Ohh man, this game is *fun*! I'm very glad I decided to check this out, I love the wacky story and the humor behind it all! I also love the graphics that you chose, though seeing things from a distance like near the end of the first level was pretty confusing to see. Otherwise, I really like this game!
I'm a fan of how the game looks and the controls are nice and smooth! I appreciate the checkpoints on the levels too; the last level gets difficult!
great graphics
So fun and cooooool. Brilliant job! :v:
Gotta admit that it's pretty hard so we glitched through the last level to watch the final cutscene. Nice easter egg there
My only con: - The camera angle in combination with the controls makes it pretty hard to navigate and see the obstacles.
Anyways, wonderful game, nice work! :butterfly:
I liked the graphics of this game, they remind me of the old school consoles. I think the camera and controls could have used some work though. The checkpoints were a good addition to the game to compensate for this, great job.
Dat intro :D Super nice and easy controls, the music was great. Harder to find where to go in the first level - would be nice to get more directions.
The true planet shape, the Suzanne monkey head from Blender! Lol, its was pretty fun, Thanks for making it!
This game is just amazing. The Graphics have a cool style, the theme is well fitted and the Story is just amazing. The only thing, that i personally disliked was, that it sometimes felt wrong that i died, so i mean it felt like the Collider for the Player is to big, but maybe you wanted this i don“t know.
Monkey Earth... Always has been lol. It's so funny
Thanks for submitting! I hope my in-stream feedback was helpful!
Has a great flow to it. Pretty fun and perfect difficulty curve in my opinion. Nice.
Love it when I manage to get through a tough section. In those moments, the flow is just through the roof. Sometimes it could be frustrating to collide with stuff that is already next to you or behind you since you can't even see it due to the first person perspective. The ending was absolutely priceless. We were both wrong :O Got a big laugh out of that one
Better than Shaun's game, trololol. Kinda hard at times, but the ending was all worth it. XD
I laughed when I saw Suzanne. Liked the controls, flying is really relaxing. It takes a little bit getting used to hitboxes. Pretty fun game.
Ha, that cutscene and ending got a good chuckle from me, well done on the humour! I found the level design a bit confusing and the first person did not help figuring out the hitbox properly. However the gliding felt really satisfying, the art had a charming retro feel and the choice of music was dope. Great work, team!
At the start of the first level i thought "ok, this will be easy"... at the start of the second I realized that i was wrong... at the start of the third i realized how much I was wrong... at the end... well, better not spoiler and let the other players find out themself! Funny game, i wished more levels to play with! Well done :-)
Feedback - Super fun took me a long time to finish - Suzanne is the world - Liked the joke of the monkey being earth and the flat earth thing - The music and graphics were super cool - I by mistake understood how you made the game with having a box collider on a camera it goes foward if it hits something you restart the level.
This game made me laugh. It was pretty well balanced considering it was made in 3 days: never felt unfair but also didn't feel like I just cheesed any level. I appreciate the inclusion of the checkpoints: I didn't realize what they were when i passed them, but were thankful they were there when I smacked into a crystal. Speaking of, I feel like the collision was very forgiving, but honestly it made me fell cool when i got into tight spaces. On top of all that, I really liked the pixel filtering on the game: made it feel like early 3D graphics and fit the mood of the game very nicely. Wonderful entry!
