That's a shame you didn't finished this, I really wanted to check it out after making my own game! To be honest I was inspired (well, I almost ripped off your whole character into my game) while creating my character. Sorry for that! Anyway I hope you'll end this and post your game later!

This looks awesome, do you have any links to Art, Music or any gameplay footage? What was the idea going to be? keep the flame alive in the rain? It looks very cool, would love to see more :)
