Really clever use of the theme. Provides a nice challenge without too much of a learning curve, however I agree with others that some of the sound effects were a little annoying - especially given they play so often. Great submission otherwise!

Very nice little game. Would be nice to have had the controls somewhere on the start screen but otherwise a good job. Art was consistent and jokes were a nice addition.

A nice little game! It wasn't always clear why some of the levels seemed to restart? Maybe when you are stood on the floor a little too long? Otherwise the addition of 'lava' floors and blocks added some good progression later on. :) well done.

Love the clear style and aesthetic of both art and music. Gameplay feels good. All in all a nice little game.

Nice idea. As others have mentioned did have a few issues where jumping didn't always trigger on the key-press. But all in all a nice submission. Good job!

@dave-troyer Thanks! :) We agree on the art front. Sadly working out the style took a little time and we didn't have time to rework the turrets. Sound would have been great to add... maybe some day soon we will get some time to finish it off. :)

@holy Thanks, always encouraging to hear. I have to agree with you on the perplexing controls. We had originally intended to use an xbox controller and have each turret locked to a joystick, but in the end we decided that keyboard would allow more people to try it out... and it adds a nice little challenge.

@purrfexionator Glad to hear that you enjoyed our humour! We had a hard time balancing the difficulty mainly because the controls were somewhat challenging to pick up... will defiantly look into designing other input options next time.
