@brainles-etertainment, thanks, fixed this now
Interesting game, I didn't get it at first but was fun once I did. It could use some audio to add some life to it, but apart from that was a good game, nice work.
Couldn't really get the hang of it. I took me several tries to figure out how the UI worked (tab to get the "tree", than select something in the tree, than click buy in the right panel, then buy on the item to place it in the world (don't forget to tab out of the technology tree)).
After that it seemed that CO2 would saturate almost instantly and no mater what I did the water level rose too fast for me to do anything. I think it would have help to have a tutorial level to understand better what's expected from the player.
Pace of the game is very fast, I wasn't able to stop flooding no matter I tried - I tried to grow trees - I tried to make factories for profit - I tries to go deeper into tech tree
I seems as very solid game, but I was not able to play it properly
If you give me some advice how to start, I'd try again, because game seems more complex and interesting than I was able to see
Ok, hints: You need to get the co2 level down to below 500, build around 30 level 2 trees in the beginning.
This game probably has a lot of potential, but I didn't manage to find out how it works (web version). The tech tree is blank without symbols, the UI is not very intuitive and the sea level rises so quickly that there is no time to do anything. It's too bad, from the description it looks like a really cool game, would love to play it if there's a balancing/fixing patch :)

damn! I lost track of time  , finally figure it out! I find these types of games very addictive, also always find very interesting what can be done with Three.js. Excellent job team!
@gamedevtraum, thanks for playing! I am very happy you enjoyed it.
Three.js is actually pretty amazing, just started using it for this ld, but everything works very well and if you have any knowledge of how rendering engines work it is pretty intuitive. The only problem was that we decided to write everything in JS, so there is definitely some code in there I never want to see again!
I had fun! I had to try really really hard at the beginning of the game getting my stuff under control at all, then the gameplay from that point on was pretty fun. I think it'd have been more fun overall for the starting state to be bad, but something you could immediately start building off of. Fun game overall!
I like this strategy, but pace was too fast for me. I had feeling that I'm racing planting trees with water level increase (maybe this was intentional) =)
Some description of objects to build would help.
Capture d’écran du 2023-10-06 22-35-52.png Very nice entry ! It took me some time to understand the concept of water rising, and to figure out how to use buildings. It's interesting because it's really rare a management where you can loose everything even when you're mega-rich. The controls and camera are more than correct, you could have put the mode "construct multiple building" by default without shift key (fortunately there was the shift key !)
The game start too hard and too speed.
Add some screenshots in your presentation to encourage testing the game.

It's too challenging/quick at the start so I've been unable to progress further and the menus could be clearer but it seems nice.
I didn't manage to win, sea level was rising too fast, maybe it's realistic about climate change current situation :sob:
Like other people said, sound would have been nice and maybe labels on the tech tree, but well done!
Doesn't work with touchpad
I couldn't figure out how to play. I tried it for a little while but it kept flooding before I knew what was going on. Is there a tutorial mode? The UI is a little difficult to figure out.
I did not get it,but I love this game
