Juegazo!!! La idea está buenísima y hay mucho potencial para desarrollar. Luego de un par de niveles me di cuenta de que las fuentes de agua hay que dejarlas para el final ya que solo se necesitan para pasar al siguiente nivel pero no afectan a la cantidad de movimientos. Tal vez se podría pensar cómo el agua puede afectar de alguna forma a la fuerza, eso puede dar lugar a puzzles más complejos en los que a veces es necesario priorizar los movimientos para llegar a la fuente de agua antes que a los minerales.

Ojalá salgan más niveles <3

Geniaal!! Buen mini juego para móviles, me encantó la música y sobre todo el sonido de aceleración, spameaba espacio solo para escucharlo xD.

Se me ocurre que estaría bueno que la nave se mueva de a una sola casilla, eso creo que daría más control para evadir obstáculos, algunas situaciones resultan ineludibles.

Hay un tema con las colisiones, creo que cambian dependiendo de si el movimiento es normal o acelerado, tiene sentido pero se podría balancear para que no dé lugar a situaciones confusas. Cuando el movimiento es normal como que las colisiones son bastante estrictas, te detectan incluso aunque no se vea contacto entre los sprites, estaría bueno disminuir el collider incluso permitir que los sprites se puedan tocar un poquito y que se perdone. Luego cuando el movimiento es acelerado como que las colisiones son muy permisivas, se puede llegar a pasar por encima de los objetos, (acabo de leer que la idea era que unos bloques se destruyen en el modo boost). Otra alternativa puede ser inclinar ligeramente el sprite en la dirección del movimiento, no sé cómo pueda llegar a quedar pero se me hace que puede ayudar a que el taladro no choque con los objetos tan fácilmente.

La penalización al chocar es muy cruel D: D:

Al principio no supe como disparar, porque no interpreté bien las instrucciones, como que apretaba ambos botones al mismo tiempo y el disparo no salía, pasé un buen rato, creo que en el siguiente nivel, se me ocurrió dejar pulsado el botón derecho.

Quizás se podría añadir algo que permita intuir el rango del ataque, como un círculo de luz.

Se me acaba de ocurrir un posible detalle, cuando el jugador muere dejar colocado un esqueleto como dando a entender que el personaje anterior murió en el intento y enviaron otro sacrificio. Tal vez con una capa de distinto color.

Nice sprites! I think the colliders could be a little bit smaller, sometimes when the colliders fit perfectly the shape of the sprites the collisions seems a bit unfair, because you touch the bomb with a pixel of the hair. Nice idea to mess with the controls, it would be nice not stopping the gameplay though, maybe you can swap sprites when inverting controls, make the button smaller when is difficult to move in one direction, you can also add a sound when that happen to warn the player. Congratulation on completing your project! :D

Good game, it took me a bit to control the mechanic of the movement but then I was able to clear the first and second level. I couldn't figure it out how to beat the guys with shields, I even made it turn around and shot them in the back but nothing, then I took my own guy with shield and hit the enemy soldiers like a child would do xD, beat them without the need of wasting bullets. The version I played didn't have any music nor sound effects, it's odd that you have decided not to add audio to the game, couldn't be turn off by mistake? or maybe it's an error in my browser, webgl builds are so unpredictable. Overall it was a fun game, ohh I love the scene, the fact that the levels are mounted on tables and you go to the next table when you win :smile:

heey very nice game, I make it through the stage 20, then I try to end my turn before the attack animation ends and all the options dissappear and I had to quit. The game is entertaining, the thing that you can upgrade your stats also engages me, but the enemies are easy to destroy, maybe if they also could move and perform and attack the game would be a little more challenging. heey! thanks for commenting our game, followed you for the next jam :3. I agree with @maluskhan a little audio feedback would be nice, the pop sound of the cookies is a little low. Also camera shake and particle system for the explosions would make a big impact for sure. Sadly I wasn't able to finish it, in the ice blocks levels I go through the blocks, respawn and go through again in an infinite loop going faster and faster, maybe the colliders of the ice blocks can be adjusted and also reset the player speed when respawn, ohh maybe you can also reset the time counter for the falling objects when you die, because I think you calculated the time that tooks you to reach the protective platforms. Another alternative is display a window when you die, so you can choose to leave, respawn on the checkpoint or reset the level. Awesome work team :D. It was entertaining, the character is cute, I love how he/she fell asleep :3, the music is amazing

hahah I don't know how but I ended up going through the floor into the void while beeing in the 2nd dimension. same as @queenofsquiggles with the pick up of the cube. The camera is a little hard to control, I notice you zoom in the camera when you are near a wall, maybe you can try using planes or quads for the walls, they only render on the front face so maybe it doesn't matter if the camera goes through the walls :thinking: . Nice game overall, the idea is interesting

Thanks for playing our game! About Maze Runner, I played a couple times and could get more than 1200 points. I was about to leave my comment and then I saw a screenshot of the game in this post and I notice there is a mini map!!, it's crazy but I literally didn't see the minimap on my first attempt, I think it's because the game is very frenetic. So I tried it again and I got more than 10000 points, using the mini map I could reach several extraction points. I like the 3d models and the music was simple but nice. Great job with the procedurally maze algorithm!

Thank you for your comment, as the programmer I had to test the game over and over again and therefore every time I play the game I get the perfect score and couldn't tell if the game is hard

Hey, thanks for playing my game. I'll give some feedback as a first-time player. I played several times. One time I died to the sleeping monster, thought it was harmless. The map is pretty big, it could be useful a minimap or something that allow you to guide through the level. For the switches, I wonder if there's someway to visually connect the switches to the gates, that way you can figure out where the corresponding switch of a gate is located, maybe in one of the dimensions directly see the wires. Another thing, when you activate the switch you can also deactivate it, that could be dangerous if the gate is too far away, you can't tell if it's open or closed. Overall congratulations on your first game! The music is very nice. It's really a great start, you brought an idea to life in 72 hours. Hope we see each other again in Ludum Dare 52!

nice job! a little feedback of my experience with your game, I personally found a little confusing to use SHIFT as the key for the main mechanic, I think this is because normally that key is used to run in most games but here it does the opposite, the character stops. But anyways what key can you use? there aren't much options, maybe the S key with the middle finger or use SPACE for this mechanic and SHIFT for jump. I couldn't clear level 3, several developers recommend to make the colliders not exactly the same size as the killer object, in this case the spikes, but a little smaller, to avoid the feeling that you died in unfair circumstances. Overall very nice game, you have several levels, a level selector, the lore of the game 5/5 :D

When the first enemy appears and after killing him (and smashing his skull xD), I started to hear a sound, the sound when an enemy duplicates, but I didn't understand at first, I was doing a little platforming right before the second enemy spawn point and didn't know where that sound was coming from. Sudenly the sound becomes more and more frequent, I move forward a little bit and then I saw them...

Nice job! I've reading some feedback and thinking, maybe the pace of the game could be more dynamic if there is no waiting time when you place a crate in the truck and before another crate appears. Also maybe you could display the next crate in the UI before it appears, that way you can anticipate your move. Music, sounds and sprites are great :grin:

@dock-frankenstein absolutely, we haven't time to properly balance different parameters, we also couldn't implement few mechanics like oil-drinking, and the detector and thrusters modules, you can only pull the levers but the purpouse of those system weren't included in the version we deliver. The creatures should attack the ship if you are inside, but when they do that is super buggy because of how the movement of the creatures was implemented. We are working on fix several bugs and finishing the prototype this weekend

Good work on the game! Here's some feedback based on my playthrough: -Movement feels solid horizontally – the character rotation animation when changing direction is nice, and it feels responsive. However, I felt the vertical movement was a bit too slow. Increasing gravity could make jumping feel snappier and more dynamic, though I'm not entirely sure how that would affect the overall feel. -The spike colliders felt quite tight to me – they seemed to trigger damage a bit too easily. Allowing the pig to graze the spikes slightly without taking damage might make it feel less punishing. -The life system felt pretty harsh in my experience – having to restart from level 1 after losing all hearts made me stop playing. I made it to level 4 or 5, past the big jumps section (which felt good – the windows above platforms helped with landing). Then came the spike-heavy area where you give us multiple hearts, which seemed like a good idea, but jumping over spikes placed on blocks didn't feel great, probably due to the slower vertical movement combined with the tight colliders. I lost all my hearts there, saw I had to restart everything, and decided to stop.

Some suggestions for the life system: Maybe spikes could remove one heart instead of instant-killing? Adding invincibility frames after taking damage might help with repositioning Perhaps losing all hearts could restart just the current level instead of the entire game? You could potentially start early levels with one heart (since there's less danger), then award extra hearts for collecting coins, or increase hearts as levels progress

Really interesting puzzle game! Here's some feedback based on my experience:

Cards could be easier to identify – maybe the card frame could have a color based on the type? The attack value blends with the background and makes it difficult to see clearly.

I imagine it's difficult, but if there was some way to quickly indicate the special effects of the cards, perhaps including some symbols on the card to quickly know at least the type of effect – whether the card increases or decreases power, or if the creature flies.

The card order feels a bit strange – it would be nice if all the cards were on screen and you didn't need to press the arrows to see hidden cards off-screen.

Nice game, first I Played two times and found the boss fight impossible, somehow I managed to reach the boss fight without finding any chest (twice) :rofl: Maybe you could add a hint on the maps, Nevermind, I've just played again and the hint was there, the yellow box on the left map marks dungeons with chests. I don't think I'm gonna be able to beat the boss because I probably need dozens of attempts, I notice it has an attack patter in which it teleports and instantly fire dozens of bullets 360 degrees, if the boss teleports near you I don't think you could dodge the attack, so you have to be lucky. Maybe add the delay after teleporting and before shooting. Also healing would be nice, maybe killing lesser enemies that appear on the boss fight, I've just played one more time to see if there is a way to heal but didn't find one. Great work!
