That is super funny! Hope you can made a creator to actually make something with that.

This is really creative. Manipulating the speech is really fun. Love the artwork, humor, and the voice acting. Also got deeply engrossed in the story
This is the most brilliant theme interpretation I found on this jam so far. I would polish dynamics a bit, constant interruptions by another guy were unnecessary. And left-down interface can be more intuitive.
But this is amazing concept. Great stuff.
This is one of the funniest games I've ever played on a jam! I loved just grinding out horrible vowel sounds! I did have a problem where the playback on the end would drop in volume suddenly, but overall a great time!
I did not suspect before how difficult it is to consciously pronounce words in syllables.
Hilarious! I was just messing around having a blast. Very creative idea and executed rely well. Good job!
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream! If you’d like to rewatch the playthrough, you can find it here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1809503221?t=6h12m0s Good luck on your ratings, see you next LD! :D 💜 Elysia Griffin AKA Button Feedback Lady https://www.twitch.tv/elysiagriffin
That mouth now haunts me.
Funny as always
Memorable and haunting. I will dream of what comes next. I need to know more
You know, if someone asked me whether I love or hate this game, I would struggle for an answer. First of all, because I'm not quite sure myself. Second of all, because you've successfully made me hyper-aware of how I produce sounds, and I am now doubting if I've ever spoken properly in my life.
The faces were absolutely hilarious though. Whenever I struggled, I just needed to have a look at my coach's mighty jawline and get inspired again.
Most advanced speech simulator on the planet, and simultaneously the best show ever written. 11/10 would AAAOOOOEEEE-RUH again
This is so hilarious and stupid in the best way possible. Very creative, good job!
This is so amazingly fun and dumb i love it so much, absolutely nothing i said in the whole game was even slightly comprehensible lol. So great
Do not play with a trackpad. Nothing has ever made me hate vowels more than this game on a trackpad.
This is a really interesting game and it appears to be well executed. I may try this again when I am using a proper mouse. :P
Dood held a perfect note for like TWO SOLID MINUTES STRAIGHT *thumbs up* 5/5 (also it didn't need the sandbox, the story at the end was SO mMUCH better with AHHHHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEaaaaaaaHHUUUU....
Omg the menu music is perfect. Well this is a 10/10. Nuuuuuuuuuuu it crashed on me twice. I need to know the ending of this gripping story.
OKok I finished and this is the best thing ive ever played
BA BA BA ZAhhhh. "DONT SNAP AT ME!" :joy:
Very fun and novel! The graphics were really pretty and I love the blend between 2D and 3D. Good job with the voice acting and writing, the game felt very well produced. Also, thanks for not making it too hard! I had trouble making the correct sounds at times, but I was still allowed to keep playing
"They had us in the first half, not gonna lie." :joy:
Very unique game and interesting game with a cool story. The fact that you don't need to make the correct sound to continue is a good idea since it is hard to get the hang of it so you can experiment a bit until you get how it works. Most creative game I've seen so far, Great job!
Here's my greatest achievement in live!

On a more serious note, it was a bit too long and I'm still not sure why "I" doesn't make "I" sound.
I'm too emotional to comment about my thoughts.
But seriously. Love the aesthetics and love that failing at being coherent just makes the game more enjoyable. It felt a bit too long while it was happening, but having the fully acted out bit at the end made it absolutely worth it.
PERFECT!

wouw what a fun game! I wasn't that good at it, but the cheesy soap-like story made it so hilarous! "i'm in love with your wife" :'-)
Beautifully weird :D I somehow broke the controls mid-game but pressing space too early. But I really love your idea and the execution. Great entry
This game is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. From the art, the sound, the game design & mechanics to the impeccable blend of humour -- this is astounding what a 3 person team was able to accomplish!!! I love this so much - it's that perfect slice of absurd & zany!!! Wonderful job team! I also love the unique speech mechanic - my team also tried to work in something like this with ours, we focused on delivering a speech as well, but communicating with aliens using audio.
BWAHAHAHA whoever came up with this idea is an absolute madlad, i love it! the speech mechanism is pretty well designed and fun on its own, but you guys came up with the perfect context for it to turn into a complete and satisfying game. the care put into the cinematography helped make it feel very earnest, the cheesiness wasn't forced or excessive at all.
the voiceacting is great too. there aren't too many voiced cutscenes in game jams, so this was very refreshing and engaging. good job everyone :D im amazed what you guys accomplished for such a small team!
THIS IS HAMTHASTHK I EMCHOIB THE KAME.
Edit: I forgot to mention. The web build broke several times for me, and had to reset maybe 3-4 times before giving up and getting the download build qwq
What a ride. I laughed, I cried, I make a lot of random noises.
The game seems funny, but it is broken. No matter the letters I choose, the game will consider them correct. Can you fix this bug and answer me when it is done?
I don't know what to say beside WOW :'D. I think this is the most unique LD53 game
Loving the soapy humor, which is just made so much better by my utter incompetence in controlling the mouth. I don't think i have ever been more rewarded for sucking at a game. Very funny game Good work.
Love the artwork especially!! I did not say one coherent word but that was part of the fun xD
I had no idea about the end. I lost my mind when I was played back five seconds of my messing around trying to figure out what the throat did, so instead my character just ululated nonsense in response. Honestly the best surprise of this jam! I have bookmarked this game to show to others.
One of the weirdest and experiences of my life. The story is hilarious with one plot twist or WTF after the other. I could really feel the desperate struggle for trying to communicate and I'm happy there was no way to check if what I said made sense. Even though I gave it my best shot, I probably sounded like someone falling down a long flight of stairs for most of the game, but I was really eager to hear the ending. Would love to have the possibility to hear a playback of the conversation xD Amazing job, please keep on going! :D
Innovative! The story feels sad at the start. But very interesting approach to the theme and the mouth... job.
Actually hilarious. I expect you will take the win in humor. Really well executed fun!
eeee.... eeeeee... aaaaaahhhh.... oooo.... aaaaaa.... ahhhh.... eh... eh.. eee... oooooo... *SMOKERS GARGLE* ..... oooohhh... Yes, it was that good.
Definitely an experience

one heck of an experience for sure, this has to be the most innovative game I've played so far, everything is just so well thought out and put together, the mechanics, art, delivery, it's just all good! incredible job you did with this game, I'm glad there are jems like these between all the pizza delivery and car driving games this LD
This game is so absurd, I absolutely love it. The narrative had me laughing out loud many times ("you faked a coma for the years?" :D) and the visuals are so weird to the point of being uncomfortable. The mouth animations are absolutely brilliant. The gameplay itself is more forgiving than I initially anticipated, but that's good. The final replay took a bit too long for me to sit out, so I hope I haven't missed anything. I always fail sticking to one mechanic and make the most out of it, but you guys nailed it.
Fun & original! --- I like the really dramatic storyline --- aldo I agree letting players do whatever they can with the main mechanics and then as soon as enough syllables have been uttered, no matter which ones, there's another little cutscene is the best way to go through this without getting frustrated by having to restart ^^# --- it's the most fun unplayable game I've checked so far for this LD53 :grinning: :sparkles:
OH MY! The experience was so much fun, creative, and truly original. Each plot twist of the story had me more and more fascinated with this work of art. You must have had so much fun working on this game! Congratulations on such an incredible idea, hard work, and amazing game! ♡( ◡‿◡ )
O AAA VUH TH O NUH???
This is my favorite game of the jam hands down and the only time I remember ever giving straight 5's to a Ludum Dare game. WHAT A JOY THIS WAS TO BEHOLD
I loved this game! This is the most creative take I have seen (web didn't work for me, and unfortunately it crashed on me when it was playing back my vocals)
Great writing and a silly concept. Nice entry!
Really funny and creative  - had a fun time, great entry!
Nice we both thought about a comedy "speech" game and went down such completely different routes! Really cool game, love the graphics and over-dramatic storyline. Would've loved the gameplay to somehow get wackier by the second act??
Innovative and engaging. Animations and all th derpiness nicely polished. Storytelling is good (although the story is very strange). It was interesting to experiment with the voice, although it wasn't clear what the game expects from me and what to do with a lot of other sounds, that wasnt on the control panel. Ending was a bit too long, although it was funny to listen to all that stuff.
I liked a lot in this entry, although I'd work on a voice controls. Good job!
Best theme interpretation ever! I laughed a lot and Flurp definitively should receive an oscar!
at one point i felt like i was in a coma (thanks for unforgettable experience) Screenshot 2023-05-08 at 01.22.08.png
Original and innovative entry. Unique interpretation of theme - and yet it fits it. The mechanics is easy to understand and one gets it after a bit.
An absolute banger from the keyboard cowboys. a big challenge for a game jam, so its understandable some room for improvement in the annunciation etc. But what a blast, some great silly writing, original innovative experience, all with a humorous playback of the entire story at the end :D I do wonder if you'll make games like this when you start your own studio!
GOOOOOO DEEEEEE GGAAAAAAA MMMMMM ! Really innovative and fun, good job !
UUUUAAAAAAIIII L AAAAAAA V D TH EEEEEEE S
What a weird game haha, that was really funny. I wish I could understand better the words that I was saying, when clicking space I think I often cut off most of the voice.
But very original idea for a phrase delivery game XD Great job guys!
hahaha amazing!! at some point I started to laugh so hard, the plot suddenly became very complex  Excelent game!
Another crazy entry once again xD You guys never disappoint! Here's the VOD: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1818241667
Wild ride! Watching all of my mistakes come back to me later was epic. Very cool idea for the theme, great humorous execution, and really nice art and style. I also had some fun experimenting around with the different sounds. I bet, but am not quite sure, that I could do better a second time, a cool feeling.
Great job!
I held space even though I wasn't ready.
Bravo! What a fun and unique experience! As another team who went down a "speech delivery" path, this was fantastic to see in action. Loved how off-the-rails the story quickly got, loved that I was able to improve my inputs as the game progressed, and I love that it was all played back in the end, that was a huge surprise. Well done!
Hats off for trying to simulate the human speech mechanism! Remember that old flash toy that tried something similar? The soap opera twist with the two brothers? Pure gold. Keep the wild ideas coming! :D
