The music was pretty fitting and the whole concept of a space rickshaw's pretty funny too! The camera could be a little quicker to follow your controls, and the controls are a bit too sensitive. Being able to land on planets was a really cool detail though.
Pretty fun! But I have to agree that the difficulty spikes fast :sweat_smile:
The music is on point and the ninja escaping a volcano is very NES-esc. This might have been intentional but most of the difficulty came from out of bounds obstacles which got a little frustrating. For this jam specifically it could be nice to have a "next level" button so players could see the entire game. It was pretty cool that you could hook across the whole level, could lead to some awesome speedruns!
Love the twist of having the cats try to take your pizza! The player and building hitboxes are a bit big, so I found myself bumping into them often.
The game is very cute and I love the whole vibe of picking up ingredients and making potions. My biggest gripe has to be that some of these potions look very similar. For example there are several that look like the dark potion (although I finally realized it was the second one in the list 😅). At least everything respawns fast so I didn't feel too bad.
I have to say the artwork and the music were amazing!
Very clever that you're not only delivering the letters but also choose the delivery of their contents. The disclaimer at the beginning was very well done, and I felt the "It's 1am ðŸ˜". The game's short and sweet and being able to retry from the same day is a major boon!
Like everyone else said, the whole sound design was very nice. The little detail of seeing the packages on your broom handle was super cool!
I really like the artwork and especially the whole deco UI and characters! The voices were also adorable. One thing I noticed is that the thruster sound has some noise, at least on my headphones. It would also be cool to have an indication that you crashed since the first couple of times I didn't really realize what had happened 😅 Oh the overall atmosphere was super chill too!
Lovely game, the sprites are super cute, and the detail of having different packages for each store is awesome! I think you could have more obstacles as time progresses to make it more difficult.
This was a fun fight, the visuals are stunning! Some things I feel could be cool would be for the attack to go towards the mouse rather than the walking direction, and I expected the robot to come back at 99% as a surprise 2nd phase.
Really cool. The progressive introduction of new mechanics before the twist. Some puzzles got me thinking for a bit too!
I really liked the concept of controlling the different parts through these buttons. Just wish there was more time each round.
Standing on ledges felt slippery at times. But very nice platforming, cute sprites and collecting the mail feels very good! The sound overall was great!
I agree with pretty much all the other comments: the jazz music really compliments the game vibe. I love the movement animations as well! I managed to get the hang of the rope but the climbing could be faster, and allow you to jump. Maybe even have it pull you up automatically when it reaches the ceiling.
It's a really cool game with a very unique aesthetic!
