Love it :) Great concept

Love it :) Great concept
Cool game, the shifting was fun and the effect when time was frozen was gorgeous.
In game instructions for controls would be nice, art was nice and gameplay was fun. Would love to see this expanded.
Great concept, an indicator to show the target would be helpful and I didn't seem to be able to build the blaster or have the security guys do anything other than follow.
That was great :)
Thanks for the responses guys :) makes those long nights and days all worth it with your positive comments.
Was not really sure what to do, the watering can didn't seem to work and no way to drop items after picking them up. If there is more to this that I have not discovered I would be happy to explore it further.
Amazing art and music, and the game plays great, hard but thats not a bad thing, just need better fingers :) great work
Graphics are great, I like the infinite loop as you die
Graphics are great, it gets very complicated very fast, but i guess thats the point :)
Good progression of diffuculty with the filling up of all of the slots of the ship. Does get very hard and I feel like the controls work against you a bit sometimes. Was a lot of fun though.
Im getting an error downloading from dropbox
Cool idea, an option to speed it up would be nice for us impatient types though :P
Graphics were cool, I had no idea what to do though.
99 moves, played really well. Fun casual time waster game :)
Really needs a mouse pointer, cool concept though
Really enjoyed this, obviously more content would be great but what is there works well
Fun and surprisingly difficult after a few levels
Yeah I agree some juiciness and feedback for the player when they perform actions would be good. Thankyou for the comments :)
Pretty fun game, I liked the concept and it was well put together. The enemies were pretty hard to hit and had some advantages over the player like shooting over sandbags and their bullets travelling further. I also couldn't really figure out the healing. Fun experience though :)
Checkpoints would be great, also maybe the ability to heal over time. But I really liked the follower concept
Gorgeous and a nice challenge
First few times I played the A+D mashing wasn't working but I could use them to walk. But it started working after some restarts. Love the art
Found it quite hard to control but the idea is pretty cool, havn't seen something like this before
Really solid one-touch platformer. Level variety was good and the art is excellent.
Woah that started to get really intense, amazing puzzle designs, especially when they start branching off and coming back. Really impressive.
Really really cool, love the opening menu where it selects where to go. Could maybe get resources faster so that you can buy upgrades sooner though.
Really like the graphics in general the most.
Definitely one of the more out there entries I have played, works well and I like the idea of balancing the two tasks as equally as possible.
@jgur Thankyou! I completely agree with more content deeper down, time and brainpower got the best of me there.
@zykra Thanks, might pivot to just a game with whalesongs in the background
@liammasters Thankyou so much, probably the most effort into those things I have done for a jam game
@mizatorian Yeah the rotation could maybe be a bit faster or have less drag, was hard to get right once I had played it a lot testing. Glad you found the whale! :)
@lokt02 I guess it isn't supposed to be easy to control, the movement is the main challenge of the game. Thanks for the comment!
@indigowolf Thanks :) The collisions seem fine for me, do you have any more detail?
@northerndonut Thankyou! I was quite proud of the whale haha.
@robotex thankyou so much
@indigowolf Oh yeah, they pretty much just attack when you get close, but that distance does respect the colliders shape. Could probably do with a better visual indicator of the range.
Enjoyed this quite a bit, got trickier than I thought it would to keep up the pace. I liked the variation in the treasure drops as well.
Neat idea and surprisingly tricky to get going fast, really great work. Music isn't the best but not that bad. Could definitely see this as a proper mobile game.
Got to 1000m before a went for a bubble I shouldn't have and met a deep brine-y end. Loved the movement and will come back to rate.
I like the searchlight only revealing the items, works really well. Maybe a bit grindy, but a satisfying experience.
Had a great time with this, love the art and the movement is really interesting. The claw is a bit fiddly but that does add to it a bit. A directional indicator to the objective could be nice and the depth gauge was really cool, but the life bar was less inspired.
All round a really good entry
There is a lot to love about this, with a bit more work it could be something quite cool. Would love to play a more complete and polished version of this.
One of the best looking games I have seen, really polished in every way. Loved it. Could definitely see this getting fleshed out a bit and being a full game, though it barely needs it. Great work
Fun idea, always enjoyed motherlode. I really like the different densities in the earth. The sound is really loud and quite grating after a short time. how to play screen could be more readable
Loved the mood and music, the way you set it up to explore was nice. 4-way shooting would have been nice but it works how it is too.
Love the atmosphere, soundscape and visuals are great.
Was sometimes a little tricky to scan a creature but that also added to the suspense
Very impressive for a jam game. Little confusing to start even with the very nice intro. Menus and time speed up was really great. Music was excellent for the purpose and graphics were varied enough.
Great effort going for this kind of game in a restricted amount of time.
Not a bad little platformer, checkpoints would be good though, especially for a jam game. Also really struggled to hit the enemies. Art is nice and the sound was creepy
Fun rougelike game, I really like the rope mechanic, although it does make the game pretty hard. Art and audio are pretty good too.
Definitely one of the most unique takes on the theme and just in general. Really really love the idea.
Music is good, not too grating after a few loops, would have loved a sims style speech noise.
I like the world generation, but a tutorial or instructions screen would be helpful. Also a zoom feature so I can see everything a bit better. Always great to see a TD game though.
A tutorial and easier first wave would be good, but other than that pretty solid. An interesting idea
UI scaling makes it quite hard to read and still wasn't sure how to get more pickaxes. Impressive idea though.
Platforming is solid and the game is fun. Art is really good for a jam game and the sound is better than most. Loved it! :)
I like the graphics, but the combat seems really hard, even on the first slime/ghost enemy. Could use a bit of polish in the movement and combat. But some good ideas
Really cool retro style game, I feel like I played something like this 20 years ago. Lots of great features that dont always make it into a game jam game.
Had quite a lot of issues colliding with the tile that I had mined and the character flipping out a bit when jumping. But for a game jam this is really impressive anyway.
I spent more time on this game than anything so far, really great little gameplay loop, really loved everything about this. Keep it up!
Platforming is really good, great balance with the movement. I liked the music getting slower and the visuals were really excellent. Only criticism is the length but you managed more content than me so can't really expect more from a jam game.
Awesome work, great use of the theme
It always blows my mine what people can do on pico-8. This is great, movement is perfect, difficulty is hard but exactly what I would expect. Graphics and audio are really nice as well
Interesting little game, I like the art and effort into the background. I did find it a little difficult and unresponsive to click the things sometimes though.
