really appreciate your feedback, thanks again for playing! I'll check out your game today.

senso 2024-10-12 06:58

@manamat Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the card mechanic, I had some more ideas with it but no time . The random map took me a little to much time. Really appreciate your feedback, and I’m happy you had fun playing! I will play your game today.

senso 2024-10-12 07:09

@james-poole Thank you so much! I’m really glad you found the gameplay idea interesting. I totally get the initial confusion with the iconography, I'll keep that in mind for future updates to make things clearer. Once again, thanks for the kind words, and I’ll pass your compliments on to the team (artist)! Going to check out your game now you hear from me soon!

senso 2024-10-12 07:37

@splittheatom Thank you! I'm glad you found the game polished and that the art and music complemented the gameplay. It's great to hear the mechanics were easy to pick up, that was the goal! I appreciate your feedback! I will play your game today!

senso 2024-10-12 08:02

@mar-zockmeister Thanks for the feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game! I love the idea of adding a multiplayer mode; if only i knew how that all works. 😊 Ill give my friend the good news you liked his art.

I appreciate your suggestion about having players play all four cards before getting new ones; that could definitely add a strategic twist! I wanted abilities for the cards, like having the four-card give a +2 attack boost when landed on a sword. That’s what the (walk blue marker) was intended for! I’d love to explore these ideas further, but in a jam, it’s hard to know how far we can push it. Thanks again for your support!

senso 2024-10-12 08:31

@judith-hantisse Thanks for the feedback! I completely agree that more upgrade options for the deck would add depth to the gameplay. I initially envisioned a system where players could enhance their cards with unique abilities, like on 1 card: Careful approach is you land on a shield ad X to your shield.I will definitely consider this for future updates! Also having a deck so the RNG is less an isseu.

senso 2024-10-12 08:38

@shreemp Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the game mechanics. Yes, I struggled with the random map, the lanes not crossing was harder then i initially thought. I’m happy to hear you liked the art (i'll pass the complement to the artist)and music! Thanks again for playing!

senso 2024-10-12 09:05

@benjatk Thank you for the kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the unique combat mechanics. I appreciate your insight about expanding the game; I see a lot of potential for growth as well. I understand your concern about finding easier ways to protect yourself, and I’ll definitely consider that for future updates. Your feedback is invaluable, thanks for playing! Ps Loved your game.

heiden-bzr 2024-10-12 10:22
