LD53 — Delivery

Oof - that's a tricky one! But really well done! Made it to level 13 before I gave up (for now). But I had a lot of fun, and I might come back later to finish the remaining levels. Which brings me to my only issue with this game: No level selection screen, and no codes I can enter to start where I left before?! :( This would really be helpful!

(edit)Ok, I'm dumb. Or tired. Or both. I didn't notice the last line in your control description before. Thanks for this great game!(/edit)

I've seen a lot of games built around conveyor belts, but never such a fast paced one! Cool idea! I also loved the music. Overall one of the best games I've seen so far!

Knotty Network by bitdecay 2023-05-04T09:16:37Z

Nice take on the pipe puzzle genre, with a good mix of strategy and chance. Well done, I like it!

Deliver Us From Evil by F1Krazy 2023-05-07T19:29:46Z

Nice! But having "Z" for jump and select is really inconvenient on a QWERTZ keyboard. :-/

(edit)Oh! I just noticed you can remap the keys in the options menu! Cool!(/edit)

Simply amazing! I didn't think anyone could excel in *all* categories, but this is now the second game I just have to give 5 stars for everything. (First one was https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/53/beelivery-1)

Fun to play, cute graphics, and the music really fits perfectly. One of the best games I've tried so far!

Uber Driver by CedarBishop 2023-05-02T12:01:12Z

Not really innovative, but a fun little game! I agree with most of what @rakowu said above. I especially missed some more challenges, quests or achievements, other than just driving from A to B: - Earn X amount of money. - Complete X missions without a single crash - Arrive at the petrol station with less than 5% fuel left ... and so on.

I was very impressed about the graphics you managed to create within three days. After seeing you created them with MidJourney I was torn between "Isn't that cheating?" and "Well, it's just another tool. No rule was broken, and the result is impressive." Eventually, I went with "Impressive!" and gave you the full points for the graphics. Regarding the other aspects: I definitely had fun playing it and think it has a lot of potential for future developments: Ship upgrades, missions with time constraints, pirates trying to loot you... Nice work!

Rail Blazer by alanxoc3 2023-05-03T22:01:11Z

Nice! Easy and fun to play, cute graphics and enjoyable music. I was really excited when I was about to reach the milestone of $200. The "Congrats! You Win! Press [R] to Restart" was a bit underwhelming, though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Rogapol's Pack 'n Sort by Boykala 2023-05-04T08:22:47Z

Fun little game. Nicely drawn, and both music and effects fit to the style! I don't have a mouse wheel, so I had some difficulties with the object placement, but that didn't prevent me from filling up the box and shipping it. Unfortunately, I didn't really understand the logic behind the pipes, so assigning the packages to them was sort of random for me.

TIFY Boxes by mmisspelling 2023-05-10T19:23:08Z

Amazing! I never thought it'd be possible to create a complete point-and-click adventure with a deep story in 3 days! :astonished: Well done!

Reigning Race by cabjhegas 2023-05-07T10:02:32Z

Definitely an interesting idea, but it was hard for me to find any "strategy" other than: "Let's put this glider here and see what happens." And most of the time, it just hit something and stopped while the orcs conquered the map. :-/ I agree with what @teddyreid said above: A collection of pre-defined "stamps" with some indication of their total cost and function would surely help laymans like me plan my moves!

Guns and Toads: Battle for delivery by GeoBlackrU 2023-05-02T11:37:01Z

Nice art and music, and an entertaining game overall! What I didn't understand: The controls were inverted twice while playing: Suddenly, W was down, D was left and so on. Is this a bug, or is it a feature? (a "poisoning" effect or something like that?) Whatever it is: I didn't like that at all! :-/

Dungeon messenger by Gastar 2023-05-02T16:23:15Z

Nicely done, and fun to play! The rooms were a bit boring, though: I'd have preferred some variety in the layout, and maybe even some obstacles you could use to hide behind them.

Conveyor by Valmontechno 2023-05-03T08:33:34Z

Nice! And I was quite impressed by the amount of items and levels you created in such a short time. Well done!

Just to confirm what others said before: There is no game. (Neither here nor on itch.io) :-(

I like the general idea and the creativity which went in the design of the many levels. I also like the audio. And I like how perfectly the whole thing matches the theme! :-) However, I had great difficulties with the controls: It was pretty hard for me to grab the packages I wanted to grab and place them were I wanted to place them. Which made the overall experience a bit frustrating for me. But with improved controls, this definitely has a lot of potential!

Postage Please! by bts 2023-05-02T17:00:06Z

Funny game. Never played Papers Please, so I can't compare it. What bugged me was the fact that I had to stamp a letter without a postage stamp as valid on the first day. Which felt completely wrong, as the rules were already laid out before me (quite literally), but there was no "invalid" stamp yet. Other than that, I had fun playing it.
