lovely graphics and stunning soundtrack! the theme is spot on, and the vibes you get while playing are great - the randomly generated biographies and events are superfun. with a bit more balancing it could very well be a releasable game.

Hello, I can't find any windows link (only Linux on itch io link) :(
@ommadawn I fixed it, thanks for letting me know!

Great atmosphere! I got a message from someone warning of monsters.. never heard of him again... And the random events are grim.
I liked it that there is a lot of detail to the crewmembers' bio. For me it would be better if the game would run a bit slower. The first round I just read the bios and checked the radio and all of a sudden the game was over. When I figured out what was going on in the next rounds it was still very hectic.
All in all it is a great submission.
@zolar Thanks for playing, I agree it's a bit too hectic and it should be slowed down, but I can't even describe the nightmare that is to balance something with so many moving parts :(
Appreciate the feedback :)

Its really interesting, I sent a few messages lol, but the game is sooooo hard, I restarted like 10-12 times, manage to lvl up a character at my best attempt but the resources keep getting low and low ! :space_invader: monsters are creepy it adds well to the dark ambience :fearful: Really good music aswell, nice entry overall. I will probably come from time to time to leave a message in the next days :stuck_out_tongue:

I loved the music, the alarm sound drove me crazy. I literally had no idea, why the alarm was set off the whole time, that drove me nuts, but i still had fun.
I loved the background story of that one guy. Likes clowns, greates wish - "kill someone". There there some nice jokes in there - i liked them.
I do not know if the seamonsters do any damage or good to the submarine, but they scared me, as i constantly feared, that they might attack me, and i did not find the "kill it with fire"-button. :D
The background graphics in general were very nice, i perceived them to be some kind of "trippy" in a good way.
Loved the random events and FTL-light management gameplay. I really appreciate the narrative aspect. It's easy to play but there is a surprising amount of details in the stories.

now this isnt my type of game, however it was very well executed. it throws you in a bit at the deep end a tutorial level would have been great, but the devs advised time affected decision. the statistics etc must have been difficult to code and get right in a short period. and the art style was unique. with a subliminal style flash of fishes etc.
A complex game! Sci-fi gem here!

An interesting take on the theme for sure! I quite liked the audio and atmosphere of the game, even though the Linux build wasn't rendering the background right  I got confused by some of the mechanics, and I wish I had time to read important prompts and make informed decisions (as it was the game didn't pause when a dialogue box popped up), but I did like the complex yet rather coherent gameplay.
Thanks for providing a Linux build, and for having me play this on stream!
Game wasn't trying to run smoothly on my rig but I really like your concept!
It reminds me rimworld, space haven and ftl, I love this type of games. Great atmosphere, music and visual are nice too. I've died few times for unknown reason, but it was very fun anyway. I hope you'll finish this game later, it would be nice to play something like that in underwater post-apocalyptical setting =) Great job!
Interesting little game. Mechanics were a little bit confusing and unfortunately for me, the game did not play nice with ultrawide resolution XD. Overall a pretty solid submission
