Got to 1000m before a went for a bubble I shouldn't have and met a deep brine-y end. Loved the movement and will come back to rate.

Ignoring the fact that it is impossible to run out of air. The game is pretty, simple and relaxing. My game is also about diving, kind of...
The music and are create a really nice atmosphere. I feel like it's a little too easy, at least from the start. It would be nice if the difficulty ramped up faster.
Loved that it was easy for me to play. I dont like games with high difficulty. Lovely sounds and movement. First time hearing about Stencyl.
Charming and relaxing game.
Lovely mood! Kudos for trying a new engine for the first time during a LD-compo. Great work!
I like the art. It was a good entry. I would like to see more variation in the enemies.
Simple, but well presented. I like the fact that the jellyfish get bigger and more abundant the further down you go - the increasing challenge keeps the game from becoming boring.

I liked the mood of this a lot! The music fit the underwater feel and it was very clear how it worked. I've never seen Stencyl before, but it seemed to work for me!
1255m :D A very well executed entry ^^ The style was cute and the music was soothing, so it all seemed like a very relaxing experience. That changed though around 800m and suddenly I was focusing pretty hard to catch the few bubbles that arrived and avoid the onslaught of jellyfish :D
I enjoyed this ^^
When does it start ? Edit: Ok I pushed the dive button offscreen and was patiently waiting for something!!!
Nice, simple take on the theme. If there's one thing I've learned from your game it's that there are a LOT of jellyfish in the ocean! You've created a well balanced and nicely polished game in 24 hours. I appreciated reading your Jam story. I greatly enjoy getting insights into developers' development mindset. Kudos to you for realizing that your LD 48 story was going to be one of learning about new tools and planning your time accordingly. Great work!
Nice visuals and great ambient sound/music. I liked how tranquil it sounded. I noticed that the "Dive" button can be hit by the diver before starting the game. Is that an intentional easter-egg? Also liked the oxygen refill / bubble mechanic. Nice work!
@john-harper @dhim Haha, nice spotted. It's actullay a mistake that I didn't remove the collision box on that button. So it's actually possible to push the DIVE button off screen and not be able to start the game. Oops, my bad!
So, I guess a few people have already said this, but it took me a while to figure out how to start, especially since you can very easily dispose of the start button without even realizing what it is. That being said, the atmosphere in this game is awesome. I just wish that the sound effects were more appropriate and fit better with the music, which is great.
I also made a diving game and I thought it was interesting to see the similarities and differences. The game was very fun, and I like the graphics and music.
I liked how the background got darker as you went down, and the parallax was simple but really effective. The physics and control felt good, though I wished my diver was a bit shorter to fit between the jellyfish better! It would be neat if the oxygen tank indicator was like a progress bar - I found it easy to not realize how much air I had left - but great job!
this game is just chill. the music complimented the type of game really well and i really enjoyed playing, the art was simple but nice
Thanks for submitting! I hope my in-stream feedback was helpful!
Like you say in the instructions, this game is created in a short time for a reason. Good job on everything working fine. The hit boxes are a bit of a guess for me. It's not doing anything special rn, but it's a solid foundation to expend further upon. And you learned something new, that's the most important. Good job.
Feedback - So relaxing - The audio was good - I got a score of 400
Got to 1000m, nice little game. Like the music, very chill
