I usually try to point out all the things that are wrong with a game when I'm reviewing it, but there's just nothing to point out here, you've done a great job! Now go get some damn sleep you absolute madman :D
The idea is quite interesting, really fits the theme. Really wish you polished it at least a little, your game really lacks any juice. Some screenshake/hit effects/flashing would be nice also I'd prefer at least a tiny bit of acceleration/deceleration on the movement. Tl;dr, game feels too slow. It's an action game, so make it feel like an action game. Sorry if I'm too harsh on your game btw, I actually enjoyed it, but I just believe real but harsh feedback is better than a bunch of fake fluffed-up compliments.
Probably the best game I've seen this jam.

@jimbly Thaaanks <3 Yeah I was trying to let whoever is playing to be able to figure everything out on themselves, but I definitely could've done a better job pointing certain important things out, and also probably should've made sparkles more visible
I actually thought I made not enough levels (there's 16)... If you're curious, the star-shaped flower destroys the black vines next to it :3

Pretty good game! Style is simple but consistent, the idea, thou maybe not too original (which is totally fine, this theme doesn't really allow for that much creative freedon), fits the theme and that's always a positive. The difficulty curve is pretty much on point, which is something I usually struggle to achieve myself. The void is a little too forgiving in my opinion, the hitbox could match the graphics a little better, but that's ok. Overall, a nice simple and fun game, really enjoyed it :)
Solid artstyle, great music. A simple, fun, yet meditative experience. This is exactly what I needed after 73 hours of crunch and 9 cans of energy drinks :) Great job!

Spent way too much time on aesthetics, ran out of time and wasn't able to add any sound effects or a proper ending :/ But I am really happy with what little I have managed to get done, and I hope to actually turn this into an actual game, probably a roguelike.

Wait, are you sure? You probably found a bug, because it's supposed to shoot in the direction of your mouse, alternating clockwise and counter-clockwise.. You can even (kinda) see this in the gif. What OS are you using? This is just really weird, no one ever reported this issue...
Also, yeah, after playing for a bit I also realized that the first spell should probably go through walls.

Visuals and game feel are on point. Gameplay's rather basic but still really fun. It's a shame there's no sound, feel like some witch house could really drive (no pun intended) home the vibe. Feel like even some royalty-free track would be better then nothing.

Love the game juice in this one! Thou the attack animation does feel a bit weird. Also, the music is amazing.
Great game! It was fun to play, had a nice, consistent artstyle and just the right amount of content. The only problem I had in the jam version was the checkpoint placement, as they were a bit rare, which lead to some frustration.
One of the most fun games I played this LD! And the graphics are absolutely on point. The mouse-swinging mechanic is a bit weird tho, also, scrolling in the crafting menu is waaaay too slow for some reason.

@bilalch213 Thanks! There actually is 0.2 seconds of coyote time, althou I suspect that it might be bugged and not work with the double jump.
