Tried it in google chrome and safari, it stucked on loading screen.
cool
@jachymthegoat Thank you, I hope it wasn't too confusing at the start. I tried to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. @jackshadow I'm sorry to hear that, I did also notice that on some of the devices I tried to run the web version on it didn't work @kwuwky Thanks!
One of my favorite games yet :) it's really relaxing thanks to the sound design and slow-paced gameplay. If I had one complain, it's that it kind of drags out at some point, and the values for crafting could use some lowerin' so you're always somewhat able to upgrade something when you come back to your submarine.
Really good stuff otherwise!
@leophyte Thank you! That's some great advice! I agree, I must have done the scaling a bit to high, was struggling getting the right balance between having too much to upgrade and thus not feeling rewarding, versus having too little.
Peacefull sound design and chill gameplay. Great job! 💖
A really good game. I ended up playing it for ages!
I think the art style is really cool and consistent and the movement really feels like you're underwater. This has definitely been my favourite game so far
Great entry! First off, the mood is top-notch—super relaxing. It really gives me that old-school feeling of mining in Minecraft, just unwinding and zoning out. I’ll probably return to the game tonight to decompress.
The music is also really good—did you find it online? I’d love a link if you’re open to sharing.
P.S. The two fullscreen buttons on Itch are overlapping. I’d recommend disabling Itch.io’s built-in fullscreen to avoid that.
What a great game! I just finished it and honestly had a fantastic time playing. The graphics are beautifully done and the music is perfectly chosen, it really adds to the atmosphere.
If I may give a small piece of feedback, in this type of game I personally enjoy when it's a bit easier to upgrade to maximum everything, rather than having to wait a long time to make significant progress. At one point, I noticed that upgrading the ship to its final form was actually easier than improving the rest of the elements, which felt quite expensive in comparison. But that's just a personal preference!
Again, congratulations, this is the first game I've played in this edition of the jam, and I can already say it's one of my favorites (I’ve participated in several Ludum Dares before). Truly an amazing game!
Played around half an hour, at first I looked at the ship repairs and thought oh I don't need this until I can collect everything. After depleting the resources that I realized fixing the ship actually get's you to a new place that helps with the resources. So did 2 upgrades at once. The third upgrade took 5 minutes. Overall chill and relaxing game I really really like it.
@no-firing Thank you!
@sirblazealot Thanks! I'm so happy to hear that
@life-lich Hahah that is exactly the vibe we were going for! The song is called Deep Ocean from Crab_Audio on Pixabay. Thanks for the heads up about that fullscreen button, I've removed it now.
@milq Wow! I'm really pleased to hear you like it that much! Also thank you for the feedback!
@gsoutz I'm sorry that happened to you! On second thought it might not be obvious enough that you can fix them one by one. But I'm glad you enjoyed it anyway!
I really loved this game, not sure how much time I spent in it but I managed to get to the surface. Reminds me of the sort of games you'd get on ArmorGames back in the day. Very chill vibes, the music and graphics work really well. Great job!
The game contains alot for the time given, good job squeezing all this quality before the deadline!
pixel art is love , the concept is great as well
I really like this one. It feels like a full game. The atmosphere is very nice and the gameplay is fun.
The music feels like I'm alone in the ocean, very chill and relaxed, and my stress goes out when playing this game. The gameplay would be best if it had some dash in the water (personal opinion) but overall it's a good game! Good work!
very cool feel from digging and getting resources, I'm hooked! good progression, nice graphics and very calming music, I liked it! by the way, we also made a game about digging
Didn't expect this to be such a relaxing game. The only reason I didn't finish was because I just got unlucky with how much blue ore spawned (or maybe I just didn't mine far enough?) Still got rather close, and I liked that each ore felt a little different to mine by how easily they gave way to the mining laser. Great work!
Love your art style !!
This game took me about 45 minutes to play! I got instantly hooked...so a great a chilli atmosphere. One of the best games! Love it!

Procedural generation? Mining? Upgrading Tools? IN A JAM?!?!? that's amazing, great job! only thing, maybe the oxygen level needs a pre-warning at some low percentage, and in general the baseline of oxygen capacity may be a little bit higher!
Very cool! Really enjoyed the process. Upgrading the gear was cool, especially the mining lazer. If you did a post-jam version, some explosives / bigger weapons to destroy more ores would be cool. Great music and atmosphere too!
interesting implementation
Great mechanics
Beat it! A fun, addictive game. Just wish it was possible to pick up the pace. It took me a long time. Still, nice work.

For a one-person effort, this is very, very impressive! - Title screen is polished. Not sure if this was prepped before the jam, but I think its fine in order to put the time into the game mechanics :) - The volume slider sounds like it uses the log10()*20 thing, I like. - Music is peaceful and relaxing. - Intro slideshow is a nice way to show the story. - I love me a mining incremental game, nice. - As a small ux idea, I think the upgrade/repair menus could show up by simply standing nearby instead of interacting. This was also an issue for me because I find myself pressing escape to try closing the menu but it un-fullscreens me in WebGL. - I enjoy that the player collects a variety of resources, it lets me choose what I want to go for each time I enter the water. - Tiny bug where the mining audio plays on loop while in the sub if you are holding the mouse button while entering the sub. - The blue (LVL) text in the upgrade menu doesn't contrast the best with the background and makes it hard to read.
Overall, Very nice game! I reached the surface. One of my favorites so far.
DAMN YOU!!! DO you know how many games I need to play right now? And then you go and make something addictive and compelling like this and I keep playing it! :D Seriously wonderful entry here. Maybe my favorite so far. Perfect balance of progress, zen and self added pressure. Having to choose between upgrades and fixing the base is a lovely touch. audio is fantastic and doesnt become repetitive. I really like this one. Well done.
Wow, this game is so relaxing and addictive! I was not expecting to spend that much time on it :) The only downside to me is that I was a bit annoyed by being forced to backtrack for gold ore. I wish it would've spawned at the higher levels as well.
I wanted to upgrade everything, but the blue ore is way too rare to accomplish this, I think I needed about 200 more, but there wasn't anything left
well done! very addictive! (and thanks for the very generous oxygen bar, thought I must have died several times)
A very engaging and fun game! The art is simple and pleasant, just like the gameplay itself. The only thing I would suggest is to make the main character's model a bit smaller. Other than that, the game and the concept are great — it feels a bit like resource digging in Terraria or Starbound. Excellent work!
What a fun game! I ended up playing it all the way. Usually I'll give myself 10 to 15 minutes per game
Here's some feedback and first impressions :-)
- The main menu looks fancy - I like the way the story is presented. - Using the leftmouseclick to interact feels a bit weird and was not intuitive to me, as the keyboard is used to select objects in the world at first. After mining and buying things I get why you opted for that option.d - Using the left / right arrow keys to exit screens also feels unintuitive. After a few minutes of gameplay I found the "back key" - Mining feels very satisfying and straightforward. - The music feels calming and well thought out. It gives a sense of acceptance that this bad situation happened and that everything is going to be allright - I love how the levels are unique every time. I understand what a pain it can be to make sure every possible combination is playable. How did you ensure that? Is there special code that ensures always-completeable levels? - Sometimes one pixel left over ores look like the ones you can pick up, making it confusing when you get stuck on them while rushing back to the mothershipa
After reviewing a bunch of other games, I came back to this one just because I like it. That's a very powerful aspect to have. Might be my favorite personal game of this jam that I was able to find.
I really like concept for this game and graphics!
Great replayability, very addictive process of repair, improvement and resource extraction. I didn't really like the diver sprite, otherwise great, I would like a sequel
Awesome submission. I loved how you inverted the concept. Where most concepts try to go deeper, you have to leave the depths. There is a lot to do in this game, I spent a long time on it. For a jam project it really is awesome.
Mining! Yayy! Yayyyy!!! Good work on the game loop, the laser and upgrade action is really neat! The game's pretty relaxing, even with the o2 meter, which is lucky for me since the last game I played was stressful :p The ascension mechanic is a fun idea as well, and I like the way items float downwards when mined. It didn't take me too long to beat the game, and I had fun doing so. Good work!
this game is the best game in this game jam!!!!!!!I really spent about one hour on this game mining, the upgrade price is really high after 3 levels, and red ore and blue ore is so not enough!!!I really wish for more content to play,or more knids mining devices to use ,Really good one, wish for more completed version !!!
Really satisfying gameplay loop, I enjoyed this a lot. I didn't find I needed all that many upgrades to reach the surface, so maybe could use a few more levels to encourage that aspect of it a bit more. Atmosphere is really nice with the music and the mining sound effects are just right to make it feel satisfying.
This game is sooo dang good and polished
I really enjoyed this game! Great work!
